Abstract

ABSTRACT The reaching of target of organization do not only depend on modern equipments, complete facilities and basic facilities, but exactly more depend on human being working the therefore, needed a human resource which with quality that is officer working its and can give result of good job and also have the high performance to support the duties at work nya utilize to reach the maximal result and target in line with local government. Basically organizational efficacy as a whole is contribution from result work all side do not aside from countryside peripheral in Kecamatan Kradenan of Kabupaten Grobogan. High Officer Performance is not an coincidence without executing something action meaning, but many factor influencing among others motivate and upheld discipline. Abstract

AbstraCT The purpose of this study were: (1) analyze the significance of the influence of communication on the performance of employees, (2) analyze the significance of the influence of leadership on employee performance, (3) analyze the effect of moderating effects of compensation on communication, and leadership performance. The population in this study is the Public Works Department Water Affairs and Energy and Mineral Resources Karanganyar. The total population by 55 people. Given the relatively small population of the entire population were subjected to experiments or census. Based on the results of the t test, the communication variables significantly affect the performance of the Employee Fields Mineral Water and Energy Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar. While the leadership variables do not significantly affect the performance of the Employee Field Mineral Water and Energy Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar. By testing the absolute difference (absolute difference regression analysis 1) the results obtained compensation not moderate the influence of communication on employee performance. Test of absolute difference (absolute difference regression 2) results obtained compensation not moderate the influence of leadership on employee performance Field Mineral Water and Energy Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze about the significance influence of leadership, work motivation, and experiences to the teacher’s performance of education environment in UPTD at Gatak Sukoharjo. The populations are teachers in education environment in UPTD at Gatak Sukoharjo in 2010 amount of 498 respondents. Sampling has random for 50 teachers. Collecting data uses observation, interview and questionaire. Instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). The results shown that (1) validity and reliability shown valid and reliable, (2) heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation, multicolinearity and normality tests were passed, (3) regression equation Y = 2,340 + 0,212 X1 + 0,348 X2 + 0,578 X3, (4) leadership has p value < 0,05; work motivation has p value < 0,05; and teacher’s experience has p value < 0,05; so all three variables are significantly influences to the teacher’s performance, (5) teacher’s experience has most dominant influence to teacher’s performance because it has highest coefficient regression as 0,578; F test has p value < 0,05, (6) adjusted R2 = 0,479, means that ratio contribution leadership, work motivation and work experience to the teacher’s performance as 47,9% and the remains are influenced by other factors. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this research are: 1.to analyze the significance effect of supervision, motivation and discipline variables to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. 2. to analyze the significance of the simultaneous effect of the supervision, motivation and discipline variables to teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. 3. to analyze of the dominant effect of supervision, motivation and discipline variables to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The results of partial regression test (t test) show that: variable of supervision does not significantly affect to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Variable of motivation does not significantly affect to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Variable of discipline significantly affects to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The result of F Test shows that the probability value is 0,000 ª < 0,05, so Ho is rejected. It means that there is significant influence of supervision, motivation and dischipline variables to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The result of determination coefficient test shows that adjusted R Square value is 0,440. It means that the precentage of the infuence of variable of supervision, motivation and discipline to the teachers’ works at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar is 44 percent. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of: (1) variables of leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) the work environment variables on job satisfaction, (3) motivation variables on job satisfaction, (4) variable moderating effect of motivation on the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction , (5) variable moderating effect of motivation on the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. Its population is 70 employees Mother and Child Hospital Award Semarang. Samples were taken 70 people by census method. The data collection technique using a questionnaire with validity and reliability. Engineering analysis using multiple linear regression with the classic assumption test. Conclusion of the study: (1) a significant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction verified, (2) The working environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Motivation significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) Motivation does not moderate the effect of leadership style on satisfaction employment, (5) Motivation moderating influence of work environment on job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the significance of influence of training education, motivation of work and environment of work to teachers’performance SD Negeri in unit of work Education Based Technique Unit of Gabus Subdistrict Grobogan Regency. The population is all of teachers SD Negeri in unit of work Education Based Technique Unit of Gabus Subdistrict Grobogan Regency, amount of 403 persons and sample was used is 20% or 80 persons. Technique of collecting data used questioner which has been tabulated, then conducted by validity and reliability test. The analysis used technique consist of the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). The result of analysis indicates that: 1) all of instruments are valid and reliable; 2) classic assumption test there was no deviation; 3) multiple regression analysis, gets equation: Y = 6,997 – 0,046X1 + 0,460X2 + 0,432X3; (4) t test of training education have p value 0,659 < 0,05; motivation of work have p value 0,000 < 0,05; and environment of work have p value 0,000 < 0,05; the conclusion is the influence of training education is unsignificant, motivation of work and environment of work are significant towards teachers’ performance; (5) F test have p value 0,000 that the correct model which used to predict the influence of training education, motivation of work, and environment of work to the teachers’ performance SD Negeri in Gabus Subdistrict Grobogan Regency; 6) R2 value is 61,4% it means training education, motivation of work, and environment of work give influence to the teachers’ performance, and the residual is influenced by other variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of a significant relationship between: (1) Master's Discipline to Performance, (2) Guidance for Teacher Performance, (3) the Teacher Performance Working Group activity, (4) the dominant variable effects on teacher performance SMP Negeri 1 Tawangharjo District Grobogan in 2010). Population and simultaneously sampled in this study were all teachers SMP Negeri 1 Tawangharjo Grobogan District in 2010 some 43 people. The data collection technique using a questionnaire with validity and reliability. Engineering analysis using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. Conclusion The results of this study were (1) there is a significant influence on the performance of teacher discipline, (2) there is no significant effect on the performance of teachers' guidance, (3) there is a significant influence on the performance of teachers MGMP activities, and (4) are MGMP is the dominant factor affect teacher performance SMP Negeri 1 Tawangharjo Grobogan district. Abstract

AbstraCT The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership, supervision, and job satisfaction on employee performance in the field of Water and Energy and Mineral Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar. The population is the staff of the Water Sector and Energy and Mineral Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar by 55 people. The results show there is a significant effect of leadership on employee performance, (2) there is no significant effect of surveillance, to employee performance, (3) there is no significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. (4) the independent variable (leadership, supervision and job satisfaction) variables contributing influence on employee performance by 12,4 percent. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the significant effect between: (1) discipline to employee performance, (2) job environment to employee performance (3) moderate the influence of leadership and discipline job environment employees Karanganyar District Personnel Agency. Regional Personnel Agency employee population District Karanganyar year 2010 amounting to some 54 people. Samples taken all but the head of the District Personnel Agency Karanganyar so that the total sample of 53 persons. Sampling technique with a population research, in which all the members of the sampled population, while the technique of data collecting technique used questionnaire. The results of this research concluded: the first significant effect on the discipline of employee performance. Second the job environment does not significantly influence the performance of employees. Third significantly moderated the effect of leadership on employee performance discipline. But significant leadership did not moderate the influence of work environment on employee performance. Keywords: discipline, job environment, leadership, employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analysis effect: (1) compensation to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan, (2) job satisfaction to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan, (3) organization commitment to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan, (4) intervening effect of commitment organization to correlation between compensation and job satisfaction to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan. Populations in this research are teachers of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan as many as 42 persons, amount of sample is 42 persons with total sampling method. The conclusion of this research: (1) Hypothesis: “The compensation has significant effect to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is true, (2) Hypothesis: “The job satisfaction has significant effect to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is not true, (3) Hypothesis: “organization commitment has significant effect to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is true, (4) Hypothesis: “The commitmen organization mediate effect of compensation and job satisfaction to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is non true.
