Abstract

This study is entitled Study of Biofertilizer Types of Grasshopper Pest Intensity on Black Corn (Black Aztec) with the aim to study the types of biological fertilizer on grasshopper pest intensity. which began on November 9, 2019, in Jembangan Hamlet, Gagaksipat Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali District, Central Java, with a height of 150m (asl). This research uses factorial basic design complete randomized block design (RCBD) arranged in a single factor consisting of 10 treatments 3 replications. From the results of this study were analyzed with the Dancun multiple range test (Duncan Multiple Range Test / DMRT) at a level of 5%. Observations observed included: symptoms of attack, intensity of attacks, fresh weight of cob with skin, fresh weight of stover, weight of 100 seeds. The results of the research show that: (1) Symptoms of locust pest attacks appear evenly on Biotogrow biofertilizers, symptoms of pest attacks begin to appear at the age of 20 days after planting. (2) The treatment of biological fertilizers affects the intensity of pest attacks on maize plants with the highest Biotogrow biofertilizers namely 22.6 and the lowest attacks on Megarizho fertilizers namely 13.8. (3) Megarizho biological fertilizer treatment can reduce locust pest attack,.

Abstract

This study is entitled Concentration Test of Three Liquid Organic Fertilizer From Agricultural Waste on Growth and Yield of Arugula (Eruca Sativa) to test the concentration of three kinds of liquid organic fertilizer, sugarcane bagasse waste, banana peel and coconut fiber with a concentration of 50 ml/l, 100 ml/l, and, 150 ml/l. This study uses a single Randomized Complete Design (CRD) method consisting of 10 treatments that are repeated 3 times, consisting of K0, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, the results of this study were analyzed with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%, the parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, fresh weightof biomass, and dry weight of biomass. The results of the study show that: (1) Giving treatment (K3), liquid organic fertilizer of banana peels with a concentration of 150 ml/l, provides interaction with parameters of observation of leaf width, root length and dry weight of biomass arugula plants, but they need to increase the concentration of organic fertilizer liquid to assist the growth process with observations of plant height parameters, number of leaves, leaf length and fresh weigh of biomass. (2) Provision of treatment with 150 ml/l concentration is the best treatment for the parameters of observation of leaf width, length of root and dry weight of biomass, but the administration of 150 ml/l concentration is not sufficient for plant nutrient requirements so there is no interaction with the growth process of plant height, number of leaves, length of leaves and fresh weight of biomass. (3) The highest dry weight of biomass in the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer from banana peel waste with a concentration of 150 ml/l, weighing 4.32 g or an increase of 20% compared to the control.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pemberian Tiga Macam Pupuk Kandang Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Jewawut (Setaria italica L.) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kandang ayam, pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jewawut dan untuk mengetahui pupuk yang tepat untuk memperoleh hasil tanaman jewawut yang paling baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 10 perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali, terdiri dari D0, A1, A2, A3, K1, K2, K3, S1, S2, S3. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%, parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah malai, panjang malai, berat biji per malai, berat brangkasan basah dan berat kering brangkasan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Perlakuan macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah anakan, jumlah malai, berat biji per malai dan berat brangkasan basah. (2) Perlakuan pemberian macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat kering brangkasan. Perlakuan pemberian macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan panjang malai. (3) Perlakuan tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan pemberian pupuk kandang ayam, karena menghasilkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi dengan rata-rata 178,78 cm dan panjang malai tertinggi dengan rata-rata 26,39 cm. Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah “Studi Jenis Pupuk Hayati pada percobaan dan Hasil Tanaman Jagung Hitam (Aztec Hitam)”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jembangan, Desa Gagaksipat, Kecamatan Ngemplak, Kabupaten Boyolali dan berlangsung dari 9 November 2019 hingga 20 Januari 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari jenis pupuk hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung hitam (Black Aztec). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAK) dengan faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 10 pengaturan dan 3 ulangan, sedangkan analisis lebih lanjut menggunakan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan / DMRT pada level 5%.Parameter yang dinilai adalah tanaman tinggi, jumlah daun, bobot 100 biji per tanaman, bobot tanaman jagung hitam dengan kulit jagung kering, bobot tanaman jagung hitam tanpa kulit jagung kering, bobot brangkasan segar, bobot kering brangkasan. 1) Aplikasi pupuk hayati M- dengan konsentrasi 10 ml / 1,5 l udara mampu meningkatkan tanaman lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan kontrol atau tanpa pemberian pupuk hayati. (2) aplikasi dari Megarhizobiofertilizers dengan konsentrasi 10 ml / 1,2 air l adalah mampu berat brangkasan segar dari barang kompilasi  dibandingkan dengan kontrol atau tanpa pemberian pupuk hayati. (3) Hasil penelitian menunjukkanmenggunakan pupuk hayati dan tanpa menggunakan yang sama biaya hayati atau tidak untuk meningkatkan hasil tanaman jagung hitam

Abstract

The research about study Kind Of Animal Manures To The Intensity Of Locust Pest Damage ( Locusta Migratoria Manilensis L. ) on three Types Of Corn Plants (Zea mays ssp. mays), with aim to test Kind Of Animal Manures To The Intensity Of Locust Pest Damage ( Locusta Migratoria Manilensis L. ) on three Types Of Corn Plants (Zea mays ssp. mays) had been done from 4 November 2019 to 17 January 2020, in Siderejo hamlet, Sajen Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency, Central Java, with elevation in 130m above sea level and regosol soil type. This research used a factorial Randomized Completion Block Design (RCBD) with method arranged split plot or separate tile layout design consist of two factors treatment with twelve combinations treatment and each treatment three replication. The parameters observed: attack symptoms, attack intensity, number of cobs, length of cobs, weight of fresh cobs per-plant, and weight of fresh cobs per-plot. The result of the research indicate that: (1) the most even intensity of attacks due to locust pest is found in the type of black corn, symptoms of locust attacks begin to appear at 10 days after planting on black corn. (2) The intesnsity attack of the locust pest influential attack on (V2P3) namely the treatment of chicken manure with a dose per plot of 608g on the type of white corn that is equal to 25,01. (3) The treatment of chicken manure and the type of white corn effect on the number of corn cobs gives the highest average value 1,33 and the length of the cob with the average value of 20,75.

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the characterization of biochar pores produced from bagasse through a pyrolysis process at a temperature of 110oC for 4 hours, using the Scaning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive X-Ray (SEM-EDX) method. The biochar of sugarcane pulp produced is then tested for its ability to absorb nitrogen content (% N-total), with the source of N is urea fertilizer through the Kjedhal method based on SNI (2801: 2010), and the source of nitrogen from a solution of ammonium sulfate (NH4)2SO4 by the titrimetric method. The SEM measurement results showed that the biochar pores were uniform and micro-sized, while the peat pores were macro in size and irregular. EDX results show that biochar is composed of 100% carbon, while peat soil consists of carbon compounds (C), Oxygen (O) Silica (Si) and Aluminum (Al). Both of biochar and peat have moisture content of 0.38% and 11.79%, ash content of 2.42% AND 24.44%, volatile content of 0.53% and 5.23% of bound or fixed carbon (cf) of 97.02% and 58.53%. The results of the biochar capacity test applied to peat soils can increase the pH of the peat from 5 to 6.5 with the ability to absorb N-total from urea (NH2)2CO and N-total fertilizer sources from ammonium sulfate (NH4)2SO4 solution of 38% - 66%, and 56.5% -84.5%.

Abstract

Research on "Study of Kinds of Mulch Against the Intensity of Phakopsora pachyrhizi Leaf Rust Disease in Three Soybean Varieties (Glycine Max (L.) Merrill)". This study aims to examine the kinds of mulch on the intensity of Phakopsora Pachyrhizi leaf rust disease in three varieties of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). The study used a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) arranged in a split plot consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely the variety of soybean varieties as the main plot (main plot) and the kinds of mulch as a sub plot (subplots), each treatment was repeated 3 times. Data were analyzed using Variance Analysis and followed by Honest Real Difference Test at the 5% level. The results showed the symptoms of Phakopsora pachyrizhi leaf rust disease on soybean plants first appeared at the age of 30 days after planting. Silver black plastic mulch and straw organic mulch were able to reduce the intensity of Phakopsora pachyrizhi leaf rust disease in Anjasmoro variety. The Anjasmoro variety was able to increase the yield on the number of pods and the number of seeds, the Grobogan variety was able to increase the yield on the weight of 100 seeds, and the Biosoy variety was able to increase the yield on pod weight and seed weight.

Abstract

Pepaya merupakan salah satu tanaman yang dapat dimanfaatkan buahnya dan banyak digemari oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Produksi pepaya di lapangan juga tergantung dari pemilihan benih yang sehat. Pemilihan benih yang sehat juga dapat mengurangi resiko timbulnya suatu penyakit di lapangan maupun di pembibitan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan uji kesehatan benih melalui pemeriksaan benih kering, blotter test, dan menguji suatu metabolit sekunder cendawan yang dapat meningkatkan perkecambahan pepaya. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pemeriksaan biji kering, blotter test dan pemanfaatan metabolit sekunder cendawan hasil blotter test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Pada buah pepaya yang sakit diperoleh biji berwarna pucat kecoklatan dan ukurannya kecil (tidak normal) dan pada biji yang parah sekali gejalanya maka biji tersebut berwarna putih. Sedangkan buah pepaya yang bergejala sedang (antara sakit dan sehat) memiliki gejala buah busuk tetapi hanya sedikit dan pada jarinagn buah yang busuk terdapat koloni cendawan berwarna hijau kelabu. Sedangkan buah papaya yang sehat kulit buahnya tidak terdapat gejala busuk kebasahan, jika dibelah biji berwrna hita, ukuran normal, dan warna buah bagian dalam merah oranye. Pada uji blotter diperoleh cendawan Aspergillus sp. dan Fusarium sp. metabolit sekunder dari cendawan Aspergillus sp. dapat meningkatkan perkecambahan pada benih pepaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Kajian Dosis Pupuk Organik Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.)’’ telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 27 Oktober 2020 sampai 25 Januari 2021 di Desa Donohudan Kecamatan Ngemplak Kabupaten Boyolali. Ketinggian tempat sekitar 150 mdpl dan jenis tanahnya grumusol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dosis pupuk organik terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan factor tunggal yaitu pemberian dosis pupuk kandang dan POC GDM yang terdiri dari 7 macam perlakuan dan diulang 4 kali, terdiri dari K0 (Tanpa Pupuk Organik), K1 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 30 gr/polybag), K2 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 60 gr/polybag), K3 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 90 gr/polybag), P1 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 4 ml/L),P2 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 8 ml/L), P3 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 12 ml/L). Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengambil 2 tanaman pada setiap perlakuan. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan Uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf 5%. Parameter yang diamati meliputi, Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Daun Perumpun, Jumlah Umbi Perumpun, Bobot Umbi Segar, Bobot Umbi Kering, Berat Kering Brangaksan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Perlakuan dosis pupuk organik tidak berpengaruh tehadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot kering brangkasan, bobot umbi segar, dan bobot umbi kering, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap jumlah umbi. 2) Pemberian POC GDM memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah umbi .

Abstract

Research on coconut water concentration tests and chicken manure doses on arrowroot growth in the highlands was carried out in April - July 2020, located in Karangsari RT 01 RW 07, Tawangmanggu District, Karanganyar Regency with an altitude of ± 1,200 masl with andosol soil types. This study aims: to test the concentration of coconut water on arrowroot growth, to test the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth and to test the concentration of coconut water and the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which was arranged factorial with 2 treatment factors, namely the dose of chicken manure (D) and the concentration of coconut water (K) which resulted in 9 combinations. D0K0: without yam manure dose and without coconut water concentration, D1: 120 g dose, D2: 240 g dose, K1: 50% concentration, K2: 100% concentration. Observations were made on the treatment plot. To determine whether there was an effect of water concentration and chicken manure dose treatment, the F test was used through analysis of variance. Meanwhile, to determine the significance of the treatment, the LSD test was used at the 5% level. The results showed (1) Treatment of 50% young coconut water which was shown to be dry weight of 9.07 g showed a higher growth than without coconut water and coconut water with a concentration of 100%. In fact, it can be seen that at a concentration of 50% increased to 100% concentration there is a decrease in arrowroot growth. (2) The dose of chicken manure was not able to affect plant growth by showing no different dry weight. (3) There is an interaction between the dose of chicken manure and the concentration of coconut water.
