Abstract

Soe Hok Gie adalah seorang tokoh aktivis dan intelektual angkatan ‘66 yang dikenal karena pemikiran dan tulisannya yang kritis dan berani, namun meninggal dalam usia sangat muda yaitu 27 tahun. Pada tahun 1983, LP3ES menerbitkan catatan hariannya menjadi sebuah buku dengan judul Catatan Seorang Demonstran. Kemudian pada tahun 2005, kisah hidup sang aktivis dihidupkan kembali dalam media film yang berjudul GIE. Penelitian ini berangkat dari kegelisahan peneliti ketika membandingkan keadaan mahasiswa pada zamannya yang begitu berbeda dengan keadaan mahasiswa yang ada dalam cerita menurut pengalaman Gie. Dalam masa Gie, mahasiswa merupakan salah satu elemen dalam masyarakat yang aktif mengkritik dan mendorong kejatuhan pemerintahan Soekarno saat itu yang dianggap bertanggung jawab terhadap bencana politik dan ekonomi. Sedangkan pada konteks zamannya, peneliti melihat fenomena di kampusnya di mana mayoritas mahasiswa cenderung bersikap apatis terhadap politik serta berfokus pada perkuliahan saja. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kritis dan idealis dalam diri Gie terbentuk sebagai hasil kombinasi antara aspek person Gie sebagai keturunan etnis Tionghoa yang cerdas, memiliki rasa ingin tahu tinggi, keras kepala, serta keteguhan hati yang kuat; dengan aspek contextmicrosystem, mesosystem, exosystem, serta macrosystem di sekitar Gie. Selain itu, terdapat pula aspek process yang dialami oleh Gie serta aspek time di mana aspek process itu terjadi. Pada akhirnya Gie tumbuh menjadi manusia bebas yang tetap mempertahankan karakteristik individunya melalui aktivitas menulis artikel kritis serta rasa cinta yang besar terhadap kebangsaan Indonesia

Abstract

Budaya Patriarki di Indonesia sudah menjadi sebuah hal yang umum dan tampak biasa saja. Perempuan selalu melihat diri mereka satu tingkat dibawah kemampuan laki-laki, padahal hal yang membedakan laki-laki dan perempuan hanyalah sebatas organ tubuh. Jika ada perempuan yang sadar akan hal tersebut, jarang bagi mereka untuk memperjuangkan kesetaraan hak antara laki-laki dan perempuan dan memilih untuk tetap berada dalam belenggu patriarki. Diperlukan sebuah wacana untuk menggugah pemikiran perempuan supaya melihat lebih luas bahwa sebuah patriarki adalah sistem yang normatif bagi negara, budaya dan agama, namun setiap perempuan sebenarnya memiliki pilihan atas kebebasan dirinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aku sebagai perempuan yang hidup dalam keluarga patriarki memiliki pandangan yang berbeda mengenai perempuan. Proses rekonstruksi diri yang aku jalani, menghasilkan sebuah pandangan bahwa perempuan dapat memegang kendali atas dirinya dan tidak ditentukan oleh budaya normatif. Hal tersebut juga di pengaruhi oleh buku bacaan yang selama ini aku baca. Dari buku yang aku baca, aku meyakini hal yang berbanding terbalik dengan idealisasi budaya, dalam realita sekitarku banyak perempuan yang sebenarnya tidak sepenuhnya mengikuti sesuai dengan idealisasi budaya. Maka dari itu, aku memiliki pandangan untuk menghancurkan idealisasi perempuan lalu memilih untuk memahami tubuhku, pemikiranku dan kebebasan diriku sebagai perempuan.

Abstract

This study aims toobserve the relat ionship between self -adjustment and the fresehmen’ happiness. The population in this research is the freshmen ofSurabaya University in academic year of 2016 who come from outside Surabaya.This research uses an accidental sampling technique with the number of respondents 79 students.The research is a quantitative research with data collectionmethodology using instruments such as The Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) and happiness, supported by the demographic data such as sex, origin, nations, recent domicile, and faculty. The hypothesis uses parametric test and the result shows that there is a relationship between self-adjustment with happiness. Self-adjustment has a positive correlation and significance with happiness (r = 0,816, p≤0,05), and the most dominant of self-adjustment is academic adjustment aspect. Abstract

Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana seluruh aspek dari kehidupan sosial Toni saling berkaitan dan membentuk cara pikirnya terhadap maskulinitas dan gender rules. Terjadinya perceraian menyebabkan salah satu peran orang tua hilang, yaitu peran ayah. Jika peran ayah tidak ada, maka agen sosialisasi anak tersebut akan berkurang, sehingga ada nilai yang tidak diajarkan terutama berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai mengenai menjadi seorang laki-laki. Skripsi ini selain bertujuan selain untuk menjelaskan proses pembentukan pemahaman maskulinitas Toni, anak yang berasal dari keluarga bercerai dan tinggal dengan ibunya, juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman terhadap sebuah status gender sebagai laki-laki maskulin mempengaruhi cara pandang Toni terhadap kesetaraan dan keseimbangan aturan gender. Studi life history ini menyoroti kisah Toni dengan analisis kualitatif menggunakan teori Social Construction dari Berger & Luckmann (2011) dan Social Learning dari Lev Vygotsky (1978). Ketiadaan peran seorang ayah, meningkatkan intensitas peran dari agen sosialisasi yang lain dalam membentuk persepsi seseorang. Sosok ayah yang tidak ada di dalam keluarga dikarenakan kegagalan ayah dalam menjalankan perannya, malah menjadi sumber utama Toni untuk belajar mengenai peran dan aturan gender. Ibu, sebagai agen sosialisasi pertama berperan bersama dengan sekolah sebagai lingkungan sosial dan agen sosialisasi sekunder membentuk persepsi Toni berkaitan dengan keseimbangan dan kesetaraan peran dan aturan gender.

Abstract

Development of the internet is used to increase the financial value by businesses to market and sell their products more widely and easily.Through research that has been done by using a questionnaire, note that today many people who are interested in selling products online dropship to be able to improve their income, but this time needed a system that could streamline the transaction process of dropship. Please also note that the activities of the bargain in shopping can also increase the value of customer satisfaction.Currently the number of inquiries for online transactions face to face and COD(Cash On Delivery) also known increasing, especially for certain types of products, but many sellers who do not want to serve him because of the safety factor and the authenticity of the transaction. Therefore, this thesis aims to create a website marketing, selling products with features that can allow the user to make the sale of products with the dropship system that can automatically shorten transaction dropship today. And combining the bargaining system into the e-market place to increase user satisfaction in transactions and systems that can improve the sense of security is to meet the seller in the transaction and COD which are not provided by the e-market place that has been present in Indonesia at this time.

Abstract

Retail stores "X" is a network of stores engaged in retailing. Currently, the retail store "X" has a membership information system to store and manage the data of customers who are registered as members. However, the current membership information system less reliable. Some administrative processes also run less efficiently because of the involvement of the outside of the system. Information obtained from the system less assist management in making decisions. Data derived from the system Point of Sales (POS) is inputted manually, so that the resulting data is not up-to-date, and allow for errors in data entry. The level of system security is still lacking, and system development is hard to do. The new membership information system created by the old system of membership information. Creation of new systems is done by using a framework to address the safety and development of the system. The new membership system that does not use the card, but uses a mobile phone number for verification purposes. New reports were made to add the necessary information management. Some features updated and added so that the process can be more efficient administration. In addition, web application service designed to facilitate the exchange of data between the POS system and membership information system. Based on trial results, it was concluded that the information system of new members can be more effective and efficient and have a better security system.

Abstract

Car dealer "Nusantara" is a business that is engaged in car sales in Jember. The "Nusantara" car dealer started its operations in 2011. "Nusantara" car dealers initially operate with car sales at home and shop around to buy cars for the required stock. Development of companies in the field of car buying and selling tend to be small, due to lack of public knowledge of car dealer "Nusantara". Constraints that occur is the owner is difficult in developing in terms of product marketing. Car sales are done around, due to lack of confidence in car owner "Nusantara". Therefore, a dynamic system simulation was created in order to increase the sales of car dealer "Nusantara". The dynamic system is an approach to studying the dynamics of behavioral systems. Dynamic systems are used to analyze, design, and help improve decision making and policy formation. With the simulation of dynamic system at car dealer company "Nusantara" is expected to facilitate the owner in increasing car sales and introduce car dealer company "Nusantara" to the wider community. The dynamic system simulation of car dealer "Nusantara" is currently expected to be the owner of "Nusantara" car dealer to assist in increasing car sales.

Abstract

Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) has many Informatics Engineering alumni from various cities in Indonesia. Informatics Engineering department currenty has no facilities to accomodate the alumni to maintain communication within each others. Moreover, alumni face problem in doing job search because it is difficult to find vacancies suitable to their field. It is also difficult to search freelance software or system development projects.Based on that current problems, the department needs a system as a medium to gather alumni in order to establish communication within each othersand provide features which can help alumni find jobs in accordance with their desired field. The system created is a special social media alumni of Informatics Engineering of Universitas Surabaya by providing job search feature and freelance projects.Features on this system is made based on requirements obtained from analysis of similar system. From the validation of this system, it is concluded that the system is able to meet the requirements of alumni in terms of expanding and strengthen alumni relation within each others, and also facilitates alumni to search jobs and freelance projects.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of DPK, ROA, CAR, BOPO, and NPF on various financing that is Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, Qardh, Istishna and Ijarah at two sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. This study uses data from the annual financial statements of two Islamic banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat in the period 2007-2015. Analyzer used in this research is multiple regression. The results showed that DPK, ROA, CAR, BOPO, and NPF simultaneously affect each type of financing, namely Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, Qardh, Istishna, Ijarah. DPK Variable Influence Positive To Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabaha, Qardh, and Ijarah. Negatively affect Istishna. ROA variables have positive effect on Murabahah, Qardh, Istishna, and Ijarah. But it does not affect Mudharabah and Musyarakah.Variabel CAR positive effect on Murabahah, Qardh, Istishna, and Ijarah. Negatively affected Musharaka. But it does not affect Mudharabah. BOPO variables have positive effect on Qardh. But it does not affect Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, Istishna and Ijarah. The NPF variable has a positive effect on Musyarakah, Murabahah, Istishna and Ijarah. But negatively negatively to Mudharabah and Qardh.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the causality relationship between real effective exchange rate and foreign direct investment in Indonesia as the host country. This study uses a quantitative approach with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Vector Autoregressive (VAR) methods based on the monthly data of the total Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Indonesia and the Real Effective Exchange Rate (REER) of rupiah during January 2000 to December 2015 period. This study is a reference to the research that has been done before in various countries including Asian countries such as China. According to the results of the empirical test, the real effective exchange rate has a positive impact on the foreign direct investment and statistically significance, this shows that the appreciation of rupiah promotes FDI inflow into Indonesia. The empirical result also shows that there is a correlation between the two variable and the causality of both variables are significant. The author believes that this phenomenon might be possible because the relationship between the two variable is dependent on the motives and the expectation of the future earning by the investing firms.
