Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline to the performanceof an employee working at the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives (DISPERINDAGKOP)Manggarai - NTT. The formulation of the problem in this research is How does influence work motivationand work discipline on employee performance DISPERINDAGKOP Manggarai. Data collection methodsused in this research is by using questionnaires by spreading a list of questions to respondents in order toobtain information. The data collected was analyzed using data analysis methods used in this research thatTest Validity, Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression, Test of Determination (R2), F test and t-test. Based onthe analysis it can be concluded that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between WorkMotivation on Employee Performance. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Workdiscipline and 3) Testing together using F test showed that motivation and discipline work together to have asignificant effect on performance.Key word : Work motivation, Work discipline and employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study entitled "The Effect of compensation and leadership style on job satisfaction of employees on company PT. Campus Data Media (CDM) semarang "is to analyze compensation and leadership style on job satisfaction towards PT. Campus Data Media (CDM) Semarang. The sample used in this study were 76 respondents. Sampling technique in this study using census sampling technique to the data collection methods used in this research is using questionnaires (questionnaire) by spreading a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the item, the Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the Partial each independent variable. The results of the hypothesis are: (1) The results of the statistical linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 0.362 + 0.527 X1 X2. Standardized coefficients (standardized Coefficients) in the table above, are used to determine the effect of independent variables, namely: leadership style (X1), compensation (X2), employee satisfaction (Y) PT. Campus Media Data. (2) The calculation of Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination is equal to 0756 or by 75.6%. This means that the effect of leadership style variable (X1), variable compensation (X2) jointly influence the job satisfaction variable (Y) is equal to 75.6% while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. (3) The hypothesis that has been done in this study we can conclude that: A) There is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction. B) There is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction employee compensation. C) Compensation and leadership styles together has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, motivation and discipline toward perfomance of employees working on the performance of Balai Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan (UPT BPDIKJUR). Data collection was done through questionnaires and performed on 100 employees of Balai Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan (UPT BP DIKJUR). In this case, the researchers did not use sampling techniques because the samples studied is the whole of the population, also called census. technique testing data used in this research include the validity test using the Kaiser-Mayer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO) andLoading factors. Results addressing the value of Kaiser-Mayer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO) qualified for further analysis to declared invalid. Further analysis using multiple regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables. The result is a hypothesis that shows leadership style has positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, while positive and significant motivation on employeeperformance and work discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance.Key words: leadership style, Motivation, work discipline and employee performance.

Brand is a name, term, sign, symbol design, or combination thereof that identifies a product / service is thetangible and intangible values that are represented in a trademark (trademark) that is able to create value and its owninfluence on the market when it is set correctly.According to David A. Aaker (1991) the basic concept of brand equity (brand equity) can be grouped into 5elements of brand loyalty (brand loyalty) brand awareness (brand awareness) impression of the quality (perceived quality)brand association (brand association) the assets of the rights of other brands (other proprietary brand assets).Brand preferences created from a set of attributes that have been known and in a relatively higher value bykonsumen.Dengan strong preference, then the probability of consumers will buy a particular companys products comparedto competitors is certainly higher. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, communication and organizational culture on employee performance Vocational Education Training Center (BP DIKJUR). The data was collected through questionnaires and conducted at 75 Hall employee development Vocational Education (BP DIKJUR). In this case, the study is the employess at the office BP DIKJUR Semarang consisting of 75 people, also called census. Mechanical testing data used in this study include the validity test using the Kaiser-Mayer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adquecy (KMO) and Loading factor. The result showed that the value of Kaiser-Mayer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adquecy (KMO) qualified for further analysis analyzes use traditional multiple regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables. The result is the result suggests the hypothesis that leadership style has positive and significant impact on employee performance, while communication does not affect employee performance and organizational culture positive and significant influence on employee performance.Key words : leadership styles, communication and organizational culture on employee performance

Abstract

This research is a study that examined the influence of job characteristics, competence and motivation on employee performance for employees PT. Pertamina (Persero) Terminal BBM Pengapon Semarang. Research using census method where the entire population were sampled by 35 respondents. Description of the variables showed that the perception of the respondents on the variable generally high, variable job characteristics scores averaged 3.99, the variable competence scores averaged 3.60, variable motivation scores averaged 3.84, and the mean score of the variable employee performance prestudy 3.72. From the results obtained are characteristic variables does not affect the work performance of employees with a positive coefficient of 0.087 and 0.412 significance. While the competence and motivation variables have positive and significant impact on employee performance. Competence influence positive coefficient 0.418 and 0.001 significance. A positive motivational influence coefficient 0.558 and 0.000 significance. This means that the increased knowledge, skill and motivation of employees, will be able to influence employee performance.Keywords: job characteristics, competence, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and training ofemployees in the performance of the Regional Water Company Kendal Town. Data collectionwas done through questionnaires and carried on at 108 Regional Water Company employeeKendal Town.In this case, the researchers did not use a sampling technique, as is the method used censusdata and testing techniques used in this research include testing the validity of using the KaiserMayer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO) qualified for further analysis usingmultiple regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables.The result is a hypotesis that shows leadership and the stongest positive influence onemployee performance, followed by training and motivation on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, motivation, training and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to implementation to test and analyze the influence of motivation, ability to work and organizational commitment to the performanceof police A study was conducted in Central Java Police Sub Dalmas totaling 137 Pirponsive using the criteria of the lowest rank of Brigadier. The result of regression testing obtained result Adjustment R Square of 0,787, meaning that change of variables can be explained by the variable performance of work motivation, job ability and of 87,7% organizational commitment while for the F test showed that motivation to work together, work ability and commitment affect organizational performance.Based on the known partial regression testing motivation affect performance with significance 0,0 06 < 0,05, the ability to work on performance with significance 0,013 < 0,05 and commitment affect organizational performance with significance 0,000.< 0,05.it is identifed that all the hypotheses accepted or proven.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Husada Semarang branch. This type of research is explanatory research or research that is explaining the study population were all employees of PT. Sari Husada Semarang branch, data collection methods used by the census to the number of respondents using as many as 80 people. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Motivation and significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational culture is positive and significant effect on employee performance.(3) Discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee performance. The test results simultaneously work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance simultaneously. The results of the coefficient of determination of 64.3% can be explained by the work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline to performance. While the remaining 35.7% is explained by other causes beyond the variables of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline such as leadership, salaries, work environment, training and education foremployees.Key words: work motivation, organizational culture, work discipline, employee performance.

Abstract

Thepurpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), guarantee (assurance), and empathy (empathy) toward customer satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research or research that is explained. The study population is people who have never used the services of Semarang JNE, samples taken 100 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique based sampling certain considerations. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that: There is a positive and significant correlation between tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to customer satisfaction Semarang JNE. Of the five variables, the reliability of the variables have the greatest influence, while the variable responsiveness to have the smallest effectKey words: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and customer satisfaction.
