Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the implemantation of Guidance and Counseling inHigh School state 1 Palangkaraya. This study used a qualitative approach. Informants of thisstudy is BK teacher, Headmaster, Teacher, OSIS and School committee, Data were collectedusing the sets include participatory observation, in depth interviewsand analisys with four stage.Data in qualitative reseach phase of Milles and Hubermann. Starting from colection of data,data reduction, data classification and conclusions. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The content / material taught social studies at theState Elementary School District of Banjarsari; (2) the way teachers develop the content /materials in social studies at State Elementary School District of Banjarsari, and (3) The valuespaedagogis of Kraton Surakarta historical heritage which can be used as material developmentof social studies at the State Elementary School District of Banjarsari.This research was conducted at the State Elementary School District of Banjarsari andin Kasunanan, Mangkunegaran and Museum Radyapustoko. Form of research is descriptivequalitative single case study strategy spikes. Source of data derived from informants, places andevents as well as documents. Data collection was carried depth interviews with teachers,principals, and employees Kasunanan, Mangkunegaran and Museum Radyapustoko and otherinformants who really know the historical heritage Kraton Surakarta. Observations carried outon learning activities in the classroom social studies, Kasunanan, Mangkunegaran and MuseumRadyapustoko. Analysis of documents related to historical relics and documents KratonSurakarta curriculum and learning tools, especially social studies teacher. Sampling ispurposive sampling, time sampling and sampling snowbal. To obtain the validity of data usedtriangulation data / sources and methods. The data analysis technique used is interactiveanalysis, the analysis process that moves between the three components include data reduction,data presentation and verification / drawing conclusions that interact with the data collectioncycle.The conclusion of this study: (1) The content / material elementary school social studiesis still a general knowledge about the development of Hindu-Buddhist kingdom and the kingdomof Islam, so the historical heritage Kraton Surakarta not been included as study material; (2) Indeveloping the content / learning material social studies, teachers still use other sources, whilethe historical heritage Kraton Surakarta not be the object of the assignment, and (3) Historicalevidence Kraton Surakarta has left some value paedagogis both from a religious / religious,politically, economically, and culturally so worthy to serve as the development of social studiesmaterials can even be used as study material.Keywords: The historical heritage, development of learning materials, subjects IPS.

Abstract

Abstract The purposes of this research are describing academic supervision with class visiting technique to the teachers on the Elementary School of Tasikagung in implementation educative learning on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic and analyzing academic supervision with class visiting technique on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic to the teachers on the Elementary School of Tasikagung pedagogic competency in implementation educative learning. The type of this research is School Action Research (SAR). This research is taken place on Elementary School of Tasikagung, Sub District of Rembang, Regency of Rembang. The subjects of this research are the teachers of the class and the subject matters ones on the Elementary School of Tasikagung on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic. The subjects of this research are consists of 9 civil officer teachers and 4 non regular teachers. Technique of collecting data of this research is non test technique, consist of observation and documentation. The instruments of collecting data of this research are the sheets of observation and the camera application on the hand phone. Technique of analyzing data of this research is comparative description. The procedure of this research is cycle model that consist of 4 steps that are plan, action, observation and reflection. The results of this research are 1) academic supervision with class visiting technique is a direct observation with ideal position on observing the learning, 2) academic supervision with class visiting technique is a direct observation with out interview and intervention to the teachers who implement the learning, 3) academic supervision with class visiting techniques are an individual by the head master according to the class visiting schedule and a group with the interested teachers as reference to implement the educative learning, 4) academic supervision with class visiting technique increases the teachers pedagogic competency in implementation educative learning.Keywords: Pedagogic Competency, Teachers, Learning, Academic Supervision, Class Visiting. Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan supervisi akademik teknik kunjungan kelas pada guru SDN Tasikagung dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dan menganalisis supervisi akademik teknik kunjungan kelas pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru SDN Tasikagung dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Tasikagung, Kecamatan Rembang, Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada awal Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Guru Kelas dan Guru Mata Pelajaran SDN Tasikagung pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari 9 orang guru dengan status Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan 4 orang guru dengan atatus Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik nontes, meliputi pengamatan dan dokumentasi kegiatan penelitian. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar pengamatan dan aplikasi kamera pada hand phone. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah Model Siklus yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Supervisi akademik teknik kunjungan kelas dilakukan dengan mengamati kegiatan pembelajaran secara langsung pada posisi yang ideal untuk melakukan pengamatan, 2) Supervisi akademik teknik kunjungan kelas dilakukan dengan mengamati kegiatan pembelajaran secara langsung tanpa wawancara maupun intervensi terhadap guru yang sedang menyelenggarakan pembelajaran tersebut, 3) Supervisi akademik teknik kunjungan kelas dilakukan kepala sekolah seorang diri sebagai supervisor sesuai dengan jadwal kunjungan kelas maupun bersama-sama dengan guru-guru yang berminat sebagai acuan dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik, 4) Supervisi akademik teknik kunjungan kelas meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Guru, Pembelajaran, Supervisi Akademik, Kunjungan Kelas.

Abstract

AbstractReading becomes one of the most effective activities to get information from various sources, both online and offline. However, today's reading culture let alone reading textbooks seems to have started to decrease. Similarly, young people, especially students. Yet through the process of reading can improve thinking power, sharpen the view, and broaden the horizons. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach.  The sample of this research was taken by random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study used observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The Data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis percentage. The result of this research shows that the reading interest condition of PGSD UPGRIS students consists of low category 96,96%, medium category 3.04%, while high category and very high 0%. In addition, the obstacles in growing interest in reading students consisting of six indicators namely, physical weakness, intelligence, interests, talents, habits, and the number of student learning expenses produce an average of 42.42%, it was stated as being in the medium category.Keywords: reading interest, students. AbstrakMembaca menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang efektif guna mendapatkan informasi dari berbagai sumber, baik secara online maupun offline. Namun, saat ini budaya membaca apalagi membaca buku teks nampaknya sudah mulai berkurang. Begitu pula dengan generasi muda khususnya mahasiswa. Padahal melalui proses membaca dapat meningkatkan daya pikir, mempertajam pandangan, dan memperluas wawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian diambil melalui teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi minat baca mahasiswa PGSD UPGRIS terdiri atas kategori rendah sebesar 96,96%, kategori sedang 3,04%, sedangkan kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi 0%. Selain itu, kendala dalam menumbuhkan minat baca mahasiswa yang terdiri dari enam indikator yakni, kelemahan fisik, intelegensi, minat, bakat, kebiasaan, dan banyaknya beban belajar mahasiswa menghasilkan rata-rata sebesar 42,42% termasuk dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: minat baca, mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstract The purposes of this research are 1) describing the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets on the Class IV students of the Elementary School of Bulu on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic with Gallery Walk Method and analyzing telling story ability and learning result Javanese language about the Story of Shadow Puppets on the Class IV students of the Elementary School of Bulu on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic with Gallery Walk Method. The type of this research is Class Action Research (CAR). The action of this research is Gallery Walk Method. The location of this research is on the Class IV of the Elementary School of Bulu, Sub District of Bulu, Regency of Rembang. The period of this research are two months on the middle of the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic, begin on September 2017 to October 2017. The subjects of this research are the Class IV students of the Elementary School of Bulu on the first semester of 2017/2018 year academic as much as eleven children; consist of five boys and six girls. The data of this research are the students as the subject according to the action on the learning. Techniques of collecting data of this research are non test technique and test technique. Technique of analyzing data of this research is comparative description. The procedure of this research is cycle model by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The results of this research are 1) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets need a set of tools and material such as multicolored and dark-white illustration pictures that according to the subject matter, 2) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets is a group learning approach that consist of three up to four members with a constant composition and place, 3) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets is increasing the students’ learning activities, 4) the Javanese Language about the Story of Shadow Puppets is increasing the students’ learning results.Keywords: Telling Story Ability, Learning Results, Javanese Language, Shadow Puppets, Gallery Walk Method.Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah 1) mendeskripsikan pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang pada peserta didik Kelas IV SDN Bulu di Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan Metode Gallery Walk dan 2) menganalisis kemampuan bercerita dan hasil belajar Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang pada peserta didik Kelas IV SDN Bulu di Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan Metode Gallery Walk. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tindakan dalam penelitian adalah Metode Gallery Walk. Tempat penelitian ini adalah Kelas IV SDN Bulu, Kecamatan Bulu, Kabupaten Rembang. Waktu penelitian ini adalah dua bulan, pada pertengahan Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, mulai bulan September tahun 2017 sampai bulan Oktober tahun 2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas IV SDN Bulu pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak sebelas anak, terdiri dari lima putra dan enam putri. Data penelitian adalah peserta didik sebagai subjek penelitian sesuai dengan tindakan dalam pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik non tes dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data dengan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah model Siklus oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart.  Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk membutuhkan alat dan bahan, yaitu gambar ilustrasi berwarna maupun hitam-putih yang sesuai dengan materi, 2) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk dengan pendekatan belajar kelompok, yaitu tiga kelompok terdiri dari tiga sampai empat anggota dengan komposisi dan tempat yang sama, 3) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik, 4) Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tentang Cerita Tokoh Wayang dengan Metode Gallery Walk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Bercerita, Hasil Belajar, Bahasa Jawa, Wayang, Metode Gallery Walk.

Abstract

AbstractLearning science-based local wisdom in the elementary school is one effort to instill the value of local wisdom in children from an early age. Teachers are also required to improve the quality of learning through a variety of innovations, one of them through ethnoscience. Ethnoscience raised the culture and local wisdom to serve as an object of learning science so that makes learning more meaningful. This study aims to analyze the needs of students in learning science in elementary school. The analysis is used in designing learning models that can combine science and local wisdom values through ethnosciences. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling, with sample of 10 elementary school teachers in Banjarsari. Data were collected through literature study, documentation, and interview and analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: 1) The teacher can determine the local culture and sort the material to be integrated in the learning of science based on local culture, 2) Learning resources that can be used in learning ethnoscience is the environment, literature, audio visual, and internet, and 3) Teachers can use a variety of methods in learning ethnosciences.Keyword: Ethnoscience, Learning Quality, Local Wisdom. AbstrakPembelajaran sains berbasis kearifan lokal di SD merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menanamkan nilai kearifan lokal pada anak sejak dini. Guru juga dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui berbagai macam inovasi salah satunya melalui etnosains. Etnosains mengangkat budaya dan kearifan lokal untuk dijadikan sebagai objek pembelajaran sains sehingga membuat pembelajaran lebih bermakna.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan siswa dalam belajar IPA di SD. Analisis tersebut digunakan dalam merancang model pembelajaran yang dapat memadukan antara sains dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal melalui etnosains. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 10 orang guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Banjarsari.  Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka, dokumentasi, dan wawancara serta dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Guru dapat menentukan budaya lokal dan memilah materi yang akan diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran sains berbasis budaya lokal,  2) Sumber belajar yang yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran etnosains adalah lingkungan sekitar, literatur, audio visual, dan internet, dan 3) Guru dapat menggunakan berbagai macam metode dalam pembelajaran etnosainsKata kunci: Etnosains, Kualitas Pembelajaran, dan Kearifan Lokal

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the low learning result of intensive reading of students which one of them is caused by less active, creative, and innovative learning process. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CIRC model of intensive reading learning outcomes of third grade students of SDN Bogorame Rembang. This research is a quantitative research with Pre-Experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posstest type. The sample technique used is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling type. Population in this research is all student class III SDN Bogorame Rembang academic year 2017/2018. The result of the research shows that CIRC model is effective toward students' intensive reading learning as evidenced by t-test with  tcount = 4,4986> ttable = 2,1448.Keywords: CIRC, The Results of Learning Intensive Reading Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena rendahnya hasil belajar membaca intensif siswa yang salah satunya diakibatkan oleh proses pembelajaran yang kurang aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model CIRC terhadap hasil belajar membaca intensif siswa kelas III SDN Bogorame Rembang. Penelitian  ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Experimental dengan jenis One Group Pretest-Posstest. AbstractVarious problems in the world of special education is many of graduates who have not been absorbed in the business world and industrial world. Strengthening the learning process of vocational programs is very important, including strengthening network competence and life skills. An edupreneur can perform the management of vocational skills centers in school according to the needs of the special needs learners so that they can respond to the challenges of the workplace and mistrust of the community to the students with special needs. Management of vocational programs in special schools should be humanistic and take into account the characteristics, needs and types of services appropriate to learners derived from the assessment program to determine the basic capabilities and barriers to enhance the interests and talents of learners.Key words : edupreneur, difable, vocational program Abstrak            Berbagai masalah dalam dunia pendidikan khusus adalah banyaknya lulusan yang belum terserap dalam dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Memperkuat proses pembelajaran program vokasional sangat penting dilakukan, termasuk memperkuat kompetensi jaringan kerja dan kecakapan hidup. Seorang edupreneur dapat melakukan manajemen sentra keterampilan vokasional di sekolah sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik kebutuhan khusus sehingga mereka dapat menjawab tantangan dunia kerja dan ketidakpercayaan masyarakat terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Abstract

Abstract               This study aims to describe the media validity level of MOONSTAR (super smart monopoly) and to know learning using media MOONSTAR (super smart monopoly) aided speaking stick teaching model is more effective than conventional learning. This research includes the type of R & D research and development (research and development) with the research procedure using the ADDIE model. The data collection in this research is done at Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Material and media validation was done by 3 lecturers in each field, and the product trial was conducted on the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Tegalarum 2 Mranggen with 30 students. The result of this research is qualitative data and quantitative data. The validation results by the media expert obtained a score of 92% (excellent criteria). Expert material validation results obtained a score of 83% (excellent criteria). Questionnaire teacher response to the media obtained a score of 91% (criteria excellent). The result of questionnaire of student response to the media obtained a score of 97% (very good criteria). Student evaluation result by using media MOONSTAR (super smart monopoly) get value of gain equal to 0,51 with medium category. Thus the development of learning media MOONSTAR (super smart monopoly) can be used as a medium of learning and otherwise feasible as a medium of learning.Keywords: Media, Monopoly, IPS, fourth grade students of elementary school. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat validitas media MOONSTAR (monopoli super pintar)  serta untuk mengetahui pembelajaran menggunakan media MOONSTAR (monopoli super pintar) berbantu model pembelajaran talking stick lebih efektif dari pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian dan pengembangan R&D (research and development) dengan prosedur penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and, Evaluation. Validasi materi dan media dilakukan oleh dosen ahli bidang masing-masing sebanyak 3 orang, dan uji coba produk dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Tegalarum 2 Mranggen sebanyak 30 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh skor 92% (kriteria baik sekali). Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 83% (kriteria baik sekali). Angket respon guru terhadap media memperoleh skor 91% (kriteria baik sekali). Hasil angket respon siswa terhadap media memperoleh skor 97% (kriteria baik sekali). Hasil evaluasi siswa dengan menggunakan media MOONSTAR (monopoli super pintar) memperoleh nilai gain sebesar 0,51 dengan kategori sedang. Dengan demikian pengembangan media pembelajaran MOONSTAR (monopoli super pintar) dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Media, Monopoli, IPS, Siswa kelas IV SD

Abstract

AbstrakKarya ilmiah menjadi tututan bagi sivitas akademika, tanpa terkecuali bagi mahasiswa guna meningkatkan kualitas berfikir secara kritis dan sistematis sebagai media refleksi untuk mengukur kemampuan dari bidang ilmu yang telah dipelajari selain untuk mengangkat kredibilitas institusi pendidikan yang mulai bersaing di tingkat internasional. Kenyataan ini tidaklah mudah untuk direalisasikan karena banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaiannya, mulai dari sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pengetahuan, minimnya strategi mengajar yang tepat yang mampu menjembatani kebutuhan mereka dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Dengan pertimbangan kebutuhan karya ilmiah yang harus dipenuhi oleh mahasiswa, program studi pendidikan bahasa Inggris Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten memberikan pengetahuan tentang Academic Writing secara dini dan terstruktur dengan strategi mengajar yang tepat bagi mahasiswa supaya mampu menghasilkan karya ilmiah baik untuk kebutuhan kompetisi, tugas menulis maupun tugas akhir mereka berupa skripsi pada mata kuliah Writing I sampai dengan VI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Proses pengajaran materi Academic Writing guna meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah bagi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan bahasa Inggris di Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten, Penelitian ini merupakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan secara langsung di kelas yang sudah ditentukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi berupa hasil menulis mahasiswa. Data kualitatif akan dianalisis melalui reduksi data, pemaparan data dan proses validasi Kata Kunci : Academic writing, karya ilmiah, strategi mengajar. AbstractAcademic writing is the obligation should be done by all the students to encourage their critical thinking and systematically as the measurement of the material has been learnt and the tool to improve the institution credibility as the academic writing becomes the competition among students in the wild range of categories. In fact, the academic writing achievement is way too hard for students concerning to the many factors influenced, the limited number of the human resources to teach academic writing, the lack of knowledge about academic writing and less of appropriate teaching strategies to improve students ability in writing academically because of its difficulties have become the major factors of students’ low capability in academic writing. Realizing academic needs require students to write some sort of academic writing, the English department of study program decided to teach students as early as possible and provide the appropriate teaching strategies as it needed in the field of competition, assignments and research and it is implemented into curriculum given in the form of Writing I to Writing VI in each semester which should be mastered by student in order to develop their academic writing skills. This study is the qualitative research which collecting the data by conducting observation, interview and documentation. The data collected was analyzed through data reduction, display and also through data triangulation.Keywords: Academic writing, Teaching Strategies.
