Abstract

In this research, researcher used a proportional stratified random sampling and obtain a sample size of 95 people. Data taken from the samples were then tested with the validity and reliability. The result indicates that the data are valid and have the reliability. Further analysis researcher used multiple regression to explain the relationship between variables under research. The result is the promotion, price, location, and reference groups have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

Emulation of[is effort in the field of motorbike workshop especially in nations is expanding very quickly. company of the Workshop have to be more pay attention the quality of service activities which they sell. Concept of is quality of service have come to very dominant factor to efficacy of company, because if customer client or consumer feel that quality of well accepted service or it to hence will feel trust and have commitment become customer which is loyal. Pursuant to the mentioned hence writer try to lift research with title “Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi Pada CV. Yudistira Motor Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal) ”. Research concerning influence of is quality of service to customer loyalties at CV. Yudistira Motor Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal take 80 responder with significant level 5%, used by data is primary data, data analysis use analysis qualitative and quantitative which cover validity test, test reliabilities, doubled regression, hypothesis test and determination coefficient. Pursuant to variable influence data analysis of is quality of service to customer loyalties can be taken by the following conclusion : equation of yielded by doubled linear regression of examination by partial obtained there are positive influence and significant between quality of service which in the form of extant to customer loyalties CV. Yudistira Motor Kaliwungu. There are positive influence and significant between quality of service which in the form of mainstay to customer loyalties CV. Yudistira Motor Kaliwungu. There are positive influence and significant between quality of service which in the form of comments to customer loyalties CV. Yudistira Motor Kaliwungu. There are positive influence and significant between quality of service which in the form of certainty to customer loyalties CV. Yudistira Motor Kaliwungu. Abstract

Level emulation of corporate world in Indonesia very tight, because each company ever can improve market compartment and reach for new consumer. Company have to earn to determine correct marketing strategy to be its effort can stay and win emulation, so that the intention of the company can reach. Producer shall have knowledge consumer appetite related to price, product attribute and advertisement which good for knowing how third the factor can influence consumer in buying Gudang Garam cigarette. Target of this research is to know influence of price, product attribute, and advertisement to decision of purchasing of Gudang Garam cigarette in District of Pedurungan. Population in this research is all society exist in district of Pedurungan, while sampel the taken is counted 100 responder with method of convenience samples (election of sampel pursuant to amenity), that is method chosen sampel of population element which data is easy to got by researcher. As for analysis method the used is examination of data instrument, analyse doubled linear regresi, examination of hypothesis t-test and coefficient of determinasi. From calculation of t hitung price variable (X1) known by number of t hitung = 4,932 > t tables of 1,661 so that signifikan. Matter this means price have an effect on positive and signifikan to decision of proven purchasing. From calculation of t hitung product attribute variable (X2) known by number of t hitung = 3,363 > t tables of 1,661 so that signifikan. Matter this means product attribute have an effect on positive and signifikan to decision of proven purchasing. From calculation of t hitung advertisement variable (X3) known by number of t hitung = 3,278 > t tables of 1,661 so that signifikan. Matter this means advertisement have an effect on positive and signifikan to decision of proven purchasing. Result of analysis go into effect for all population (entire/all society). Abstract

Benefit that got with do this gives thinking contribution for manager and watchfulness side furthermore in wisdom taking and decision in the field of trade, economics and marketing. as to aim to analyze price perception influence towards customer satisfaction, to analyze location influence towards customer satisfaction, to analyze service quality influence towards customer satisfaction and to analyze price perception influence, location and service quality towards customer satisfaction. This watchfulness aims to detect to detect price perception influence, location and service quality towards customer satisfaction. as to sample in this watchfulness is sample in this watchfulness customer mister burger at city Semarang. Analyzer that used doubled linear regression. Watchfulness result shows that found influence significant positive between price perception towards customer satisfaction, will mean when achievable price perception so customer satisfaction will increase. The influence significant positive between location towards customer satisfaction, will mean when location will increase so customer satisfaction will increase. Found influence significant positive between service towards customer satisfaction, will mean when service will increase so customer satisfaction will increase.Keywords: Price Perception, Location and Service Quality towards Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examined the effect of interest of leadership, motivation and morale of the employees performance Alam Indah Hotel and Restaurant Population of this study were employees of Alam Indah Hotel and restaurant totaling 102 people. Sampling was done by the method in which the population census as a sample, and obtained 101 respondents. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression. Is a multiple linear regression analysis used to determine the effect of two or more independent variables on a dependent variable. The conclusion of this study are as follows: (1) leadership had no effect on performance. (2) motivation has a positive effect on performance. (3) Morale positive effect on performance.Key words: performance, leadership, motivation and morale

Abstract

Advertising is the main source of information in decision making. Advertising activity is one of the main promotional tool that is often used to direct communications are persuaded to that is aim. Advertisements may use a lot of media, one is the television media. Celebrity endorser are widely used in magazine ads, as well as a TV commercial to support product. The ads Star (celebrity endorser) move as people are talking about a product that will influence the nature and behavior of consumers who refer to the products that it supports. This research aims to analyze the effect of visibility, credibility, attraction and the power Indomie purchasing decisions on student Unisbank in Semarang. Hypothesis is : Visibility, Credibility, Attraction and Power influential positive and significant to Purchasing Decision, as partially or simultanly.The population in this study are students of Unisbank, Semarang. The sample in this research is student Unisbank of 100 respondents. Type the data is the primary. A method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The techniceque analysis data used in this research is multiple regression. The result of this research showing that, visibility, credibility, attraction and power has significant and positive effect to purchasing decisions indomie as partially and simultanly. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of advantage of product, competitive of price and competitive of not price about buying decision Honda motorcycle in Stikubank Semarang University student. SPSS software for data analysis. The result of the analysis showed that advantage of product significant influences about buying decision. While competitive of price and competitive of not price not significant influences about buying decision. This empirical result indicated that in order to increase buying decision should focus on factors such as:advantage of product, competitive of price, and competitive of not price, because its factors proven has influence toward degree of buying decision. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji tentang pengaruh komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadiap kinerja karyawan pacia PDAM kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PDAM Kabupaten Demak. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PDAM Kab. Demak yang berjumlah 60 pegawai. Tehnik pengambiian sampei ciaiam peneiitian ini  menggunakan teknik sensus yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian karena jumlahnya hanya 60 pegawai. Berdasarkan hasii uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa uji hipoiesis pertama diterima dimana komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Demak, hipotesis kedua diterima dimana kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PDAM  Kabupaten Demak,  hipotesis ketiga diterima dimana budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Demak.Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi bahwa menunjukkan bahwa adjusted R Square sebesar 0.640, hal ini berarti 64 % perubahan dari variabel terikat atau kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yaitu komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi sebesar 64% sedangkan sisanya yang 36% dijelaskan diluar model tersebut.Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja

Abstract

This study is to test the influence of leadership, communication, motivation, and promotion on employee performance. One attempt to improve quality of human resources is a good leadership, communication within the organization is good, high employee motivation and promotions based on employee perfomance. Perfomance assessment is an important factor in determining salary increase and employee career development. In this study, researchers used a validity test to measure the level of test validity and reliability of an instrument to measure the stability of a measuring instrument in measuring a symptom. After testing the validity and reliability, then the next step researchers formulate regression equations. As formulated the regression analysis that is oftenused to predict how big the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The result is a variable leadership, communication, motivation, and promotion has a positive value or improve employee performance. This means that the higher the influence of leadership, communication, motivation, and promotion the higher employee performance. This studies have limitations, namely a short sampling period and do not consider other key variables that can affect the perfomance of the employee. Therefore, further research is suggested to consider the other main variables and the time of the study need to be even longer so that it can be generalized.
