Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to: (1) develop development and multimedia task counseling skills modules to improve the performance of the advisory board in the street children social rehabilitation center "Kartini" Tawangmangu; (2) testing the effectiveness of development and multimedia task-based counseling skills modules in improving the performance of the board of advisers in the street rehabilitation center for social children "Kartini" Tawangmangu. Kartini "Tawangmangu has not yet understood the concept of basic counseling skills both in theory and application; mentoring services provided have not been based on an analysis of the tasks of developing foster children; multimedia has not been used as a tool in providing services. This study has a period of 1 year (12 months). The implementation plan is: (1) preparation of the preparation of a hypothetical module; (2) the arrangement of a hypothetical module; (3) expert validation and practitioner validation; (4) hypothetical module revisions; (5) field testing; (6) the final results of the module on development and multimedia task-based counseling skills in improving the performance of the advisory board in the street children social rehabilitation center. The main outputs generated from this research are development and multimedia task-based counseling skills modules that can effectively improve the performance of the advisory board in the street children social rehabilitation center "Kartini" Tawangmangu. This module is flexible and comprehensive to be applied in the street children social rehabilitation center. Flexible means that this module can be applied in all street children social rehabilitation centers in Indonesia. Comprehensive means that the development of this module is based on the results of preliminary field studies and relevant theoretical studies and validated by experts and practitioners.Keywords: Development counseling and multimedia counseling skills, Performance of the advisory board street children social rehabilitation center Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menyusun modul counseling skill berbasis tugas perkembangan dan multimedia untuk meningkatkan kinerja dewan pembina di balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan “Kartini” Tawangmangu; (2) melakukan uji efektivitas modul counseling skill berbasis tugas perkembangan dan multimedia dalam meningkatkan kinerja dewan pembina di balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan “Kartini” Tawangmangu Penelitian ini beranjak pada hasil studi pendahuluan yang menunjukan bahwa: semua dewan pembina di balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan “Kartini” Tawangmangu belum memahami konsep keterampilan dasar konseling baik secara terori maupun aplikasi; layanan pendampingan yang diberikan belum didasarkan pada analisis tugas perkembangan anak asuh; belum dimanfaatkannya multimedia sebagai alat bantu dalam memberikan layanan. Penelitian ini berjangka waktu 1 tahun (12 bulan). Adapun rencana pelaksanaannya adalah: (1) persiapan penyusunan modul hipotetik; (2) tersusunnya modul hipotetik; (3) validasi ahli dan validasi praktisi; (4) revisi modul hipotetiki; (5) uji lapangan; (6) hasil akhir modul counseling skill berbasis tugas perkembangan dan multimedia dalam meningkatkan kinerja dewan pembina di balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan. Luaran utama yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah modul counseling skill berbasis tugas perkembangan dan multimedia yang secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja dewan pembina di balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan “Kartini” Tawangmangu. Modul ini bersifat fleksibel dan komprehensif untuk diaplikasikan di balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan. Bersifat fleksibel artinya bahwa modul ini bisa diterapkan di semua balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan di Indonesia. Bersifat komprehensif artinya bahwa pengembangan modul ini didasarkan pada hasil studi pendahuluan lapangan dan kajian teori yang relevan serta sudah divalidasi ahli dan praktisi.Kata kunci: Counseling skill berbasis tugas perkembangan dan multimedia, Kinerja dewan pembina balai rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan

Abstract

This study, entitled THE ROLE OF CAREER GUIDANCE IN THE SELECTION OF WORK CLASS XIISMK KRISTEN SIMO BOYOLALI LESSON’S YEAR 2015-2016.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of career guidance in choosing the type of workstudents of class XII SMK Kristen simo Boyolali Year 2015-2016.This is a descriptive qualitative research conducted in SMK Kristen Simo, Boyolali district two monthsfrom November to December 2015. The research subjects are: students of class XII SMK Kristen SimoBoyolali. Data was collected using interview methods (interviews), and observation. To ensure the validityof data used triangulation techniques of observation and perseverance. While the process of data analysisusing data analysis techniques interactive model consists of three components of data analysis, namelydata reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Based on the results of research and data collection revealed that the application of the guidance mayhelp the student to plan the selection of the type of work on a class XII student of SMK Kristen SimoBoyolali in the academic year 2015/2016. Conducted career guidance counselor can enhance affectiveaspects of students who appear on pleasure, taste is not bored, no trouble and concerned with thedifficulties of students, in addition students are also more independent in choosing a career. Abstract

This study aims to get a clear picture of (1) Strategies to internalize the value of character education through CTL learning methods and the habit of reading the Qur'an to counteract the development of information and communication technology in 3 Public Elementary Schools and solo high schools, and (2)) The CTL learning method and the habit of reading the Qur'an can counteract the development of information and communication technology in 3 public elementary and private high schools. This study included descriptive qualitative research, with a single fixed case study strategy. Data obtained from: (1) Places and events namely learning activities in 3 Public Elementary Schools and private solo schools ;; (2) Documents, namely documents containing textbooks, methods and learning strategies used by the teacher, and reports on student learning evaluation results, and (3) Informants, consisting of PKn subject teachers, local transportation subject teachers and students in 3 Public Elementary Schools and private solo schools. To obtain data is done by (1) Observation; (2) Document analysis, and (3) In-depth interviews. The targets of this study include; (1) Add insight to teachers in choosing learning methods that can understand students about the development of communication and information, and (2) Provide separate learning methods in an effort to internalize the value of character education to students to counteract the development of information and communication technology using the Contextual Teaching and learning methods Learning (CTL) and the habit of reading the Qur'an.Key words: Character Education, CTL and Reading the Al-Qur'an,

Abstract

The development of technology is very rapid in various fields including education. This development can hamper learning if it is not followed by a positive attitude from the instructor or student. The development of technology is often not utilized properly in the learning process so that it can make students feel less comfortable to learn in class. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of mathematics learning by utilizing google classroom using o-matic video screencast media. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi experimental approach. The sample in this study were semseter V students of mathematics education study programs selected by the random sampling method. Data analysis techniques using the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. Normality test is done using chi squared, homogeneity test using the F-test. While testing the hypothesis using the t-test. After the data analysis process is carried out, the researcher concludes whether or not learning is effective by utilizing Google classroom using o-matic video screencast media. The results of the study concluded that the use of online classroom google classroom using video screencast o-matic media in the course of developing computer-based media is very effective.Keywords: Google classroom, media, screencast o-matic ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi sangat pesat di berbagai bidang tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Perkembangan ini bisa saja menghambat pembelajaran jika tidak diikuti dengan sikap positif dari pengajar ataupun pelajar. Perkembangan teknologi sering kali tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat menjadikan siswa merasa kurang betah untuk belajar di kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan pembelajaran matematika dengan memanfaatkan google classroom menggunakan media video screencast o-matic. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuatitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiment. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semseter V prodi pendidikan matematika yang dipilih dengan metode random sampling. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis. Uji normalitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan chi kuadrat, uji homogenitas menggunakan uji-F. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test. Setelah proses analisis data dilakukan, maka peneliti menyimpulkan efektif atau tidaknya pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan google classroom menggunakan media video screencast o-matic. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan kelas online google classroom menggunakan media video screencast o-matic pada matakuliah pengembangan media berbasis komputer sangat efektif.Kata Kunci: Google Classroom, Media, Screencast O-Matic

Abstract

Media in teaching learning process is very important, especially in teaching learning literature. One of appropriate media that can be used in teaching learning literature is film. Film can give good contributions in teaching learning literature because it brings educational values, socio-cultural values and morality values. All of those values are very important in developing students' characters. Film has become a part of literary works because it contains of many authors' works and playwrights' works has been perfomed on the big screens and become popular.  Film can be one of an effective media in improving teaching learning literature such as poetry, drama and prose because it can attract students'attention, it also can motivate them to learn about literary works which are written by the great authors or playwrights then some of those literary works have been filmed. Those films can touch students' sympathy and empathy because literary works show many morality values. Through film as a media in teaching learning literature, students' character can be developed. There are many valuable benefits if we use film as a media in teaching learning process especially in teaching learning process. Abstract

Abstract The purposes of this research are 1) describing the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets on the Class IV students of the Elementary School of Bulu on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic with Gallery Walk Method and analyzing telling story ability and learning result Javanese language about the Story of Shadow Puppets on the Class IV students of the Elementary School of Bulu on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic with Gallery Walk Method. The type of this research is Class Action Research (CAR). The action of this research is Gallery Walk Method. The location of this research is on the Class IV of the Elementary School of Bulu, Sub District of Bulu, Regency of Rembang. The period of this research are two months on the middle of the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic, begin on September 2017 to October 2017. The subjects of this research are the Class IV students of the Elementary School of Bulu on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic as much as eleven children; consist of five boys and six girls. The data of this research are the students as the subject according to the action on the learning. Techniques of collecting data of this research are non test technique and test technique. Technique of analyzing data of this research is comparative description. The procedure of this research is cycle model by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The results of this research are 1) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets need a set of tools and material such as multicolored and dark-white illustration pictures that according to the subject matter, 2) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets is a group learning approach that consist of three up to four members with a constant composition and place, 3) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets is increasing the students’ learning activities, 4) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets is increasing the students’ learning results.Keywords: Telling Story Ability, Learning Results, Javanese Language, Shadow Puppets, Gallery Walk Method.Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah 1) mendeskripsikan pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang pada peserta didik Kelas IV SDN Bulu di Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan Metode Gallery Walk dan 2) menganalisis kemampuan bercerita dan hasil belajar Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang pada peserta didik Kelas IV SDN Bulu di Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan Metode Gallery Walk. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tindakan dalam penelitian adalah Metode Gallery Walk. Tempat penelitian ini adalah Kelas IV SDN Bulu, Kecamatan Bulu, Kabupaten Rembang. Waktu penelitian ini adalah dua bulan, pada pertengahan Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, mulai bulan September tahun 2017 sampai bulan Oktober tahun 2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas IV SDN Bulu pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak sebelas anak, terdiri dari lima putra dan enam putri. Data penelitian adalah peserta didik sebagai subjek penelitian sesuai dengan tindakan dalam pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik non tes dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data dengan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah model Siklus oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart.  Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk membutuhkan alat dan bahan, yaitu gambar ilustrasi berwarna maupun hitam-putih yang sesuai dengan materi, 2) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk dengan pendekatan belajar kelompok, yaitu tiga kelompok terdiri dari tiga sampai empat anggota dengan komposisi dan tempat yang sama, 3) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik, 4) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Bercerita, Hasil Belajar, Bahasa Jawa, Wayang, Metode Gallery Walk.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research: to find out whether Jigsaw technique can increase student's reading comprehension at the eighth grade students of SMP N 3 Wonogiri in the academic year of 2017/2018; to describe the implementation of Jigsaw technique to increase student's reading comprehension at the eighth grade students of SMP N 3 Wonogiri in the academic year of 2017/2018.The researcher used classroom action research as the research method. The research was conducted from November 2017 until January 2018. In collecting data, the researcher used test and non-test. In test, the researcher used pre-test, post-test I, and post-test II. In non-test, the researcher used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Techniques that used by the researcher to analyze the data were Qualitative Data and Quantitative Data. The result of improving reading comprehension through Jigsaw technique showed thatJigsaw technique could improve the students’ reading comprehension. There was improvement of students’ reading comprehension based on the result of pre-test(63.55), post-test 1(65.78), and post-test 2 (79.74). Teaching reading comprehension by using Jigsaw technique can motivate students in learning English. It could be seen from the result of t-test between post-test I and post-test 2 was 24,38. Then t-test between post-test 1 and post-test 2 the result was higher which 2.021<24,38>2.704.  Therewere significant improvement in students’ reading comprehension. In teaching and learning process using Jigsaw technique made the students more focus, confident, and independent. They also practiced how to share their knowledge which they got. So that, they could more understand about the material.Based on the result above, it can be concluded that Jigsaw technique can improve the students’ reading comprehension. Keywords: Jigsaw Technique, Reading Comprehension, Classroom Action Research ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini: untuk mengetahui apakah teknik Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa pada siswa kelas delapan SMP N 3 Wonogiri pada tahun akademik 2017/2018; untuk menggambarkan penerapan teknik Jigsaw untuk meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa di siswa kelas delapan SMP N 3 Wonogiri pada tahun akademik 2017 / 2018. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebagai metode penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari November 2017 hingga Januari 2018. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan tes dan non-tes. Dalam tes, peneliti menggunakan pre-test, post-test I, dan post-test II. Dalam non-tes, peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk menganalisis data adalah Data Kualitatif dan Data Kuantitatif. Hasil meningkatkan pemahaman membaca melalui teknik Jigsaw menunjukkan bahwa teknik jigsaw dapat meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa. Ada peningkatan pemahaman membaca siswa berdasarkan hasil pre-test (63,55), post-test 1 (65,78), dan post-test 2 (79,74). Pengajaran membaca pemahaman dengan menggunakan teknik Jigsaw dapat memotivasi siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Itu bisa dilihat dari hasil uji-t antara post-test I dan post-test 2 adalah 24,38. Kemudian uji-t antara post-test 1 dan post-test 2 hasilnya lebih tinggi yaitu 2,021 <24,38> 2,704. Ada peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman membaca siswa. Dalam proses belajar mengajar menggunakan teknik Jigsaw membuat siswa lebih fokus, percaya diri, dan mandiri. Mereka juga mempraktikkan bagaimana berbagi pengetahuan yang mereka dapatkan. Sehingga, mereka dapat lebih memahami tentang materi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa. Kata kunci: Teknik Jigsaw, Pemahaman Membaca, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas

Abstract

This research aims at knowing the use of mind maping method to improve the languagecompetence of kindergarthen students in TK Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta 2014/2015. Thesubject of this research is 29 pupils; 13 boys and 16 girls.The data collecting technique applied is observation, interview and documentation.Tnis research is an action research with two cycles.Based on the research in cycle one and two, it is proved that mind maping method canimprove the language competence. This method is also proved to be effective.

The implementation of school safety against natural disturbances is a necessity inIndonesia. School as one of the manifestations of public services deserve to haveproportionately minimize the impact of natural design. Schools as an educational system tomake natural disaster as a natural phenomenon is not just leaving resignation but raises avariety hope to deal with various aspects of implementation. Solving problems of disasterfriendlyschools do not necessarily stop at the level of intelligent discourse alone but requireproportionally adequate preparedness in pengatasannya. Abstract

AbstractIn Indonesia, English is a foreign language. English should be learnt by the students in every levels education in this country. No wonder, speaking is one of language skills that should be mastered by students especially in globalization era. However, several foreign language learners face some difficulites in learning speaking. This study was to answer the problem and to show the improvement after the implementation of Three Steps Interview technique in teaching learning process at eleventh grade students of SMAN 6 Surakarta in 2017/2018 academic year. The method of the study was classroom action research which was conducted from January until February 2018. To collect the data, test (oral test) and non-test (interview, observation, and documentation) techniques were employed. Meanwhile, t-test was used to analyze the data . The result of the study proved that Three Steps Interview technique gave significant improvement to the students’ speaking skill. It was seen from the result of the mean score of post-test 2 was 74.41 better than 64.14 in post-test 1 and the 47.71 in pre-test. Meanwhile, the result of analyzing the t-test between pre-test and post-test 1 were 15.06 and post-test 1 and post-test 2 were 11.87. Based on the fact above, it can be conclude that Three Steps Interview technique was one of alternative technique to improve students’ speaking skill in teaching and learning process. Not only showed the improvement trough the data, but also it made the class condition  more conducive and built the student’s cooperation together during teaching learning process. Keywords: Speaking skill, Action Research, Three Steps Interview.  AbstrakDi Indonesia, bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa asing. Bahasa Inggris harus dipelajari oleh siswa di setiap tingkat pendidikan di negara ini. Tidak heran, berbicara adalah salah satu keterampilan bahasa yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa terutama di era globalisasi. Namun, beberapa pelajar bahasa asing menghadapi beberapa kesulitan dalam belajar berbicara. Penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab masalah dan untuk menunjukkan peningkatan setelah penerapan teknik Three Steps Interview dalam proses belajar mengajar pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 6 Surakarta di 2017/2018 tahun akademik. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dari Januari hingga Februari 2018. Untuk mengumpulkan data, tes (tes lisan) dan teknik non-tes (wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi) dipekerjakan. Sementara itu, uji-t digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa teknik Wawancara Tiga Langkah memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa. Itu terlihat dari hasil nilai rata-rata post-test 2 yaitu 74,41 lebih baik dari 64,14 pada post-test 1 dan 47,71 pada pre-test. Sementara itu, hasil analisis uji-t antara pre-test dan post-test 1 adalah 15,06 dan post-test 1 dan post-test 2 adalah 11,87. Berdasarkan fakta di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik Wawancara Tiga Langkah adalah salah satu teknik alternatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tidak hanya menunjukkan peningkatan melalui data, tetapi juga membuat kondisi kelas lebih kondusif dan membangun kerja sama siswa bersama selama proses belajar mengajar. Kata kunci: Keterampilan Berbicara, Penelitian Tindakan, Wawancara Tiga Langkah
