Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the reaction of the capital market to an eventor announcement in this case is the announcement of the Economic Policy Package VolumeXIV on November 10, 2016. Capital market reaction will be seen or observed throughindicators of abnormal return of listed companies shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Researchers believe that one of the factors that cause changes or fluctuations in stock pricesis the information in circulation. Such as regulations or policies issued to encourageeconomic growth that are believed to add value to the firm. This research uses event studymethod. Sampling technique using nonprobabilitas method in the form of purposivesampling. The samples used in this research are 45 stocks of companies that are included inthe LQ45 index component for the period of August 2016 - January 2017. The observationperiod in this research is 71 trading days consisting of 60 days in the estimated period, 11days in the event period divided into five days before and five days after the date of the event.The statistical test in this research uses parametric statistics in the form of one sample t-testand paired sample t-test. Based on the results of different test with one sample t-test showsthat there is a positive significant average abnormal return that occurs around theannouncement of Economic Policy Volume XIV, but average abnormal return positive issignificant only occurs at the time of policy announcement (t0). The result of different test ofpaired sample t-test shows that there is no significant difference between the averageabnormal return before and after the announcement of Economic Policy Package VolumeXIV. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that there is a positive marketreaction to the announcement of the Economic Policy Package Volume XIV.Keywords : Event Study, Abnormal Return, Economic Policy Package Volume XIV.

Abstract

The effort to increase the working of employees is through paying attention to the stress of working. Stress can happen to every individualy human every time because stress is also a part of human life which can not be avoided. People often experience stress if they can not adapt their will with the fact either from inside or from outside of their self. This research means to know how much is the effect of the working stress to the working of employees at the Kantor Pengelola IT Center Manado. This research used quantitative methode and simple regression, using questionair and observation as s technique to get data and the total of the examples in this research are 32 worker. The counting in this research, the researcher used SPSS software version 21 which can show the corelation between the two variable,and how much the effect of such the working stress to the working of worker. The result of this research show that working stress to the working of employees show negative effect, because the mark of coefisien regression is negative that is 0,34. This negative effect means the working stress is getting less so it. influences the increase of working of employees. Bassed on the result analyses data which was managed, it can be concluded that the effect of working stress to the working of employees is on the stage of. Enough corelation that is 0,152, in rate means the effect of working stress to the working employees is 15,2% while the 84,8% are influenced by other variable that was not researched.

Abstract

Abstract This research was based a decrease in sales of Honda motorcycles in the period 2011-2014. This sales decline shows a decrease in consumer buying decisions on Honda motorcycle products that can be formulated in this research that how consumers buying decision in the midst of motorcycle competition phenomenon becoming more strictly based on the consumer motivation, and consumer attitudes. The aim of the research is to influence of motivation and consumer attitudes toward buying decision of the Honda motorcycles. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collected by questionnaire and interview techniques. The respondents in this research are 100 people who fulfill in one of five criteria; initiating, influencing, decision making, buying, and using Honda motorcycles in the district of mapanget. Two hypotheses are formulated and tested using Regression Analysis. The result shows that consumers motivation, and consumer attitudes have significant relationship with buying decision. Consumer motivation has higher influences for buying decisions than consumer attitudes. Keywords: Buying Decision, Consumer Motivation, Consumer Attitudes.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing towards employee performance at (Perwakilan Bank Indonesia office/Representative office of Bank Indonesia) in North Sulawesi province. Whereas the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of knowledge sharing towards employee performance. Knowledge sharing is measured by Donating Knowledge Indicator and knowledge collecting (de Vries et al, 2006). While the employee performance is measured by the quality of work, quantity of work and timeliness (Hasibuan 2006). The sample is employee of Bank Indonesia North Sulawesi as many as 47 people that taken from the 53 people of the total number of employee population. Data collection techniques in this study is the observations and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression. Data were processed using SPSS version 17.0. The results showed knowledge sharing has a positive and significant impact towards employee performance. Based on the obtained value of R Square is 0.387. which means that 38.7% of the employee performance (Y) can be explained by knowledge sharing (X). While the remaining 72.3% can be explained by other variables that was not researched in this study.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Employee Performance

Abstract

Conflict comes from the Latin verb configere which means to hit each other. Sociologically,conflict is defined as a social process between two or more people (or groups) where oneparty attempts to remove the other by destroying it or making it powerless. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of conflicts that occur in the performance of employees atPT. Pegadaian (Persero) Manado samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collectionmethods used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive research method of research that is research which combine between qualitativeand quantitative method. In this research, the result of simple correlation shows strongcorrelation or influence between conflict variable and performance equal to 0,87% and basedon that calculation hence sought the amount of contribution of conflict to performance withresult of 75,69%. And in this research the authors get the result of conflict impact terhadapaemployee performance that has a positive impact. The conclusion of this research result showsthe reality of Manado Pegadaian employees handling and managing employees conflicts doneefficiently and effectively then positive impact will arise through the behavior that is seen byemployees as potential human resources with various consequences such as improving order,discipline in using work time, increasing productive cooperative relationship, work motivation.And suggestions to try to improve or sustain the application of existing conflicts through theapplication of a conscious presence of role conflict, accepting the conditions and stressfulsituations in work caused by the conflict, trying to be able to tolerate conflict, will have animpact on the improvement of employee performance.Keywords : Conflict, Employee Performance

Abstract

The aim of this research to know how big the influence of giving KUR concern to raising effort little micro and medium in Manado city. Citizenry effort credit is working capital finance to productive and viable business debtors but not having additional collateral or additional collateral is sufficient. Form of research using on this research is correlational research with quantitative analysis. This research doing in Mandiri Bank in Paal 2, with population 102 customer and 51 sample costumer. Analysis technique using in this research is simple regression analysis. The result in this research show the strong relationship between giving KUR with increase UMKM seeing from the result and from the result determination coefficient that means the relation between Mandiri Bank is determine by giving KUR through regression similarity. Remnant determined by another factor. The summary of this research have an effect to increase UMKM. The verification doing with T-test with Tarithmetic to X (KUR) and Ttable in significant that means comparison between Tarithmetic and Ttable is tarithmetic more than ttable. Suggestion from research are other people that giving KUR as Mandiri Bank to help agent of business to increase the business and its better for business agent to get more information that can advance their business. Keyword: Citizenry Effort Credit (KUR), Little and Medium Micro Effort (UMKM)

Abstract

the enforcement of the regulations in force in the region, it can provide an opportunity for local governments to carry out development based on the acceptance ofLocal Revenue. This study aims to, know and analyze the contribution of PBB-P2 on revenue in North Minahasa Regency in 2013 until 2015.The data collection technique used is the type of qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data sources, observation, list of questions (questionnaire), the study documents.While the analytical technique used is the technique of contribution analysis.North Minahasa Regency is a new expansion area is carved out of Minahasa, Minahasa estimated first been inhabited by humans for thousands of years before Christ.The results of data analysis showed that (1) Total realized PBB-P2 in North Minahasa Regency annually increased,(2) The contribution of the PBB-P2 to the regional income shows, PBB-P2 has a good contribution to local revenues North Minahasa Regency that tax revenue from the sector PBB-P2 reliable as a source of revenue. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the employee's performance of business cooperatives Baliem Arabica in Jayawijaya. To test the effect of compensation to employee performance correlation and regression analysis was used with a total sample of 39 respondents. The results showed there is a compensation effect on employee performance. Therefore, the board of Baliem Arabica business cooperatives should pay attention to the compensation granted to employees in order to have a positive impact on the sustainability of the business in the future. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence onEmployee Performance at PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. Samples were taken by 50respondents. Data collection method used in this research is questionnaire and observation. Themethod used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with the approach betweensimple correlation and multiple linear regression to measure the relationship between variables.In this study obtained the results of correlation coefficient calculations showing the relationshipbetween emotional intelligence and strong employee performance is also known coefficient ofdetermination or R Squere which explains the magnitude of the effect of emotional intelligenceon employee performance. R Square value can be interpreted that the influence of emotionalintelligence on employee performance, while the rest influenced by other variables not examinedin this study. The conclusion of this research is basically the employee's performance is good,but it is better for an employee to improve performance in performing every task andresponsibility by understanding emotional intelligence, because this can impact on theimprovement of employee performance quality so that it can have good impact also on progresscompany.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance at (Bank Mayapada main branch of Mega Mas) in Manado City. Samples are employees of May Mayada KCU Mega Mas Manado as many as 50 people drawn from 50 people from the total population of employees. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression. The results show that knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. implementation of knowledge management has a strong and significant relationship with employee performance. In general, Knowledge Management gives a positive influence on the performance of Bank Mayapada employees of KCU Mega Mas Manado, it is suggested that the company pay more attention to Knowledge Management program to get the result that is the improvement of employee performance as a result of the improvement of employee performance of Bank Mayapada Mega Mas Manado.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Employee Performance
