Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of product design and competitive prices on consumer trust, analysis the effect of product design and competitive prices on purchasing decisions, analysis the influence of consumer trust on purchasing decisions and analysis consumer trust in mediating the effect of product design and competitive prices on purchasing decisions. Type of this research is a survey consumers of UD. Yoso Jati. The sampling technique using non probability sampling techniques with an accidental sampling method of 70 respondents. The technique of data collection by questionnaires, literature studies and observation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The result of the study indicated that the product design and competitive prices have an effect on consumer trust, product design and competitive prices have an effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust influences purchasing decisions, consumer trust in mediating the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, consumer trust does not mediate the effect of competitive prices on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. Type of data that is using qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The study population was the staff of the Surakarta City UKM Cooperative Office. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation moderates work discipline and motivation does not moderate the work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to find out the influences of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and rupiah exchange rate on the stock prices of food and baverage companies in Indonesia Exchange period 2015 - 2017. This research used population of 19 food and baverage compenies in Indonesia Exchange period 2015 - 2017. Samples in this research are 14 companies with samples technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research are classical assumption test, mutiple linear analysys, and hypotesis test. The result show that partially rupiah exchange rate has significant effect on the stock price, while current ratio and debt to equity ratio has no influence on the stock price. Simultaneously current ratio, debt to equity ratio and rupiah exchange rate has significant effect on the stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand image on purchasing decision wit brand attachments as a mediating variable in beauty clinic consumers ella skin care solo. The population in this study were Ella skin care solo beauty clinic consumers whose numbers were not yet known. Sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The sample is 85 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques (validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test,normality test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test dan F test) and path analysis. The results of the study show that brand awareness and brand image have a significant effect on brand attachment. Brand awareness and brand attachment have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image does not have a significant on purchasing decision. Brand attachment mediates the influence of brand image on purchasing decision. Brand attachment does not mediate the influence of brand awareness on the decision to remove.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze service optimization, optimization of service time, and average customer waiting time at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. This type of research is a case study at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. The type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple queue model (M/M/S) where two or more individuals can be served at the same time by service facilities. Determination of the number of samples in this study using non-probability sampling technique with a sample size of 100 customers. The results showed that the average time spent serving a customer at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo at counter A is 7.1466 minutes, counter B is 4.116 minutes, counter C is 9,636 minutes and counter D is 5.5248 minutes. The average waiting time spent by customers to wait in the queue at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo at counter A is 0.001656 minutes, counter B is 0.0009852 minutes, counter C is 0.005373 minutes, and counter D is 0.0005316 minutes. The hypothesis in this study is that the average service time and average waiting time spent by customers to wait in queues at the service counters at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo are optimal with service time and average waiting time customers spend waiting in the queue ≤ 10 minutes. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of work motivation, organizational climate and training education on teacher performance, in addition to finding out among the dominant variables of work motivation, organizational climate, and training education on the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 High School, Wonogiri. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The entire population in this study were all teachers of Slogohimo 1 High School, namely 48 people with census techniques. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used, Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test (Model Accuracy), and Determination Coefficient Test (R2 ). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri. The organizational climate did not significantly influence the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri. Training education has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) is 0.517, this means that the contribution or influence given by the variables of work motivation, organizational climate and training education on teacher performance is 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variable examined, for example organizational culture, compensation, leadership, and others. Work motivation is the dominant variable that influences the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri.

Abstract

Aim of the research are to explain 1) influence of price fairness to customer satisfaction; 2) influence of brand image to customer satisfaction; 3) influence price fairness to repurchase intention; 4) influence brand image to repurchase intention; 5) influence customer satisfaction to repurchase intention. This research at Rown Division Surakarta. Sample measurement is used as 115 respondents with nonprobability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Medeling analysis technique. Research result indicates that there is influence of direct price fairness towards customer satisfaction with a value of CR = 2,638 and value of p = 0,008; influence of direct brand image towards customer satisfaction with a value of CR = 2,891 and value of p = 0,003; influence of indirect price fairness towards repurchase intention with value of CR = 0,394 and value of p = 0,694; influence of direct brand image towards repurchase intention with value of CR = 2,389 and value of p = 0,017; and influence of direct customer satisfaction towards repurchase intention with value of CR = 2,280 and value of p = 0,023. Based on aim of research, suggestion for the Rown Division Surakarta is to pay attention to customer satisfaction of factors and brand image, so that cutomer feel satisfied and always want to make a repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) Identify the optimum amount of donut products that must be produced by the Abata Donuts company in Surakarta. 2) Analyze whether each type of donut product produced so far has achieved maximum profit. 3) Analyzing the efficiency of input use in producing donuts. 4) Analyzing the results of the application of linear programming with the simplex method in influencing changes in the benefits of each type of donut and changes in the value of the resources they have to the optimum results. This type of research uses a simplex method of linear programming method by the Abata Donuts Company. The type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using Qm software for Windows 5. The results of the calculation of linear simplex programming indicate that the production of Abata Donat has increased. Analysis of the results of profit optimization using linear programming simplex that may occur at the destination coefficient based on the optimum results that the number of types of donuts produced in Abata Donuts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the significance of the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performances with motivation as a moderating variable. This research use qualitative and quantitative data. Primary and secondary data is used as the sources of data. The population of this research is employees of Department of Education and Culture in Karanganyar. Total sampling technique is used to take the sample of 74 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnares and documentation. The data analysis technique uses instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and test the absolute difference value. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employees performances. Work discipline has a significant effect on employees performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation does not moderate the influence of leadership on employees performance. Motivation moderates the influence of work discipline on employees performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effects of servicescape on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction on the consumers of Mbak Lies Solo Strait. This research was conducted at the consumers of Mbak Lies Solo Strait. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are secondary and primary data. The entire population in this study were all consumers of Mbak Lies Solo Strait who could not know the amount. The sample used in this study was taken as many as 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used is classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination, and Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that servicescape has an effect on consumer satisfaction. Servicescape has an effect on repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction mediates servicescape against repurchase intention.
