Abstract

Karya ilmiah ini berjudul “Analisis Yuridis Hubungan Hukum antara Dokter dan Pasien dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan”.Hubungan dokter dan pasien merupakan pola yang lahir antara dokter dan pasien sebelum berlanjut pada tindakan pelayanan kesehatan. Dan pelayanan kesehatan,merupakan sebuah konsep yang digunakan dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan kesehatan adalah sebuah sub sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang ditujuan utamanya adalah pelayanan kesehatan dalam hal Preventif (pencegahan), Promotif (peningkatan kesehatan,) Kuratif (penyembuhan kesehatan) dan Rehabilitatif (pemulihan) merupakan segala upaya yang dikerahkan oleh pemerintah dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang prima dan sesuai dengan standar prosedur dan standar operasional prosedur pelayanan kesehatan. Ditinjau dari aspek sosiologis, hubungan hukum dokter dan pasien seiring perkembangan keilmuan dibidang hukum kesehatan mengalami perubahan, semula kedudukan pasien dianggap tidak sederajat dengan dokter, karena dokter dianggap paling tahu terhadap pasiennya, dalam hal ini kedudukan pasien sangat pasif, sangat tergantung kepada dokter. Namun dalam perkembangannya hubungan antara dokter dan pasien telah mengalami perubahan pola, di mana pasien dianggap sederajat kedudukannya dengan dokter. Segala tindakan medis yang akan dilakukan dokter terhadap pasiennya harus mendapat persetujuan dari pasien, setelah sang pasien mendapatkan penjelasan yang cukup memadai tentang segala seluk beluk penyakit dan upaya tindakan mediknya. Hubungan hukum dokter dan pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan merupakan hal yang tidak terpisahkan dan mempunyai relefansi kongkrit sehingga dokter dan pasien merupakan satu integral dalam upaya kerja sama dalam transaksi terapeutik. Hubungan antara dokter dan pasien dalam ilmu kedokteran umumnya berlangsung sebagai hubungan biomedis aktif-pasif, dalam hubungan yuridis antara dokter dan pasien, terjadi dalam tiga pola hubungan yakni, aktif pasif (Aktifitity-Passivity), membimbing kerja sama (Guidance-Cooperation), dan saling partisipasi (Mutual Participation). Kata Kunci : Promotif, Preventif, Kuratif, dan Rehabilitatif.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper examines the efforts to be made to build a climate of educational institutions of Islamic-oriented work ethic. The results showed that the performance of an organization is determined by the mood of the work environment in the organization. Similarly, the performance is determined by the educational institution or the atmosphere of the workplace climate at the institution. In developed countries, research on school climate at work has been developed with well-established and significant contribution to the establishment of effective institutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze self-regulated learning in Islamic education amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study incorporates a qualitative approach to understand self-regulated learning at Miftahul Ulum Islamic High School, East Java. The data collection techniques consist of teachers' interviews, teaching and learning observation, and documentation. The results showed that implementing self-regulated learning during the Covid 19 pandemic was carried out online through activities, analysis of learning conditions, determining the learning design, applying strategies, and evaluation. Despite challenges, online self-regulated learning facilitates Miftahul Ulum Islamic School students to participate in learning activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Persoalan yang sering muncul dalam masalah dalam produktivitas lembaga pendidikan yakni salah satunya disebabkan oleh iklim dan budaya institusi yang kurang menunjang. Produktivitas institusi pendidikan, hakikatnya untuk memperoleh berbagai keuntungan baik yang bersifat material maupun non material. Institusi pendidikan merupakan institusi non profit, namun untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan diperlukan adanya produktivitas seluruh komponen atau personil dalam lingkungannya. Penerapan iklim dan budaya institusi dapat mempengaruhi perilaku institusi secara positif, maka pengaruh iklim institusi terhadap perilaku institusi mengarah pada sifat positif dan dapat bersifat negatif, misalnya hubungan atasan dan bawahan, kebijakan lembaga, ruangan yang nyaman dan bersih, etos kerja, serta motivasi kinerja. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kepuasan kinerja baik personal maupun institusi. Kemudian dari iklim/ budaya institusi pendidikan, apabila nilai dan budaya yang ada sudah diinternalisasi dalam pribadi masing-masing untuk membangun etos kerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator sebagai tolok ukur etos kerja antara lain: yakni motivasi, produktivitas, disiplin dan efesiensi.

Abstract

This article explores the implementation of strengthening the values of tawasuth, tawazun, i'tidal, and tasamuh at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) State Islamic University Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq (UIN KHAS) Jember. The need for Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for strengthening the values of tawasuth, tawazun, i'tidal, and tasamuh at the FTIK UIN KHAS Jember was also examined. The method used in this research-based community service was qualitative research with Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results of the service show that the Effort to reinforce the values of religious moderation in the FTIK UIN KHAS Jember environment is implemented by organizing workshops that are open to lecturers, education staff, and students. Tawazun values are strengthened by practicing discipline to create balance, time management, and activities as well as developing self-potential through extra and intra-campus activities. The strengthening of i'tidal values is done by making regulations that must be obeyed, UKT financing in accordance with the capacity and ability of students, and continuously strengthening the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamah learning environment. Meanwhile, tasamuh values are enhanced by respecting differences of opinion and organizations. The supporting factors in efforts to Strengthen the Value of Religious Moderation at FTIK UIN KHAS Jember are support from the dean, high enthusiasm from students, lecturers, and education staff, teamwork, and the availability of supportive funds. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is time constraints due to signal constraints for those who join through online or Zoom meetings.

Abstract

Terlepas dari kontroversi yang ada, nampaknya Kurikulum Merdeka kini berangsur-angsur mulai dapat diterima masyarakat akademik khususnya di jenjang sekolah atau pun madrasah. Saat ini sudah banyak lembaga pendidikan yang mengadopsi atau menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka.. Hal ini terbukti hampir di setiap kabupaten/kota sudah ada sekolah yang menerapkannya, di antaranya ialah MTs MTs Minhajut Tholabah Purbalingga. Penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif ini dilakukan pada awal Juli hingga akhir Agustus 2023 dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di MTs Minhajut Tholabah Purbalingga dengan mengambil fokus pada kelas VII. Data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui survei, observasi, dan dokumentasi dianalisa sedemikian rupa hingga ditarik beberapa simpulan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. MTs Minhajut Tholabah Purbalingga merupakan Pilot Project implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Kabupaten Purbalingga untuk jenjang MTs khususnya MTs swasta. MTs Minhajut Tholabah Purbalingga merupakan madrasah yang bernaung di bawah Pondok Pesantren Minhajut Tholabah Purbalingga. Untuk itu, dalam penerapannya, lembaga ini telah mengintegasikan pembelajaran di madrasah dengan pembelajaran di pesantren khususnya untuk mata pelajaran rumpun PAI. Dalam praktiknya, mata pelajaran rumpun PAI disajikan menggunakan kitab-kitab yang juga dikaji di pesantren. Dari segi waktu pembelajaran, khusus mata pelajaran rumpun PAI dilaksakan mulai jam 13.00 sampai selesai. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar peserta didik lebih fokus untuk mempelajari materi-materi keagamaan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini diadakan atas permasalahan penanaman nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada karakter peserta didik di SDN 4 Siliragung Banyuwangi. Peneliti berinisiatif untuk mencari data bagaimana peran sekolah dan guru menanamkan nilai moderasi pada peserta didik di sekolah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penlitian kualitatif dengan alat pengumpul data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi, Adapun subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh elemen yang terdapat pada SDN 4 Siliragung. Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu Pertama, penekanan pada nasionalisme kebangsaan melalui kegiatan upacara bendera dan nyanyian lagu wajib menjadi elemen penting dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Kedua, nilai toleransi dihadapkan pada kesulitan dalam lingkungan anak-anak SDN 4 Siliragung, terutama terkait dengan perbedaan prestasi dan kemampuan. Ketiga, penanganan permasalahan bullying menjadi perhatian serius, baik dari segi fisik maupun psikologis. Keempat, menginternalisasi sikap akomodatif terhadap kebudayaan lokal melibatkan upaya guru dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang keberagaman budaya IndonesiaKata kunci: Moderasi Beragama, Nilai-nilai, Karakter                                                                   AbstractThis research is conducted to address the issue of instilling religious moderation values in the character of students at SDN 4 Siliragung, Banyuwangi. The researcher took the initiative to gather data on how the school and teachers play a role in instilling moderation values in the students at the school. This qualitative research employed interview and documentation as data collection methods, with the subjects being all elements present at SDN 4 Siliragung. The results of this study are as follows: First, an emphasis on nationalistic values through flag-raising ceremonies and singing national anthems is a crucial element in shaping students' characters. Second, the value of tolerance faces challenges in the environment of SDN 4 Siliragung's children, especially regarding differences in achievements and abilities. Third, addressing bullying issues is a serious concern, both physically and psychologically. Fourth, internalizing an accommodative attitude toward local culture involves the efforts of teachers in providing an understanding of Indonesia's cultural diversity.Keywords: Religious Moderation, Values, Character

Abstract

This article explores the implementation of the values of moderation (tawāsuṭ), equilibration (tawāzun), balance (i’tidāl), and tolerance (tasāmuḥ) at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) State Islamic University Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq (UIN KHAS) Jember, including the role of focus group discussions. The method used in this research-based community service was qualitative research with participatory action. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of problem solving-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning on students' critical thinking skills. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a pseudo-experimental design. The research sample consisted of 60 students divided into control and experimental groups. Data were obtained through critical thinking skills test and analyzed using t-test. The results showed that problem solving-based learning significantly improved students' critical thinking skills compared to conventional learning. The implication of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing innovative learning strategies in PAI curriculum to develop 21st century skills in students.

Abstract

The cultivation of Islamic character values in the school environment is one of the important missions in value-based education. This article aims to examine the role of teachers in shaping Islamic character through routine activities at school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method in several Islamic-based schools. Data were obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. The results show that routine activities such as congregational prayers, recitation of the Qur'an, and discussion of Islamic values are effective in building students' character. This article recommends close collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in supporting the formation of a solid Islamic character.
