Abstract

Bantuan Pangan Penting Contoh Program Non Tunai (BPNT) adalah program subsidi pangan sebagai wujud upaya pemerintah meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan memberikan perlindungan kepada keluarga miskin melalui pendistribusian beras. Setiap keluarga akan menerima Rp. 110.000,-/bulan titik penyalurannya. Peneliti mengambil fokus di Kelurahan Majasari Kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan. Kenyataannya, implementasi kebijakan BPNT tidak selalu mempertimbangkan kebijakan yang full on procedure karena tergantung pada kondisi dan situasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan program Bantuan Pangan Penting Contoh Non Tunai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dari berbagai informan yang telah ditentukan. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, data diambil dari berbagai sumber dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang beragam (triangulasi) dan terus menerus hingga jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor penentu pelaksanaan program BPNT di Kelurahan Majasari Kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan disebabkan oleh faktor sikap (disposisi) yang kurang berhasil dalam kualitas beras, sasaran rumah tangga penerima bantuan bantuan pangan krusial Contoh Non Tunai (BPNT), jumlah rumah tangga penerima manfaat sasaran beras.

Abstract

Crime and criminality are increasing by utilizing electronic and digital devices, such as CCTV (closed circuit television) security devices, smartphones, and other electronic devices that have video features, record and store perpetrator data. CCTV recording files are sometimes unclear, so video forensic software is needed to clarify the object so that it can be used as evidence in court. The method used in this research is the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method and enhancement techniques to clarify the image frame objects of CCTV video recordings using Amped Five forensic image and video tools. The results of the analysis of the evidence concluded that they had succeeded in identifying the vehicle number plate of the alleged perpetrator by carrying out an enhancement process (improving the quality) of the image object. The enhancement process is carried out by utilizing the optical debluring feature of the amped five forensic video software, in settings by increasing the size from 1 to 2 and increasing the noise value from 0.0100 to 0.6310 so it looks clearer than before.

Abstract

Kendaraan listrik mulai banyak digunakan di kalangan kendaraan konvensional. Penggunaan baterai sangat penting bagi kendaraan listrik dan baterai sebagai sumber energinya. Proses pengisian baterai dapat dilakukan dengan menjaga arus tetap konstan atau menjaga tegangan tetap konstan pada saat pengisian baterai. Berdasarkan analisis hasil pengukuran dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kapasitas baterai dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan tegangan konstan dan arus besar, atau arus konstan dan tegangan besar, (2) pengisian baterai akan mencapai kapasitas baterai lebih cepat bila menggunakan besar saat ini.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan iklim tropis. Salah satu musim di Indonesia adalah musim hujan. Curah hujan yang sangat tinggi dapat menimbulkan bencana banjir di berbagai wilayah Indonesia yang menimbulkan kerugian akhir maupun korban jiwa. Sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir menjadi salah satu solusi agar masyarakat Indonesia dapat mempersiapkan diri sejak dini ketika terjadi bencana. Penelitian sebelumnya telah membuat sistem bencana banjir dengan menggunakan GSM 900, namun permasalahannya ada beberapa lokasi penempatan sistem bencana banjir yang kurang sinyal GSM atau tidak ada sinyal GSM sama sekali. ,. Nilai RSSI terkecil yang diperoleh sebesar -87 dBm dan nilai tertinggi sebesar -128 dBm. Sedangkan pada jarak Non Line of Sight, Lora hanya mampu menjangkau jarak 520 meter dengan nilai RSSI terkecil - 128 dan nilai RSSI terbesar yaitu -147 dBm. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dibutuhkan banyak node saat menggunakan Lora karena Lora memiliki keterbatasan jarak untuk komunikasi transmisi data

Abstract

According to the Jakarta Air Quality Index (AQI US) 12 July 2023, 200 indicates unhealthy air quality with an index value between 151 and 200. This figure even shows that Jakarta is currently the second most polluted city in Southeast Asia. (CNN Indonesia., 2023). This incident gave rise to responses from the public which were expressed via social media Twitter. From this incident, sentiment analysis was carried out regarding Jakarta's air quality. The amount of data used for this research was 500 tweet data. The results of the positive and negative sentiment analysis show that negative sentiment appears more frequently than positive sentiment with a percentage of 7% positive sentiment and 14% negative sentiment, by using the Rstudio application. This method uses the naïve Bayes classifier. Data division in the dataset with training data 1:499 and test data 1:476. It was found that the results of the Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score values were Accuracy 87.50%, Precision 87.50 Recall 93.33%, and F1-Score 82.35%.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2024, Indonesia akan menyelenggarakan pemilihan umum serentak yang meliputi pemilihan presiden dan pemilihan wakil rakyat di seluruh Indonesia. Masyarakat menanggapi kejadian ini dengan perasaan campur aduk, membagikan pemikirannya di situs media sosial seperti Twitter. Penelitian analisis sentimen calon presiden Indonesia tahun 2024 dilakukan terkait peristiwa ini. Sebanyak 1458 tweet digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan 40,31% responden menyatakan sikap positif dan 43,46% menyatakan sentimen negatif, temuan analisis menunjukkan keseimbangan antara kedua sentimen tersebut. Menggunakan frasa "calon presiden," program Python di situs web Google Colab mengambil data twitter. Pendekatan K-Nearest Neighbor digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi. Selain itu data latih dibagi 6 : 4. 40% data uji dan 60% data latih. Nilai evaluasi yang diperoleh dari pengujian model dengan teknik K-Nearest Neighbor adalah akurasi sebesar 90,95%, presisi sebesar 62,17%, recall sebesar 62,33%, dan F-Measure sebesar 61,87%.

Abstract

The global economic recession is a global economic downturn that affects the domestic economies of countries in the world. The stronger the economic dependence of one country on the global economy, the faster a recession will occur in that country. In 2020 the country of Indonesia and even the world are exposed to the COVID-19 virus which has an impact on the country's economic growth, even the world economy. This is the trigger for an economic recession. This has led to many different public perspectives on the occurrence of a global economic recession whose opinions or reactions are expressed on social media Youtube. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Youtube with a total of 500 comments used. The data is then labeled (class) with a lexicon-based method with an Indonesian language dictionary. From the labeling results, it was obtained 185 positive labeled data (37%) and 315 negative opinions (63%). The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentiment analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the 2023 global economic recession will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=1). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The implementation results show a prediction model with a total of 500 opinion data with a comparison of training data and test data of 9:1, producing an accuracy value of 84.00%, a precision value of 75.00%, a recall of 30.00%, and an f1-score of 42.86%. The performance of the system model built in this study can be said to be good.

Abstract

n today's digital era, customer reviews play a crucial role in purchasing decisions, but the large volume of reviews makes manual analysis difficult. Thus, a fast and accurate sentiment analysis method using Natural Language Processing (NLP) is needed. This research aims to analyze product reviews for the ZALIKA STORE 88 on Shopee using NLP. It involves preprocessing reviews, applying NLP techniques like tokenization, stemming, and lexical analysis, and automatically classifying sentiments. The analysis of ZALIKA STORE 88's reviews reveals mostly positive sentiments, with some negative and neutral reviews. The sentiment analysis achieved an 87% accuracy rate. This research is intended to help ZALIKA STORE 88 make informed decisions based on customer reviews.

Abstract

Fresh or rotten meat is a different matter. Damage to the meat will produce a distorted odor, mucus, discoloration in certain areas and an undesirable taste due to the formation of metabolism. The odor is described as fishy, ​​rotten, containing sulfur and like ammonia. In this research, the author discusses a system for identifying the condition of meat based on the odor that arises from meat in three states, namely odorless odor, fresh odor and rotten odor. Fresh odor is taken from meat odor that is within 1 (one) day after being cut and rotten odor is taken from meat odor that is on the 2nd day. In this study, the test sample meat was placed in a closed container at room temperature for 2 days. Data was taken for 2 days from meat odors of known type. The sensor array consists of eight sensors made of conducting polymer material. The polymer materials used are silicon DC-200, PEG-20M, 0V-101, 0V-17, DEGA, PEG-200, PEG-1540, and PEG-6000 mixed with Carbon black. A two-layer artificial neural net consisting of eight input nodes and three output neurons, was trained using the Kohonen algorithm with a training process that was completed in 4 iterations. From 20 tests, 10 times exposure to steam from fresh odor and 10 times exposure to steam from rotten odor, carried out alternately, it was found that the system failed twice. Thus, the system success percentage reached 95 percent.

Abstract

PT. Danatrans Service Logistics has website-based information media, but the website only displays the services offered and if a customer wants to ask, they have to retype the PT email address. Danatrans Service Logistics will of course take quite a long time, so it will reduce the quality of service provided to customers via the website. This research has succeeded in developing the PT website. Danatrans Service Logistics with chat facilities between customers and the Billing, Customer Service, Document Requirements, Delivery, Emergency Services, Security & Insurance and Shipping Costs sections at PT. Danatrans Service Logistics so that it can improve the quality of customer service. Another feature in this research is chat statistics and chat grouping between admin and PT customers.
