Abstract

Background This study was conducted at PT. Trans Samudera Sulut Service isone of the companies engaged in the service of the expedition which is usually calledfreight forwarder that serves the freight forwarder services in the form of cargo bothdomestically and abroad. The purpose of this research is to know how the role offreight forwarder in the implementation of import export business. The method ofresearch used in this study is using data analysis that takes place along with datacollection, such as data reduction, presentation and verification. In this research,Freight forwarder is a business entity that aims to provide services for all activitiesrequired for the implementation of the delivery, transport and receipt of goods byusing multimodal transport either by land, sea or air. The role of freight forwarder inthe import export business is the role in the consolidation of cargo, as the carrier, inthe documentation, in the packaging, in insurance. Result of this research then therole of freight forwarder in the implementation of import export business has beendone well although there may still be a few obstacles arises when import exportactivities take place as in the case of incompatibility between documents withchecked goods, weather factor effects and shipping facilities that have not used owncompanies such as aircraft and ships. Therefore, companies should pay more attentionto the roles of freight forwarders available at the time of export import. PT. TransSamudera Sulut Services also contribute in providing services to assist someentrepreneurs from North Sulawesi who use their services to facilitate the delivery ofgoods either outside or outside the country.Keywords: Role of Freight Forwarder, Export and Import

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the GCG principles influence and play an active role and work efficiently to the timeliness of financial reporting. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research with descriptive data analysis techniques and data collection methods used are interviews and document studies. From the results of interviews to 4 informants who are employees AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado and document studies of these companies hence this study shows that the GCG principles influence and play an active role and work efficiently on AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado with the timeliness of financial reporting at the company . From the analysis of the study document company shows that AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado reported financial reporting in a timely manner by emphasizing the principles of Good Corporate Governance in it. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study it can be concluded that, from the results of interviews with researchers and informants document research company showed that the principles of Good Corporate Governance influence and play an active and efficient role in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado, with the timeliness of financial reporting on the company. Furthermore, interviews with informants show that transparency, accountability and responsibility have a greater influence on the timeliness of financial reporting in AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Samrat Manado Branch, compared with the fairness principle, and the principle of independence that tends to have smaller roles and lesser efficiency and efficiency.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Timeliness of Financial Reporting

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine the level of liquidity in the PT. BTPN, Tbk. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data used in this study according to the secondary data source. The data collected were then analyzed using the ratio of cash flow statement is the ratio of operating cash flow, cash on interest coverage ratio, coverage ratio of cash to current liabilities, and cash flow adequacy ratio, using measurements that trend analysis. The results of this study were presented as follows: in analyzing the cash flow statement at PT. BTPN viewable Operating Cash Flow greater than the Interest Coverage Cash and cash coverage of the current debt. Operating Cash Flow amounted to 56.32%, 1.644% Coverage of cash interest, and to CKHL 37,42%. Thus the liquidity of the company is in a good position, especially when measured by the ratio of AKO, compared with a ratio of CKB and CKHL. Activities of the company are sourced from the cash flow of operating, investing and financing allocated to the business activities are in real terms for the purpose of creating profits. Abstract

Abstract.The retail business is business activities of selling goods or services to individualsfor the purposes of self, family, or household. Buying interest is something related toconsumer plans to buy certain products, as well as how many units of the product is needed ata particular period. Examples of the research is the supermarket Borobudur Manado, which isone retail company that is egaged in the sale of products such as household appliances,school supplies and office, needs of infants and children, food, dirinks, slothing, beautyproducts and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the location of theconsumer purchase interest in the supermarket Borobudur Manado. In the face of the targetmarket the company has a set of marketing tools, marketing tools that can be grouped intofour groups of variables known as 4Ps, namely : Product (produk), Price (Harga), Where(tempat), and Promotion (Promosi). In this study, the study design used is descriptive-qualitative research for finding facts whitproper interpretation and the goal is to find a picture of systematic, factual, and accurate. Asfor the population in this study is all the customers who come to shop at the supermarketBorobudur Manado. The Study sample was taken 60 respondents, were taken randomly. Thetype of data used is primary and secondary data. To obtain primary data, consumer writer distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. Thistesting is done using the Pearson Product moment (Pedoman suatu model) r table value canbe obtained where df=n-2, in this case is the number of samples or the repondent. Hypothesis testing using analytical models of multiple regression analysys (Multiple analisisberganda), namely : Test the coefficient of dtermination (R²) was conducted to determinehow much ability the dependent variable to explained by the independent variables. Teststatistic t use determines the presence or absence of variable influence of the independentindividual the dependent variable in the test at the 0,05 level, if the probability t is smallerthan 0,05 then Ho is accepted and rejects Ho. Whereas if the value of probability t is greaterthan 0.05 the Ho is accepted and Ha refused.  Key Words : Location and buying interest

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand image oncostumer purchase decision of Telkomsel sim card. This is an associative quantitativeresearch with survey method to collect the data. The population in this research was allstudent at Faculty of Social and Political Science Sam Ratulangi Manado. Sample sizewas selected using slovin formula with total 100 respondents, and analyzed usingcorrelation analysis and simple linier regression. The result revealed that brand imagehad an impact on consumer purchase decision of Telkomsel sim card. This resultrecommends the company to understand the characteristics can be more reflected thebrand image of the costumer. So the more company make the brand image better, themore consumer wull be interested to use the products in that company.

Abstract

promotion is a persuasive, persuasive, urgent, persuasive, convincing communication. The hallmark of persuasive persuasive communication is that there are communicators who plan to organize the news / information and how they are delivered in order to have a certain effect on the attitudes and behavior of the recipient (target audience). Sales is the main purpose of the company's activities. Companies, in producing goods / services, have the ultimate goal of selling goods / services yersebut to the public. Therefore, sales plays an important role for companies to make products that products produced by the company can be sold and provide income for the company. Sales conducted by the company aim to sell the goods / services needed as a source of income to cover all costs in order to earn a profit. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on sales increase in Baliem Arabica Business Cooperative in Jayawijaya Regency. The results of this study using a simple correlation and regression analysis showed that: the promotion has a very significant positive effect on the increase in sales. Thus the hypothesis that there is influence of promotion to increase sales acceptable. The companion of all Baliem Arabica business companions should pay attention to the promotion to increase cultivation so that the expected sales can be achieved.Keywords: Promotion, Sales Increase

Abstract

Summary. The performance of the company's financial statements stable financial condition is seen in 2014 sales increased from year to year, ranging from 65% in 2012 to 66.8% in 2013 and reached 68% in 2014. While in 2015 Sales decreased Each by 0.5% to 60.9 billion cigarettes. The main question in this study is "How Financial Performance Analysis at PT Gudang Garam?". This study aims to determine the financial performance at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk period of 2011 to 2015. According Munawir (2002), financial statements is one of the financial information sourced from internal companies concerned. Financial statements. Company performance is a description of the financial position of a company that is analyzed with the tools of financial analysis, so it can be known about the good financial situation of a company. To analyze the financial statements, then one method. The visual ratio of a relationship or balance (mathematical relationship) between a certain amount to another amount. The types of financial ratios used are: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Rentability Ratio. Based on the results of financial ratio analysis. Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2004 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 menetapkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) menjadi sumber penerimaan daerah yang berasal dari dalam daerah itu sendiri, yang dapat mendukung APBD untuk membiayai pengeluaran daerah. Tujuan PAD, memberikan keleluasaan kepada daerah dalam rangka pelaksanaan otonomi daerah sebagai perwujudan asas desentralisasi.Permasalahan penelitian adalah sumber dari hasil penerimaan PAD serta kontribusinya terhadap APBD. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar (%) penerimaaan PAD serta kontribusinya terhadap APBD. Urgensi penelitian apakah penerimaan PAD serta kontribusinya terhadap APBD derajatnya, sangat kurang, kurang, cukup, sedang, baik dan sangat baik.Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah pendapatan yang diperoleh daerah yang dipungut berdasarkan peraturan daerah, sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah adalah rencana keuangan tahunan pemerintah daerah yang dibahas dan disetujui bersama oleh pemerintah daerah dan DPRD yang ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Daerah.Metode penelitian merupakan metode deskriptif dan eksplanatoris survey dengan pendekatan keterpaduan antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Tujuan jangka panjang diharapkan peneliti ini berkelanjutan (multiyear) dengan target seluruh daerah di propinsi Sulawesi Utara dapat diteliti PAD dan APBD karena sangat bermanfaat kepada pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat di daerah. Keunggulan penelitian ini bersifat orisinil.Kata Kunci : Penerimaan PAD, Kontribusi APBD

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of micro-credit to the increase in customers of PT Bank Sulutgo in Manado. The sample in this study were 60 customers as respondents. The data in this study using statistical parametric approach correlation analysis. Results indicate micro credit effect on the increase in customers. Therefore, PT Bank Sulutgo leaders must pay attention to micro businesses in order to increase the number of clients continues to contribute to the development of micro-enterprises in the city of Manado. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is also one of the important things in a marketing. When a customerfeels satisfied with a product or service, then customers generally will continue to buy anduse it. And indirectly he will promote by telling others about his experience of the quality ofthe products or services he has used. Conversely, if customers are not satisfied then tend tomove to another place. This study aims to determine and prove how much influence thequality of service to customer satisfaction at PT Jumbo Swalayan Manado. The population inthis study are consumers who shop at Jumbo Self-service. Samples taken by 50 respondentsby using non prpbability sampling technique with accidental sampling approach, that issampling technique based on chance, that anyone who happened to meet with the researchercan be used as sample if considered suitable. One of the factors that determine the level ofsuccess and quality of the company is the ability of the company in providing services tocustomers. Every business competes to produce the best service quality for its consumers.According to the Parasuraman (in Rambat 2013: 216) the quality of services can be definedas how far the difference between reality and consumer expectations for the services theyreceive. Meanwhile, according to Tjiptono (2007) the quality of service as an effort to meetthe needs and desires of consumers and the accuracy of delivery in the balance of consumerexpectations. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation isgenerated ie, with the value of determination. This means that consumer satisfaction isinfluenced by the independent variable (service quality) consisting of reliability,responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible,, while the rest is heard by variable. Beyond thisstudy is quite small, then the next research is suggested to examine the variables that existoutside the study but have a proportion that the quality of service has a positive andsignificant impact on customer satisfaction at PT Jumbo Swalayan Manado. Given the greaterquality of service impact on customer satisfaction is expected to more companies improveservices to create loyal customers.Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction
