Sandtrap channels are usually found at rivers intake for irrigation purposes. These channel were made to settle sands and prevent them from entering the irrigation channel. As result, the water that enter the irrigation channel will be relatively clean (with small concentration). This objective of this research applying finite different method to solve water flow differential equation as the basis computer`s software construction using Borland Delphi 5 language for sand trap, testing model`s ability against field measurement result, also applying efficiency point and sediment simulation of sandtraps.The analysis of discharge data, flow velocity, water depth, and field measurement result data as basis for total load calculation using Engelund Hansen, Leo Van Rijn, and Enstein Brown formulation approach. The result is using as an input data for sandtrap`s one dimensional empirical model formulation , which was developed by Eysink Vermaas (1983).

One of the success factors in the construction of the road is a road construction material available qualified technical specifications. Road construction materials in question are aggregated. In addition, the material can be added to the asphalt mixture can form filler that serves as filler. Rice husk ash as waste burning brick able to provide alternative opportunities as an ingredient in asphalt mixtures, as rice husk ash are often found in areas Banyumas.This study aims to determine the permeability properties of a mixture of Hot Rolled Sheet Wearing Course ( HRS - WC ). Permeability is one of the parameters to measure the ability of the asphalt pavement structure that can withstand water seepage damage the asphalt pavement layers. The smaller the value of the permeability of asphalt pavement structure, the more durable the strength of the pavement layers. In the future, besides being able to deliver more value to the utilization of waste rice husk ash, rice husk ash utilization is also expected to increase the permeability of the mixture HRS - WC.

Parking problem at Muara Rumbai Market is there are no special place to parking, just used the street around the market. And the consequently, visitor will park they vehicle at the street, that will constricting the street. If this not anticipate from now on, will make traffic jam at the street. To solving this problem, have to do some analysis for parking problem around the market.This research use survey method, which place some surveyor at the parking location around the market at the peak hour to recording the vehicle license plate numbers of motorcycles and passenger cars at the survey form for 4 hours with 5 minutes interval. From the data carried out, analyze how much parking accumulate, parking indexes and turn over at the parking location.From the analysis can found that the accumulate parking is passenger cars with 41 vehicles and 296 motorcycles. The low number of turn over passenger cars are couse by the most vehicle parking at this market is belong to marketeer. The turn over number of the motorcycles is 1.2 motorcycle/parking lot, this show the parking lot use by motorcycle is high enough

Boiler tube basically consists of (drum), which closed at the end of the trial stem, where on the inside of the drum there are pipes that serves to drain water or hot gases. In boiler operations are expected not to crash (damage) but the fact is still an interruption in its operations, this led to the cessation of company activities that result in the loss to be borne by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of the boiler drum upper material that has been operating in the intervening 10 years. Microstructural examination showed that the damage (cracks) that occur are due to stress corrosion cracking (SCC), as characterized by the formation of the branched cracks (cracks braching). Factors cause of SCC is the tensile stress flow equally with corrosive environment. Residual voltage source is from the welding process in the boiler drum during plugging. In addition, residual stress may also occur due to the influence of corrosive environment forming. And cold, is caused by the influence of boiler feed water. SCC due to KOH (caustic) can be avoided by not doing the welding in the drum, and adjust the pH to be safe areas.

Waste is meant here is a byproduct formed from woody biomass material events or ligno-cellulose fiber, a material that has not been utilized. For this case is limited to the wood processing industry.The presence of waste treatment is a problem that has been left to rot, piled and burned all of which have a negative impact on the environment so that mitigation should be considered. One way that can be taken is to use a value-added product with the applied technology and democracy so that the results are easily disseminated to the public. Evaluation results show some positive prospects as an example of applied technology can be applied satisfactorily defined in converting industrial waste into charcoal powder processing wood, charcoal briquettes, charcoal, charcoal, compost and soil conditioning.Application of applied technology and democracy can be developed into a large-scale (pilot and commercial) both technically and economically.

Rokan Hulu regency government is very concerned with people's needs for clean water for the most budget Rokan Hulu regency government owned companies to build infrastructure through water distribution unit called the Badan Pengelolaan Air Bersih (BPAB), one unit of water distribution net is BPAB Pematang Barangan-Pasir Putih. A water distribution unit is a group function, system, sub system, and item components are complete and mutual support for the smooth operation and water distribution.In water distribution unit BPAB Pematang Barangan for water distribution system using a centrifugal pump, with sub pump system with a single puff volut brands Ebara PUMP. To reduce the downtime of time it needs to be done to improve the availability of treatment / usability (availability) in the system function. In order to serve the function of the system can then use Reliability Centered Maitenance(RCM) method to be implemented by means of qualitative analysis on the component item that can be analyzed in detail the use of Failure Mode Effect Analisys (FMEA), Logic Tree ANALISYS, and Maintenance Task.

Kota Terpadu Mandiri (KTM) adalah kawasan transmigrasi yang pembangunan dan pengembangannya dirancang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan yang mempunyai fungsi perkotaan melalui pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan. Kinerja pembangunan KTM tersebut akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan publik (public service) dan kesiapan potensi daerah, baikpotensi SDA, maupun SDM sebagaitenagakerja di kawasan KTM sesuaidaya tamping lingkungannya. Meski demikian peningkatan kualitas layanan public ini mengalami banyak kendala, karena berbagai faktor sangat berpengaruh dan menentukan salah satunya adalah factor kondisi pemukiman KTM dan sekaligus faktor sumber daya manusia KTM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; Memperkirakan kebutuhan tenaga kerja (kesempatan kerja) di kawasan transmigrasi/KTM, persediaan tenaga kerja (utamanya dari penduduk setempat), serta peluang kesempatan kerja (utamanya dari penduduk setempat), serta peluang kesempatan kerja bagi transmigran penduduk asal (TPA), baik jumlah, keahlian dan berbagai karakteristiknya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perkiraan tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan pada sektor perkebunan 8340 orang, sektor perikanan 300-400 orang dan sektor pariwisata 750-1000 orang.

Has researched on the influence of grain size of the alloy magnetic coercivity FeSi (Si = 3.2 at%). FeSi alloy (Si = 3.2 at%) was prepared by means of arc melting furnace. To vary the size of the grains, the alloy is annealed in a vacuum at temperatures 800oC for 30, 60 and 90 minutes. The images obtained by micro-grain size on average between 0.337 ± 0.045 mm to 0.427 ± 0.045 mm. XRD results showed that the alloy has been annealed have a higher peak intensity, FWHM width is smaller than the non-annealed alloy. Hysteresis loop of the VSM (vibrating sample magnetometer) was obtained between the coercivity (1.04 ± 0.01) x 103 up to (1.07 ± 0.01) x 103 A / m. The greater the correlation obtained grain size, the smaller coercivity with the coercivity function gain grain size is Hc (A / m) = 0.98 x 103 + 0.03 / D.

Drilling optimization is very important during drilling operation. Optimization of drilling could save time and cost of operation and increases the profit. Drilling optimization aims to optimize controllable variables during drilling operation such as weight on bit (WOB) and bit rotation speed for obtaining maximum drilling rate (ROP). In this study, Bourgoyne and Young ROP model had selected to measure the effects of several parameters during drilling operation. Parameters such as depth, pore pressure, equivalent circulating density, bit weight, rotary speed, bit tooth wear, and jet impact force were extracted from actual drilling report. The penetration model for the field is constructed using the results from statistical method. The result from analysis was used to determine optimum values of weight on bit that give optimum drilling operation. Overall, this study provides complete mathematical model for rate of penetration that was constructed by Bourgoyne and Young. From the study the constants that represented several drilling variables had been determined. The rate of penetration for the field had been predicted based on constants for every data depth. Finally, optimized weight on bit had been calculated for several data points and the results had been simulated and proved using drilling simulator.

Pilar is a structure under the bridge. The presence of pillars in river flow cause changes in river flow patterns. These changes include the formation of down flow (downward flow) and Horseshoe vortex (horseshoe vortex) around the pillar. Changes in flow pattern will result in local scour around the pillar. Local scour is going on around the pillar causes the river bottom around the pillar so that the water flow transported formed scour hole. Scour hole is formed can destabilize the pillar. Stability is very important pillar in the forwarding function of vehicle load to the foundation. This study aims to determine the maximum scour depth value of each form the pillars for any changes debit.Penelitian is done on a permanent uniform flow conditions (steady uniform flow) with three variations of flow rates that occur within the capacity of the appliance Multy-purpose teaching flume
