Abstract

Admission of new students is a routine activity carried out every academic year at the school. High School 09 South Bengkulu is one of the high schools in South Bengkulu Regency which accepts new students every academic year. The number of new students is based on the gender of the new students (boys and girls) and age group (14-15 years, 16-17 years, and 18-19 years). The application of the Holt-Winter Exponential Smoothing Method in predicting the number of new students at South Bengkulu High School 09 can make it easier to obtain information on predictions of the number of students in the school in the upcoming new academic year, where the prediction of the number of new students is based on gender. New students (boys and girls) and age groups (14-15 years, 16-17 years, and 18-19 years). Based on data obtained from South Bengkulu High School 09, the predicted results for the number of students were obtained. female students for the 2024/2025 academic year, namely 65 male students in the 14-15 year age group, 42 female students in the 14-15 year age group, 42 female students, 16-17 year old male students as many as 31 students, female gender in the 16-17 year age group as many as 0 students, male gender in the 18-19 year age group as many as 3 students, and female gender in the 18-19 year age group as many as 0 Students.

Abstract

The development of technology and information has had a significant impact on the business world, especially through the use of the internet as a means of information and communication. E-commerce is a major business trend today, enabling expanded marketing and increased profits for business people. Effective marketing is the key to success in business, with a focus on retaining customers and meeting their expectations. The use of the internet and digital technology has made it possible to sell goods and services online through various platforms, including online shops, social media and websites. Previous research shows that the application of e-commerce in marketing products such as local crafts and snacks has succeeded in increasing competitiveness and sales. Case studies on Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) also highlight the importance of using web-based media to increase product promotion and sales. In this context, further research was conducted to explore the potential of online marketing for MSME businesses, with a focus on developing a web-based online shop for Ganepo cracker products. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving the understanding and practice of online marketing for MSME players, as well as expanding the reach and knowledge of their products in the digital market

Abstract

PT. Brother Wood Depot is a furniture company that produces furniture and other items. Along with changes in goods production at PT. Brother Wood Depot from year to year, so it is necessary to estimate in the future whether production of goods will decrease or increase. Sometimes when we assume that the amount of production in the following month will decrease and reduce the amount of production, it turns out that demand in the following month actually increases. Application of the Multiple Linear Regression Method in predicting goods production at PT. The Brother Wood Depot is used to help provide an estimate of the amount of goods production that should be based on prediction results using the Multiple Linear Regression Method from aspects of supply and demand for goods. In determining the predicted results for the amount of goods produced in the following month and year, there are 3 supporting variables used which are used as time series data (past data), namely inventory, demand and production of goods in the previous month and year. Based on testing of the goods production prediction application at PT. It was found that the functionality of the application runs as expected, and is able to display predicted results of goods production for the next month and year using the Multiple Linear Regression Method

Abstract

Rafflesia Bengkulu Hospital is one of the health facilities in Bengkulu City. At the Bengkulu Rafflesia Hospital, every month there are patients diagnosed with febrile convulsion (febrile convulsions), some experiencing inpatient and outpatient treatment. The application of the Case Based Reasoning Method in early detection of febrile convulsions at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu can be used as a forum to help patients find out the initial or early diagnosis of febrile convulsions based on the symptoms felt by the patient through web-based expert system which can be accessed online via the URL link https://sistempakarkejangdemam.my.id/ with an internet connection. Based on 3 (three) cases tested on the expert system for early detection of febrile convulsions at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu, it was concluded that the expert system application was able to detect early febrile convulsions according to the symptoms that had been selected. Based on the system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional application of the Case Based Reasoning Method in early detection of febrile convulsions at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu has been running well and can provide consultation results based on symptoms that have been answered by the community through stages of the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method.

Abstract

Information technology-based sales applications have emerged as essential solutions for optimizing sales processes, tracking inventory, and understanding customer purchasing patterns. Fokus Computer Store offers a range of products, including computer components, laptops, as well as accessories such as mice, mouse pads, keyboards, USB drives, and other computer components. However, challenges arise in sales efficiency, where certain items tend to accumulate without being sold over extended periods, impacting the store's cash flow. Therefore, an application capable of providing product recommendations based on previous sales data becomes crucial in assisting the store in effective inventory management and maintaining a smooth cash flow. The Apriori method is one form of association rule in the field of data mining. Alongside Apriori, there are other methods within this category, such as Generalized Rule Induction and Hash-Based Algorithms. The Apriori method, being a proven effective algorithm for association analysis, will be employed to uncover potential hidden purchasing patterns within the store's transactional data. By analyzing customer purchase data, this application can identify relationships between frequently co-purchased products. The results of this analysis can be utilized to formulate product recommendations for customers, enhance cross-product sales opportunities, and support inventory management decisions. This application can serve as a point-of-sale system at Fokus Computer Store, with the ability to display the outcomes of the Apriori algorithm calculations based on the input sales data. Despite the application developed by the author having certain limitations, particularly in terms of user interface and data, the author anticipates receiving constructive criticism and suggestions to aid in refining the application for the betterment of its future iterations

Abstract

The Kaur Regency Regional General Hospital is one of the health institutions where the majority of patients are members of the Social Security Administering Agency for Health. The problem with data management is that it is still done manually, where the data is captured and written in books, so that the goal is to make it difficult for hospital management to make decisions related to optimal service for patients, as well as the lack of information obtained by the hospital regarding information on the diseases most frequently suffered by hospitalized patients. inpatients, especially patients participating in the Social Security Administration. Applying the K-Means Clustering Method in grouping data on inpatients participating in the Social Security Administering Agency at the Kaur Regency Regional General Hospital can find out information on the results of grouping data on inpatients participating in the Social Security Administering Agency which is divided into 2 groups, namely few and many based on age, gender and class level of the Social Security Administering Body, and can also help evaluate data on the most and least inpatients at the Kaur Regency Regional General Hospital based on grouping results by looking at age, gender and class level of the Social Security Administering Body and the patient's illness. . Based on the results of testing on 30 data on inpatients participating in the Social Security Administration, grouping results were obtained, namely Cluster I with 20 patients and Cluster II with 10 patients. Where Cluster I (a lot of treatment) is dominated by women in the age group 40 – 59 years and the Social Security Administering Body class level III with Type 2 DM. Abstract

The Department of Agriculture, Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province has collected data on agricultural commodities in each Regency/city in Bengkulu Province which are recapitulated annually, but at the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province there is no system that can be used to classify agricultural yield data for each of these various commodities so that it is difficult to obtain information on potential harvest-producing agricultural areas in Bengkulu Province for each commodity. Therefore, a system is needed that can help provide information on the results of grouping agricultural data for each commodity so that it can be known which regency/ cities are categorized as potential crop producers in Bengkulu Province based on harvest area (Ha), production (Ton) and productivity (Ku / Ha). The implementation of K-Medoid Method in classifying agricultural data at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation of Bengkulu Province can provide information on the results of grouping data on agricultural areas that have potential crop yields for the last 1 year in Bengkulu Province, and can be used as a reference in providing assistance from the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation of Bengkulu Province. From the results of clustering using the K-Medoid Method, it was found that Rejang Lebong Regency area had high yield potential (cluster 1) in all three commodities (rice, corn, and peanuts), while the Mukomuko Regency, Kepahiang, Central Bengkulu, and Bengkulu City areas had low yield potential (cluster 2) in all three commodities (rice, corn, and peanuts).

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to design an Android application specifically developed for the Honda Arista dealership in Bengkulu, using the MIT App Inventor platform. This application is designed to provide easy access for customers, allowing them to obtain information related to Honda products, after-sales services, and providing facilities for service appointment reservations. To achieve this goal, the research will adopt a development method using code block programming in MIT App Inventor. During the implementation process, the author will focus on an intuitive user interface design, ensuring compatibility with various Android devices, and integrating features that meet the needs of the Honda Arista dealership and its customers. The importance of creating an application that can be easily accessed by users without a conventional programming background is a primary concern. Therefore, this research will prioritize the use of visual programming provided by MIT Inventor, enabling application development without requiring in-depth programming knowledge. The expected outcome of this research is the development of an Android application that can be used by Honda Arista customers in Bengkulu. This application will not only provide ease of access to product information and service appointments but also enable customers to make reservations easily through the platform. In addition to benefiting customers, this application is expected to enhance the quality of dealership services, increase operational efficiency, and create better interaction with consumers. Through the implementation of this Android application, it is hoped that Honda Arista Bengkulu customers will experience more comfortable and efficient interactions. Additionally, the Honda Arista dealership is expected to leverage this technology to enhance brand image, expand market reach, and gain more advantages in an increasingly competitive business environment

Abstract

The use of QR-code and GPS technology in the attendance system also has several advantages, such as making the attendance process easier for students, monitoring employee attendance accurately and efficiently, and improving the quality of student work. Therefore, it is important to compare the efficiency of the QR-code attendance method with Geolocation to find out which technology is more effective and efficient in improving the attendance system. In this research the author used the K-means Clustering method. The K-means method is a non-hierarchical data grouping method that attempts to partition existing data into two or more 13 groups. This method partitions data into groups so that data with the same characteristics is included in other groups. The research results show that Cluster 1 has a centeroid that is close to the QR Code features (3,4,4), namely moderate efficiency in application implementation, relatively high ease of use, and system robustness with high data accuracy. Cluster 2 has a centeroid with Geolocation features (3,3,3), namely moderate efficiency and flexibility, moderate ease of use, and system robustness with moderate data accuracy. Thus, after obtaining comparison results between QR code and Geolocation in the lecture attendance process, researchers can recommend the best system to use in terms of user aspects and needs. If the user needs a presence system that prioritizes ease of use and robustness of the system, the user is suited to using the QR-Code system because the usability and durability aspects are relatively high. Meanwhile, if the user prioritizes efficiency and flexibility in the process, it is best to use a presence system in the form of Geolocation, because the results of this research show that the efficient aspect of Geolocation is higher

Abstract

Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu is one of the hospitals are in Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study is to provide information on the results of predicting the amount of drug usage, as a benchmark in drug management at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu City. The implementation of Multiple Linear Regression Method in predicting the amount of drug usage at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu City can help provide information on the predicted results of drug usage in the following month and can be used as an evaluation material and illustration for planning drug purchases to be made by Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu. Based on data test from 5 (five) drugs, the results of predicting the amount of drug usage using the Multiple Linear Regression Method have a good level of accuracy from the test results in the Prediction Month of February and Prediction Year in 2024. Whereas, the prediction of drug usage amount is aqua 25ml as much as 630, aminofluid 500/bfluid as much as 8, aqua water irrigation as much as 189, aqua l liter as much as 91, and aqua 250ml as much as 33.
