Abstract

Abstract. The increasingly fierce competition is inevitable in the business world, but it is a challenge that must be faced. A wide variety of ways in which to dominate the market, one of them by creating a quality product in order to attract consumers in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine how much influence consumer behavior towards Honda Revo Product Purchasing Decisions in District Jailolo. To answer the purpose of this study used statistical parametric analysis tools such as correlation and regression. The results showed consumer behavior has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Absrtact. This research has been conducted in order to collect information on the financial statements from 2014 until 2015 that the balance sheet and income statement at PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado in July 2016. This study uses the theoretical basis of the theory of financial management regarding profitability ratio analysis of the financial statements, analytical tools used in this study Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment and return on Equity. Based on the analysis shows that the Gross Profit Margin PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado decreased from 2014 to 2015, judging from the Net Profit Margin for three years beginning in 2014 until 2015 has decreased. Then Return on Equity and Return On Investment achieved during the year 2014 to 2015, the results showed the same percentage, which decreased in 2015. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of profitability in the financial statements. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado yet stable and efficient enough to run the company's daily operations.Based on the formulation of the problem of the study "How big is the analysis of the profitability ratios in the financial statements. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado "then deduced that Profitability Ratios very big impact on the financial statements. Abstract

The business activities of the bank are always faced with risks that are closely related to its function as a financial intermediation institution, required the assessment of the level of health of banks to increase public confidence against a bank research purposes of knowing the level of Bank Health on PT. Bank SulutGo reviewed aspects ofRGEC in 2014-2016. Based on reviews of existing problems, this research was conducted with the use ofex-post facto approach. The study was conducted to examine the events that have happened and then meruntut back to find out the factors that may cause the incident the results of the research and data analysis that has been done shows the risk profile (Risk Profile) SulutGo bank using two indicators of credit risk factors, namely by using the ratio of NPL and liquidity risk ratio LDR during the year 2014-2016 in a roware in healthy condition; Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Bank SulutGo in 20142015 composite gained 3 which shows quite well in the implementation of corporate governance and in 2016 rose to composite 2 which reflects that corporate governance is getting better; entabilitas (earnings) bank SulutGo by using the indicators i.e.ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO during 2014-2016 are in a healthy condition, the value ofthe average ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO obtained shows that the bank SulutGo has successfully run their operations effectively; The results of the assessment of capital(capital) SulutGo Bank during the year are in healthy condition is 20142016, which is above the minimum standard set by the Bank of Indonesia that is 8%. Abstract

The regional development as implementation of wide, clear and responsible autonomy is giving big scope for the regional government to develop every sector of business in Bitung City.The result showed that contribution of sub-sector bank affect Bitung Economic Growt significantly based on  = 0,01. And non bank financial institution doesn’t significantly affect the economic growth of Bitung city based on alpha level  = 0,025.The result showed that sub-sector bank have positif relation while sub-sector non-bank institution have negative relation to economic growth of Bitung City with coefficient of correlation (R) 2,685 and coefficient of determination (R2) 0,721.F-test showed that Fcount  F­table with alpha  = 0,01 (dF = 6). It means that H0 is rejected and the contribution of sub-sector bank and non-bank institution simultaneously affect the variable of economic growth with alpha  = 0,01.

Abstract

The development in business world these days is market by the competition between the business company is getting fierce. Especially in managing the company business unit. It is shown by the appearance of a company that offer a good quality product with a compete price on the market. To handle the  fierce competition on the market then one from so many effort that the company do is by apply the strategic price. Which on the way of applying that strategi the company try to set a price that can be compete in the market so the increase sale of the product become maximum. With right price and controlled will result the domino effect to a company to build long term relationship with costumer so it can increase the sales volume. This research is a descriptive quantitative research by using the correlation approach and simple regression. To see relation between variable and to measure the impact to the variable itself. So the purpose of this research is to know how far the price effect and to the  increase of PT. ROBCAGA in Talaud. According to the sesult of the  research, can be shown as following: price has a correlation and significant determination effort to the increase sale of PT. ROBCAGA Talaud. According to the  data analysis, coefficient value moment r = 0,685. That show there is a positive relation, and can be categorize as high and strong, also price coefficient determination to the increase sale is by 46,5% and 53,5% by the rest of it depends on the unknown factors that not been analyze in this research. Keywords: Increase, price, sale

Abstract

PT Air Manado originated from the worsening performance and service of Manado PDAM as a regional company owned by the Manado City government in providing clean water, both in quantity and quality to the community from year to year. Changing the management system of drinking water companies to PT Air requires that all activities and management of this company be adjusted to the system set out in the new PT law which requires the use of Good Corperate Governance standards. The above matters then encourage researchers to conduct further research on Good Corporate Governance at PT Air Manado through research entitled: Implementation of Good Corporate Governance In Management of Regional Water Company PT. Air Manado       This study uses qualitative research methods to illustrate the application of Good Corporate Governance principles based on existing facts as well as company's readiness to manage PT Air Regional Water Company. Then, the existing data collected, classified, interpreted so that will provide information to analyze the problem under study      The results explain that the role of the implementation of good corporate governance in the management of PT. Manado Water is very important to improve the competitiveness of the company in a tight global market competition. Through the implementation of good corporate governance PT. Air Manado will have the ability and power in creating growth and business development according to the target that has been planned. Implementation of good corporate governance that berintikan on corporate culture is an attitude of ethical professionalism and high moral, so that all corporate human power is no longer doing practical politics within the company, but united to improve the company's quality becomes stronger, stronger and healthier and can develop company.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, PT. Abstract

In line with the rapid development of science and technology that experienced an increase and change over time brings logical consequences for the business world by shifting the values of the demands of human needs and wants. Where the products / services produced are expected to be well received by consumers. Customer’s satisfaction is an important thing in the success of marketing products / services. Consumer satisfaction is determined by many factors such as marketing strategy the attention of researchers with the assumption that if a good marketing strategy it will make consumers satisfied. The researcher aims to know how far the marketing strategy to increase selling of Isabella canned fish products at PT. Sinar Purefoods International Bitung by taking the respondents as much as 70 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is a quantitative method with a simple correlation analysis approach and simple regression. The result of simple correlation analysis is r = 0,05 this indicate that if marketing strategy go up hence increase of sale will go up also. The degree of correlation is in the "high" category and after testing the significance of "very significant" evidently. With the coefficient of determination factor marketing strategy is determined by the factor of increase in sales and the rest is determined by other factors. With a simple regression analysis can be interpreted that any addition of a scale on the marketing strategy will lead to an increase in sales increase. Thus it is evident that the marketing strategy has an influence on the increase in sales. Based on the results of this study, researchers suggest that leaders continue to observe and pay attention to the elements of marketing strategy variables that have not been touched in the research and to keep the current marketing strategy to provide increased sales to the company.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study to analyze financial performance. Bank Danamon Tbk. the years 2011-2015 using CAMEL ratio that includes the capital, assets, management, earnings and liquidity. Implementation of the health assessment PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. done in a way to qualify some of the components of each of the factors, namely components Capital (Capital), Asset (Asset), Management (management), Earning (Profitability), Liquidity (liquidity) or abbreviated terms CAMEL. CAMEL is a crucial factor in the health of a bank predicate. The aspects of one another are interrelated and inseparable. The results of the assessment of financial performance CAMEL ratios indicating that from the aspect of capital owned by PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. turned out to be above 8%, so PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. have sufficient capital to cover all risks arising from the investment of funds in productive assets that support the risk. Then, from the aspect of management as measured by Net Profit Margin found to comply with the provisions of Bank Indonesia and other than that from the aspect of earning and liquidity achieved by PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. in accordance with the provisions of Bank Indonesia. The results showed that the level of health of PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. for 5 years the period 2011-2015 was included in the healthy category. Rate the level of health in 2011 was included in the healthy category with a total credit value of 83.5, in 2012 relatively healthy with a total credit value of 86.25, relatively healthy in 2013 with a total credit value of 90.05, 2014 classified as healthy with total credit score of 91.05 and 2015 are included in the healthy category with a total credit value of 88,13. From the results of the assessment of financial performance and its relation with CAMEL ratio, it can be said that over the last 5 years (2011-2015), which showed that the financial performance achieved by PT. Abstract

Background of this research conducted at PT. Insurance BUMIDABumiputera Muda Manado Branch. In doing this research used quantitativemethod, while data collection was done by interview and ask kuisoner toemployees at PT. Insurance BUMIDA Bumiputera Muda Manado Branch.Population in this research is all employees at PT. Insurance BUMIDABumiputera Muda Manado Branch. While the sample is determined by using theCensus method, which is the collection of data covering all elements / members ofthe population investigated. From the result of validity and reliability test, it isknown that the result obtained is bigger than the specified value validity (0,3) andreliability (0,6) so it can be said the data is valid and the instrument is reliable.From the results of simple regression analysis known R.Square value of 0.753influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT. BUMIDAInsurance Bumiputera Muda Manado Branch, while the is influenced by otherfactors outside the free factor studied. From the results of partial testing can beconcluded that the factor of Leadership Style has an influence on Employeeperformance at PT. BUMIDA Insurance Bumiputera Muda Manado Branchproved true because the variable Leadership Style hast count of 7,415. After doingthe research it can be concluded that the style of leadership has a significant effecton Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

To maintain the viability of the company, companies are often faced with the problem,such as the difficulty in increasing the volume of sales of the existence of competition fromsimilar companies increased the complexity of consumer behavior against a product,changing consumer tastes, as well as the uncertain economic conditions. Promotion is anactivity that can be done by the company with the aim to inform, persuade, and influenceconsumers to select or purchase products offered by the company. Promotions at ColumbiaKotamobagu PT. is seen from the 6 indicators i.e. advertising, personal selling, salespromotion, public relations, direct marketing tools, measurement scales use the ratin scale.This research is quantitative research using a simple correlation analysis and regressionanalysis. Data collection techniques in the study was collected in the form of primary dataand secondary data, and tools that on the collection of data through a questionnaire filledout by 300 respondents and analyzed using a simple correlation analysis and analysissimple regression. Based on the results of the analysis of simple correlation and simpleregression analysis showed that the independent variable is. promotion of the dependentvariables simultaneously affecting the increase in sales which means promotion toincreased influence sales are still in the low category. It is recommended also to companyPT. Columbia Kotamobagu so need to pay attention to the marketing mix policy especiallythe issue price is set so that the company can be reached by the consumer, so that it canincrease the level of sales.Keywords: promotion, increased sales
