Abstract

Managed aquifer filling has become more prevalent in recent years as an option for alleviating water scarcity and flood prevention. In this regard, infiltration wells are considered one of the technical solutions for water resource conservation efforts that are more in line with environmental issues. The dynamics of infiltration wells, from philosophy and planning to evaluation, are various parties' concerns in the context of sustainable development. The benefits, problems, and impacts of infiltration wells are engaging to study further based on multiple existing studies. This study aims to provide more comprehensive considerations for improving infiltration well development policies in the future. The analytical method used is a qualitative approach through literature studies. Several regulations are used as material for analysis, starting from the level of laws to operational decisions from local governments. The literature study also takes the essence of various journals related to essential issues in constructing infiltration wells in Indonesia from technical and non-technical aspects. The study results recommend more scrutiny in planning infiltration wells according to regional characteristics, strengthening regulations, and triple helix collaboration (government, community, business world) in implementation, maintenance, financing, and periodic monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of SITARI (State-Owned Assets Inventory Information System) at Universitas Sriwijaya using the Technology, Organization, and Environment (TOE) framework. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through interviews with 30 informants, including the rector, vice rectors, deans, vice deans, bureau heads, BMN coordinators, and SITARI operators. Informants were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection also included documentation and observation. The results show that adequate technological infrastructure, human resource competencies, and institutional support are key determinants of successful implementation. Persisting challenges involve inter-system integration, flexibility in data management, and internet network quality. These findings reinforce the literature on the benefits of e-government in public sector governance in higher education and underscore the importance of technological, organizational, and environmental factors in system adoption. Recommendations include developing a mobile-based application, strengthening security features, and providing user training. The study contributes theoretically to TOE-based technology adoption research and offers practical implications for universities seeking to enhance the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of State-Owned Assets (BMN) management.

Abstract

Licensing Management (SIMANIZ) in supporting the quality of public services at DPMPTSP Bojonegoro Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques on 100 respondents of the service user community. A total of 15 service attributes were used to evaluate the performance and level of importance of services, which were then analyzed using the (IPA) method. The results showed that the majority of attributes were in a strategic position with high performance and importance values. This finding indicates that the SIMANIZ application has played a role in improving the speed, efficiency, and accessibility of public services. However, some attributes are in priority areas for evaluation, especially related to service speed and continuity of system development. This study recommends the need for continuous improvement of service features that are considered important by the community in order to achieve digital services that are effective, adaptive, and oriented to the needs of service users.

Abstract

Bappeda (Regional Development Planning Agency) is a local government organization responsible for regional development planning with the regional head. In the preparation of regional development planning activities, a process that is not only limited to planning but also includes the monitoring and realization of development is needed. This research aims to find out what role Bappeda plays in regional development planning. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with bibliometric analysis with the help of VosViewer software. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely published journals in the Garuda database preserved by Kemdikbudristek. Bibliometric analysis is used to obtain a mapping from previous journals to determine the role of Bappeda in regional development planning. The results obtained show that there are three main keywords from the mapping results of bibliometric analysis that are interconnected, namely Bappeda, planning, and development. Each of these keywords has a relationship with other items, including policy planning, budget mapping, development implementation, musrenbang, good governance, and the preparation of regional planning documents. This shows that the broad role of Bappeda is to develop regional development planning, starting from musrenbang activities at the village and district levels and budget mapping to the preparation of regional planning documents such as the RPJPD, RPJMD, and RKPD. In addition, Bappeda also plays a role in activities after planning, namely monitoring the implementation of development and realizing the principles of good governance

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a crucial role in national resilience in Indonesia, given that they are religious educational institutions that not only instill Islamic values but also serve as strategic partners for the state in strengthening tolerance, inclusiveness, and ideological stability in society. In the context of public policy, Islamic boarding schools contribute to strengthening the national security system through character education, religious moderation, and fostering national awareness aligned with the nation's ideological and social resilience agenda. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate international publication trends on Islamic boarding schools and national resilience using the Scopus database through bibliometric analysis from 2009 to 2025. Data visualization and analysis were performed using Bibliometric and VOSviewer. The results show that discussions on Islamic boarding schools within the framework of national resilience frequently appear in educational journals. Furthermore, the relationship between Islamic boarding schools and national resilience appears to have strong relevance through themes such as multicultural education, religious moderation, and the social role of Islamic boarding schools in supporting the national security policy agenda. These findings are expected to contribute to the novelty of studies on Islamic boarding schools and national resilience, particularly in the context of strengthening the basis of public policy

Abstract

This research investigates an advocacy framework for sustainable tourism development, focusing on a public governance approach that prioritizes community empowerment and collaborative practices in Glawan Village, Semarang Regency, Indonesia. Glawan, a unique case study due to its blend of cultural heritage and strong community involvement, serves as an emerging model for rural tourism. The study utilizes a qualitative methodology, including in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders such as local government officials, community leaders, and tourism practitioners. Findings reveal that the advocacy framework, which integrates local wisdom, ecotourism, and participatory governance, is instrumental in shaping the village's tourism growth. Critical factors like attractions, accessibility, public facilities, and community engagement are identified as pivotal drivers. The research underscores the multifaceted role of the local government, which acts as a facilitator in planning, managing, and coordinating tourism while ensuring stakeholder collaboration. Ultimately, Glawan Village demonstrates that an advocacy-based approach, emphasizing community-led initiatives and multi-stakeholder synergy, can successfully balance economic viability, cultural preservation, and environmental responsibility. This study offers a replicable blueprint for policymakers and community leaders aiming to foster sustainable, resilient, and community-driven tourism.
