Abstract

Every company should be able to anticipate any changes that arise. Anticipation isintended so that the company can achieve its goals without any disruption and obstacles.Important things to note in the relationship is job satisfaction Because the level ofsatisfaction will be able to improve employee morale, so it can be concluded that therelationship between employees with the company into a reciprocal relationship. At PTBPR Prisma Dana Manado. Robbins (2001). "Job satisfaction is defined as a generalattitude of a person to his work. This definition contains a broad sense. In other words jobsatisfaction is a complex summation of a number of differentiated and discrete jobelements. "According to Robert L. Mathis and John H. Jackson Jimmy Sadeli and BayuPrawira (2001) "states that performance is basically what employees do or do not do." Inthis study the authors use is Quantitative approach. Research time is estimatedapproximately 1 month, researchers conducted research on PT. BPR Prisma DanaManado, the number of samples in this study are all populations to be studied thatamounted to about 30 people. In the results of this study Job satisfaction has a very stronginfluence in the creation of employee performance PT.BPR Prisma Dana Manadooptimally, the value of R (correlation) produced shows that the relationship between thetwo variables terebut very strong, it can be said that job satisfaction and employeeperformance are positively related meaning is the variable ability of job satisfaction inaffecting employee performance in PT.BPR Prisma Dana Manado is very big. In line withthe results of the research and the conclusions expressed, the researchers put forward somesuggestions as follows: For PT.BPR Prisma Dana Manado in order to maintain andimprove the effect of job satisfaction on performance by maintaining the existing aspects ofjob satisfaction and always supervise the performance of its employees.Keywords : : Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is "To describe how employee perceptions about the application of corporate code of ethics at PT Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Branch Malalayang Manado ". Benefits in this research is this research is expected to be used as additional reference material for further research and add references of library in department of Administration Science especially Business Administration study program and expected to be used as base and consideration of useful input for company leader and employee at PT. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Branch Malalayang Manado. This research uses quantitative method. Data obtained from this research is data through interviews and distribution of questionnaires distributed to all employees. The results of this study indicate that employees' perceptions about the company's code of ethics are seen as important, positive, and beneficial to employees as well as corporate leaders, in performing their duties and fulfilling their respective responsibilities to companies. And, states that the code of ethics that has been applied to the company is working properly. Most employees expressed their view that the code of ethics that has been applied to the employee is satisfactory, the company also treats its employees vaguely without specializing by looking at it in any way. This is evidenced through tabulation of data and scoring of the results that can pass the division of questionnaires. Therefore it can be concluded that most employees agree with the code of ethics that has been applied by the company.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to assess the financial performance of the Bank BTPN is reviewed based on liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and the risk ratio of bank operations for the period 2013-2015. This study used quantitative descriptive analysis with ratio analysis approach. Source of data derived from the annual financial statements of Bank BTPN year period 2013-2015. The results showed the company's financial performance ups and downs. However, in general the financial performance of the Bank BPTN good enough. Therefore, the leadership of the Bank's need to continue maintaining the sustainability of financial performance by doing the good governance of the business activities. Abstract

Abstract. The development and improvement of services in the field of automotive companies over the years increasingly become the public's attention. It can be seen from the intense competition among the many service quality automotive companies. In conditions of intense competition, the main thing that should be prioritized by the automotive company is concerned with customer satisfaction in order to survive, compete, and market share. This study was conducted to determine how the quality of existing services at PT Astra International Daihatsu-DSO Malalayang. The method used in this research is survey method, the research took a sample of the population and the use of a questionnaire as a data collection tool. And a sample of 60 customers who responded to the statements about the dimensions of service quality. Data were analyzed using analysis of TERRA, which analyzes the quality of service using dimensional analysis of tangibles (direct evidence), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness) and assurance (guarantee). The results were obtained S <1, it indicates that the degree of correspondence between the performance of services (service performance) and consumer expectations (customer expectation) has not reached the peak of maximum satisfaction .  Keywords: Service Performance, Customer Expectation

Pressure on industi motorcycle Consumer needs anddesires are very multiform against type or brand of motorcycles then request thecommunity againts motorcycles continue to experience increased, therefore, marketinkrekatif and put the market strategy, take advantage of opportunities that arise in themarket related to the desires of the commonity therefore companies should set theprice according to the quality of the product because the price setaffect the quantitysold is because the price of the very influential towards the success of the productsmarketed by the company. The aim in this study is whether there is a connectionbetween the market segmentation with the price of motorbikes and detect otherfactorsthat also affect the market share within the company bike motors. Thisresearch is quantitative reseacrch using a simple linear regression analysisapproach. Engineering data collection done by spreading the questionnaire filled by75 respondents and analyzed using simple regression analysis and use test resultsfrom t. Linear regression analysis is a simple variabel market segmentationneffect against prices. Hypothesis test andresults showedthat thevariables simultaneously influential market segmentation significantly to price. Based on the results of thisresearch, companies Yamaha Indonesia to make the latest innovations inaccordancewiththe community's lifestyle and always give you the design and the latest models inaccordance with advances automotive world.Keywords : Market segmentation, Pricing

Abstract

Economic development in particular sectors services in Indonesia took place very rapidly services sector. One of the mainstay tourism industry Indonesia, this is the industry that its development was quite rapidly in developing regions or advanced area. Hotel is a large organization has some of the usual part of called department housekeeping department is part of the Organization, as part of the organization department housekeeping has the resources, i.e. employees. the success of the hotel is inseparable from the role of employees. the goal of the research is to the employee's job satisfaction description housekeeping department at Sintesa Peninsula Manado Hotel. This research using methods qualitative nature of the descriptive analysis. Conclusions in finds, each individual have a different level of satisfaction in accordance with the applicable values on him. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the employee's performance of business cooperatives Baliem Arabica in Jayawijaya. To test the effect of compensation to employee performance correlation and regression analysis was used with a total sample of 39 respondents. The results showed there is a compensation effect on employee performance. Therefore, the board of Baliem Arabica business cooperatives should pay attention to the compensation granted to employees in order to have a positive impact on the sustainability of the business in the future. Abstract

The absolute necessity of a strong human resource can not bedenied in facingthis new era. Organization or company will meet a form of competition that is more complexwith variation, intensity and coverage that may not been experienced before. Therefore, organization needs strong people, who can be able to adapt any changes that occur, and able to work in new ways through their skills and duties. Sedermayati (2011:120)said that, placement means assignment of returning employees to new jobs or positions. According to sulistiyani (2011:193) motivation is part of MSDM, in the framework of coaching, development and direction of manpower within an organization. The method that is used in this research is descriptive quantitative with research that searches for the exact facts and interpretation to gain result that can be achieved using the statistics procedure or other ways of quantification (measurement). The results of this study show that replacement and motivation has a very high effect on employee performance, therefore effective performances should be more optimized.The results of this study show that placement and motivation affect the performance employees so that the effectiveness of performance becomes more optimal. The influence of placement and motivation in the relationship of employee performance has a positive impact, because the company is very good attention to the needs of employees. Employee work experience and employee morale become a benchmark for the implementation of good performance.  Keywords: Analysis Placement and Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Local financial problem is one of the main concern in this research. The local government has important role in order to control and manage local finance, therefore in “UU No. 33 Tahun 2004 tentang Perimbangan Keuangan Pusat dan Daerah” stated that implementation of regional autonomy through provision of resource based on Central Government decision, “desentralisasi”, “dekonsentrasi” and “tugas pembantuan”, the financial balancing between Central Government and local Government has to be regulated based on clear competency, role and duty in the government.
