Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan sebab memiliki kemampuan berkembang sebagai penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dalam jangka panjang, maka perusahaan perlu meningkatkan ketrampilan, kemampuan dan semangat kerja kepada para karyawan agar mampu bersaing dalam era persaingan global. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penulis mencoba mengangkat penelitian dengan judul “PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (studi kasus pada karyawan PT. Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture Jepara)” Penelitian mengenai variabel Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasional, Budaya Organisasi, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan mengambil sampel 76 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu random sampling atau secara acak. Penelitian ini membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel yang diajukan sebagai alat ukur yaitu motivasi kerja, komunikasi organisasional, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture Jepara, dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: terciptanya kinerja karyawan PT. Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture Jepara banyak dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, hal ini dapat dilihat dari koefisien regresinya. Pengujian secara parsial diperoleh: terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunilasi organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Sebesar 73,7%. kinerja karyawan PT. Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture Jepara dapat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, komunikasi organisasional, dan budaya organisasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka motivasi kerja, komunikasi organisasional, dan budaya organisasi sangat penting untuk dijaga dan ditingkatkan oleh PT. Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture Jepara.Kata kunci :Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasional, dan Budaya Organisasi

Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the organizational culture efect. Work motivation and leadership styles on job satisfaction of employees in the study population is PT.Indofood Semarang employee who bejumlah 1737 people. Based on the calculation formula slovin samples in this study amounted to 94.5 rounded to 95 respondents. Techniques of data analysis in this study usingmultiple linear regression while hypothesis testing using t test and F test Based on survey results revealed that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture (X1)on job satisfaction of employees (Y), there are positive and significant influence between motivation (X2) on job satisfaction laryawan (Y), there are positive and significant effect of style leadership (X3) on job satisfaction of employees (Y), organizational culture, motivation and leadership styles together have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction.Based on the coefficient of determination there is the influence of motivational variables (X1), the variable of work discipline (X2), the work environment variables (X3) jointly affect the performance variable (Y) is 73.9% while the remaining amount of 26.1%. Key words: Culture organisasi, motivation, leadership style and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is a study that examined the influence environme work, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Department of Highways Semarang.Sesuai title above performance is affected by several factors that support good work environment factors, motivation and job satisfaction, or it could be other factors beyond of the third factor. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and sample scored 60 sanmpel employees. Employee data is then tested using KMO and Loading factors. The results showed that the value of KMO eligiblefor further analysis to Loading factor, then factor analysis loading declared invalid. Further analysis using multiple regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables. The result is a work environment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, while the motivation was not a significant and positive effect on employee performance and satisfaction, and a significant positive effect On employee performance. This study has a limitation that is based on research, the limitations of this study is the value of Adjusted R square of 0.608. This indicated that the work environment, motivation, and job satisfaction hany mampumenjelaskan 60.8% each variable of the variable employee performance. While 39.2% of employees in the performance of the Department of Highways Semarang influenced by actors - other factors outside the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction, trust and commitment to customer loyalty. Based on the research goal is to take title "The Effect of Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment to Customer Loyalty (Studies XL On SIM Card Stikubank Semarang University student))". Population research on student stikubank Semarang and sampled 80 respondents. Study using primary data by questionnaire. Data analysis using regression analysis. Results were positive and significant effect of satisfaction on loyalty. So that if customer satisfaction XL card up, it will create will also increase customer loyalty. Significant positive influence of trust and loyalty. So that if trust customers of XL card up, it will create will also increase customer loyalty. Commitment and a significant positive effect on customer loyalty so that when commitment to XL card up, it will create high customer loyalty. Satisfaction, trust and commitment are jointly significant and positive effect on customer loyalty, so if satisfaction, trust and commitment together will make up the high customer loyalty. Adjusted R Square 51.1% can be explained by satisfaction, trust and commitment to loyalty. While the remaining 48.9% are explained by other variables of satisfaction, trust, commitment a competitors and quality of service.Keywords: Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment and Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jamu terbesar di Semarang. Alasan pemilihan obyek penelitian didasarkan karena ada penurunan pendapatan yang diperoleh perusahaan khususnya 3 tahun terakhir, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu antara lain karyawan yang diambil sebagai sampel merupakan karyawan bagian produksi yang masih aktif bekerja di PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa (1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) kesempatan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resource management is the responsibility of every manager and among those responsibilities also include training and workforce development to improve productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of manpower training and development on employee productivity partsproduction. Sample collection technique is simple random sampling. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 20 shows that: (1).Training has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. Abstract

An organization / company will function effectively if handled by people who have skills and high work productivity in performing the tasks assigned to him. Value is the value added of activities of the people there, and the value thus also referred to as an increase in labor productivity. Some of the factors that affect work productivity is leadership, motivation and training. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and training on employee productivity. Sample collection technique is the technique of non-random (non random / non-probability) and census techniques. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis using SPSS Version 13 show that: (1). Leadership has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. (2). Motivation has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. (3). Training has positive and significant impact on laborproductivity. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang paling penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan sebagai subyek pelaksanaan kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional sebuah perusahaan. Sehingga setiap organisasi haruslah memperhatikan dan memberdayakan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya dengan baik agar organisasi dapat berkembang. Dalam rangka memberdayakan karyawan yang ada maka perusahaan harus mampu memotivasi karyawannya, penerapan kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang tepat, sehingga akan meningkatkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works (ISTW) Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan mengajukan sejumlah pertanyaan tertulis yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi dan responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works (ISTW) Semarang yang berjumlah 140 orang. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 103 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara convenience sampling atau sampel yang dipilih dengan pertimbangan kemudahan. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian validitas menggunakan Pearson Correlation, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (2) kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik kepemimpinan yang terjadi dalam organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (3) budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik budaya organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze thesig ni ficanteffects of job stress, discipline, and motivation either partiallyor simultan eouslyand toanalyze the dominant independent variables and their effects onemployee performance staff. The research methodis a survey. The type of databeing usedis qualitative and quantitative. Source of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population was amounted to 109 employees staff employees. Samples take namounted to 33 respondents. Testinstrumentsusing the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. Advicecan begiven leaderships hould increase motivationby providing hope, and incentives to employees to bemore vibrantworks. Corporate leaderss houldresolveas early as possible or keepthings that canlead tojob stress, with thecamdid not provide atough work load and excessive, and to provide remunerationis not toolow. And leaders should further enhance the discipline factorth at better employee performance, discipline by setting preventive, corrective and progressive discipline discipline. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 sayung Kabupaten Demak. Sesuai dengan observasi dan kajian permasalahan yang dilakukan peneliti di obyek penelitian bahwa tingkat kelembagaan yang lemah, relevansi output dan input organisasi yang belum optimal dan pola kepemimpinan dan manajerial pimpinan yang sentralistik. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data dan analisisnya termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian mewakili populasi keseluruhan berjumlah 65 responden. Data dari responden diuji dengan Analisis Regresi Ganda, uji determinasi dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasilnya ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja terhadap semangat kerja, pegawai dan ada pengaruh yang positif signifikan simultan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 Sayung. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi ingkat kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi akan semakin meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mempunyai katerbatasan yaitu periode pengambilan sampel dan observasi yang relatif pendek, belum mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang ,mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai. Hal ini memang menjadi pilihan peneliti berdasarkan permasalahan yang menonjol di objek penelitian. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian berikutnya bisa mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 Sayung Kabupaten Demak.
