Abstract

By the government, high attention is given to MSME actors as a form of government in supporting the economy of the small people. Moreover, MSMEs are able to have a direct impact on people's lives in the lower sector, both in rural and urban areas. Data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2017 shows high foreign exchange from MSME actors. The figure is also very high, reaching Rp. 88.45 billion. This figure has increased up to eight times compared to 2016, it is not wrong if MSME actors cannot be underestimated anymore. Snacks to be sold must have good quality, both in terms of the materials used, in terms of processing and in terms of packaging. The materials used must be hygienic and do not contain harmful substances. The processing method must also be clean and guaranteed according to the rules. Then the packaging is made using good, attractive packaging and meets the brand packaging standards of the snacks. Followed by current information technology and innovation as well as good and diverse packaging so that the products we produce are more attractive to consumers or innovation in terms of marketing with online media. We see today, many snack food entrepreneurs are successful because of their innovation. Keywords : Small Micro Enterprises Manufacturing of snacks, product innovation, & community economic income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of word of mouth, food quality and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at Angkringan siniaja Karanganyar. This research is a survey research. The research population of consumers Angkringan Disiniaja Karanganyar. The sample is 100 people with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that word of mouth, food quality and store atmosphere had a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Angkringan Diiniaja Karanganyar.

Abstract

The goal of this research wass to assess the relevance of the brand image, brand trust, and pricing on Purchase Decision. This form of reseach is survey. Census on Shopee users in Klaten city. The population of this research are those who reside in Klaten who have shopeed online at the Shopee marketplace, the number of which is not known with absolutely. The research sample was 100 respondent. Data collecting strategies employing a questionnaire. The data analysis approach ussed multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The findings demonstrated that the brand image has a substantial influence on buying choice at Shopee marketplace in Klaten City. Brand trust has no major influence on buying choice at Shopee marketplace in Klaten City. Price has a huge influence on buying choice at Shopee marketplace in Klaten City.

Abstract

The purpose analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial attitude and self-control on financial management behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta in 2021. The research population is Active Students of the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta in 2021. The sampling technique uses the proportional stratified technique. random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. Financial Attitude has a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. Self-control has a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. The influence given by the independent variables, namely Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude and Self-Control on the related variable, namely Financial Management Behavior, is 99.2% while the rest (100% - 99.2%) = 0.8% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

CV Ibu Sri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jamu tradisional, yaitu memproduksi berbagai obat berbahan dasar herbal yang berasal dari tumbuhan disekitar lingkungannya. Produk utama yang dihasilkan yaitu jamu yang berbahan dasar cacing tanah (lumbriscus rubellus) yang diberi merk Jamu Tilung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengendalian kualitas produksi, dan menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan kerusakan produk, menggunakan0metode0statistical0quality0control dalam meminimumkan kerusakan0produk. Jenis data yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis0data0menggunakan metode statistical quality0control. Hasil tabel check0sheet menunjukan jenis0kerusakan yang0terjadi0adalah0rusak karena kapsul kotor, kapsul penyok, dan bobot kurang. Tingkat kerusakan rata-rata sebanyak 0,4%. Batas yang ditetapkan yaitu 0,5% total volume produksi. Menurut hasil tingkat kerusakan produk Bulan September dan Oktober melampauai batas, sedangkan bulan0Januari,0Februari,0Maret,0April,0Mei, Juni,0Juli,0Agustus,0November0dan0Desember tahun 2021 dibawah standar yang ditetapkan. Hasil histogram menunjukan jenis kerusakan yang terjadi adalah karena kapsul kotor sebanyak 3.789, kapsul penyok sebesar 3.709, dan rusak karena bobot kurang 3.704. Hasil diagram0sebab-akibat (fishbone)0diketahui bahwa penyebab kerusakan, yaitu manusia (SDM), metode yang digunakan, mesin dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Facing the development of an increasingly rapid and technological era, utilizing technology is one of the most appropriate things for today. This research is a survey. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is an unknown number of IndiHome customers in the city of Surakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. Partially, the results showed that price, service quality, product quality and brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis electronic word of mouth that affect brand image and purchase intention and brand image variabel that affect to purchase intention at Karsa Moyang. Sample of this research consist active Instagram users and followers Karsamoyang brand and there were 84 samples used. The data that was used in this research was primary data and selected by using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is SEM Warppls by performing value calculation goodness of fit (inner model) and hypothesis test. Based on analytical result shows that electronic word of mouth affect brand image positively and significant. Electronic word of mouth variable affect purchase intention positively and significant. Brand image variable affect purchase intention positively and significant. Keywords: electronic word of mouth, brand image, purchase intention.

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration (CSLR) is one of the national strategic programs of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency to accelerate land registration throughout Indonesia. The government sets a target that all land parcels in Indonesia are to be certified by 2025 through the CSLR program with the aim of ensuring legal certainty of land ownership for the people. The CLSR target in 2017 was 5 million certificates, 7 million certificates in 2018, 9 million certificates in 2019 and for 2020-2025 the target is 10-13 million certificates every year. This large target is constrained by the limited human resources available at the regional Land Offices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of optimizing the limited human resources in the implementation of the CSLR program which was carried out by the Land Office of Kebumen Regency. In this study, the strategy of optimizing human resources at the Land Office of Kebumen Regency was carried out through optimizing human resources in every stage of CSLR management carried out, including planning, organizing, directing and supervising. Optimization of human resource in the implementation of the CSLR program at the Land Office of Kebumen Regency is carried out by analyzing existing internal and external human resource problems, and finding solutions to these problems using SWOT. Efforts made in this optimization included regular monitoring and evaluation, competency mapping and employee training, improving coordination and communication, utilizing student apprentices and optimizing the performance of the CSLR village team.
