Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction of the employees in  PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Sulawesi Utara. Data were collected from questionnaires completed by 32 participants and analysed using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that work-life balance had a positive and significant impact to job satisfaction. Further, burnout had a negative impact to job satisfaction but the result was insignificant. This study recommends the company to keep facilitate the employee in enhancing work-life balance and reducing burnout.  Keywords: Work-life Balance, Burnout, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

PT.Bank Papua Branch Manado realizes that In the course of Bank Papua in the world of national banking, not apart from efforts to increase the mobilization of public funds through a series of government policies in terms of banking monetary, with the target of achieving an increase in the number of customers. Looking at these conditions, all banking institutions including Bank Papua compete and compete to market savings products that can meet the needs of society.This study is categorized as the type of survey research where the information collected was obtained from the respondents by using the questionnaire as a basic data collection tool. Furthermore this research includes the type of explanatory research, where the type of research only focuses on problems that have occurred or that is happening by highlighting the relationships between research variables.From the above calculation, it can be concluded that there is influence of X variable to variable Y for 18% and the rest of which 82% influenced by other factors not examined by researchers such as interest factors, environmental factors, location factors and individual economic conditions.In suggesting PT.Bank Papua Manado Branch Office to keep improving promotional activities undertaken by him because it is good and proven, based on test results conducted in this study. Keywords: Promotion, Savings Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of liquidity PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. If the company has good liquidity, the company was able to survive and complete with other companies. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using liquidity ratio to Analyze the level of liquidity of the company. Based on the results of the analysis carried out showed that the level of liquidity PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has a Current Ratio percentage value of 113.98% in the years 2011- 2015. Quick Ratio values in the years 2011-2015 have a percentage of the value of 107.8%. Cash Ratio values in the years 2011-2015 have a value percentage of 57.9%. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk have good liquidity in the years 2011- 2015. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk have a favorable cash criteria from the perspective of anyone because it is not too high and not too low.Company’s liquidity is maintained and cultivated for the future could continue to affort to meet the level of liquidity with a good percentage. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much Economic Value Addedgenerated by PT. Bank SULUTGO in 2014-2016. It is known that PT. Bank SULUTGOis a regional bank of North Sulawesi and Gorontalo which owns shares from variousregions and several companies. It is known that the capital annually PT. BankSULUTGO in 2014-2016 always increases. But with the increase in capital whether ithas made the company able to improve the performance of the company or increase therevenue of the company so as to be able to distribute the fair share of the results to theshareholders of the company. The purpose of this study is "Financial PerformanceAnalysis Based on Economic Value Added at PT. Bank SULUTGO". Financialperformance is needed by the company to evaluate the performance or as a foundationof the company to improve the company's performance. Financial performanceaccording to Ikatan Akuntansi Indonesia (2007) is the determination of the company'sability to manage and control its own resources. While EVA is an effectivecommunication tool for value creation that can be reached by line managers thatultimately drive company performance and to connect with capital markets (Young andO'Bryne, 2001). The research method used is quantitative descriptive method by usinganalysis tools in the form of Economic Value added to calculate NOPAT, InvestedCapital, WACC, Capital Charges and EVA. Based on the results of research EVAanalysis at PT. Bank SULUTGO 2014-2016 year turned out to fluctuate because EVAcompanies every year down and up. Nevertheless PT. Bank SULUTGO turned out tohave created a positive value in the company in 2014-2016. In 2014 the company is ableto create EVA of Rp. 97,596 (in millions of rupiah), but in 2015 the company's EVAdecreased by 26.08% to Rp. 72,140 (in millions of rupiah) and in 2016 again increasedby 34.01% to Rp. 96,680 (in millions of rupiah). Thus the management has been able tocreate a positive value on the company well and shareholders can entrust theirinvestment to the company.Keywords: Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Performance

Abstract

The success of an institution or organization is determined by the quality of the componentsand systems in which the components are interconnected, one of which is human resources.To achieve the goals of an organization then what managers need to do is to encourageemployees to work according to what the organization wants. One of them through theprovision of motivation to employees, because with the high work motivation in a person, itwill arise employee morale in the employee who will create a good work productivity. Howworking environment conditions against employee motivation anda how the effects of workenvironment on employee motivation motivation PT BPR. Prisma Dana. This researchincludes quantitative research because the formulation of hypotheses and variabels used istaken from existing theory, tha is work environment theory for insependent variable and workmotivation theory for the dependent variable. Research time is estimated approximately 1month, to obatin the data needed in this study, researchers conductedresearch on PT. BPRPrisma Dana Manado. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado totaling 60 peoples. And i took the sample to be studied amounted to about 30people. Analysis of the data above shows that the work environment has a significant positiveinfluence on the motivation of work PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. This is indicated byseveral tests conducted on work environment variabels. Like t test above. In simple correlationanalysis shows that there is a close relationship between work environment with workmotivation. The results of these studies prove an simultaneously answer the hypothesis thatthere is influence between the work environment on employee motivation in PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado. There is a significant influence between work environment on employee workmotivation PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. By looking at the average achievement of allworking environment indicators achieved, presumably for all employees of PT. Abstract

The calculation of cost of goods manufactured is important to consider in determining the price of a product. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a comparison between the calculation of the cost of production according to the company compared to the full costing method and the determination of the selling price according to company calculation compared with cost plus pricing method. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research type, and research approach used is comparative approach. From the results of data analysis shows that the calculation of the cost of production of the company is lower than the calculation of cost of production by using the method of full costing. The difference from the calculation of cost of production according to the company compared with the full costing method that is Rp. 10.133. This is because in the calculation of factory overhead costs, the company does not take into account some costs into the cost of production such as maintenance and maintenance costs of production equipment, and the cost of depreciation of production equipment.  In addition, the sale price of the product with a mark-up rate of 40% according to the company and cost plus pricing method has a difference of Rp. 2,083. This is because the company in determining the selling price of its products does not take into account non-production costs, and companies do not use the full costing method in determining the cost of production.

Abstract

Abstract :This study is based on that first (horticultural) product such as fruits can be processed into products dodol salak. Quality Product and price influnce on purchasing decision. As for the formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is influence in quality product price and purchasing decisions. The Purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of induced quality product and purchasing decisions This Study use descriptive Quantitative approach Correlation and Regression Analysis. These samples included 50 respondens from the consumer population dodol salak In Pangu Village. Results of the study found that the regression equation is formed Y= 8,875 + 0,115 X1 + 0,651 X2. Abstract

Abstrak. Competition and a higher demand in professionalism raises the amount of pressure that an individual faces in their work environment. The effect of anxiety that is often experienced by the public and employees is stress. Stress has the potential to encourage or interfere with the implementation work, depending on the level of stress experienced by the employees This research was conducted with the aim to see whether work related stress affects the performance of employees, with the object of the research, PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Dana Manado. Employee Performance is measured by indicators of Quantity, Quality, and timeliness. In the fact stress can be helpful, improve and fun, but stress can also be damaging, threaten, worrisome, so stress has the potential to interfere the performance. The controlled population in this study is 50 people, while the number of samples taken in this study is 44 people. The collection of data used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data of the research, using simple regression, shows the influence of stress on the employees. The simple correlation test showed a strong negative correlation, meaning that both variables have an inverse relationship. If the X value is high, then the Y value will be low and vice versa. Based on the curve, the relationship of stress and performance of the employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Dana Raya is that before performance reaches a peak level, stress helps it grow to a higher level but when the levels of stress increases the employee’s performance began to decline and gradually become very low. From the results of the data analysis, the level of stress of the company has passed the maximum point because it is beginning to show a negative relationship. Suggestion in the reaserch is company must pay attention to the atmosphere around the office, create new innovations, and make a good personal communication within the company.Keyword: Work Stress, Performance Employees

Abstract

At Bank Mandiri KC.Dululolong Lasut Manado experienced theproblem of unstable customer savings rate. This unstable number of subscribersis biased by the downturn in the client's economic condition, or there are otherfactors between services that do not correspond to unsatisfactory interests orunsatisfactory facilities that customers turn to other banks. Planting thecredibility of the company, certainly not an easy thing, it takes an appropriatestrategy for the purpose and objectives can be achieved optimally, especially inthe field of marketing. Basically Relationship marketing is a long-termrelationship and bond between producers, consumers, suppliers, and otheractors. Customer loyalty is a behavior associated with a product's brand,including possible renewal of a contract in the future. This research usesquantitative method, sampling technique in this study using Simple RandomSampling, The formula used in calculating this simple correlation coefficient isproduct moment. From the results of statistical testing can be seen clearly thatthe free variable Relationship Marketing affect the dependent variableCustomer Loyalty. the influence of the given free variable is positive whichmeans the more active relationship marketing then result in higher loyalty ofcustomers generated. These results are also in accordance with the proposedhypothesis. This shows that relationship marketing is one of the determinants ofcustomer loyalty because good relationship marketing will create and maintaincustomer loyalty. Abstract

Loan activity by a finance company is an activity that has high risk, there are many problems or constraints - constraints that result in loss. Factors - factors causing the occurrence of problem loans, including bad loans, installment payments, monitoring and pengelolah internal credit, and so on. Therefore, whether the effectiveness of internal control affects the success rate of credit. This study aims to determine how much influence the effectiveness of internal control of credit success rate at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Branch Manado. Credit by Rivai (2013) "Credit Control is a study conducted by account officer on the feasibility of the company, the client's business feasibility, credit needs, profitability, credit repayment and available guarantees to cover the loan application". Internal Control by Mulyadi (2013) "Internal control system includes organizational structure, methods and measures - coordinated measures to safeguard the organization's wealth, check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data, encourage efficiency and compliance with management policies". The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research using correlation coefficient analysis technique Pearson product moment and simple regression analysis. The population was 46 respondents with the data collecting 44 samples, obtained from the determination of sample size using slovin technique. Data collection was done with questionnaires distributed directly to employees and staff of 44 questionnaires. From hypothesis testing, the real research results show that there is a positive influence and significant effectiveness of internal control of credit success rate at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Branch Manado. With the increased effectiveness of internal control over the credit success rate will have an impact on the increasingly tight credit and operational levels can be maximized.Keywords : Effectiveness Of Internal Control, The Success Rate Credit.
