Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendesain bola multifungsi yang dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan permainan basket, voli dan sepakbola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu: 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) Merancang produk awal; 3) Produk awal; 4) Validasi ahli dengan menggunakan para ahli; 5) Revisi produk pertama dilakukan untuk perbaikan atas hasil evaluasi ahli; 6) Uji coba skala kecil; 7) Revisi produk kedua; 8) Uji coba skala besar; 9) Revisi produk akhir; 10) Pelaporan Hasil. Sampel uji coba skala kecil menggunakan 36 peserta didik SD dan SMP, dan untuk uji coba skala besar menggunakan sebanyak 72 anak SD dan SMP di Kota Semarang. Hasil produk akhir adalah sebuah bola multifungsi untuk permainan basket, voli dan sepakbola dengan ukuran 66 cm terbuat dari bahan Spon PU (Poly Urhetane) halus tidak licin, berat 270 gram, tekanan angin 0.250-0.3 bar dan memiliki pantulan 105-115. Desain bola menggambarkan cirri khas ketiga bola yaitu basket, voli dan sepakbola dengan warna cerah dan menarik. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bola multifungsi yang memiliki fungsi ganda untuk permainan basket, voli dan sepakbola untuk anak SD dan SMP, tidak menimbulkan rasa sakit karena ringan dan tidak terlalu besar untuk ukuran anak SD dan SMP.Kata Kunci: bola multifungsi; pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan  Abstract The aims of this research is to design the multifunction of the ball that can fulfill the needs of basketball, volleyball and football games. The method are; 1) needs analysis, 2) Designing the initial product, 3) initial product; 4) Validation of expert by using experts; 5) Revision of the first products is done for the improvement of expert evaluation results; 6) Small scale test trials; 7) Revision of the second product; 8) large-scale trials; 9) Revision of the final product; 10) Deployment and implementation of results. Samples of small-scale trials use 36 elementary and junior high students, and for large-scale trials use 72 students of Elementary and Junior High Schools in Semarang City. The results of the final product are a multifunctional ball for basketball, volleyball and football with a size of 66 cm, made from sponge material PU (Poly Urhetane), a smooth non-slippery, weight of 270 grams, 0.250-0.3 bar of air pressure and has reflections of 105-115. Ball design describes characteristic of three ball, there are basketball, volleyball and football with bright and interesting colors. Conclusions in this study are a multifunctional ball with the correct specification as in the research results above, has a multifunction for basketball, volleyball and football for Elementary and Junior High School students, does not cause pain because they are light and proper size for Elementary and Secondary School students.Keywords: multifunctional ball; physical education sport and health

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk: (1) Menghasilkan desain prototipe alat bantu mengayun agar dapat digunakan dalam latihan mengayun bagi atlet woodball putra tingkat pemula dan lanjutan, (2) Menguji desain alat bantu mengayun dapat efektif digunakan atlet untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerakan mengayun. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam prosedur pengembangan adalah: (1) Potensi dan Masalah, (2) Pengumpulan Data, (3) Desain Produk, (4) Validasi Desain 2 ahli woodball dan 2 ahli peralatan, (4) Perbaikan Desain, (5) Uji Coba Produk 6 atlet, dan (6) Uji Coba Pemakaian 10 atlet. Produk akhir model alat bantu mengayun“Swing Trainer” yang dapat digunakan untuk latihan gerakan mengayun. Hasil validasi alat dari rubrik penilaian ahli woodball dan ahli peralatan mendapatkan skor 92 (tepat) sedangkan hasil efektivitas model model alat bantu mengayun didapatkan dari hasil penilaian ahli woodball pada uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar dengan mendapatkan skor rata-rata atlet dapat melakukan keseluruhan gerakan mengayun dan sebanyak 16 atlet menyatakan alat bantu mengayun efektif digunakan untuk latihan gerakan mengayun.The purpose to: (1) to generate a prototype design tools that can be used to swing in swing training for beginner and advanced men's level, (2) to test swing design tools can be effectively used to improve the skills of swing motion. Here are steps of procedure developmet: (1) Potention and problems, (2) Data/information collection, (3) product design, (4) Design validation 2 woodball expert and 2 tools expert, (5) Upgrading design, (6) Product experiment 6 athletes, and (7) Aplication experiment 10 athletes. The result of this research is a product, this final product is a tools swing “swing trainer” which can be used for swing training. The tool’s validation result is obtained from an assessment rubric from woodball expert and tools expert with the score 92 (exact). Meanwhile the efectiveness resulf a tools swing prototype is obtained from an assessment result by woodball expert in small scale experiment and large scale experiment. From those experiments, the average score of athletes can do the whole swing motion and there are 16 athletes clarify that tools swing is an effective tool to be used in swing movement practice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between the intake of energy, protein and supplements with the fitness level of participants Virenka Gym fitness in Bantul-Yogyakarta. Type of observational study design was cross-sectional study. Subjects were participants fitness male sex, taking supplements, doing fitness which totaled 50 people. Gym Virenka research sites in Bantul-Yogyakarta. Data collected include the intake of energy, protein, supplements, and fitness level. Data were analyzed using t-test and Mann Whitney test. The results: 1) The mean energy intake of the respondents were included in the fit category was 2274.1 ± 303.1 kcal, and energy intake were included in the category of respondents did not fit 1567.7 ± 165.4 kcal. 2) Respondents were included in the fit category of protein intake was 79.5 ± 19.2 g and the less fit in the category of respondents was 58.5 ± 12.8 g. 3) Intake of supplements to fit the group of 2.6 (1.3 to 6.8) and the less fit group 3.5 (1.2 to 5.6). Conclusion: There is significant correlation between energy intake with the fitness level of participants Virenka Gym fitness in Bantul, Yogyakarta, there was a significant association between the intake of protein to the fitness level of participants Virenka Gym fitness in Bantul, Yogyakarta, and there was no significant association between the intake of supplements with fitness levels Gym fitness Virenka participants in Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Seorang pelatih harus dapat menentukan dosis atau beban latihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan atlet secara individual. Selain dosis latihan seorang pelatih harus mampu membina mental atau karakter atlet. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel adalah untuk mengungkapkan peran pelatih dalam membentuk karakter atlet. Pelatih sebaiknya memperhatikan beberapa hal untuk dapat membina mental atau karakter atlet, antara lain: 1) menciptakan komunikasi yang sebaik-baiknya antara pelatih dengan atlet, 2) memahami watak, sifat-sifat, kebutuhan dan minat, 3) pelatih harus mampu menjadi motivator, 4) membantu atlet dalam memecahkan problema-problema yang dihadapi.Kata Kunci: pelatih; mental; atlet A coach must be able to determine the dose that or training load in accordance with the needs of individual athletes. In addition to training dose of a coach should be able to promote mental or character of athletes. The purpose of writing the article is to reveal the role of trainers in shaping the character of athletes. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan fleksi telapak kaki tanpa kinesio taping dan dengan penambahan kinesio taping pada otot terhadap keseimbangan pada penderita fleksibel flat foot. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre and post-test group. Populasi penelitian siswa SD Negeri 2 Ceporan Kabupaten Klaten, sampel 20 siswa usia 6-12 th yang memiliki flat foot. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian untuk kelompok A (latihan keseimbangan tanpa kinesio taping) pre-test 18,1 ±18,5 detik sedang p ost-test rata-rata 18,3±28,01 detik, t=0,15, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan fleksi telapak kaki tanpa kinesio taping terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan pada penderita flat foot. Sedangkan untuk kelompok B (latihan keseimbangan dengan kinesio taping) rata-rata kesimbangan 17,9±18,5 detik dan post-test 24,3±27,3 detik, t=4,47 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan fleksi telapak kaki menggunakan kinesio taping terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan pada penderita fleksibel flat foot. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh latihan fleksi telapak kaki tanpa kinesio taping dan latihan fleksi telapak kaki menggunakan kinesio taping terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan pada penderita fleksibel flat foot. Dimana hasilnya latihan fleksi telapak kaki menggunaan kinesio taping lebih baik dari pada latihan fleksi telapak kaki tanpa kinesio taping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a traditional game development Gobak Sodor ball. The method of this research is the development of research which refers to the model of development of Borg & Gall, namely: (1) to analyze the product to be developed that are obtained from the collection of information, observations and literature review, (2) develop the initial product form (form models traditional games gobak Sodor ball), (3) evaluation of the expert (one Penjas experts and learning experts penjasorkes two elementary schools), as well as small-scale trials (4) a large-scale trial, (5 ) revision of the final product. From the results of a small-scale test data showed that the expert evaluations, expert Penjas 80% (good), learning experts I 81.33% (good), learning experts II 82.67% (good), the results of a small-scale pilot questionnaire mean the average percentage of the appropriate answer choices 94.16% (very good), the average of large-scale trial questionnaire obtained the average percentage of the appropriate answer choices 92.11% (very good). From the available data it can be concluded that the model of the traditional game gobak Sodor this ball can be used for students for elementary school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi dengan pemberian teknik dasar futsal untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar pada tuna grahita ringan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental dengan one group pretest posttest design. Variabel penelitian yaitu (1) variabel bebas: pemberian latihan teknik dasar futsal. (2) variabel terikat: keterampilan motorik kasar. Populasi berjumlah 12 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh 12 sampel. Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan Tes keterampilan gerak dasar. Loncat tanpa Awalan, Dribbling zig-zag Run, zig-zag Run. Penelitian dilakukan pada 10 Maret 2017 sampai 17 April 2017. Teknik analisis data diperoleh dengan peogram SPSS versi 16. Hasil tes keterampilan gerak dasar meloncat tanpa awalan mempunyai nilai p=0.000. Dribbling zig-zag run p=0.000. zig-zag run p=0.002, semua data tersebut mempunyai nilai p<0.05 sehingga data perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil tes keterampilan gerak dasar sebelum dan sesudah di beri perlakuan.aSimpulan penelitian adalah pemberian latihan teknik dasar futsal efektif meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar pada tuna grahita ringan. Saran yang diberikan yaitu inovasi dalam pemberian materi pembelajaran gerak sangat diperlukan agar tujuan pengembangan motorik kasar anak tuna grahita dapat tercapai.The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of therapy with the giving of futsal basic technique to improve the crude motor skills in the lightweight mentality. The research method used pre-experimental with one group pretest posttest design. The research variables are (1) independent variable: giving of futsal basic technique. (2) the dependent variable: rough motor skills. Population amounted to 12 people by using total sampling technique so that obtained 12 samples. Research Instruments using Basic Motion Tests. Skip without Prefix, Dribbling zig-zag Run, zig-zag Run. The study was conducted on March 10, 2017 until April 17, 2017. Data analysis techniques obtained with peogram SPSS version 16. The test results of basic motion skills to jump without prefix has a value of p = 0.000. Dribbling zig-zag run p = 0.000. zig-zag run p = 0.002, all data have p value <0.05 so that data significant difference from result of basic motion skill test before and after given treatment. a conclusion of research is giving technique of futsal basic technique effective to improve motor skill roughness in tuna grahita light. Suggestions given are innovations in the provision of learning materials of motion is necessary for the purpose of motor development rough kid tuna grahita can be achieved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan perbaikan pada kondisi kekurangan fisik untuk atlet panahan anggota dari Program Unggulan Nasional Indonesia Atlet Indonesia Emas (PRIMA). Tipe penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai penelitian tindakan olahraga, sedikit pun dibagi menjadi 2 siklus, yang dilakukan di pusat pembinaan atlet andalan Indonesia yang national memanah emas di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis diskriptif, dengan Instrumennya pengujian concisting Program PRIMA dari 20 item. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 item tes, ada beberapa komponen area fisik yang telah diteliti dalam kategori yang sempurna, sangat baik, baik dan memadai. Tapi ada area masih dikategorikan sebagai kurang dari mereka memaksa otot tangan menarik dan mendorong, kekuatan otot punggung, otot-otot kaki yang kekuatan daya tahan kemampuan. Effors Refrom melalui pelatihan berat gabungan antara latihan isometrik yang isotonik yang toiloret dengan pergerakan memanah dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelatihan ketahanan dilakukan berongga sprint yang berjalan berkesinam-bungan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, kondisi atlet andalan  nasional Indonesia emas, masih perlu untuk mendapatkan perbaikan pada beberapa komponen kondisi dominan fisik.Kata Kunci: kondisi fisik atlet; Program Indonesia EmasThe purpose is to provide improvements in the deficiencies of physicsl condition for the archery athlete who are member of Indonesia's national flagship program athletes Indonesia Gold (PRIMA). Types of research can be categorized as sport action research, whit is divided into 2 cycles, It was conduced at the centre of coaching athletes mainstay of Indonesia's national archery gold in Jakarta. The method used descriptive analysis technique, instrument used to determine the condition of athletes that is using the physical condition of athletes testing program PRIMA concisting of 20 items. The results showed that of 20 test items, there are physical components that have reached the category of perfect, excellent, good and sufficient. But there are still categorized as less of them force the hand muscles pull and push, the strength of back muscles, leg muscles strength ang endurance capability. Refrom effors through a combined weight training between isotonic ang isometric exercises are toiloret to the movement of archery, and to improve the ability of endurance training performed Hollow Sprint ang Continuos running. The Conclution is the physical condition of athletes mainstay of Indonesia's national archery gold, stell need to get repair on several componens of the dominan physical condition.Keywords: physical condition of athlete; Indonesia Gold Program

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe the process of mass media usage done by LIMA in the strategy used to Liga Mahasiswa market. The method used in this research is interview and observation, and the technical documentation is case study. The result in this research shows that the mass media usage formulated by LIMA as a marketing strategy to spread out a sport event is very effective and innovative as so many explorations can be made. In the usage of media, LIMA take advantage of print media, electronic or online. One of the local media in place of activities take place for example the local media in Jakarta such as: JakTv, TraxFm, Golf Diggest and other media that contains the Mahaka Media Group and local media than in Jakarta. LIMA take advantage of the mass media which make a MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) as one way to cooperate Furthermore, mass media is willing to cooperate with LIMA. Based on the results of such research, it can be concluded that in addition to holding the event, five hold social events with the help of the mass media in order to be published. Currently, events arranged by LIMA are developing.

Abstract

Kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sprinter terletak pada teknik berlari, yaitu posisi badan pelari rendah dan tubuh terlalu tegak, jangkauan panjang langkah pelari terlalu pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaktif (quickness), pengaruh bentuk latihan kontras dan non-kontras, dan kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Penelitian menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2x2. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 sprinter pelajar putra usia 13-17 tahun dari kabupaten Pati dan kendal. Hasil penelitian adalah: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode koordinasi dan kecepatan gerak reaktif, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bentuk latihan kontras dan non kontras, terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kelompok sampel kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Disarankan kepada pelatih sprint, dapat mengembangkan kecepatan sprint melalui metode latihan kecepatan gerak rektif dengan bentuk latihan non-kontras.Mistake that often occur in the short-distance runners (sprinters) in particular student sprinters lie in the running technique, which are the hips tend to lean forward while running, the stride length is too short. This study aimed to determine the difference between: the effect of coordination and reactive movement speed (quickness) training methods, the contrast and non-contrast running form practice, the influence between fast and slow agility, and the interaction between training methods, form speed training, and agility on the student sprinters’ at 100 meters. This research is an experiment study with 2x2x2 factorial design. The research sample was consisted of 58 sprinters, aged between 13-17 years old from Kendal and Pati. The data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Variane (MANOVA). The results are as follows: There is a significant difference between coordination training methods and reactive movement speed (quickness) against stride frequency, optimal stride length and average stride length, There is a significant difference between the form of contrast exercise and non-contrast exercise, There is a significant difference between fast agility and slow agility, and There is a significant interaction effect between training methods, the form of training and the agility to 100 meters. Based on these results, it is recommended to: the athletic trainers for a short length or sprint, and be able to implement the reactive speed training (quickness) and the form of non-contrast training as one of the alternative method for developing running speed (sprint).
