Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the academic supervision conducted by principal of Private Madrasah Aliyah of Cisaat Sukabumi. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the academic supervision conducted by the principals are not systematic and not preprogrammed, so that teachers do not feel any relief from the headmaster in improving the quality of learning. This is due to the low competence of the principals in academic supervision and they tended to judge and find fault with teachers without providing advice and solu-tions. however, the principals have a plan/program of supervision, commitment and high motivation, seek to meet the performance assessment of supervisors. Based on the above, it needs guidance in the form of education and training to increase the competence of the principals of the madrasah, and giving reward to the successful principals.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala Madra-sah di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Kecamatan Cisaat Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang dila-kukan oleh kepala madrasah tidak sistematis dan tidak terprogram, sehingga guru-guru tidak merasakan adanya bantuan dari kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kompetensi supervisi akademik kepala madrasah yang rendah dan cenderung menilai dan mencari kesalahan guru tanpa memberikan saran dan solusi. Walaupun demikian, kepala madrasah memi-liki rencana/program supervisi, komitmen dan motivasinya tinggi, berupaya untuk memenuhi penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah dari pengawas madrasah. Berda-sarkan penjelasan di atas, maka perlu diadakan pembinaan berupa pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk peningkatan kompetensi kepala madrasah, dan pemberian reward terhadap Kepala Madrasah yang berprestasi.

Abstract

This paper elaborate on an attempt to maximize the function of brain as a form of learning revolution. Learn properly is not an issue of whether or not a student pass the test. The meaning of learn is broader than a success of passing the ex-ams. This is certainly related to the fun learning during the process of maximiz-ing the ability to achieve success. Each student has a different learning styles depending on his/her character. There are four different models of learning that has been known today, ie sketch, sound, tactics, and movement. Students who have studied the model using the sketch tends to be easier to understand the in-formation that they see. While those who have learned how to use the sound tends to be easier to capture verbal information from the teacher. Students who have a tendency to learn with tactics models require a touch of emotion. The kinesthetic learning models require movement in the learning process so that children learn more successfully.AbstrakTulisan ini menguraikan upaya memaksimalkan kerja sebagai bentuk revolusi belajar. Belajar dengan benar bukan permasalahan tentang lulus atau tidaknya seorang siswa dalam ujian. Makna belajar lebih luas daripada sekedar dapat lulus ujian. Hal ini tentu berhubungan dengan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan selama proses memaksimalkan kemampuan untuk meraih kesuksesan. Setiap siswa mempunyai cara belajar yang berbeda-beda tergantung karakter masing-masing siswa. Ada empat macam model belajar yang telah dikenal saat ini, yaitu gambar, suara, taktik, dan gerakan. Siswa yang mempunyai model belajar menggunakan gambar cenderung akan mudah memahami informasi yang telah dilihat. Sementara mereka yang mempunyai cara belajar menggunakan suara cenderung akan mudah menangkap informasi verbal dari guru. Siswa yang mempunyai kecenderungan belajar dengan model taktik memerlukan sentuhan emosi. Adapun model belajar kinestetik menuntut gerakan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga belajar anak lebih berhasil.

Abstract

This research discuss religion and moral development of students of kindergarten in TK A nDasari Budi Krapyak Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data is acquired from interview, observation, and another data collecting which is support this research. The result of this research is (1) Religion and moral development development which are not achieved by student of kindergarten in class A1 TK Masyitoh nDasari Budi Yogykarta, they are: only knowing religion and God trough song, they do not accustom to have worshipping activities, they have not understood what is good attitude, they have not been able to defferentiate between good attitude and bad attitude, and they have not know much about religious ritual but they have not known Islamic day celebrations; and they not known about the other religions. (2) They need to be given knowledge about children education and increasing affection and togetherness. AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang perkembangan agama dan moral pada anak usia dini di TK A nDasari Budi Krapyak Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan pengumpulan data-data yang mendukung penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perkembangan agama dan moral yang tidak tercapai pada AUD di kelas TK A1 Masyitoh nDasari Budi Yogyakarta diantaranya mengetahui agama dan Tuhanya lewat menyanyi, tidak membiasakan diri beribadah, belum memahami perilaku mulia, belum dapat membedakan perilaku yang baik dan buruk, dan sedikit sekali mengenal ritual kegamaan dan belum mengenal hari besar Islam; serta belum mengetahui agama orang lain. (2) perlu pengetahuan pemberikan tentang pendidikan anak dan meningkatkan kasih sayang serta kebersamaan dengan anak-anak.

Abstract

Ahmad Dahlan made a breakthrough in Islamic Education in the Early 20th Century. He was not only educated in a traditional environment, but also influenced by the modernist movement in Egypt, especially Abduh and Rashid Ridla. This article aims to describe the approach of modern Islamic education by Ahmad Dahlan. This writing uses the socio-historical approach. The results show that Dahlan renewed Islamic Education by integrating Islamic subjects into the public school curriculum and vice versa. The project covers aspects of curriculum, methods, and institutions. Integration projects are more practical and in line with projects undertaken by Ismail Raj'i al-Faruqi, Naquib al-Attas, and Amin Abdullah. The modern Islamic education model by Ahmad Dahlan is relevant to current Islamic education. AbstrakAhmad Dahlan melakukan terobosan dalam Pendidikan Islam di Awal abad 20. Beliau tidak hanya dididik di lingkungan tradisional, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh gerakan modernis di Mesir, terutama Abduh dan Rashid Ridla. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pendekatan pendidikan Islam modern oleh Ahmad Dahlan. Penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan sosial-sejarah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Dahlan memperbarui Pendidikan Islam dengan mengintegrasikan mata pelajaran Islam ke dalam kurikulum sekolah umum dan sebaliknya. Proyeknya mencakup aspek kurikulum, metode, dan kelembagaan. Proyek integrasi lebih bersifat praktek dan sejalan dengan proyek yang dilakukan oleh Ismail Raj'i al-Faruqi, Naquib al-Attas, dan Amin Abdullah. Model pendidikan Islam modern oleh Ahmad Dahlan relevan dengan Pendidikan Islam saat ini.

Abstract

This study explores the Islamic Education learning process dynamics during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the character education activities. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the learning model from face-to-face to online learning. Developing effective and efficient online learning procedures and forms is a significant challenge faced by teachers. This research study incorporates a qualitative approach where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of the research were three government schools, namely SMPN 3 Lembang, SMKN 10 Bandung, and SMAN 1 Sungailiat Bangka Belitung. The research question is directed to explore the dynamics and problems that arise and the role of teachers and schools in mitigating these problems. The study results showed that most online learning uses popular applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Whatsapp Group, and Quizziz. To make online learning effective, among the efforts made by the teacher were explaining the technical activities to be carried out. Constraints that often occurred are limited internet quotas, network constraints, to inadequate computer devices. Amid the challenging situation, learning to shape students' character was still undertaken by internalizing religious values manifested in various forms of simple online religious activities.

Abstract

This article explains that learners should earnestly seek  knowledge or perseverance in either theology or science. In addition, if the students have gained knowledge, then that knowledge should be employed well and teaches it to others. Meanwhile, science is only acquired by learning. Learner is one component input in the education system, which is further processed in the educational process, so that it becomes a qualified human in accordance with the national education goals. A student has a very important role in education. Itwas described in many traditions (hadis \ ) associated with virtue, character, and requirements of the learners. These hadis \ will be explained later in this article and will be takhri j to determine the position of these traditions. AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan bahwa peserta didik hendaknya bersungguh-sungguh atau tekun dalam mencari ilmu baik ilmu agama maupun ilmu pengetahuan. Selain itu peserta didik apabila telah mendapatkan ilmu, maka hendaknya ilmutersebut dipergunakannya dengan baik dan diajarkannya kepada orang lain. Ilmu hanya diperoleh dengan belajar. Peserta didik adalah salah satu komponen masukan dalam sistem pendidikan, yang selanjutnya diproses dalamproses pendidikan, sehingga menjadi manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Seorang pelajar memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan. Hal itu dijelaskan dalam banyak hadis yang berkaitan dengan kebajikan, karakter, dan persyaratan peserta didik. Hadis-hadis ini akan dijelaskan nanti dalam artikel ini dan akan di takhrij untuk mengetahui posisi hadis-hadis tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to know the participation of Teachers Working Group (KKG) and mapping the needs of improving the  competence of teachers PAI elementary school in Boyolali district. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with analytical interactive method. The results showed that PAI KKG SD Participation Boyolali district in improving competence PAI elementary teachers include; Training Lesson Study, training 2013 curriculum, PAI teacher development program and assist in the teacher’s administration. While the results of the mapping of needs to increase the competence of teachers PAI elementary school in Boyolal, include: training curriculum 2013, PTK, BTA and learning media.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dan pemetaan kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi Guru PAI SD di kabupaten Boyolali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analitis-interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi KKG PAI SD kabupaten Boyolali dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI SD meliputi; Pelatihan Lesson Study, Bintek/pelatihan Kurikulum 2013, Program pengembangan guru PAI dan membantu administrasi keguruan. Sedangkan hasil pemetaan kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi guru PAI SD di Kabupaten Boyolali meliputi: pelatihan kurikulum 2013, pelatihan PTK, pelatihan BTA dan pelatihan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze self-regulated learning in Islamic education amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study incorporates a qualitative approach to understand self-regulated learning at Miftahul Ulum Islamic High School, East Java. The data collection techniques consist of teachers' interviews, teaching and learning observation, and documentation. The results showed that implementing self-regulated learning during the Covid 19 pandemic was carried out online through activities, analysis of learning conditions, determining the learning design, applying strategies, and evaluation. Despite challenges, online self-regulated learning facilitates Miftahul Ulum Islamic School students to participate in learning activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Conflict is a fact of human history due to the inherent incompatibility between the two powers. Among the instruments to resolve conflict is education through an integrated curriculum on conflict resolution. Conflict resolution is defined as a process which utilizes spectrum communication skills and analytical and creative thinking to prevent, manage and resolve conflicts peacefully. Study of conflict resolution education is based on the Qur’anic verse. By using the method of the matic analysis found at least twelve conflict resolution activities and the values of the Koran can be used as a conflict resolution education, namely: restraint and forgiveness, communicate wisely, do good and respect, mutual understanding, fraternity, open network, called for peace, back to the book of Allah, avoid prejudice, not degrading, vying for the better, to understand the meaning of jihadAbstrakKonflik merupakan fakta sejarah manusia akibat ketidakcocokan yang melekat antara dua kekuatan. Di antara instrumen untuk menyelesaikan konflik adalah pendidikan melalui kurikulum terpadu tentang resolusi konflik. Resolusi konflik didefinisikan sebagai spektrum proses yang memanfaatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kreatif serta analisis untuk mencegah, mengelola, dan menyelesaikan konflik secara damai. Kajian pendidikan resolusi konflik ini didasarkan pada ayat al-Qur’an. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis tematik ditemukan setidaknya dua belas kegiatan resolusi konflik dan nilai-nilai dalam al-Qur’an yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendidikan resolusi konflik, yaitu: menahan diri dan memaafkan, berkomunikasi secara bijak, berbuat baik dan menghargai, saling Pengertian, menjalin persaudaraan, membuka jaringan,mengajak damai, kembali kepada kitab Allah, menjauhi prasangka, tidak merendahkan, berlomba-lomba menuju kebaikan, memahami makna jihad.

Abstract

This paper elaborates student echivement based on authority, education, and quality of students’ learning. The study shows that the relationship between authority, education, and quality of students’ learning activity toward learning result in middle school category is bigger than high or low school category. The quality of students’ learning activity is oppointed by authority and education implemented by the teachers in learning process. The authority, education, and quality of students’ learning have relation significantly to the student echivement. The relationship of authority, education, and quality of students’ learning is definitly difference in predicting their echivement. Trough authority and education in learning process, the student’s echivement can be increased. Abstrak Makalah ini mengkaji hasil belajar yang didasarkan pada kewibawaan dan kewiyataan. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kewibawaan, kewiyataan dan mutu belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sekolah kategori sedang itu lebih besar daripada sekolah kategori tinggi dan rendah. Tinggi rendahnya mutu kegiatan belajar siswa ditentukan oleh faktor kewibawaan dan kewiyataan yang diimplementasikan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Kewibawaan, kewiyataan dan mutu kegiatan belajar siswa berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hubungan kewibawaan, kewiyataan dan mutu kegiatan belajar siswa berbeda secara nyata dalam memprediksi hasil belajar siswa. Melalui kewibawaan dan kewiyataan dalam proses pembelajaran siswa dapat ditingkatkan hasil belajarnya.
