<![CDATA[The purpose of this study “whether the promotion effect on the level of sales of Sigra car at PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu branch Malalayang. The benefits in this study are 1.This research is expected to increase the treasury of science used as a reference material for the Department of Administrative Sciences in general and especially the Program of Business Administration Science in the marketing sector related to promotion and sales, 2.This research is expected to be a material information and input as well as brainstorming suggestions for leaders and employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Branch Malalayang as Daihatsu Dealer. The approach of this study was quantitative. The data sought from this research is sigra car sales data from the company and questionnaire data distributed to consumers. The result show that there is a significant influece because the value of t hitung 5,095 greater > t table value of 1,994 inferential that the hypothesis Ho rejected and accept HA. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the influence of promotion on the level of Sigra car sales is at a strong enough correlation level of 27.3%, while 72.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this reseach.Keywords: Promotion, level of sales]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid technological developments bring changes in life and its development is inevitable. Is there any influence of work environment to employee performance at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. To know the effect of work environment on employee performance, at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. Work environment is a place where employees do activities every day. A conducive working environment provides a sense of security and enables employees to work optimally. Performance is a perwujup and work done by employees who are usually in use as a basis for assessment of employees or individuals. To analyze a problem must have to use a method or the right approach so that will in pengajian data process. What if researchers do research on a large population, while researchers want to examine about the population and researchers have limited funding, energy and time, the researchers used sampling techniques, 39 employees at PT. Maumbi mando expedition company. From the results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation obtained Y = 37.35 + 0.12 X. Significantly very strong positive between work environment variables and employee performance variables. Company expedition maumbi manado city to continue to improve employee performance by doing strict supervision so that employees more obey the rules. <![CDATA[This research is based on thinking on several factors that influence consumers to buy in car dealers. With the growing efforts of the automotive industry today the level of competition among automotive industry is increasingly competitive, each dealer has a strategy in persuading the customers to choose and / or buy a car. Due to the innovation of marketing strategy changes and from the supporting factors such as; give Attention, desire analysis, ad image, techniques to increase attractiveness. And interesting advertising support will make consumers take a decision in buying at Astra international (Daihatsu). This activity was held at PT. Astra International Daihatsu branch Manado in order to know the relationship of these factors affect consumers to buy. Besides, this research is expected to be input to the leadership of PT. Astra International Manado and is a contribution in marketing and advertising strategy. Data collection using the instrument in the form of questionnaires / interviews, observation and document studies, and for data analysis using quantitative methods. The results of this study to answer the hypothesis there is a significant relationship factors that influence consumers to buy, with a determinant indicates 49.92% which means that the increase or decrease in customer savings depends on those factors are strong enough 0.7066%, the remaining 50.08% is another factor. <![CDATA[ABSTRACK : Financial performance analysis band is used assessing business continuity, stability, profitability of any company. And each company will not be sparated from a variety of problems. The many problems that arise can not be resolved immediately. Analysis is required really precise and accurate. The method that band is used in this research uses in this research uses descriptive quantitative method. And ratio analysis profitability. And the result of this research is based on that; in 2013 a calculation using the ratio of profitability with gross profit margin formula : gross profit / net sales = 56%, net profit margin: net profit after tax / net sales = 41.57% the earning power of total investment: profit before tax / total assets = 26.64%, return on equity: profit after tax / shareholders equity = 16.91% and in 2014, gross profit margin: gross profit / net sales = 48.38% decrease the net profit margin: net profit after tax / net sales = 34.24% decrease compared to the year 2013, the earning power of the total investment: profit before tax / total assets = 72.87% an increase compared to 2013. Return on equity: profit after tax / shareholders equity = 14.28% decrease as well. And in 2015 , a decline in gross profit margin: gross profit / net sales = 37.30%. net profit margin: net profit after tax / net sales = 24.48% . earning power of the total investment: profit before tax / total assets = 46.83%. Return on equity: profit after tax / shareholders equity = 10.26% . compared to the year 2013 was not too decrease compared to 2014 and 2015 there is a decrease in income. <![CDATA[Working capital is very important for any company, because almost allcompanies need working capital to finance the day-to-day operations of thecompany. Companies must be able to manage working capital well so thatoperational activities can run smoothly and can achieve the optimal profit asexpected by the company. This study aims to analyze and know how theworking capital adequacy ratio. This research was conducted at PT. HMSampoerna Tbk. According to Sutrisno (2009), "Working capital is one ofthe elements of assets that are very important in the company becausewithout working capital the company cannot fill the necessity to run theactivities". The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative andanalysis tool used is Working Capital Adequacy Ratio which consists of threetypes of ratios are the ratio of Total Assets to Net Working Capital, CurrentLiabilities to Net Working Capital and Working Capital Turnover. The dataused are secondary data from financial statements namely balance sheet andincome statement from PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. The results of the studyexplain that the calculation of the ratio of Total Assets to Net WorkingCapital in 2013 to 2016 is quite good. While the calculation of CurrentLiabilities to Net Working Capital Ratio in 2013 and 2014 is quite good, butthe calculation results in 2015 and 2016 decreased to 0.17 and 0.23. And thecalculation results Working Capital Turnover in 2014 increased, but thendeclined in 2015 and 2016, indicating liquidity on this ratio more effective.Overall working capital at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk has good working capitalmanagement. The results of the working capital adequacy ratio analysis willgive an idea of how the company can manage its working capital. Liquiditylevel at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk is quite good. This indicates that theadequacy of working capital at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk is quite stable. Werecommend PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk can use and allocate working capitaloptimally. <![CDATA[The automotive sector is one of the sectors that contribute to the economic growth ofIndonesia. Job creation from the automotive sector is one of the solutions for the government inaddressing the problem of unemployment. On the hand the company in the automotive sector canachieve its goal of obtaining maximum profit. By earning the maximum profit of owners andcapital for the company’s operations can increase. Quality of work life is determined by thecompensation received by employees, the opportunity to participate in the organization, jobsecurity, work design, and the quality of interaction among members of the organization. Thepsychological dynamics of the quality of work life with organizational commitment is when thequality of working life of an employee is good then the organizational commitment will be high.Conversely, if the quality of working life is low then the organization's commitment will also below, causing a turnover in the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine whether thequality of work life has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Technical dataanalysis used in this study is the validity and reliability test questionnaire research, simple linearregression analysis and hypothesis t test. The population in this study were all employees of PTHasjrat Abadi branch of Manado which amounted to 138 people and the sample obtained byusing slovin formula and obtained as many as 58 respondents. Human as labor is the core orasset of every company, because man will be the one who will determine the role of otherresources that are included in the production process. The results showed that the quality of worklife positively affect the organizational commitment at PT Hasjrat Abadi Branch Manado andquality of work life significantly influence the organizational commitment at PT Hasjrat AbadiBranch Manado. In this studied only limited to the influence of quality of work life toorganizational commitment while other factors that also affect the organizational commitmentthat has not bee revealed how much influence. <![CDATA[There are so many transactions the company conducts in its day-to-day activities. Starting from the activity of buying assets needed by the company, paying the various expenses required in order to obtain a benefit, until the activity of producing and selling certain products in order to survive, then every product produced must be sold to the public. In the control of accounts receivable is emphasized on the amount of receivables, credit and receivables receivable and policies run by the company. Such control measures shall be made prior to the delivery of the goods with the invoicing and expiration of the receivable collection. One of society's choice to get fund is through multi finance institution. One of the financing institutions operating in Manado City and its vicinity is PT Federal International Finance (FIF), which is able to provide funds to meet the needs of the community, which is also the object of my research. The purpose of this research is to know the control of accounts receivable against the risk of bad debts at the company. This research uses Quantitative Descriptive Analysis method. The data in search of this research is the control of receivables and the estimated amount of bad debts at PT Federal International Finance (FIF) Manado. From the details of the calculation of the age of receivables in 2016 and 2017, namely: Year 2016 has a prestige of = 1.1%, while the year 2017 of = 1.11%. This shows that the control of receivables at Manado's Federal International Finance (FIF) company is very good in the management of its receivables.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect of labor discipline on the performance of employees at the Tax Office Pratama Manado. The method in this research using quantitative methods by means of correlation and regression analysis. From the results of research conducted work discipline is of significant importance to the values used in improving the performance of employees at the Tax Office Pratama Manado. Labor discipline and performance of employees showed significant differences, so that the otherwise positive relationship exists between the discipline of work with employee performance. Under the first hypothesis test of discipline working relationship with the employee's performance has a significant direction and shape of linear regression. Role in improving the performance of employees across differing greatly to the success of the performance of employees in the company or organization.
