Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of employees at the Tax Office Primary Tobelo Halmahera Utara. In this study using descriptive quantitative is to test the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of influence on these variables. Based on this research shows that ethical leadership has a positive and very strong influence on employee performance, thus hypothesis states there is influence of ethical leadership on employee performance can be accepted. A leader with an ethical leadership style can influence individuals or groups to behave in accordance with organizational or corporate goals. Therefore companies or organizations need to pay attention to matters that include ethical behavior so that employee performance can be developed for the progress of the organization or companyKeywords: Ethical Leadership, Work Achievement.

Abstract

Sulitnya perekonomian yang dialami masyarakat baik pendatang maupun warga asli Kota Manado membuat mereka memilih salah satu jenis usaha di sektor informal, dengan modal yang sangat kecil untuk menunjang kebutuhannya, salah satunya menjadi pedagang asongan. Secara umum, pedagang asongan adalah pedagang yang menjual barang dagangannya dengan menawarkan (mengasongkan) dagangannya secara langsung ke konsumen dan tempat untuk jualannya tidak tetap alias berpindah-pindah (di angkutan umum, bis, terminal, fasilitas pendidikan, dan lain-lain).Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini, Kota Manado yang mengalami peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja lebih banyak tidak memiliki penghasilan tetap yang umumnya beralih pada bidang sektor informal demi memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Sehingga untuk melihat kegiatan maupun aktivitasnya tersebut perlu dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini.Teknik pengumpulan dan pengolahan data menggunakan dua cara, yakni dengan metode analisis tabulasi deskriptif, untuk mengetahui karakteristik pedagang, sedangkan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan efisiensi usaha digunakan rumus analisis pendapatan usaha, R/C rasio dan Uji Mann-Whitney.Tujuan dan kegunaan penelitian ini sebagai sumber pemikiran para stakeholder dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tenaga kerja informal di Kota Manado, dan sebagai referensi bagi pengembangan ilmu di lingkungan akademis terutama di bidang kewirausahaan.Kata Kunci: Pedagang Asongan, Pedagang Kaki Lima

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and price to the decision of the purchase of grand max pick up car. Purchase decision is a consumer's decision to buy a product after previously thinking about whether or not worth buying the product by considering the information he knows with the relitas about the product after he witnessed it. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with the approach of Multiple Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression to measure the relationship between variables. This research was conducted at PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Malalayang branch, with the object of research is Daihatsu Gran Gran Pick Up. Based on the result of validity test show indicator of variable of product quality, price and purchase decision of correlation value bigger. While the results of multiple linear analysis shows all variables ranging from products and prices have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination showed that 77% of Daihatsu Gran Max Pick Up's car purchase decision at PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Malalayang branch is influenced by variables such as product and price. Based on the results of the discussion then found the quality of products and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Each variable has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision.

Abstract

Abstract.This research was conducted to find out how big the influence of Training human resources (HR) against work productivity of employees At PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Manado.From the results of the research note that the training of human resources (HR) has a very strong Influence and is an important factor to increased Employee Productivity, PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Manado.Where human resources Training have an influence of 86.8% Employee to productivity and 13.2% set by factors that are not in this meticulous research such as leadership, compensation, work environment, placement, and other variables. It can be concluded that the training of HUMAN RESOURCES towards significantly influential work productivity of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Area ofManado. This is because the Training of HUMAN RESOURCES is a strong factor to encourage morale or employee passion for placing certain activities in maximing the Productivity of work. Recommendations for the Management of HUMAN RESOURCES is maintained as well as improving the quality of training because training variables influence is dominant in affecting employee productivity, including through improvements in materials, methods and training tutuors so that employee productivity will increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resourcesmanagement practices on the sustainability of the company at PT. Manado SejatiPerkasa. In this study, researchers used Armstrong’s theory to describe thepractice of human resource management and De Geus to describe the company’ssustainability. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive methodby spreading the questionnaire 50 respondents who become the sample in thisresearch. Data collection was done with questionnaires that have been tested forvalidity and reliability. And data analysis us is descriptive and inferentialstatistic, consisting of correlation coefficient and simple regression done by usingprogram SPSS for windows version 23.0. The results show that there is asignificant influence beetwen the practice of human resource management on thesustainability of the company. From th results obtained require PT. ManadoSejati Perkasa to maximize human resource management pratices.Keyword: Practices of human resource management, corporate sustainability.

Abstract

Retail business spread across the country is experiencing rapid development. Thisdevelopment is due to retail customers who prefer to buy different items in one place. Of themany marketing activities, supermarkets, mini markets and department stores compete to offera variety of shopping facilities ranging from services provided, discounts, payment options,and other facilities to create a sense of satisfaction for customers in shopping. The mainproblem in this research is "What Quality of Service Affects Galaxy Mart CustomerSatisfaction?". This study aims to determine whether the quality of service Galaxy Martinfluence on customer satisfaction. Talking about quality and customer satisfaction iscertainly closely related to marketing. The essence of marketing is to identify and meet theneeds and desires of consumers according to Kotler dan Keller (2016:27) “marketing ismeeting needs profitability” . Similar to retail, it can be understood as all activities involved inthe sale of goods or services directly to the end consumer for personal use rather thanbusiness use.This research type is quantitative research with technique of data analysis byusing interval scale research instrument, validity and reliability test, simple linear regressionequation and hypothesis test. Based on the results of research the influence of QualityCelebration is a variable that does not affect consumer satisfaction Galaxy Mart Supermarket.Based on the results of research hypothesis testing research states that the hypothesis isrejected because the influence of service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Then itcan be concluded that Service Quality does not significantly influence Customer Satisfactionthat if performance is below expectations, customer is not satisfied. If its performance meetsthe expectations of satisfied customers. If performance exceeds expectations, customers arevery satisfied or happy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the perceptions of the usefulness of information technology, perceptions of ease of information technology, attitudes, behavioral intentions, and behavioral use of information technology. The research benefits are as a contribution to the study of the use of information technology and human resource development. Utilization of information technology in the business world enables companies to have high competitiveness, which in turn allows the success of achieving the expected benefits. The use of information technology is influenced by many factors, among others by the perception of its users. This research uses descriptive method with analysis technique of frequency distribution and percentage. The data used is a statement of perception about the usefulness of information technology, ease of information technology, attitude, intention and behavior, obtained through questionnaires with Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that employees of Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado perceive the use of information technology is very supportive of the implementation of the task. They believe the use of information technology is very useful in the implementation of work. Employee perception is related to the usefulness of information technology, ease of use of information technology, attitudes toward information technology, behavioral intent to use information technology, and behavioral use of information technology. There is no difference in perception because of differences in sex, age, and education level.

Abstract

Abstract PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong lasut Manado realized that to stimulate customer loyalty, then the sale becomes important in influencing the loyalty of its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between customer loyalty promotion with the PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong Lasut Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative method associative approach and datasource are customers of PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong Lasut Manado. The result showed that, there is a significant relationship between promotion with customer loyalty in the PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong Lasut Manado, where the relationship is detected at r = 0.73 .Perhitungan KP detected that the factors determining the sale of 52.8% Changes in customer loyalty factor while 42.8% Changes in customer loyalty determined other factors. It is recommended that PT Bank Mandiri Branch Office Manado keep doing promotion to continue to stimulate the customer so that it can improve their Clients Loyalty. This also will affect postitif not only short term but also for the long term. Keywords: Promotion, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Working capital management involves two types of links between elements of the balance sheet. First, regarding the relationship between types of property and how to finance this treasure. Second, regarding the determination of the level of total current assets to be possesse. The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent sufficient levels of working capital at PT. Prog (Persero) Tbk. In financing operations and then contribute to the improvement of corporate profits in the future. This type of research is descriptive study researcher-evaluative. The analysis tool that I use is a comparative analysis of financial statements, analysis of sources and uses of working capital, and evaluation using working capital adequacy ratio at Pt. Prog (Persero) Tbk. These results indicate that: 1. The results of the analysis of the comparative financial statements for three periods to see the changes (up or down) of all the components, such as current assets, total assets, current liabilities, total debt and equity, an average of nearly all components increased significantly from year to year, thus contributing an increase in working capital: 2. The result of the analysis of working capital adequacy ratio was found that the level of efficiency and effectiveness of working capital management is maintained so as not found the funds idle (idle fund).  Keywords: Working Capital Management, Comparative Financial Statements, Working Capital Adequacy Ratio.

This type ofleader has an interest in the needs and motivation of followers, and tries to help followersachieve their best potential.Collection data is done by spreading the research instrument, the questionnaire thatcontains questions to measure Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance.The collected data is further processed by using simple linear regression analysisBased on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is '' to know the effect oftransformational leadership on employee performance on the bank sulut Go KawangkoanBranch ''Results of data processing shows that there is a significant positive effect given byTransformational Leadership on Employee Performance PT.Bank SulutGo KawangkoanBranch. Thus the higher the Transformational Leadership of PT Bank Sulut GoKawangkoan Branch hence the higher level of Employee Performance in the company.Statistically proved that Transformational Leadership positively influence on EmployeePerformance so that hypothesis accepted.From the results of this study indicates Transformational Leadership is neededsomeone to stimulate employees to work better and make employees as the most valuableasset in the company.
