Abstract

Pembangunan merupakan suatu upaya yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kondisi yang lebih baik. Dalam bidang keolahragaan, pembangunan tidak hanya berdasarkan perolehan medali di pertandingan multievent, melainkan kontribusi masyarakat dalam berolahraga dan juga tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang merupakan bagian dari Sport Development Index (SDI). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi dan kebugaran jasmani masyarakat Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini adalah studi evalusi tentang pembangunan olahraga dengan menggunakan metode campuran antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam konteks evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), dan dokumen. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari usia anak – anak (7-12 tahun) 30 orang, usia remaja (13-17 tahun) 30 orang dan usia dewasa (18-40 tahun) 30 orang yang masing – masing kelompok usia terdiri dari 15 orang laki – laki dan 15 orang perempuan. Subyek mengisi kuesioner partisipasi masyarakat terhadap olahraga sebelum melakukan Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) untuk mengukur tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks partisipasi masyarakat sebesar 0, 237 dan indeks kebugaran jasmani sebesar 0,315. Jika ditinjau dari norma Sport Development Index (SDI) berada pada rentang 0,000 – 0,499 yang berarti partisipasi masyarakat dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani masyarakat Kabupaten Wonogiri berada pada kategori rendah. Development is an effort purposed at achieving better conditions. In the sector of sports, development not only based on the medals procuration in the competition multievent, but public paticipation in exercise and also the level of physical fitness is part of the Sport Development Index (SDI). The purpose of this study to determine the level of public participation and the level of physical fitness society of Wonogiri. This study is evaluation sport development by using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative evaluation context. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires, Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), and documents. The subject of this study are consisted of the child (7-12 years) 30 people, adolescence (13-17 years) 30 people and adults (18-40 years) 30 people. each age group consisted of 15 men and 15 women. The subjects filled out questionnaires public participation in the sport before Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) to measure the level of physical fitness. Based on the result of study, it can be concluded that the public participation index of 0, 237 and physical fitness index of 0.315. If the terms of the norm Sport Development Index (SDI) is in the range from 0.000 to 0.499, which means public participation and level of physical fitness society of Wonogiri Regency that are in the low category.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to descrip of sport tracking management and to increase of sport tracking in Sambangan village. The benefit is to get profile scientific information how to increase management and sport tracking in sambangan Village. This research used decriptive, with collecting data used observation technique (to know and take track and location), interviewed (to get information from informan, management people, sadar wisata tanjung mekar member). The result are showed that group of Sadar wisata tanjung mekar in implentation of  sport management there are: 51,92% in Planning, 46,79% in organization, 49,57% in actuating, and 52,56% in evaluation. The totality of implementation management function are 50,21%. That is showed that in implementation of sport tracking un maksimum, so that is need how to increase sport tracking with reorginize with right target and empowering administration and member, the provision facility dan preparing human resaurce to develop.

Abstract

Peneltian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dirancang secara sistematis pelaksanaannya pada saat proses belajar berlangsung. Kegiatan diterapkan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan aktivitas bermain bola basket. Tahapan langkah disusun dalam siklus penelitian. Setiap siklus memiliki 4 tahapan, yaitu:  perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini dirancang dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I pesrta didik yang mempunyai keterampilan bermain pada kondisi awal tuntas sebanyak 20 anak atau sebesar 74% menjadi meningkat pada siklus II sebanyak 23 anak atau sebesar 85%. Peningkatan keterampilan bermain bola basket dengan menggunakan model tugas besaranya 11%. Sedangkan untuk aktivitas peserta didik yang pada siklus I masuk kategori aktivitas tinggi sebanyak 14 anak anak atau sebesar 52% menjadi meningkat pada siklus II sebanya 22 anak atau sebesar 81%. Peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik menggunakan model tugas  sebesar 29%. Dari hasi penelitian ini disarankan Guru pendidikan jasmani dalam mengajar hendaknya menggunakan model tugas dengan kartu tugasnya,  mengingat dengan kartu tugas peserta didik akan melakukan kegiatan/latihan secara berulang-ulang mengikuti petunjuk kartu tugas sehingga keterampilan dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik akan menjadi meningkat.Kata Kunci: model tugas;  keterampilan bermain; aktivitas belajarAbstractThis Research is classroom action research designed to systematically practice during the learning process takes place. Activities implemented in an effort to improve the skills and activities to play basketball. The phases prepared in cycle research. Each cycle has four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. In this classroom action research was designed in two cycles. The results showed that the cycle I  students who have the skills to play in the complete initial conditions as many as 20 children by 74% to increases in the second cycle as many as 23 children by 85%. Improved skills to play basketball with the taskmodel by 11%. As for the activities of learners in the cycle I in the category of high activity or as many as 14 children by 52% to increases in cycle II as 22 children by 81%. Increased activity for the student use task models by 29%. From this result of the research the physical education teacher  suggested  the teaching task should use the model with job cards instructions continously,  so the  skills and learning activities students will be increased.Keywords:  task model; playing skills; learning activities

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran inklusi dan penugasan terhadap hasil pembelajaran layup shoot, persepsi kinestetik tinggi dan rendah terhadap hasil pembelajaran lay up shoot, interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap hasil pembelajaran lay up shoot. Jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2, sampel berjumlah 60. analisis data menggunakan two way anova. Hasil penelitian: 1) F tabel hitung 4,01 dengan rata-rata nilai pembelajaran inklusi 86,87 > 83,40 pembelajaran penugasan. 2) F hitung 8,027> F 4,01 dengan rata-rata nilai persepsi kinestetik tinggi 87,23 > 83,03 persepsi kinestetik rendah.3) Interaksi antara metode pembelajaran danpersepsi kinestetik terhadap hasil lay up shootF hitung 4,856 > F 4,01. Kesimpulan: terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran inklusi dan metode pembelajaran penugasan, 2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara peserta didik dengan persepsi kinestetik tinggi dan rendah, 3) terdapat interaksi yaitu metode pembelajaran inklusi lebih baik dibandingkan metode penugasan terhadap hasil lay up shoot dalam permainan bolabasket

Abstract

Work performed labor is a type of work that requires only a simple motor skills but should be done continuously for several hours without pause. This condition in the long run potentially detrimental to health. To that end, after a through study kinesiology analysis of the dominant motions performed daily laborers in the work, creates a model of exercises that are intended to be to relax the muscles, stretch the joints, maintains extensive ranges of motion (range of motion), improve blood circulation edge, reduce saturation due to motion routines. Exercise is also designed to provide benefits for work to restore the sensitivity of sensory-motor nerves, reduce fatigue, reduce the possibility of faulty work, restore (recovery) initial fitness level as before the start of work and prevent the occurrence of abnormal posture due to the working position is maintained for a long time.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memodifikasi Mesin EM.E 70cc pada Paralayang Bermesin, menghasilkan sebuah Mesin baru melalui suatu proses modifikasi dari mesin . Agar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas olahraga menjadi lebih aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan. Mengembangkan mesin Paralayang yang ada di Kota Semarang yang nantinya bisa digunakan bekal dalam upaya pengembangan sehinga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan atlet paralayang untuk lebih berprestasi. Penelitian ini untuk memudahkan atlet untuk memakai mesin paralayang dalam pertandingan paramotor. Sehingga aktivitas Olahraga bermesin ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, mengembangkan aktivitas motorik, pengetahuan dan perilaku hidup sehat dan aktif, sikap sportif, dan kecerdasan emosional.Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahun dengan meliputi pengembangan, modivikasi a) Uji Coba Awal apakah mesin bisa untuk merbangkan paralayang atau belum, b) revisi produk (mencari kekurangan kekurangan dalam mesin EM.E 70cc), c) Uji Coba tahap akhir (mesin siap untuk dipakai dalam konsep komersial.A study was conducted to modify the 70cc EM.E Engine on the Engine Paragliding, resulting in a new Engine through a process of modification of the engine. In order to increase sports activity become more active, innovative, creative, effective and fun. Developing a Paragliding machine in Semarang City that can be used in the development effort so that can improve the ability of paragliding athletes to better achievement. This study is to make it easier for athletes to use paragliding machines in a paramotor match. So the activity of this engined sports to improve skills, develop motor activity, knowledge and behavior of healthy and active life, sportive attitude, and emotional intelligence. Research conducted in 3 years by covering the development, modivikasi a) Preliminary Test whether the machine can to fly paragliding or b) product revision (looking for deficiencies in the 70cc EM machine), c) Trial test (the machine is ready for commercial use.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variasi tipologi terhadap prestasi atlet. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 orang atlet PON XVII Jawa Timur terdiri dari 12 orang atlet wanita dan 13 orang atlet pria kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata IMT pada wanita 22.147 kg/m2,  sedang pada pria 25.198 kg/m2. Prestasi atlet cabang gulat dan wushu di dominasi oleh pria, sedangkan atlet wanita pada cabang anggar dan judo. Variasi tipologi atlet baik pria dan wanita memberikan kontribusi prestasi yang seimbang tergantung dari cabang olahraga dan kelas yang dipertandingkan. Kata kunci: Tipologi; prestasi; atlet   The aims of this study is to know about  the variation of  typology to athletes achievement.  The sample are 25 athletes, consist of 12 women athletes, and 13 man athletes. The data had been analyze using descriptive analyze technique. The result of study showed that mean IMT of women is 22.147 kg/m2, than mean IMT of man athletes is 25.198 kg/m2. Athletes achievement in wrestling and Wushu had domination for man, than women had domination in fencing and judo. The variation of  typology athletes for man or woman had balance impact depend of sports and class games. Keywords: typology; achievement; athletes

Abstract

results pyramid training methods singles and doubles against classical force increase in weight lifters. The experimental quantitative research examines differences in the results of independent variables and the method of training a single pyramid gandadengan dependent variable classical force increase in weightlifting. The population is female athlete weightlifting PPLP Central Java. A sample of 5 athletes with total sampling technique. data collection using pretest and posttest, methods of data analysis using SPSS program. The results of the data analysis performed by t test showed pretest data is obtained t = 0.745 with a significance value 0.510> 0.05, posttest data is obtained t = 0.631 with a significance value 0.573> 0.05, an increase of data obtained t = -1.057 with a significance value of 0.368 > 0.05, which means that the average pretest, posttest, and the increase of the two groups were not significantly different. The conclusions of this study was no significant difference in the improvement of the classical force after getting treatment with a single pyramid laden training methods and double. The methods can be used to practice weightlifting.

Abstract

Keseleo pergelangan kaki merupakan salah satu cedera akut yang sering dialami para atlet. Sendi pergelangan kaki mudah sekali mengalami cedera karena kurang mampu melawan kekuatan medial, lateral, tekanan dan rotasi. Tidak seperti pada cedera lain yang disebabkan oleh tekanan tingkat rendah yang berulang-ulang dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Cedera akut pada pergelangan kaki disebabkan karena adanya penekanan melakukan gerakan membelok secara tiba-tiba, yang termasuk dalam Cedera Sprain tingkat II. Tingkatan keseleo terdiri dari;1) keseleo tingkat ringan, sering terjadi pada ligament talofibula anterior, yang dapat mengakibatkan retak pada sebagian tulang tertentu, 2) keseleo tingkat sedang, meliput talofibula anterior dan calcaneo fibula ligament dapat memperparah terjadinya kerusakan pada struktur ligament, 3) keseleo tingkat parah, meliputi kedua ligament pada posterior talofibula ligament dapat menimbulkan putus urat otot yang kompleks atau kadang retak atau patah tulang. Perawatan ditentukan oleh tingkatan keseleo, sampai berapa lama sebelum melakukan latihan  tertentu. Perawatan yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan pergelangan kaki menjadi tidak stabil hingga kronis, dan dapat menyebabkan cedera kembali. Untuk menghindari cedera keseleo alangkah baiknya melakukan pencegahan dengan melakukan pemanasan, stretching, latihan penguatan ligament, otot dan tendon yang melintasi sendi, latihan pergelangan kaki, serta melakukan pembebatan pergelangan kaki, pada saat latihan maupun pertandingan.Ankle sprain is one of acute injury that often happened in athletes. Ankle joint is very easy to injury because of less able to resist the power, pressure from rotation, medial and lateral. Unlike the other injuries caused by low-level pressure repeatedly in the long term. Acute ankle injury due to the suppression of movement to turn suddenly, which is included in level II sprain injury. Sprain levels,  consist of: 1) mild sprain, frequently happened in the talofibula anterior ligaments, caused fracture in some particular bone, 2) moderate sprain, happened in talofibula anterior and calcaneo fibula ligament can exacerbates the damage to ligament structure, 3) severe degree sprain, the ligament covering both posterior talofibula ligament caused break up complex tendons or fracture. The treatment is determined by the degree sprain, how long the treatment is done before doing certain exercises. Not appropriate treatment cause ankle in chronic unstable and back to get injury. To avoid sprain injury better to do prevention there are, warming-up, stretching, strengthening exercise  in ligament, muscle and tendon that cross the joint, ankle exercises, than do ankle taping when practice as well as competition.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of protein supplementation on body composition (body weight, percent body fat and muscle mass). The method used experimental study group pre-post test design. Samples were students in football athletes SMA Terang Bangsa Semarang aged 15-18 years as many as 11 people. Treatment of samples for the provision of as much as 30 grams of protein supplements for 4 weeks. Weighing is done with a digital scale, percent body fat was measured  by bioelectrical impedance analyzer (BIA) Corona brand. Data were analyzed using the Paired t-test / Wilcoxon. The results of the statistical test Paired t-test / Wilcoxon there are differences in the results obtained decrease percent body fat (pre 19,1±1,1%, post 17,9±1,2%, p = 0.003) and an increase in lean body mass (pre 51,4±5,5 kg, post 52,4±5,5 kg, p = 0.013) after administration of a protein supplement. No difference in change in body weight after treatment. Conclusion: protein supplementation for 4 weeks can lower percent body fat and increase lean bodymass.
