Abstract

This research is background be based on phenomenon where the factor of information technology mastery can influential to performance employee at PT. Telkom Indonesia Branch Manado. The purpose of this research is to know about the effect of information technology mastery to performance employee in PT. Telkom Indonesia Branch Manado. The method research is research of descriptive quantitative with sample as much as 65 respondent that is obtained using saturated sampling method. At this research the independent variable is information technology mastery, and dependent variable is performance employee. The experiment instrument use validity test and reliability test, but analysis data method use analysis simple linier regression method with t test, and coeficcient determinant. Result of research t tes analysis, where independent variable (information technology mastery) gained tvalue (10,873) bigger than  ttable (1,999)  influential significance to performance employee and significance 0,000 < 0,05  so, H0 rejected and Ha accepted that mean independent variable (information technology mastery) influential to dependen variable (performance employee) with positive and significance. The result of coeficcent determinant analysis  showed that the  rate R Square is 0.652 or 65,2%, that means is performance employee variable can be explain by information technology mastery, while the rest 34,8% can be explain by other variable outside the  research variable. This research expect a company can always conduct an evaluation regularly to information technology mastery of  each employee on performance result that have been achieved and evaluation of innovation for the progress of company that will come.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the contribution of local taxes and fees for revenue Tomohon. The method used in this study is a blend of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that the acceptance of local taxes and levies have an impact on income reception area. Within three years of taxes and levies contributed significantly to the income of Tomohon. In the future expected tax contribution to the development of the higher Tomohon city. Therefore, Tomohon city government should be able to provide insight to taxpayers about the importance of paying taxes to the development and progress of the region. Abstract

Abstract. Work productivity can be interpreted as an attitude of employee performance to produce something better / better productive, as evidenced by the high motivation and ability. Increased productivity can be achieved if employees who work feel their job satisfaction. Job satisfaction will help companies generate, maintain, and always hire employees to remain productive. In the absence of job satisfaction, employees tend to be unproductive and will even stop working. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT Astra International Daihatsu-DSO Malalayang. This study uses a simple correlation and regression analysis. Results of simple correlation analysis is R = 0.69, it indicates that if the job satisfaction increases, the labor productivity will go up anyway. The degree of this correlation is categorized as, and after the test turned out to be very significant significance. With a coefficient of determination can be seen that 47.3% productivity factor is determined by factors of job satisfaction and the rest is determined by other factors. by using simple regression analysis research shows that job satisfaction have an effect on employee productivity.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity.

Abstract

The continuity of the organization or company is determined by the existinghuman resources, both quality and quantity. Each organization has differentobjectives and in the implementation is done by employees. Employees are thereforea major factor in corporate activities. Each organization will basically have differentpolicies on the human resources it has to achieve employee productivity. In theachievement that affects the productivity of employees there are many factors thataffect work productivity, among others, is the existence of job satisfaction. With asense of satisfaction in working the employee will show a good personal in thecompany, a positive performance that satisfies the company and arises willingness towork high level of work productivity for the interests of the company, and facilitatethe achievement of corporate goals. Job satisfaction is an evaluation that describes aperson for feeling his attitude, happy or not happy, satisfied or not satisfied in workThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employeeproductivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Job Satisfaction ismeasured through five indicators, namely Jobs, rewards, supervision of superiors,co-workers, and promotional opportunities. This research is a quantitative researchby using simple linear regression approach. Data collection techniques were done bydistributing questionnaires filled by 39 respondents and analyzed using simpleregression analysis and using test t test hypothesis. From the results of simple linearregression analysis of job satisfaction variables affect the productivity of employeesof PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. And result of hypothesis test showthat job satisfaction variable simultaneously have a significant effect to workproductivity of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Based on the resultsof this study, the company can continue to facilitate employees in improving jobsatisfaction so that employee productivity can be achieved..Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era, the competition of the business worldish getting tighter. Many competitors with the best quality sprung up the hearts of consumers. Referring up the current conditions then used a form of marketing that trieas to analyzeconsumers by using psychological models in analyzing consumer behaviors experiential marketing. In this approach, the marketer provides the product by touching the senses, the heart, and the mindsof consumers. This will be good for the company because satisfied costumers usually tell their experience using a company’s productor service to others. The purpose og this research is to find out whether there is an influence Experiential Marketing to Consumer LoyaltyThe result of this study indicate thatthere is a positive influence of calculated larger than the able (2,733>1,933). Based on the result of research data that has been processed, it can be concluded that the influence of Experiental Marketing on consumer loyalty is at a very strong correlation level of 0,687 or 68,7% while 31.3% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Keywords: experiential marketing, consumer loyalty

Abstract

Common stress is defined as the pressure, tension or unpleasant disturbance that comes from outside a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance PT. Bank SulutGo.   Job stress is a condition in which there are one or several factors in the workplace that react with the worker so as to interfere with physiological conditions, and behavior. Job stress will arise when there is a gap between an individual's ability and the demands of his job. Stress is the gap between individual needs and the fulfillment of the environment. Samples taken as many as 60 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive research method of research is research that combine anatara qualitative method (descriptive) and quantitative.  In this research, the result of simple correlation shows the relationship or strong influence between stress and achivment variable equal to 0,667% and based on that calculation then sought contribution of variable stress and achievment the result is 44,89%. From result Regression analysis showed that the individual stressor factor has a positive relationship to the employee's work indicated by the variable coefficient where stress affects the decrease of employee achievement and from the calculation results obtained simple regression equation the relationship is positive. The conclusion of this research is to show that respondents are more likely to experience stress so that influence on employee performance, the higher the employee experiencing stress then the performance will decrease. So the authors suggest that companies need to pay attention to and maintain the stability of work stress caused by organizational factors include (physical and work factors, social factors, and organization) and individual factors for employee performance can be optimal so as not to affect employee performance.  Keywords: Stress On Job, Work Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is influence between spiritual leadership on employee performance, especially at the company PT. Ciputra International Project City Of Blessing Citraland Manado. where the respondents in the company amounted to 49 people, who are employees of the company. and in this study, researchers get a singnifikan result where there is a strong influence between spiritual leadership and employee performance. this study is excellent as a recommendation to the company to maintain the values of spiritual leadership for its employees to be applied, especially for employee. According to (Chopra, 2002) leadership and also spiritrualitas have a huge influence on the Organization as a whole. This research use descriptive quantitative research methods by using the correlation coefficient analysis approach. Then, the results of this research were obtained that support of existing theories, namely the spiritual leadership of the significant effect on the performance of employees. In conclusion, based on the results of research that the degree of spiritual leadership influence on performance of employees at PT. Ciputra International Project of the City of Manado Citraland Blessing are included in the category is strong where it is demonstrated by the results of the correlation coefficient or r = 0.798 or 79.8%. and advice to researchers next expected to be able to improve this independent variable research more deeply, through the selection of the place of proper research and research methods that are different or the same.Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract : Reception and Contributions PBB-P2 is very important in supporting regional revenue.With the enforcement of the regulations in force in the region, it can provide an opportunity for local governments to carry out development based on the acceptance ofLocal Revenue. This study aims to, know and analyze the contribution of PBB-P2 on revenue in North Minahasa Regency in 2013 until 2015.The data collection technique used is the type of qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data sources, observation, list of questions (questionnaire), the study documents.While the analytical technique used is the technique of contribution analysis.North Minahasa Regency is a new expansion area is carved out of Minahasa, Minahasa estimated first been inhabited by humans for thousands of years before Christ.The results of data analysis showed that (1) Total realized PBB-P2 in North Minahasa Regency annually increased,(2) The contribution of the PBB-P2 to the regional income shows, PBB-P2 has a good contribution to local revenues North Minahasa Regency that tax revenue from the sector PBB-P2 reliable as a source of revenue. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of marketing mix to the decisionof buyer of Yamaha motor at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The influence of the rapiddevelopment of the era makes every company should always do research anddevelopment to always be on a comfortable track. Seeing this, companies need to createbreakthroughs and strategic innovations in order to continue to increase revenue andprofits both quantitatively and qualitatively. PT. Hasjrat Abadi is the exclusivedistributor of Toyota and Yamaha vehicles in eleven leading provinces, parts of centraland eastern Indonesia. Tight competition is mainly happening on Yamaha and Hondafor the top spot. Yamaha motorcycle sales growth in December increased compared toHonda. Therefore, researchers who are interested in taking the title of the research are:"The influence of marketing mix to the decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyer in PTHasjrat Abadi Marketing mix is a combination of four variables or activity which is thecore of marketing company System: product, price, And distribution system (Assauri,2011.)
