Abstract

ABSTRACT This study has purpose to find out and analyze strategies have been used and necessary to be used by village owned business entity in the management of Paksebali Tourism Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. This study has using qualitative descriptive. While informant determining technique used is purposive and snowball sampling. The results of the SWOT Matrix analysis resulted in three alternative SO (Strength-Opportunities) which became the alternative strategy of choice as priority for future strategies such; improve the performance of HR in the management of the Tourism Village as well as in the development of information technology in the marketing process, optimize the development of tourism potential and tourism objects in utilizing the potential of the village as a tourist attraction and increase and develop communication networks and cooperation with the government, villages, managers and stakeholders in the development and management of the Paksebali Tourism Village. Abstract

ABSTRACT Endek woven fabric craft is one of the featured products in Klungkung Regency. The problems faced by MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Endek woven fabric craft in Klungkung Regency was mostly about business management such as capital problems, limited human resources (HR), as well as production and marketing. This research used descriptive qualitative methods and the data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The result of the research showed that the empowerment had not been able to run optimally and did not meet the government targets, because there were still several problems that became the obstacle factors, namely the lack of labor, there was no regeneration or renewal of facilities and infrastructure that still limited, as well as a lack of socialization in growing community interest. Abstract

Community Based Tourism (CBT) is a means of a progressive tourism activity itself, a tourism development based on its community or which is known as Community Based Tourism (CBT). In Kesiman, Denpasar City, especially in Banjar Ujung, there is a tourist destination which uses community-based tourism concept where all of the activities of this place are managed and ran by the community itself. Tukad Bindu puts forward the concept of environmentally friendly by highlighting its main feature which is a river that is plastic-free and has done naturalization, which makes the river its main attraction and also gives a plus point for the place. Not only its river, the location of this place is in Denpasar City which makes this a stand out thew for the city. Abstract

Klungkung Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has an innovation in the field of birth certificate, namely the Bela Nanda program, this program aims to provide fast, accurate and responsive public service in the field of birth certificate. In the implementation of the program Bela Nanda in collaboration with public hospitals and health centers in Klungkung Regency. The purpose of this study is to find the performance of Disdukcapil in issuing birth certificates through the Bela Nanda program.This study based on Dwiyanto theory about performance. the results show that there are several indicators that have worked well namely accountability indicators while indicators of productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, and responsibility have worked well but not optimally such as socialization, community requirements incomplete, influenced of local culture in naming babies and no joint evaluation has ever taken. Abstract

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the purpose of this study was to determine the management of the Village Fund in handling COVID-19 in Darmasaba Village in the 2020 budget year. The theory used in this study is Village Financial Management according to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014, using three indicators of village financial management functions: planning, implementation, and accountability. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data were obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: Planning begins with the refocusing of the Village Fund budget. The implementation be in the form of the establishment of posts and the monitoring activities of Darmasaba Village COVID-19 Volunteers. Accountability is directly carried out to the Regional Government. The percentage of realization of Village Fund management in handling COVID-19 in Darmasaba Village is 60,22 percent of the Village Fund. Keywords: Management, Village Fund, COVID-19

Abstract

Bedah Desa is an innovation program created by the Klungkung Regency Government which aims to inventory problems in the village also to explore the potential of each village in Klungkung Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research applying the policy implementation model approach according to Van Meter and Van Horn through six indicators, namely aims and standards policy, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, communication between organizations, disposition of implementing agents, social, economic, and political environment. Based on this analysis, it shows that Bedah Desa Program implementation in Klungkung Regency has not been able to run optimally, because there are still several problems such as, there is no systematic program implementation schedule, the lack of completion targets and supervision related to follow-up the assistance provided. Abstract

Munggu Village is one of tourist village in Badung Regency. There are Mekotek Tradition as cultural tourism in Munggu Tourist Village and still found problems related to development of cultural tourism so the role of stakeholders is needed. Aims of this study is to determine the role of stakeholders in development of cultural tourism. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Technique of determining informants is purposive sampling. The development of cultural tourism in Munggu Tourist Village was in the form of a program to encourage tourism activities and there are stakeholders who take part in it. The role of stakeholders and relationship between stakeholders has not been optimal. This is shown by the fact that problems are still being encountered in the implementation of the role of Munggu Village Government and Pokdarwis Warisan Pusaka. Abstract

Denpasar city as one of the cities contributes to the number of people with mental disabilities through the Denpasar City Social Service intensively making various efforts to handle mentally, especially schizophrenia with KPSI Simpul Bali by forming a treatment area in Denpasar City which is called Rumah Berdaya. The research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This study analyze the synergy between the Denpasar City Social Service and the KPSI Simpul Bali in Handling Mental Disabilities in Denpasar City Empowerment House, using synergy model according to Najiyati and Rahmat which consist of communication and coordination indicators. From research, it was found that synergy between the Denpasar City Social Service and KPSI Simpul Bali has been going well. But in its implementation there are still obstacles and several things that must be improved so that the synergy can be optimal. Keywords : Synergy, Mental Disabilities, Social Rehabilitation.

Abstract

Synergy between the Satpol PP of Denpasar City and the Denpasar City Transportation Service, it is hoped that they will be able to curb street vendors in Denpasar City, especially on RA Kartini street, Wangaya market Denpasar area in order to create order and security on the road. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques1 in the form of observation1, interview1 and documentation1. This study looks at how the synergy between the Satpol PP of Denpasar City and the Denpasar City Department of Transportation in the implementation of curbing street vendors in Denpasar City, especially on RA Kartini street, Wangaya market Denpasar area by using the Najiyati synergy indicator which consists of communication and coordination. The results showed that the synergy was running well based on communication and coordination indicators. Need to be improved so that the synergy can run more optimally. Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Denpasar City is the main service in conducting the administrative process. Seeing this, the Department of Population and Civil Registration issued a public service innovation called TaringdukcapilProgram , which in this program is done registration through the website for various needs of population files and civil registration so that the public can do remote file creation. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview and documentation studies. Based on the study of Service Quality Theory according to Zeithami-Parasuraman-Berry obtained that the quality of this program has been running well but still not optimal such as Tangibles , Reliability , Responsive , Assurance and Empathy deficiencies occur due to the lack of checking of devices to be used, socialization, knowledge of officers to the program, the public still difficulty in obtaining queue numbersTaringdukcapil Program.
