Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance based on Bank Sulut Go's solvency ratio. In this study quantitative descriptive research was used. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques, namely data obtained from documents in the form of financial statements of North Sulawesi Bank in 2014-2018. The analysis technique used is bank solvency ratio analysis consisting of Capital Ratio, Primary Ratio, Risk Assets Ratio, Secondary Risk Ratio, and Capital Adequacy Ratio. Based on the results obtained that the primary ratio, risk assets ratio, capital ratio, and capital adequacy ratio that pay attention to fixed assets, as well as PT Bank SulutGo capital adequacy ratio in 2014 - 2018 shows a trend of increasing. The minimum level of capital provision for Bank SulutGo is fulfilled from 2014 to 2018 in accordance with regulations concerning changes to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number: 7/15 / PBI / 2005 concerning the number of core capital of commercial banks which requires CAR to be at least 8%.

Abstract

To find out how the bank’s health conditions are valued using the RBBR Risk-Based Bank Rating method at PT. Bank SulutGo Manado. The Bank is the financial institutions that have a major role gather funds from the community in the form of savings and distributing the funds to the community in the form of credit with the purpose of improving the community standard of living. This research uses the factor Risk-Based Bank Rating, Factors risk profile, credit risk using the ratio of Net Performing Loan (NPL), market risk by using a ratio Interest Rate Risk (IRR), and liquidity risk by using the ratio of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). This study shows that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) factors change in each period because the results of the calculation ratios that exist in these factors indicate developments in 2017 and 2018 in the healthy category means that the company is able to overcome the problems that occurred in previous years. Research on the factor risk profile shows that the bank owned by the local government has the average NPL 0,86%, IRR 205,4 %, LDR 101,09 %. The evaluation comprises ratio ROA and NIM shows the average bank rentabilitas belongs to the local government is very adequate for bank capital. The results of the assessment ratio of the CAR shows the entire predicated very healthy that indicates the bank is able to fulfill the obligation of providing the capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: (1) To help investors pick efficient and inefficient stocks, (2) Investors know which stocks that have an optimal return and appropriate risk, (3) Investors know about CAPM metodh in determining the best investment decisions. CAPM is a model for estimating returns earned on risky securities or as a benchmark in evaluating the rate of return on an investment. The samples were selected by purposive sampling technique, the samples were determined by the specific criteria: (1) Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange belonging to the Business-27 stock index (2) Companies whose shares are included in the Business-27 stock index consistenly. The selection criteria in this study is choosing the efficient stocks in which individual return > expected return (Ri>ERi). Efficient collection of shares must be a priority in investment decisions made only efficient stocks that can be purchased. The results of this study indicate that: There are 18 stocks included on Efficient shares ie AKRA, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI, CPIN, GGRM, INDF, INTP, PGAS, SMGR. These shares have a Ri> ERi value, investment decisions should be taken by investors was to buy efficient stocks. Based on data analysis there is a non-linear relationship between systematic risk and expected stock returns.

Abstract

The immediate objectives of this research is to determined the effect of (1) Brand Image towards Service Quality on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, (2) Brand Image towards Customer Satisfaction on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, (3) Price Perception of Service Quality on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, (4) Price Perception of Customer Satisfaction on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, and (5) Service Quality towards Customer Satisfaction on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers. The quantitative research is adapted as the method in this study and used questionnaire as the reflection of its method. Datsun buyers at Nissan Martadinata Manado are used as the population and Datsun customers are used as the samples. The questionnaires will be distributed with purposive sampling method. This study uses SmartPLS software to assist the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study resulted in 3 hypotheses were rejected from 5 hypotheses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial ratios in particular the profitability ratio of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. In the present era more and more companies are emerging and also the competition is so strict, therefore the company must Increase the profit that can be able to compete. The research method used is the ratio of profitability. The profitability ratio is a ratio used to measure the company's ability to generate profit at a certain level of sales, Aser, and stock Capital The research results show that profitability can be said to be good when Profit that can be held annually in the company is able to achieve the target of the company itself. And the results obtained from the research of each indicator for five years from year 2014-2018 is as follows. Gross Profit Margin in the year 2014 of 59%, 2015 of 45%, 2016 amounted to 48%, 2017 for 54%, and 2018 for 56%. Operating Profit Margin in the year 2014 of 59%, 2015 of 45%, 2016 amounted to 48%, 2017 for 54%, and 2018 for 55%. Net Profit Margin in the year 2014 of 48%, 2015 of 36%, 2016 amounted to 38%, 2017 for 43%, and 2018 for 42%. Return on Assets in 2014 amounted to 3%, 2015 by 2%, 2016 by 2%, 2017 by 2%, and 2018 by 2%. Return on Equity in 2014 amounted to 18%, 2015 by 12%, 2016 by 13%, 2017 by 14%, and 2018 by 14%. It can be seen from the presentation of the five indicators can be said to be good, although the presentation that can be in the company in 2015 was decreased, but the company was able to increase back in the following years. It means the company is able to minimize the profit gained according to expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction with drug services at the Syalom Amurang Pharmacy. The focus of the research is, product quality, service quality, Emotional, Cost, and Price. The theory used in this study is the theory of Consumer Satisfaction by Lupyoadi. In this study using qualitative methods, data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Amurang City Community who had bought medicine at the Syalom Pharmacy. Location research at Syalom Amurang Pharmacy, with the basis used in law No. 25 of 2009 concerning the standard of public service, the standard of service that has been determined by the service unit, working to serve every citizen and resident to fulfill their rights is not the need for basic needs within the framework of service. Pharmacy units the importance of the service of medicines in community satisfaction can be measured by a predetermined standard, namely, service satisfaction for the services of the Syalom Pharmacy in Amurang in terms of service requirements, product quality, price, service quality, emotional, cost. From the 5 service standards there are results that state that they are not satisfied with the quality of service, product quality emotionally satisfied to eat a short service time, customer fees or rates according to and satisfied with service, price and cost, product quality, Syalom pharmacy Amurang field observation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the financial performance of PT. Astra International, Tbk using the Du Pont System method in the period 2013-2017. Du Pont analysis is a method in a modified profitability ratio that includes two analysis ratios, namely Return on Investment and Return on Equity. This study uses a type of descriptive evaluative research with a quantitative approach; the data sources used are secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. Based on the results of data analysis it was concluded that Return On Investment PT. Astra International, Tbk tends to experience volatility or fluctuations from 2013 to 2017, which are indicated through changes in value on the net profit margin and total assets turnover. Return on Equity PT. Astra International, Tbk also tends to experience volatility or fluctuations from 2013 to 2017, seen from the fluctuating level of capital utilization of shareholders in financing a number of company assets. These two ratios underlie the importance of companies to conduct evaluations and overall innovation on the company's financial condition, including the utilization of assets and utilization of equity so that the company's profitability can remain controlled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Financial Ratio at PT Bluebird Tbk after the existence of online-based transportation facilities. The company's problem arose since the entry of online transportation facilities where there was a significant decrease in income. Ratio analysis in the opinion of Munawir An analytical method to determine the relationship of certain items in the balance sheet or income statement individually or in a combination of the two reports. The research method used is liquidity ratio, solvability ratio and profitability ratio. The results show that the relationship between liquidity and solability can be said to be "liquid and solvable", meaning that the condition of the company is declared healthy and in good condition because the company is able to pay off its obligations that are due on time. Furthermore, the relationship between solvency and profitability can be said as "solvabel and inprofit", meaning that the condition of total corporate debt tends to decrease, not accompanied by a decrease in profit from year to year. Declining profit growth does not affect the rate of return on short-term debt from the company. This means that even though profits are reduced, the company can still return the current debt fairly well. Thus, after the entry of other online-based transportation facilities there is a downward trend in indicators of profitability, while in the other two indicators tend to be in a good position. This is because the company has not been able to manage financial performance in terms of profitability efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent the influence of classic markeing mix with variable product, price, place and promotion, on consumer satisfaction and the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction. The populations in this study were Grand Kawanua Manado Transmart Carrefour customers, amounting to 1920 people, while the number of samples was 100 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis. The resluts of the study indivate that there is an effect of marketing mix on consumer satisfaction, and service quality influencing consumer satisfaction. To maintain consumer satisfaction in the eara of very tight retail business competition, companies should continue to improve service quality to customers by paying attention to the elements of marketing mix such as determining reasonable and competitive prices, good product quality, and continuing promotion. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for other researchers, and for practitioners in developing retail business marketing strategles.

Abstract

The progress of the company was not the eye of the eye located on how much profit they were by, but it is also in human resources to form in a company to be established to be paranoid to be well eployess well based on justice or company policy considering humanity values, work achievement, education, and work experience.This research is aiming to know the Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Research that located at PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi Bitung. The sample taken was 112 people from a total 450 employees in the company. In this study are using simple statistics with a simple regression with the SPSS version 23.00 to test the significant connection between variables and to measure the glory of the influence that occurs on variation of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Based on the calculations of using the SPSS 23.00 software device that’s a variable Individual Characteristics of affects the employee performance variables which show that Work Environment received is not in accordance with the expectation and desires of employees, so that there is a coplaint for every employee in the company
