Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran guru dalam mendidik karakterpeserta didik melalui media tembang macapat pangkur di SDN 02 Gaum Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Peranguru di sekolah sangat berpengaruh pada kemajuan dan perkembangan karakter peserta didik untukmengenali dan mencintai seni dan budaya daerahnya. Selama ini kadang-kadang guru di sekolah hanyasekedar melaksanakan kewajiban mengajar dengan tuntutan ketercapai ketuntasan materi pembelajaran.Artinya bahwa guru di sekolah kurang maksimal dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran terutama mediaberbasis seni untuk mendidik karakter peserta didik. Kondisi ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil survey yangawal yang dilakukan di SDN 02 Gaum Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di SDN 02 GaumTasikmadu Karanganyar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukanmulai tahap survei, dan perijinan, dan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahapsosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan dan kolaborasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Target luaran yang dihasilkanadalah 9 guru dari 12 guru yang mengikuti pelatihan ini mampu menyusun materi pembelajaran seni berbasiskearifan lokal. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa materi pembelajaran seni tembang macapat pangkur sertapublikasi artikel pengabdian dalam jurnal ilmiah. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini akan dapatmemberikan penguatan pemahaman pada guru-guru tentang betapa pentingnya pendampingan dalammenanamkan karakter peserta didik. Kondisi tersebut tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa apabila peserta didikdidekatkan dan diajarkan tentang kearifan lokal seperti tembang macapat pangkur, maka pada diri merekaakan tumbuh karakter baik yaitu kecintaan terhadap seni dan budaya daerahnya.Kata Kunci: Peran guru, pendidikan karakter, media tembang macapat pangkur.

Abstract

This study aims to get a clear picture of (1) Strategies to internalize the value of character education through CTL learning methods and the habit of reading the Qur'an to counteract the development of information and communication technology in 3 Public Elementary Schools and solo high schools, and (2)) The CTL learning method and the habit of reading the Qur'an can counteract the development of information and communication technology in 3 public elementary and private high schools. This study included descriptive qualitative research, with a single fixed case study strategy. Data obtained from: (1) Places and events namely learning activities in 3 Public Elementary Schools and private solo schools ;; (2) Documents, namely documents containing textbooks, methods and learning strategies used by the teacher, and reports on student learning evaluation results, and (3) Informants, consisting of PKn subject teachers, local transportation subject teachers and students in 3 Public Elementary Schools and private solo schools. To obtain data is done by (1) Observation; (2) Document analysis, and (3) In-depth interviews. The targets of this study include; (1) Add insight to teachers in choosing learning methods that can understand students about the development of communication and information, and (2) Provide separate learning methods in an effort to internalize the value of character education to students to counteract the development of information and communication technology using the Contextual Teaching and learning methods Learning (CTL) and the habit of reading the Qur'an.Key words: Character Education, CTL and Reading the Al-Qur'an,

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The content / material taught social studies at theState Elementary School District of Banjarsari; (2) the way teachers develop the content /materials in social studies at State Elementary School District of Banjarsari, and (3) The valuespaedagogis of Kraton Surakarta historical heritage which can be used as material developmentof social studies at the State Elementary School District of Banjarsari.This research was conducted at the State Elementary School District of Banjarsari andin Kasunanan, Mangkunegaran and Museum Radyapustoko. Form of research is descriptivequalitative single case study strategy spikes. Source of data derived from informants, places andevents as well as documents. Data collection was carried depth interviews with teachers,principals, and employees Kasunanan, Mangkunegaran and Museum Radyapustoko and otherinformants who really know the historical heritage Kraton Surakarta. Observations carried outon learning activities in the classroom social studies, Kasunanan, Mangkunegaran and MuseumRadyapustoko. Analysis of documents related to historical relics and documents KratonSurakarta curriculum and learning tools, especially social studies teacher. Sampling ispurposive sampling, time sampling and sampling snowbal. To obtain the validity of data usedtriangulation data / sources and methods. The data analysis technique used is interactiveanalysis, the analysis process that moves between the three components include data reduction,data presentation and verification / drawing conclusions that interact with the data collectioncycle.The conclusion of this study: (1) The content / material elementary school social studiesis still a general knowledge about the development of Hindu-Buddhist kingdom and the kingdomof Islam, so the historical heritage Kraton Surakarta not been included as study material; (2) Indeveloping the content / learning material social studies, teachers still use other sources, whilethe historical heritage Kraton Surakarta not be the object of the assignment, and (3) Historicalevidence Kraton Surakarta has left some value paedagogis both from a religious / religious,politically, economically, and culturally so worthy to serve as the development of social studiesmaterials can even be used as study material.Keywords: The historical heritage, development of learning materials, subjects IPS.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran guru dalam mendidik karakter peserta didik melalui media tembang macapat pangkur pupu 2 serat wedhatama di SDN 02 Papahan Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Peran guru di sekolah sangat berpengaruh pada kemajuan dan perkembangan karakter peserta didik untuk mengenali dan mencintai seni dan budaya daerahnya. Pendidikan karakter juga dapat menumbuhkan kepribadian positif pada peserta didik untuk menghargai kearifan lokal daerahnya. Selama ini kadang-kadang guru di sekolah hanya sekedar melaksanakan kewajiban mengajar dengan tuntutan ketercapai ketuntasan materi pembelajaran. Artinya bahwa guru di sekolah kurang maksimal dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran terutama media berbasis seni untuk mendidik karakter peserta didik. Kondisi ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil survei awal yang dilakukan di SDN 02 Papahan Tasikmadu Karanganyar.Pengabdian ini dilakukan di SDN 02 Papahan Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukan mulai tahap survei, dan perijinan, dan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan dan kolaborasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Target luaran yang diharapkan adalah guru-guru SDN 02 Papahan Tasikmadu Karanganyar yang mengikuti kegiatan ini memiliki kepekaan dan kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap pendidikan karakter peserta didik sehingga dapat menuai prestasi yang baik. Selain itu juga dapat tersusun artikel ilmiah untuk dimuat dalam jurnal nasional ber ISSN. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 peserta dari guru dan peserta didik SDN 02 Papahan Tasikmadu Karanganyar.Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini akan dapat memberikan penguatan pemahaman pada guru-guru tentang betapa pentingnya pendampingan dalam menanamkan karakter peserta didik. Kondisi tersebut tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa apabila peserta didik didekatkan dan diajarkan tentang kearifan lokal seperti tembang macapat pangkur pupuh 2 serat wedhatama, maka pada diri mereka akan tumbuh karakter baik yaitu kecintaan terhadap seni dan budaya daerahnya.  Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Pendidikan Karakter, Media Tembang Macapat Pangkur          Pupuh 2 Serat Wedhatama.

Abstract

This community service aims to (1) instill self-confidence to grow development and introduce children to the basic schools to love more and more ancestral culture based on local wisdom; (2) Promote a sense of trust with mental education with good character, based on the development guidelines of Pangkur Pupuh 3Serhatama Fiber, and (3) Fostering a smart and quality society, through basic education that has the spirit of Pancasila. The method of implementation used in this service with learning and training socialization papers. The population of this study were 20 teachers, prospective teachers and students of SDN 3 Suruh. The result of this community service is that the teacher can understand the songs and practice the PangkurPupuh 3SeratWedhatama song. Thus, the method of learning through training and socialization is more effective in making teachers, prospective teachers and students understand the philosophy of Armageddon 3Swedhatama fiber.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik sebelum dan sesudah masa pandemi Covid-19, 2) hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah masa pandemi Covid-19, 3) kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik sebelum dan sesudah masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara langsung yang dilakukan oleh guru sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun pada pembelajaran jarak jauh belum terlaksana dengan optimal. (2) Hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran secara langsung pada aspek kognitif menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 80, aspek psikomotorik menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 84, dan aspek afektif menunjukkan hasil yang bagus. Sedangkan pada pembelajaran jarak jauh hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat, rata-rata aspek kognitif menjadi 83, rata-rata aspek psikomotorik menjadi 82, penilaian afektif menunjukan hasil yang bagus. (3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya sadar dan terencana untuk mendidik peserta didik supaya lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penanaman karakter peduli sosial peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri Madyotaman Surakarta. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik kelas V sebanyak 6 peserta didik, wali kelas V, dan kepala sekolah. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan urutan dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan strategi yang digunakan dalam penanaman karakter peduli sosial pada peserta didik menggunakan pendekatan pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan melalui strategi keteladanan, pembelajaran, pembudayaan, penguatan dan penilaian. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan faktor yang menyebabkan karakter peduli sosial peserta didik kurang baik disebabkan karena faktor lingkungan baik di rumah, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu pendidikan khususnya dalam hal pengembangan karakter peduli sosial.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kurikulum yang berlaku saat ini adalah kurikulum 2013 yang mengusung penguatan pendidikan karakter disetiap jenjang pendidikan, khususnya Sekolah Dasar. Melalui kurikulum 2013 ini, pemerintah berharap pendidikan dapat menyeimbangkan antara kemampuan intelektualitas dan penguatan karakter peserta didik. Gugus Sekolah Dasar. Di gugus Wahidin Sudirohusodo kecamatan Jumapolo, Kabupaten Karanganyar, yang terdiri dari 7 SD sudah melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter tetapi masih terkendala. Banyak guru yang kurang memahami konsep  pendidikan karakter sehingga implementasi pendidikan karakter  masih  lemah.  Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis strategi metakognisi sehingga menjadi salah satu solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: (1) persiapan yang terdiri dari survei, perijinan, dan pemberian motivasi bagi guru yang mengikuti pelatihan (2) pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelatihan, serta tahap evaluasi akhir. Dari 7 SD yang mengikuti pelatihan, semuanya mampu membuat draft kebijakan pembiasaan penguatan karakter sesuai strategi metakognisi.Abstract: The current curriculum is the 2013 curriculum which carries out strengthening character education at every level of education, especially elementary schools. Through the 2013 curriculum, the government hopes that education can balance intellectual abilities and strengthen the character of students. Elementary School Cluster. In the Wahidin Sudirohusodo cluster, Jumapolo sub-district, Karanganyar Regency, which consists of 7 elementary schools, they have implemented character education strengthening but are still having problems. Many teachers do not understand the concept of character education so that the implementation of character education is still weak. This service program aims to improve teacher understanding in strengthening character education based on metacognition strategies so that it becomes one of the solutions to existing problems. Methods of implementation include: (1) preparation consisting of surveys, licensing, and providing motivation for teachers participating in training (2) program implementation, including the preliminary stage, socialization and hearing stages, training stage, and final evaluation stage. Of the 7 elementary schools that participated in the training, all of them were able to draft a policy of character strengthening habituation according to the metacognition strategy.
