Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profitabilitas usaha sentra keripik pisang di daerah Bandar lampung. Usaha Mikro adalah usaha produktif milik perorang dan/atau badan usaha perseorangan yang pada umumnya berupa sektor informal. Selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini disebut dengan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMK berupa sentra keripik pisang yang berada di Jalan Pagar Alam Desa Segala Mider, Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat Kotamadya Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal diketahui bahwa sebagian besar usaha di sentra keripik (47%) menghasilkan keripik antara 12 s.d. 199 kg per minggu, 44% menghasilkan keripik antara 200 s.d. 414 kg per minggu, dan hanya 9% atau 3 unit usaha saja yang menghasilkan keripik antara 415 s.d. 3.036 kg per minggu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, peneliti menyarankan agar Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung perlu mengupayakan untuk meningkatkan pembinaannya terhadap para pengusaha UMK, khususnya pada sentra keripik pisang.The aims of this study is to determine the business profitability of centers MSE Banana chips located in Bandar Lampung. Micro is a productive enterprise belonging to individual and /or individual entity that is generally in the form of the informal sector. Furthermore, in this study referred to the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). The research was conducted in the form of centers MSE banana chips located in Jalan Desa All mider strapless Pagar Alam, District Municipality of West Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung. Based on the preliminary observations in mind that most of the businesses in the center of crisps (47%) yield of chips between 12 sd 199 kg per week, 44% yield of chips between 200 sd 414 kg per week, and only 9% or 3 business unit that produces between 415 sd chips 3036 kg per week. Based on the analysis, the researchers suggested that the Government should seek Bandar Lampung to increase fostering the MSE entrepreneurs, especially in the center of banana chips.

Abstract

This study examines TPC model in the context of utilization of accrual-based SIMDA Finance version 2.7 at Local Government of Indonesia. The success of SIMDA Finance development is not only determined by how the SIMDA Finance can process quality information, but also determined by its suitability to the work environment and its user duties. This study uses 2.056 of financial administrators of Local Government Department, consisting treasury admission, spending treasury, and operator. Online questionnaire distributed by snowball sampling with 24.5 percent of response rate and examined by Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. This study found that Job Characteristics and Techology Characteristics effect on Task-Techology Fit (TTF), Utilization, and Performance Impact. Theoretically, the study found that the TPC model was able to explain the context of public sector organizations, especially government agencies in Indonesia, outside of the organizational context when the TPC model was developed and developed earlier. Practically, the implications of research findings for stakeholders of SIMDA Keuangan are discussed further.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influences of students perceptions about the quality of higher education services to satisfaction; high quality of education services to the loyalty; and student satisfaction to the loyalty on private universities (PTS) in Makassar. The population used in this study was all students of economics faculty that have been studied over four semesters at big four PTS in Makassar. The sampling method used in this study was simple random sampling. The number of samples is 114 people. Both Descriptive Statistics and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were used as method of analysis. The data processed by using IBM SPSS and AMOS 20. The result shows that the quality of higher education services significantly influence student satisfaction, the quality of higher education services significantly influence student loyalty, and student satisfaction significantly influences student loyalty. Loyalty is more determined by student satisfaction rather than the quality of higher education services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of design quality, product innovation, social competence, technical competence, product quality, service quality to customer satisfaction by developing a research model and proposing six hypotheses. The numbers of samples were 150 respondents. They are the users of Toyota vehicles in Semarang. The technique for analizing the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) from 16.0 AMOS. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the model can be well accepted. The results of this study also provide a theoretical implication; it is the influence of design quality variable, product innovation variable, social competence variable, technical competence variable, products quality variable, service quality variable to the variable of consumers satisfaction is positive and significant. The variable that dominantly influences the product quality is design quality and the variable that dominantly influences the service quality is social competence. Finally, service quality becomes the dominant variable that influences customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to explore capabilities related to trust, self-efficacy, intellectual capital and job satisfaction at head-hunter companies in Indonesia. Development of human resources needs to be done through the strengthening of intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is needed head-hunter in improving company performance. The key to successful head-hunter companies if it has human resources that have added value, especially strong intellectual capital. Research sampling was conducted on 253 candidates who utilize head-hunter services an effort to develop themselves. Quantitative research was developed by utilizing structural equation modeling. Research model developed head-hunter companies that describes intellectual capital as research findings refers to previous model of research. This finding concludes that trust and self-efficacy have significant influence on intellectual capital. Another conclusion stated that intellectual capital has significant effect on job satisfaction. The concept states that intellectual capital can be integrated in global perspective as framework for developing an organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauhmana pengaruh WCT, CR dan DTA terhadap ROI perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2008-2009 sebanyak 149 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan non probabilistik sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 62 perusahaan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan, dimana secara simultan (WCT, CR, DTA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 21,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Secara parsial variabel efisiensi modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas yang artinya secera keseluruhan adalah bahwa besar kecilnya profitabilitas perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi modal kerja, sedangkan likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh. Secara bersama-sama besar kecilnya profitabilitas dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas dan leverage.This study aimed to assess simultaneously or partially the influence of WCT, CR and DTA toward ROI of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out using non-probabilistic sampling and obtained 62 of 149 manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2009. The results of regression analysis show that WCT, CR, DTA simultaneously have a significant effect 21,9% toward profitability, while the rest of 78,1% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, the efficiency of working capital variable influence significantly toward the overall profitability. It means that all variables include the size of the company’s profitability is affected by the efficiency of working capital, but liquidity and leverage. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of CEOs Overconfidence (KDB) on non-financial firms dividend that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2004 to 2013. It is being said that almost every person has overconfidence, similarly with a CEO of a company, particularly because of the scale of power that they hold. CEO with overconfidence has a tendency to lower their dividend payout because they are driven by their subjective consciousness of the possibility of getting an investment opportunity in the future. The samples of this study are 327 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The model is using a logit regression. The result shows that company being lead by CEO with overconfidence will have a tendency to hold or reduce their dividend payout.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepercayaan Diri yang Berlebihan (KDB) dari para CEO terhadap dividen non-financial perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2004-2013. Hal ini dikatakan bahwa hampir setiap orang memiliki KDB, sama halnya dengan CEO dari sebuah perusahaan. Hal ini terutama karena skala kekuasaan yang mereka pegang. Para CEO dengan KDB memiliki kecenderungan untuk menurunkan pembayaran dividennya karena mereka selalu didorong oleh kesadaran subjektif mereka tentang kemungkinan untuk mendapatkan kesempatan investasi di masa mendatang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 327 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang dipimpin oleh CEO dengan KDB akan memiliki kecenderungan untuk menahan atau mengurangi pembayaran dividen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh elemen ekuitas merek, yang meliputi kesadaran merek (brand awareness), persepsi kualitas (perceived quality), asosiasi merek (brand associations) dan keputusan pembelian (purchasing decisions). Penelitian ini termotivasi karena tingginya tingkat persaingan mie instan, dimana baik merek lama dan baru bermunculan. Mereka mulai menerapkan beberapa strategi untuk meraih pangsa pasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 konsumen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan responden adalah accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perusahaan manufaktur atau pelaku bisnis yang mampu untuk menawarkan keuntungan melalui peningkatan merek produk dengan menyediakan nilai tambah pada bisnis dan konsumennya, pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian merek tersebut, karena merek mampu menunjukkan nilai produk yang ditawarkan ke pasar dan memberikan nilai baik pada konsumen maupun perusahaan.  This study aimed to determine the influence of brand equity elements that include brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and purchasing decisions. This research is motivated increasingly tight competition level of instant noodle, which lately both old and new brand have raised and that started to implement several new strategies to market share. A sample of this study is 100 consumens. The technique used in sampling is an accidental sampling. The result of this study is a manufacture company or business actors which is able to offer the benefits through increased brand equity by providing added value services to business and consumers, will eventually be able to influence its consumer behaviour in purchasing decisions of a brand, because product merk has ability to shows product value to offered in market and give value to consumens also the company.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze and explain the influence of store environment and time pressure toward impulsive purchases mediated by emotional state. The population of this study was the visitors Tiara Dewata Super Market. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with 130 respondents. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the Sobel test. The results of the study showed that the store environment and time pressure gave significant positive influence toward emotional state and impulsive purchases; emotional state was positive had significant influence on impulsive purchases; emotional state was significant to mediate the influence of store environment and time pressure toward impulse purchases. Thus with this study, it is expected for the management of Tiara Dewata Super Market to increase the visits and purchases by optimalizing the store environment.
