Abstract

This research focused on the development of media in learning by using adobe flash player. This study was research and development form. This product contains material on futsal basic technique practice. Media development was using Adobe Flash CS6 Professional software. The materials presented were (1) Basic futsal technique (2) brief futsal (3) futsal rules (4) field size, line, goal and futsal ball. Based on the stages adapted from the development model of Borg and Gall then obtained the following results: Assessment and validation of the material experts showed that the medium of learning both with a mean value of 3.87. Assessment and validation of media experts showed that the medium of learning both with the average value 4. The results of small group trials showed very good result that is average 4.42. The results of large group trials showed excellent results with a mean of 4.55. In operational test and product effectiveness, pre test and post test of 2 groups were applied. The first group was given media influence, and the second group was control group. Operational test results pretest value was 73.92, so it was included in enough category, and the average posttest value was 58.25 that included in enough category. The effectiveness test showed that the interactive learning media had significant effectiveness with t-count value> t-table that was 123,922> 1,70329 and p-value (significance) 0.000 <0,05 meaning that the media was effective. As the final conclusion stated that the product proved effective. For the posttest average value of 58.25seconds was included in enough category. As the final conclusion, this product was proven effective.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh latihan berbeban Squats terhadap  prestasi lompat jangkit. (2) Perbedaan   prestasi lompat jangkit antara mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan, besar, sedang dan kecil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan factorial 1 X 3. Sempel penelitian adalah mahasiswa putra Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta sebanyak 15 mahasiswa. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat. Variable bebas dalam peneltian ini adalah : (1) metode latihan sebagai variable manipulatif, yaitu latihan  berbeban latihan berbebansquats (2) rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan besar, sedang, dan kecil. Variable terikat dalam peneltian ini adalah prestasi lompat jangkit. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Variansi dua jalur dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji-t metode LSD (Least Significant Difference), pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α=0,05). Komputasi pada Analisis Varians menggunakan bantuan program statistik SPSS 20.Hasil penelitian adalah :(1) Ada pengaruh metode latihan berbeban terhadap prestasi lompat jangkit. Metode latihan berbeban Squat memberikan pengaruh peningkatan sebesar 3%terhadap prestasi lompat jangkit. (2) Tidak ada perbedaan prestasi lompat jangkit antara mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan kategori besar, sedang, dan kecil. 0,083> 0.05.Kelompok mahasiswayang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan kategori kecil dengan perlakuan metode latihan berbeban squat memiliki prestasi lompat jangkit paling baik di antara delapan kelompok lainnya, dengan rata-rata prestasi sebesar 1100 cm.The main objective of this study is to determine: (1) Effect of exercise load Squats against the triple jump achievement. (2) The difference in triple jump achievement between students who have a foot length ratio and height, large, medium and small. The method used is an experimental method with factorial design 1 X 3. The sample of the study are male students Department of Physical Education and Coaching the Faculty of Education University of March Surakarta as many as 15 students. The variables of this study consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable. Free variable in this research are: (1) a method of exercise as a manipulative variable, namely the training burden laden exercise squats (2) the ratio of length and height foot large, medium, and small. Dependent variable in this research is the triple jump achievement. Data analysis technique used is Variance Analysis of two lanes and a further test using t-test method of LSD (Least Significant Difference), at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). Computing the Analysis of Variance using the help of statistical program SPSS 20. The results are: (1) There is an effect of exercise methods to achievement loaded triple jump. The method of training load Squat effect an increase of 3% on the performance of triple jump. (2) There is no difference between student achievement triple jump where the ratio of length of the foot and height categories of large, medium, and small. 0.083> 0.05. The student group that has a long ratio foot height and a small category with the treatment method loaded squat exercise has triple jump accomplishment of any of the eight other groups, with an average achievement of 1100 cm.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk: (1) Menghasilkan desain prototipe alat bantu mengayun agar dapat digunakan dalam latihan mengayun bagi atlet woodball putra tingkat pemula dan lanjutan, (2) Menguji desain alat bantu mengayun dapat efektif digunakan atlet untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerakan mengayun. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam prosedur pengembangan adalah: (1) Potensi dan Masalah, (2) Pengumpulan Data, (3) Desain Produk, (4) Validasi Desain 2 ahli woodball dan 2 ahli peralatan, (4) Perbaikan Desain, (5) Uji Coba Produk 6 atlet, dan (6) Uji Coba Pemakaian 10 atlet. Produk akhir model alat bantu mengayun“Swing Trainer” yang dapat digunakan untuk latihan gerakan mengayun. Hasil validasi alat dari rubrik penilaian ahli woodball dan ahli peralatan mendapatkan skor 92 (tepat) sedangkan hasil efektivitas model model alat bantu mengayun didapatkan dari hasil penilaian ahli woodball pada uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar dengan mendapatkan skor rata-rata atlet dapat melakukan keseluruhan gerakan mengayun dan sebanyak 16 atlet menyatakan alat bantu mengayun efektif digunakan untuk latihan gerakan mengayun.The purpose to: (1) to generate a prototype design tools that can be used to swing in swing training for beginner and advanced men's level, (2) to test swing design tools can be effectively used to improve the skills of swing motion. Here are steps of procedure developmet: (1) Potention and problems, (2) Data/information collection, (3) product design, (4) Design validation 2 woodball expert and 2 tools expert, (5) Upgrading design, (6) Product experiment 6 athletes, and (7) Aplication experiment 10 athletes. The result of this research is a product, this final product is a tools swing “swing trainer” which can be used for swing training. The tool’s validation result is obtained from an assessment rubric from woodball expert and tools expert with the score 92 (exact). Meanwhile the efectiveness resulf a tools swing prototype is obtained from an assessment result by woodball expert in small scale experiment and large scale experiment. From those experiments, the average score of athletes can do the whole swing motion and there are 16 athletes clarify that tools swing is an effective tool to be used in swing movement practice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a game-based motor skills learning model appropriate for the 9-10 year-old elementary school childern and capable to develop the asppects of affective (attitude), cognitive (knowledge), and psychomotor (skills). This research used the Research and Development (R & D) method, adapting the research and development according to Borg & Gall. The technique and instruments used in collecting data were: (1) interview and observation, (2) observation sheet of the model draft, (3) observation sheet of students’ activities, (4) student questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive percentage. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the game-based motor skills learning model is appropriate for the 9-10 year-old elementary school childern and very good to develop the aspects of affective (attitude), cognitive (knowledge), and psychomotor (skills).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model pembelajaran keterampilan motorik berbasis permainan yang sesuai untuk anak sekolah dasar usia 9-10 tahun serta mampu untuk mengembangkan aspek afektif (sikap), kognitif  (pengetahuan) dan psikomotorik (keterampilan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D), yang mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Borg & Gall. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) wawancara dan observasi, (2) lembar observasi darft model, (3) lembar pengamatan aktifitas siswa, (4) lembar kuisioner siswa. Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran keterampilan motorik berbasis permainan ini sangat sesuai untuk anak sekolah dasar usia 9-10 tahun serta sangat baik untuk mengembangkan aspek afektif (sikap), kognitif  (pengetahuan) dan psikomotorik (keterampilan).

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar  manipulatif melempar dan menangkap bola melalui media visual pada siswa kelas III SDLB-B SLB Negeri Sragen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SDLB-B SLB Negeri Sragen. Sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi atau arsip. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif yang didasarkan pada analisis kualitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan media visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar manipulatif melempar dan menangkap bola dari prasiklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif melempar dan menangkap bola pada Siklus I 75% masuk kriteria tuntas dan pada Siklus II meningkat mencapai 100% atau semua siswa telah mencapai kreteria tuntas dengan KKM 75. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan media visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar manipulatif melempar dan menangkap bola pada siswa kelas III SDLB-B SLB Negeri SragenThe objective of this research is to increase the result for studying manipulative based movement of throw and  catch a ball using visual media at the third year of SLB–B SLB NEGERI SRAGEN. This research is a classroom action research. This research is done in two cycles, and each cycle consists of planning, implementation of the action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research is the third years of SLB–B SLB NEGERI SRAGEN. The data source of this research are teacher, student, and researcher. Technique of collecting data are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data validity uses technique of data triangulation. The data of this research are analyzed by using descriptive qualitative with percentage. The result of this research shows that by using visual media can increase the result the result for studying manipulative based movement of throw and  catch a ball from the pre-cycle to the cycle 1 and cycle 2. Based on the result of the analyze, there is increasing result of studying of the manipu lative based movement of throw and catch ability on the cycle 1 can get 75% that can get in to the through criteria. While on the cycle 2 the increasing can get 100%, on the other word all student can get the through criteria with is KKM. The conclution of this research is by using visual media can increase the result of studying manipulative based movement throw and catch a ball at the third years SLB–B SLB NEGERI SRAGEN

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is the unavailability of learning model of basic technique of hand ball which is used as a reference to build the ability of basic technique of hand ball among the students. The purpose of this research is to develop the basic technique of handball based technique of handball based on adobe flash player, including opening, passing, catch the ball, dribble, blocking, shoot the ball, goalkeeper training and stretching, all of which are arranged in one easily accessible media anytime, by anyone and anywhere, especially at the Se-degree Junior High School in Demak district. The research method used is "Reasearch and Developement" approach. "This research is a research and development through preliminary stage, development of learning design, production, and product evaluation. After the production phase, then the initial product validation stage by media experts, academicians and practitioners. The evaluation results of media experts for the assessment component containing aspects of text, images / photos, sound audio, video obtained 61% of the total for the feasibility conclusion of the product. The results of the evaluation of academicians for the assessment component containing aspects of conformity, usefulness, security, and aspects of implementation are 85.71% of the total for the feasibility conclusion of the product. The results of the expert evaluation of practitioners for the assessment component containing aspects of conformity, usefulness, security, and the implementation aspect obtained 97.86% of the total for the feasibility conclusion of the product. The final percentage of all experts is 81.58% and it can be interpreted that the design of Adobe Flash Player based hand baseball technique technique can be tested in the next step. Small group test results for the assessment component that contains aspects of conformity, usefulness, security, and aspects of implementation obtained 71.25% of the overall for the feasibility of the conclusion of the product. The results of the large group test for the assessment component that contains aspects of conformity, usefulness, security, and the implementation aspect obtained 87.92% of the overall for the feasibility conclusion of the product. Based on the specified criteria it can be concluded that Adobe Flash Player's handmade basic ballast technique technique products are valid and usable. This is because the data results are stretched 80 - 100% for clarification of product feasibility percentage. Therefore this product is feasible and effective to develop the extracurricular handmade coaching in Demak Regency. Keywords: Multimedia Learning, handball, adobe flash player

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to develop a model tools swing that can be used to swing training for men's athlete woodball beginner and advanced level with the aim to improve the skills of swing movement. This equipment can be used for practicing male woodball on beginner advanced men's level. This study used a qualitative approach for model development. The data collected in this study either at initial as well as trial stages were qualitative data. The main procedure in the research and development consists of five steps, namely: (1) analyze product to be developed; (2) develop early product; (3) Validation by the expert; (4) The field trials; (5) Revision of product. The results of this study concluded that the development model of swing training can be used to (1) improve the skills of swing motion for men's athlete woodball beginner and advanced level; (2) As a means of training for men's athlete woodball beginner and advanced level. Abstract

Abstract: The development of this study is the mastery of basic techniques of badminton; short service backhand, long service forehand, lob, and smash is not good and there is no model of basic technique of badminton sport media-based visual media for special athlete athletes given for athlete beginners son badminton club Cirebon. This research is to carry out and to know the result of requirement analysis and product development, and product test to find out the test result of effectivity of basic technique technique of badminton based on audio visual media at beginner athlete of badminton club in Cirebon regency. The first result of the preliminary is the needs analysis using interview and observation method, the model of badminton basic technique that is less varied and still low level of mastery of badminton basic technique at the beginner athlete son at badminton club in Cirebon district.Abstrak: Tujuan pengembangan adalah penguasaan teknik dasar bulutangkis; servis pendek backhand, servis panjang forehand, lob, dan smash yang belum baik dan belum adanya model latihan teknik dasar bulutangkis berbasis media audio visual untuk atlet pemula secara khusus yang diberikan untuk atlet pemula putra klub bulutangkis Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini untuk melaksanakan dan mengetahui hasil analisis kebutuhan dan mengembangkan produk awal, melaksanakan dan mengetahui uji ahli dan uji lapangan, dan melaksanakan uji efektivitas produk untuk mengetahui hasil uji keefektivan model latihan teknik dasar bulutangkis berbasis media audio visual pada atlet pemula putra klub bulutangkis di Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil yang pertama pendahuluan adalah analisis kebutuhan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi, model latihan teknik dasar bulutangkis yang kurang bervariasi dan masih rendahnya tingkat penguasaan teknik dasar bulutangkis pada atlet pemula putra di klub bulutangkis di Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permainan futsal memiliki nilai dan kesempatan untuk menjadi sukses dengan adanya peraturan utama dari futsal karena dapat menganalisis permainan untuk mengatur jenis gaya permainan futsal. Rendahnya pengetahuan pemain tentang peraturan permainan futsal, hal ini karena fokus pemain hanya pada penguasaan teknik permainan futsal.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peraturan permainan futsal pada pemain futsal Surakarta. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 160 pemain futsal Surakarta. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan edukasi menggunakan karikatur. Hasil observasi ditemukan terjadinya pelanggaran pada beberapa peraturan permainan futsal seperti pelanggaran tendangan bebas langsung, pelanggaran tendangan bebas tidak langsung, pelanggaran mengakibatkan kartu kuning dan merah, penalty titik pertama, tendangan ke dalam, dan tendangan sudut serta tingkat pengetahuan pemain rata-rata skor 20.03 ± 1.85 dengan rata-rata menjawab 20 jawaban benar. Hasil edukasi berbasis karikatur menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan pemain futsal meningkat yang sebelumnya rata-rata skor 20.03 ± 1.85 menjadi 39.34 ± 6.19 dengan rata-rata menjawab 37 jawaban benar. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa edukasi berbasis karikatur merupakan upaya edukasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peraturan permainan futsal usia remaja. Abstract: The futsal game has value and opportunity to successful with the main rules of futsal because it can analyze the game to regulate the types of futsal playing styles. The low knowledge of players about the futsal game rules, this is because the player’s focus is only on mastering futsal game techniques. The purpose of activities devotion is to increase knowledge rules of the game futsal in futsal players Surakarta. The participants were 160 futsal players in Surakarta. Method devotion done by education use caricature. The observations results found that there were violations in several futsal game rules such as direct free kick violations, indirect free kick violations, violations resulting in yellow and red cards, first point penalties, inward kicks and corner kicks as well as the average level of player knowledge score of 20.03 ± 1.85 with an average of 20 correct answers. The results of caricature-based education show that the level of knowledge of futsal players has increased from the previous average score of 20.03 ± 1.85 to 39.34 ± 6.19 with an average of 37 correct answers. This shows that caricature-based education is an effective educational effort in increasing knowledge of the rules of the teenage futsal game.
