Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect from flick exercise and drag flick exercise, and to determine witch one more better to shoot in beginner player. This study uses quantitative research using experimental design approach pre test and pos test. Analysis use t test. The result by the everage in eksperiment 1 group are 24,17 and after exercise increaws are 16,67 so value after exercise are 40,83, so there are effect flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. The result by the everage in eksperiment 2 group are 22,50 and after exercise increaws are 23,33 so the value after exercise are 45,83. So there are effect drag flick and flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. Witch one more better between exercise start from flick and drag flick can see the average post test flrom eksperiment 1 and 2, 40,83<45,83 and progress from exercise 16,67<23,33. Conclusion of this study are drag flick and flick exercise more better than flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in amatir player. Given the limited ability, time, effort and the results of this study, should be followed up with a related or similar research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk untuk merancang media towing Paralayang menggunakan mesin Scooter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (developmental research). Pengidentifikasian dan analisis kebutuhan untuk perancangan model towing engine dari mesin Scooter dilakukan pada penelitian tahap I, yaitu dengan perancangan prototype dan pengembangan model towing engine dari mesin scooter. Pada tahap II dilakukan penerapan dan eksperimentasi penerapan uji produk model towing engine secara keseluruhan. Pada tahap III dilakukan penggandaan produk towing engine dari pengembangan dan perancangan towing engine Scooter. Langkah-langkah perencanaan dalam perancangan mesin ini adalah: (1) Menyiapkan gambar skema kelistrikan. (2) Menyiapkan peralatan dari komponen yang telah dibeli sesuai perencanaan. (3) Pengadaan komponen mekanik dan elektrik yang diperlukan. Langkah-langkah perakitan dan pengujian perencanaan dalam perancangan mesin komponen ini adalah: (1) Pengujian Sistem dan proses kerjanya, (2) Pengujian beberapa hasil dari benda kerja, (3) Pengujian penyimpangan terhadap waktu pengerjaan, dan perakitan seluruh komponen. The objective of this research is to design Paralayang towing media using Scooter machine. This research is a research development (developmental research). The identification and requirement analysis for the design of the towing engine model of the Scooter engine is done in the first phase of the research, which is by designing the prototype and developing the towing engine model of the scooter machine. In the second phase, implementation and experimentation of test model application of towing engine as a whole is applied. In stage III, there is doubling of the towing engine product from the development and design of Scooter towing engine. The planning steps in the design of this machine are: (1) Preparing the image of the electrical scheme. (2) Prepare equipment from components that have been purchased as planned. (3) Procurement of mechanical and electrical components required. The steps of assembling and testing of planning in designing of machine of this component are: (1) Testing System and its work process, (2) Testing some result from workpiece, (3) Testing deviation to time of work, and assembling all components.

Abstract

Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang berada di SKBM (Kelengkapan Studi Standar Minimum) untuk kelas 2 hanya hanya 74,3%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebugaran fisik, status hemoglobin, status gizi, kebiasaan sarapan dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas II di Semarang MTs Al Asror Gunungpati. Desain yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 65 siswa. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kebugaran fisik, status hemoglobin, status gizi dan kebiasaan sarapan. Univarite dan analisis bivariat dilakukan. Tiga variabel yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar, yaitu: hemoglobin status, status gizi, kebiasaan sarapan. Dalam studi ini, kebugaran fisik tidak memiliki signifikan dengan prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa MTs Al Asror untuk menentukan variabel kesehatan (hemoglobin status, status gizi dan kebiasaan sarapan) dalam rangka meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: kondisi fisik; prestasi belajarAbstract Preliminary study showed that student who were in SKBM (Standard Completeness Minimum Study) for 2nd grade just only 74,3%. The aim of the research is to  know the association between physical fitness, hemoglobin status, nutrition status, breakfast habits and learning achievement of grade II students in MTS Al Asror Gunungpati Semarang. The design used is cross sectional. Sixty five students were studied. The independent variables in this research are physical fitness, hemoglobin status, nutrition status, and breakfast habits. Univarite and bivariate analysis were performed. Three variables have significant association with learning achievement, those are: hemoglobin status, nutrition status, breakfast habits. In this study, physical fitness has no significant with learning achievement. Based on research finding, suggested that MTs Al Asror to determine health variable (hemoglobin status, nutrition status, and breakfast habit) in order to increase the learning achievement of student.Keywords: physical fitness; learning achievement

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to determine the effect training of massed practice and distribute practice to the accuracy of shots on goal and a better workout between massed practice and distribute practice. This research uses pre test and post-test group design the experimental method or pattern matching by subject MS. The population of the research is Jatidiri Futsal players Semarang, 14 samples. Research sampling technique using total sampling technique. The data were then analyzed using paired t-test pattern with a significance level of 5%. Based on data analysis, showed the following results 1) mean test accuracy shots on goal massed practice group training Pree test 47.5 post-test 90. 2) mean test accuracy shots on goal to distribute practice group training Pree test 51.2 post-test 80. different test results using the t-test formula is 2.645 greater than 2.447 t-table so that significant results. The conclusion of this research is 1) massed practice and distribute practice training influential to the increase in accuracy shots on goal. 2) Massed practice training is more effective against shots on goal accuracy than distribute practice training. Suggestion is to improve the accuracy of shots massed practice can be used by trainers besides using the training by turns shooting at goal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar asam laktat sebelum latihan, setelah latihan, laktat setelah pemulihan selama 1 menit. Manfaat yang diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi latihan dan pemulihan yang tepat. Metode eksperimen rancangan the separate pretes-posttest control design digunakan pada peneletian ini. Sampel sebanyak 6 mahasiswa laki-laki yang bersedia dan memenuhi kriteria. Perlakuan berupa pengambilan darah sebelum latihan, latihan argocycle selama 5 menit dengan beban 7 watt,  setelah latihan darah tepi diambil lagi untuk mengetahui kadar asam laktat. Alat yang digunakan Accutrend Plus, Reagen MB Laktat dari Jerman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata usia (19.83 ± 0.75), tinggi badan (165.83 cm±9.33), berat badan (65.67 kg±5.82), laktat sebelum latihan (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), laktat setelah latihan (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan (p=0.028), laktat dan denyut nadi setelah latihan (p=0.028), denyut nadi sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit (p=0.046). Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan positif antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan dan setelah latihan. Ada hubungan negative antara laktat setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, denyut nadi setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit. The aims of this research is to know the different of lactate acid before, after exercise and after 1 minute recovery. The research use to recommendation for exercise to get good recovery. The separate pretes-posttest control design used in this research. The subject is six man that disposed to this research. The experiment are take periphery blood before and after exercise, than after 1 minute recovery. The exercise is 5 minute in argocycle with 7 watt load. The instrument are accutrend plus, Lactat reagen MB made in Germany and lancet. The result show that mean of age (19.83 ± 0.75), height (165.83 cm±9.33), weight (65.67 kg±5.82), lactate before exercise (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), lactate  after exercise (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). There is significant relation between lactate and heart rate before exercise (p=0.028), lactate and heart rate after exercise  (p=0.028), heart rate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate after exercise and after 1 minute recovery (p=0.046). The conclusion is there are positive relation between lactate and heart rate before and after exercise. There are negative relation between lactate before and after exercise, heart rate before and after exercise, lactate after exercise and 1 minute recovery.

Abstract

Abstract In order to become a successful track and field athlete, an athlete must develop skills in flexibility, agility and speed. However, to date, all the research regarding flexibility, agility and speed have concentrated on normal athletes. The present study extends this line of research to disabled track and field athletes in Malaysia. The aims of the present study were to achieve the set a benchmark for measuring level of flexibility, speed and agility among track and field athletes with disabilities; and to examine the influence of participation in either track or field events on the development of flexibility, agility and speed.Thirty-eight (n=38) track and field athletes with disabilities comprising of 27 males and 11 females participated in the study. Each participant completed six tests made up of sit and reach test, lateral change of direction test, hand grip strength test; back leg dynamometer test and sit-up test. A descriptive analysis was used to assess differences in performance between track and field athletes with disabilities on the six tests. It was observed that track athletes with disabilities were superior on agility, speed and agility than field athletes with disabilities. All the data were analysed using SPSS and presented as mean of (± SEM). The mean value height and weight for male 168.35 ± 1.46m and 66.73 ± 3.28kg. Meanwhile, the mean value height and weight for female’s 153.82 ± 2.10m and 45.08 ± 1.94kg. For male Body Mass Index (BMI), the mean was 23.33 ± 4.5 kg.m2 and 19.09 ± 1.6 kg.m2 for females. When divided according to gender category, the mean back grip test for male subjects was 92.06 ± 44.2 kg and 48.45 ± 17.2 kg for females. Sit-ups test revealed that the mean performance for male was 35.52 ± 9.8 and 28.36 ± 8.14 for the female athletes. Besides that in the sit and reach test, the mean for male athletes was 30.78 ± 12.2 cm and 23.18 ± 12.40 cm for females athletes. In the hand grip test, male subjects mean was 70.51 ± 30.5 kg and 45.47 ± 15.91 kg for females. The mean value for lateral change of direction test for male athletes was 13.66 ± 3.7 and 15.78 ± 2.9 for the female athletes. The field athletes were, however, superior on flexibility, back grip test and hand-grip test than track disabled athletes. Abstract

Pembangunan nation and character building merupakan pondasi utama dalam mensukseskan Indonesia Emas 2025. Dimana proses membangun karakter itu memerlukan disiplin tinggi karena tidaklah mudah dan seketika atau instan. Oleh karenanya diperlukan pengembangan model pembelajaran yang efektif, yaitu model pembelajaran yang mampu membangun komitmen dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai nation and character building dalam diri setiap siswa. Untuk mengembangkan model tersebut maka diperlukan sumbangsih serta peran dari rumpun mata pelajaran olahraga guna mengokohkan karakter dan dimensi kewarganegaraan, yang mencakup dimensi kewarganegaraan pribadi, sosial, spasial dan temporal. Pengembangan sketsa kewarganegaraam multidimensional merupakan wahana yang paling strategis untuk membangun komitmen dalam rangka membangun nation and character building khususnya dikalangan siswa sebagai warga negara, yang harus diimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: sketsa kewarganegaraan; multidimensional, pendidikan olahraga; nation and character buildingAbstract Development of nation and character building is the main foundation in the success of Indonesia Gold 2025.  Where the process of character building that requires discipline because it is not easy and instant. Therefore required the development of un effective learning model, the learning model can build commitment in implementing the values ​​of nation and character building in every student.  To develop that model require the contribution and role of the part of sports subjects in order to establish his character and dimensions of citizenship, which includes civic dimensions of personal, social, spatial and temporal. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a game-based motor skills learning model appropriate for the 9-10 year-old elementary school childern and capable to develop the asppects of affective (attitude), cognitive (knowledge), and psychomotor (skills). This research used the Research and Development (R & D) method, adapting the research and development according to Borg & Gall. The technique and instruments used in collecting data were: (1) interview and observation, (2) observation sheet of the model draft, (3) observation sheet of students’ activities, (4) student questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive percentage. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the game-based motor skills learning model is appropriate for the 9-10 year-old elementary school childern and very good to develop the aspects of affective (attitude), cognitive (knowledge), and psychomotor (skills).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model pembelajaran keterampilan motorik berbasis permainan yang sesuai untuk anak sekolah dasar usia 9-10 tahun serta mampu untuk mengembangkan aspek afektif (sikap), kognitif  (pengetahuan) dan psikomotorik (keterampilan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D), yang mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Borg & Gall. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) wawancara dan observasi, (2) lembar observasi darft model, (3) lembar pengamatan aktifitas siswa, (4) lembar kuisioner siswa. Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran keterampilan motorik berbasis permainan ini sangat sesuai untuk anak sekolah dasar usia 9-10 tahun serta sangat baik untuk mengembangkan aspek afektif (sikap), kognitif  (pengetahuan) dan psikomotorik (keterampilan).

Abstract

Conservation gymnastic consisting of three a part which is instillation parts, a part fundamental and a part refrigerations. This research constitute research that aims to result product as developmental as Conservation gymnastic. Steps that is utilized in this research utilizes 7 (seven) main stage.  Base observational result ” college student response,  84 % respondent perceive pleasings,  or 14 % respondent answer so-sos, and 2 % respondent answer discontented. Developmental aspect ” college student response 79 % respondent perceive to make easy studyings, 19 % respondent answer so-sos, and 2 % respondent answer to get into a mess studyings. Aspect processes learning ” college student response 83 % respondent perceive are easily, 15 % respondent answer so-sos, and 2 % respondent answer distresses. Expectation aspect ” college student response 86 % respondent answer Can be kept on,  reason makes easy learning, 2 % respondent answer Can be kept on,  reason up to haven’t available the other gymnastic,  and 2 % respondent answer don’t be kept on, reason gets into a mess studying, and 0 % or no respondent.  Simpulan pengembangan is conservation gymnastic can help to increase lecturer earthly concern fitness, employee, college student and society.   Gymnastic stirred development conservation and conservation gymnastic music,  was updated is assessed apropos and truth,  progressively simple its power, progressively lucid,  its music gets menggungah spirit,  can do by whoever.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi (1) context yang meliputi penyebaran informasi, dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia (2) Input meliputi seleksi penerimaan atlet, pelatih dan asisten pelatih, kelayakan sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan pelaksanaan program pembinaan (3) Process  meliputi pelaksanaan program latihan, sistem promosi dan degradasi, koordinasi, kesejahteraan, dan transportasi, (4) Product  meliputi keberhasilan program pembinaan, prestasi daerah, dan prestasi regional, prestasi nasional dan internasional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian evaluasi program ini adalah CIPP Model (Stufflebeam’s) ditinjau dari tahapan-tahapan Context, Input, Process dan Product. Metode penelitian evaluasi menggunakan rancangan/desain dengan mixing method atau elective.Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan (1) Context program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan yang ada di Kota Padang, sudah pada kondisi baik (43%), (2) Input program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan  yang ada di Kota Padang sudah baik (58%). (3) Process program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan yang dilaksanakan secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik (42,8%). (4) Product program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan sudah baik (45%). Dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan program pembinaan belum baik (52,8%). Simpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah Konteks, kualitas masukan, proses dan produk pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan yang ada di Kota Padang, sudah pada kondisi yang baik.Kata Kunci: evaluasi program; pembinaan; tenis lapanganAbstract The aims of this research are; (1) evaluate the coaching program plan, (2) implementation of athletes enrollment selection, (3) practice/training program, (4) the success of coaching program and the model of tennis coaching program policy at Padang. In this research, the researcher conducted a quantitative and a qualitative research that is CIPP which was consisted of Contexts, Input, Process, and Product. The result showed: (1) the plan and socialization of tennis coaching program in Padang have been run well, (2) the implementation of athletes, coach, and coach’s assistant selection had been run well, (3) the administrative system depended on athletes” parents and club, (4) the coordination, prosperity, and the exixtence of supporting elements of tennis coaching program at Padang had not been run well, (5) the result of tennis coaching program at PT. Semen padang and PTL UNP tennis club that their athletes already had some achievements. The conclusion: (1) CIIP at PT. Semen Padang and PTL UNP tennis club is aimed at improving athlete’s achievements, (2) the goverment carries out a long term training program, (3) the development of coaching science for tennis coaches, (4) athletes should have high commitment.Keywords: program evaluate; tennis
