Abstract

This researce based on the importance of the invorvement of allelements of village administration in Tombulang village of North BolaangMongondow Regency, in maximizing village revenues sourced from villagefunds to support development. To that end, the village government mustunderstand how the implementation og budget of revenues and expenditures ofvillage fund in supporting development. This study aims to find out how theimplementation of budget revenue and expenditure of village funds in supportvillage development. Accourding to Government Regulation Number 60 year2014, Village funds are funds sourced from the State Revenue and ExpenditureBudget in the designated for the villages transferred through the RegionalRevenue Budgets and are used to finance the implementation of governance,development and community and community empowerment. This research useddescriptive qualitative research methods, data analysis techniques used in thisstudy is the percentage of data analysis. Informant research amounted to 3people and data collection technique is documentation study, interview, andobservation. The focus of the research is the accountability report of VillageRevenue and Expendeture year 2015 and 2016.The results show that the role of village funds in the development ofTombulang Village has been well realized although there are some things thatare unclear in the implementation of APBDesa and public participation and therole of government that has not been optimal. Briefly, the active role,tranparency and responsibility of the apparatus involvet in managing villagefunds is needed to support community development in the village and impact onthe welfare of the community. In this case the village government in demand tobe more involving the community in submetting the proposet plan ofpreparation of APBDesa and priotize the principle of honesty in order to avoidmisunderstanding.Keywords: Village Fund, Budeget, and Village Development

Abstract

Spiritual Leadership is a leader who can apply spiritual values intothe practice of daily leadership. job satisfaction is a set of employee feelingsabout the fun or the absence of their work. The purpose of this study is todetermine the influence of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction at PT.Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Manado. Methods of data collection usingquestionnaires and interviews. Analytical tool is the product momentcorrelation and simple linear regression to know the correlation or influenceof the variable. The result of correlation shows the relationship of spiritualleadership to job satisfaction is moderate. However, hypothesis testing showsthere is a positive influence between spiritual leadership and job satisfaction.Simple regression results show leaders have a spiritual leadership thatimpact on employee job satisfaction. The conclusion that can be taken fromthis research is there is positive and significance influence between spiritualleadership with job satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Manado.The advice of this research is to always maintain the spiritual leadership of aleader because it is proven to increase job satisfaction from employees.Key : spiritual leadership, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and obtain a review on the effects of product quality and price compatibility on increasing the sales premium rice at Perum BULOG Division North Sulawesi and Gorontalo (In The Region of Manado City). This is a descriptive quantitative with a sample of 66 respondents that is obtained using accidental sampling method. To test the quality of the instruments, validity and reliability tests are employed, while the data is analyzed using multiple linear regressions method with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination . Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the independent variables (product quality and price compatibility) simultaneously affect the dependent variables (increasing the sales) positively and significantly. The result of coefficient of determination () shows that the rate of adjusted R Square is 0,713 or 71,3%, which means that the variations of sales increase can be explained by product quality and price compatibility, while the rest 28,7% can be explained by other variables outside the research variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Good working capital management determine the success of a company. Assessment of working capital have led to the liquidity ratio; Current ratio, Quick ratio, cash ratio, and the ratio of the activity; Working Capital Turnover. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of working capital in the Cooperative Employees PT. Bank of North Sulawesi.The method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach to the analysis of financial statements. Data and data sources are annual financial statements of the Cooperative Employees PT. Bank of North Sulawesi 2014-2015 fiscal year. Abstract

Workshop in the city of Manado exposed to levels of increasingly fierce competition, therefore the company needs to improve performance in order to survive in a crisis situation or win the competition in the era of globalization Order to determine the effect of working capital management (efficiency of cash, accounts receivable, and inventory). To determine the effect on the profitability of cash efficiency garage PT. Eternal Hasjrat  KC Manado and Workshop - Workshop in Manado.  This type of research is based on the clarity of the elements, research steps are already planned until cooked when preparations are prepared, the use of the sample and the findings apply to the population, the presence of the hypothesis, the expected results, data collection, and data analysis performed after all the data collected, this study categorized into quantitative research Results: Efficiency cash positive effect of 0.002 with 0.505 significance level is much greater than the significance level of 0.05.  This result explains that the cash efficiency does not significantly affect the profitability of the Workshop PT. Hasjrat Abadi and Workshop - Toyota workshop in Manado. This means that in conditions of efficiency of receivables and inventories remained, changes in the efficiency of cash of any kind will not affect profitability. Efficiency receivables positive effect of 0.005 with 0.159 significance level is much greater than the significance level of 0.05. This result explains that the efficiency of the receivables does not significantly affect profitability at PT. Hasjrat Eternal Repair - Toyota repair shop in Manado. This means that in conditions of efficiency remain cash and inventory, receivables efficiency of any changes will not affect profitability. Efficiency supplies negative effect of -0.003 with a significance level of 0.002 is much smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This result explains that the efficiency of inventory significantly negative effect on profitability at PT. Abstract

PT. Wenang Permai Sentosa continues to create innovations and growth forcorporate excellence. In connection with it is important for PT. Wenang PermaiSentosa to continue to maintain the progress and excellence of his company bycreating organizational culture to be the basis, value and guidance for its employees(HR) which is as the main driver of the company in achieving business goals andprofitability. With strong organizational culture owned by employees then thecompany will continue to grow and survive. In general, the results of the analysisstates strongly agree to organizational culture and performance variables. This statesthe influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT.Wenang Permai Sentosa is at a good level. With analysis test proved thatOrganizational Culture have positive effect on Employee Performance so thathypothesis accepted. So with the results of the authors concluded the factors thatmake the organizational culture effect on employee performance that employees havea commitment in the company and can work well with a team and understand whatthe company goals. The better the organization culture the employee has, the higherthe employee's performance. Abstract

Store atmosphere is a physical characteristic that is very important for every business and can affect the feelings or moods of consumers who visit the store, thereby affecting the interest to buy. Buying interest is a desire to buy a product or service to be purchased. In every business activity, basically aims to gain maximum profit in order to maintain the exsitence of the company amid the competition. The goal to be achieved in this research is to know the magnitude of the influence of store atmosphere on consumer buying interest in UD. Sinar Anugerah Pratama Manado. The research is a kind of quantitative research. Independen variable (x) is the store atmosphere and the dependent variable (y) buying interest. The population of this research is all visitor in UD. Sinar Anugerah Pratama Manado. Assuming the population in this study is not limited. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method, data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. Samples drawn from a population of 50 respondents consisting of 72% female and 28% male. Hypothesis testing in this study using parametric statistics in the form of t-test to see how the influence of each independent variable individually to the dependent variable. And the f-test to see how the influence of all independent variables together on the dependent variable. The value of f-arithmetic of 8.519 with the significance p-value = 0.005 < 0.05 indicates that there is a simultaneous significant influence of the store's atmosphere on buying interest. The value of t-arithmetic of 2.919 with significance p-value = 0.005 < 0.05 indicates that there is a partial significant influence of the independent variable to the dependent variable. This means that there is a strong relationship that gives effect to buy interest to consumers. From the results of hypothesis testing above shows there is significant influence of store atmosphere to consumer buying interest in UD. Sinar Anugerah Pratama Manado. Abstract.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Relationship Marketing (Relationship Marketing) on Customer Loyalty in PT Finansia Multi Finansia / credits plus the Branch Office Manado. Correlation test is to determine the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty by comparing tcount for Employee Empowerment variable (X) is greater than t table and show that t is greater than t table so Ho rejected and Ha accepted.With this shows that there is a positive relationship between the application and direction Relationship Marketing and customer loyalty. Abstract : Quality is the expected level of excellence and control over the level of excellence to meet customer desires. Customer satisfaction is the emotional responseof the experiences related to specific products or services purchased, retail outlets, oreven behavioral patterns (such as shopping behavior and the behavior of the buyer),as well as the overall market. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction atPT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Customer RelationshipManagement on customer loyalty in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, KCDotulolong Lasut Manado. This research is quantitive research using surveymethod. Data collection technique is done by division of questionnaires filled by100 respondents who become the sample in this research. Data collection wasdone with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Dataanalysis use is descriptive statistic, consisting of correlation coefficient andsimple regression done by using program SPSS. The result of the research showsthat there is significant influence between Customer Relationship Management oncustomer loyalty. Customer Relationship Management is a very important thingfor the company to establish long-term relationships with customers in order toachieve satisfaction that also impact on customer loyalty, then for the benefit ofthe two parties, the company further improve and optimize the system CustomerRelationship Management to increase customer loyalty.Keyword: Customer Relationship Management, customer loyalty.
