Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To know the elements of cost calculated in the variable cost component (2) To know how the calculation of cost analysis according to the costing variables for decision making accept or reject the special order and (3) Whether the application of such calculations can affect the increase in corporate profits. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method. The data sought in this study is a special production order production report which will be used for decision making accept or reject special order obtained based on interview result and observation. Based on the calculation of cost analysis according to variable costing for decision making accept or reject special order, the variable cost the production of cake is Rp. 358.224.560 and for a fixed cost is Rp. 422.398.305. And the result of the analysis on the use of variable costing in relation to differential cost analysis  to accept or reject the special orders, from RM. Setia Amurang and bali souvenir, total profit of Rp. 7.915.068. The shows that from the alternatives used can provide benefits for the company, when receiving special order. The leader of the tokin cake cooking company, should receive a special order with the cost request by the subscriber and consider the revenue and the differential cost to generate profit contribution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Amungme and Kamoro Community Development Institution (LPMAK) in the implementation of the Entrepreneurship Program and the welfare of indigenous peoples following the development of entrepreneurship carried out by LPMAK. This research was conducted at LPMAK office located in Mimika Papua Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data classified into two kinds, namely secondary external data and secondary internal data. The results of this study indicate that the role of LPMAK in community development ranging from training to financing productive economic enterprises carried out well in accordance with the target, the decline in the last few years due to PT Freeport Indonesia unstable which became the largest contributor of funds, resulting in a 40% cut of funds. Welfare can not be achieved thoroughly because society has not been able to change for the better so many solutions provided by LPMAK but few want to receive. With this community will be more active role to develop the entrepreneurial potential managed by LPMAK in order to achieve overall welfare.  Keyword: Role, LPMAK, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in PT. Buana Oto Mandiri company, which there is a lack of public communication or communication to the public in the company's introduction and understanding of corporate image. The purpose of this study is to know the marketing communication whether there is influence on the image of heavy equipment rental companies at PT. Buana Oto Mandiri. Lack of public communication will have an effect and create a lack of trust from consumers in using the services of the company as a result will impact on the image of the company will decline. Therefore, it is necessary to have good communication to the community. Attractive and efficient communication will create trust by the public public to the company. And in the end there will be an increasing demand of heavy equipment rental services offered by the company. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative research method by spreading questionnaire 75 respondents who become sample in this research. The data were collected by questionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. And writer’s data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistic, consisting of simple correlation coefficient and regression done by using program SPSS for windows version 23.0. The results showed that there is a significant influence between marketing communications on corporate image at PT. Buana Oto Mandiri and this means the work hypothesis or alternative hypothesis accepted. This means there is a positive influence between marketing communications to corporate image with a level of influence of 30.3%. For suggestions, companies are expected to maintain marketing communications because of the company's influential image in order to improve leasing. Keywords: Marketing comunication, corporate image.

Abstract

ABSTRACT :The company's ability to generate profits is the key to the success of the company, can be said to have a good performance, because the profit is a component of financial statements that are used as a tool to assess whether or not the company's performance. One factor that can demonstrate how the company is good or not is by analysis of financial statements. The company's ability to achieve this profit is often referred to as Profitability. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how the company's profits on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk in 1946, in 2013-2015 using Profitability Analysis. The results of research and discussion within a period of 3 years is the period from 2013 to 2015, that PT. Bank Negara Indonesia create a profit in 2013 amounted to 3.197% and in 2014 amounted to 3.740% and then in 2015 the bank made profits of 2.599%. Thus, each year the Bank is able to create profits in accordance with what is expected. Keywords: Analysis of profitability

Abstract

Training is very important to be implemented because of the increasingly big business competition Pt. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Malalayang Branch needs to apply good training to every employee so that employees and companies are ready to compete with similar companies in the business world. The purpose of this training is to train the employees of PT. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Malalayang Branch. Analytical techniques used are scale scale, and simple linear regression using SPSS 13. The result of scale range analysis indicates that the training implementation is included in the criterion well with the average score of 85.94. The results of the working scale range analysis included in the high criterion with an average score of 40.60. Results of a simple linear regression study that has been done shows there is a significant influence between training variables and employee performance variables, can be seen in the correlation coefficient of 0.855 which means having a perfect relationship. While the hypothesis test results t arithmetic = 11.435 greater than t table = 1.677 This means Ho is rejected and Haimaan, then training has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Branch Malalayang thus hypothesized in Chapter I that "If training is done properly, then employee performance will increase", is acceptable.Keywords: Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is purposeful to determine the extent of the effect of marketing mix on the level of sales. This research useda quantitative method. The subjects in this research were the consumers at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. The object of this research were the marketing mix and the level of sales at PT.Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Population in this research were consumers of  PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan, comprised of 437 people who have been netted for 2 months, with a sample of 81 respondents. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Analysis of data used descriptive analysis, validity and reliability, the analysis of the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, multiple correlation and linear regression. Hypothesis test used was T test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). From the results of data analysis found that the partial product of positive and significantly affect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Product is the most dominant variable affecting on the level of sales. Prices partially positive and significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Partially promotion of positive and significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. The place is partially positive and significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Simultaneously the product, price, promotion, and place a significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. The company needs to sustain the product quality, the price of conformity, innovation in promoting and all is place in an effort to boost the level of sales.Keywords : Marketing Mix, The Level of Sales.

Abstract

Supervision is one of the several functions of management within the organization, which has the meaning of a process of supervising and evaluating an activity. When doing a job, there’s a rules that have been established and is mandatory to be obeyed by all people who work in that place. The activities in organization without an supervision caused work discipline decreased and will affect to other activities which hindred the process of achieving the goals. Every company including Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado, definitely want to provide satisfactory service for the customer, for that hotel should give the maximal and valuable service to the costumers. In order to give the maximal and valuable service, the employees have to provided to give value to customers, so the employees should be diligent in working and doing their jobs, especially hotel working system closely related to timing. Bad service caused dissatisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado by using the quantitative method to find out whether supervision can affect employees work discipline in Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The results of this study indicate that supervision affects employee work discipline at Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado where supervision has been applied and have positive impact to the employees.Keywords : Supervision, Work Discipline.

Abstract

The Purpose of the Study statement helps the subject assess the importance of the study with data issues and the measurement, to analyze the health of the Bank at PT. Bank SulutGo using CAMEL method. The results of this study may be able to provide benefits for various parties related to this research, that is for the company as a consideration in decision-making and policy that will be done for the sustainability of the company's business. And for the community as the representative of  the health of PT. Bank SulutGo, so that the public can have consideration to choose the bank institution. This research uses descriptive analysis technique, that is explaining the health level of the bank by using CAMEL method in which some aspects of Capital increase the ratio of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), Asset Quality underlying KAP (Productivity Asset Quality) ratio, Management based on NPM ratio (Net Profit Margin), Profit resulting ROA (Return On Asset) and BOPO (Operating Income Operating Cost) and Liquidity based on LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) ratio. The results of this study indicate that the calculation the health level of the bank for the last 3 years (2015 to 2017) at PT. Bank SulutGo is on the predicate Simply Healthy. However, a statement for this research, PT. Bank SulutGo is in a stagnant position or did not experience a breakthrough. People who look for 3 consecutive years in 2015-2017 have the same results and only on the predicate Simply Healthy.Keywords: CAMEL, Bank, Health of the bank

Abstract

Marketing practices are constantly being upgraded and updated to improve the chances of success for a company. Good marketing can’t be separated from the level of products and prices offered to consumers, products are varied and affordable prices will provide a distinct advantage for companies engaged in the field of trade because this will provide a boost to consumers to take a repeat action in the company. This study aims to determine whether the effect of completeness of products and prices on the repurchase of consumers at Freshmart Bahu Manado. The method used is quantitative research method, by taking sample members as much as 60 respondents by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence on the level of product and price to consumer buyback seen from the results of multiple regression tests and correlation coefficient test results. So the hypothesis states there exists the effect of product and price on consumer buyback is acceptable. with the conclusion that the better the quality of the product and the price offered will be the higher level of repurchase of the consumer, as well as the lower the product and the price offered, the lower the repurchase rate of the consumer. Keywords: Products, Price and Consumer Buyback

Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomenon that is the influence of marketing communications to the image perusuhaan. The purpose of the research is to know whether marketing communications can affect in the formation of corporate image and the object of this research is PT. Telkom Indonesia Manado. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan atau fenomena yang disebutkan diatas.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebnayak 130 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menngunakan dua variabel yang terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu (komunikasi pemasaran) dan varibel terkait yaitu (citra perusahaan). Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas, dan uji realibitas, sedangkan metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinated R Square. In the calculation of multiple linear regression using SPSS verssi 20 software, the results of t test analysis show the variables Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Personal Selling and Direct Selling partially affect the image of the company and highlighted significant. So it can be concluded that the variables Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relation, Personal Selling, and Direct Selling jointly have a contribution influence on corporate image with the number of percentage of 0.126 or 12.6%. So means the level of Influence komunikasai Marketing of Corporate Image PT. Telkom Indonesia Manado stated low while 88.4 is a factor that is not researched by researchers. Keywords: Marketing Communication, Corporate Image
