Terms of coarse aggregate to blend the mix of which is shaped kubikal, a plane of rupture of at least two and a rough surface texture, generally in the form of crushed stone, so that granular aggregate have a good interloking in the mix. However, in certain areas of aggregate supply that meets these requirements, sometimes difficult and requires a high cost. Especially in Riau Mainland, crushed stone aggregate shall be imported from Riau Kepuluan (Tanjung Pinang). Air conditioning for the building to be used as a car showroom in Jakarta is one thing that is needed to provide comfort and freshness to the workers so that the quality and quantity of work produced optimal . The aim of this research was analyze of existing primary canal dimension at Sungai Tanang Irrigation Area, Kampar District in order courage program of Operasi Pangan Riau Makmur (OPRM) Riau Province for empowerment of rice. Method was used to analyze the water available using Mock Method by rainfall data in Pasar Kampar Station at year 1998 to 2008, and so climate data such as temperature, wind speed, humidity and sunshine. For the analyze of discharge capacity primary canal at Sungai Tanang Irrigation Area, Kampar District using Continuity Law formulation. The result of this research prove that condition of capacity discharge for existing primary canal at Sungai Tanang Irrigation area 0.09 m3/sec still have ability to the planting pattern scenario pady-pady-pady, the maximum irrigation water requirment were found on May 0.03 m3/sec.

Important factor in planning road maintenance and improvement include basic soil strength data, material properties, composition and thickness of existing pavement layers. Subgrade strength on the ground as the California Bearing Ratio (CBR), depending on conditions at the time of implementation and for ongoing service operation. Damage to roads that had been common, costly fact CBR data collection and maintenance efforts to slow constraints contributed to the severity of the condition of pavement is frequently traveled by traffic as people drive the economy. To obtain the above data, has introduced a tool Konus Dynamic Penetration (Dynamic Cone Penetrometer), which is a tool designed to test the strength of granular and subgrade layers of pavement quickly. Pavement layer is meant is the foundation of granular, soil stabilization, including the subgrade. Testing is done continuously to a depth of 80 cm and if necessary can be deepened with a connecting rod measuring up to 120 cm depth. In the last ten years, DCP has been widely used in obtaining data for pavement design CBR road so it's time DCP method can be used as test standards in Indonesia.

This work operationts tube superheater boiler has operated by PT.Rohul Sawit Indah to determain steam and electricity power plants get failure. The failures can be make some troubles for producing at the factory. So that still need risets to the resource failure. In this cases very important to create preventif maintenance and improoving for the future. We do not hope any trouble more.In the analysis of failures need testing methode for example using Destructive and Non Destructive Testing Methods like visual, chemical composition, hardnes and metalofgrafi.From this riset should determaind same probabilities about same failure cause of quality water and envirenment to pill the boiler and modes of superheater piping, superheater is creep that operation by high temperature and high pressure with need long priode by following anealing overloads and failure.

Project team is the one of the substance structures of construction industry to execute a project. Project team has had the unique characters. Project team’s structure organization is used in short time period of the project. Project team to consist of the men who have competent in their knowledge and work relationship. Effectively and efficiency of project teamwork are requirement of project’s success in the different environment. There are any factors would influence the performance of the project team. This research aims to identify influence factors of performance project team and to analyze correlation of those factors towards project’s succes. The instrument of this research was adopted from Bubshait and Farooq articles as to Team Building and Project Success. This study was explored by using quistionnaire through project managers, site managers, and project’s staff from contractors, consultants, and the owners in Pekanbaru, Pelalawan, and Pasir Pengaraian. Currently, the availability of commercial timberand the price decreases the more expensive, efforts are needed to optimize the utilization ofwood. One of the efforts to optimize use of wood can be done by utilizing the rest of sawn timber which has a small and short pieces into a form of veneer for the manufacture of composite floor boards. The purpose of this study is to calculate the efficiency of implementation and product prices of composite floor boards from wood waste material processed, the resulting product ofthe floor boards that can display a charming visual impression. Making the floor boards made of three models: model 1 in the form of composite laminated beams made from composite wood waste processed, and then sliced into several layers of floor boards; model 2 in the form of three layers of combined board cross between layers; model 3 in the form of a thick sheet board (as bottom layer) and on the top layer of veneerare arranged crossing. Pumps supply water used for steam generators in PT. CPI is a reciprocating type IR 5H3S used in the steam generators to be processed in order to supply water to steam. Compression pressure reciprocating pump is very large reaching 89.6 bars, is used to push the volume of liquid to be transferred through the exhaust system. The pressure generated by the movement of the pump plunger working pump suction and presses to compress the fluid. In fact plunger has fail until crack at the operational pressure.This study was conducted with the procedure properly. Through several stages with both the identification and investing the incident, which includes mechanical test hardness test, photo documentation fraktografi (mikrofraktografi and makrofraktografi) the material shaft patah. The relative strength of subgrade where tested by DCP to get the CBR field. DCP test conducted to adepth of 100 cm (long test equipment). Meaning that, the CBR representative is obtained from the relativestrength of the subgrade data to a depth 100 cm. CBR values can also be obtained by laboratory CBR test atsoil samples taken to a depth of 30 cm.Differences in depth review at the DCP test, reading are approaching a depth of 30 cm and 100 cm.CBR representative was calculated at the depth of 30 cm and 100 cm.CBR representative up to a depth of 30 cm was larger than the CBR representative up to a depth of 100cm. CBR representative up to a depth of 30 cm was 1,62 %, CBR representative up to a depth of 100 cm was1,2 %. To overcome congestion in the center of Bandung Pasupati and Kiaracondong Flyover arebuilt. In the relation with that conditions this research has main purpose to investigate the trafficpattern after the Flyovers are operated and the investigation concern with the prediction of trafficpattern for the next 5 years and therefore the best solution can be found out.In this reseach basic model was assumpted of conditions of 2005. Developing the roadnetwork is first step in TFTP 97 Program, it should be suitable real field condition, include certainof centroid that are start and end of the journey. Input land use in TFTP 97 Program in this model isused trip generation data showing the number of journey demand, and next step is to run the roadnetwork.
