Abstract

ABSTRACT As a government agency under the supervision ofthe Sidoarjo Regional Personnel Agency. Sukodono Sub-District Office successfully made an achievement in 2018 as the Clean Serving Bureaucracy Region which was obtained from the Ministry of Civil Service Administration and Bureaucratic Reform. This triggers researchers to find out how much influence an award has on employee performance. In this study, researchers used a quantitative method in which to collect data using questionnaires / questionnaires and interviews and linking two variables that have been determined. After the researchhas been carried out, it can be obtained that there is an effect of rewards on the performance of the facilitators. This means that an increase in awards will lead to an increase in the performance of employees of the Sukodono subdistrict office in Sidoarjo Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Badung Regency Social Service is a government agency as the executor of regional autonomy which deals with social issues, particularly performing a role in improving the quality of health services. One of them is the Social Assistance Program for Patient Companions. The research objective to be achieved is to determine the extent of the Implementation of the Social Assistance Program for Patient Companions in Badung Regency The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Social Assistance Program for Patient Companions has already reached the target performance well, but it cannot be said to be the maximum results.be seen from the lack of community understanding patterns regarding social assistance programs for patient companion in Badung Regency. Therefore, awareness is needed from both the social services and the community to maintain good communication with each other so that the aims and objectives can be achieved optimally. Abstract

ABSTRACTl The House Renovation Program is a public policy implemented in the Canggu Village of Badung Regency, the purpose of which is to provide a decent house for poor people who have a house unfit for habitation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. Indicators used of this study are (1) standards and policy objectives, (2) resources, (3) characteristics of implementing agents, (4) attitude of aimplementers, (5) Communication limplementers, (6) lsocial, economicl environment and politics. Thel results ofl the research from this Program show that the implementation of this program has been carried out well, but not completely. Whereas for resources there are problems in the budget or funds provided, then the attitude of the implementer and the social, economic and political environment there are obstacles in the understanding of the community towards the implementation phase of this program is lacking. Abstract

ABSTRACT Research shows that to review how the government's accountability of Badung regency in implementing grants. Research uses descriptive qualitative. The research uses the public sector accountability theory with transparency, accountability, control, responsibility and resposivity indicators. The results showed some inhibitions to public such as lack of information on understanding and obedience to the rules of law in the use of grants provision, lack of seriousness in the government of Badung Regency In conducting inspections with partial monitoring results using samples, grant conditions are not in accordance with the accuracy of their respective types and instructions for confirmation of the determination of the recipient public Not carried out by the regent wholly but also by the House of Representatives can be an opportunity to achieve moral in the community for personal benefit. Abstract

ABSTRACT Village Consultative Body (BPD) Tegal Kertha is a village legislative institution whose members are selected by the community directly to overseeing performance village head to realize transparency and accountability governance villages. The purpose of this research to see extent to which effectiveness Village Consultative Body (BPD) Tegal Kertha in the process supervision gavornment village in accordance with the stated goals and plans. Measurement effectiveness uses the Gibson theory with 3 variables that affect the level of effectiveness of an organization with based on goals approach, system based approach, and stakeholders based approach is to look preventive supervision and supervision of repressive by Situmorang. The result of this research indicate Village Consultative Body (BPD) Tegal Kertha carry out function well but there are still found as the weakness of the management of community aspiration and increase knowledge awareness of the tehnically train them about their function and tasks. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar Mayor Regulation no.09 of 2009 concerning arrangement and coaching traditional markets, shopping centers and modern shops in reducing the growth of modern stores in the South Denpasar and suppressing the growth rate of modern shops that are not in accordance with established regulations. This regulation is lacking because there are many modern shops stand in the District of South Denpasar not in accordance distance that has been determined and don’t have parking space, causing congestion on the Panjer road. These problems have led to miscommunication between the government and modern shop business entities that want to take care of modern store business permit (IUTM). The research method used in research is descriptive qualitative. To obtain data, authors conducted in-depth field observations with informants related to this regulation. The findings of this study indicate that there are many modern stores that stand without a permit from the government or modern. Keywords: Evaluation, Arrangement and Construction

Te purpose of this study is analyzing about how the excecution of Local Waste Management Innovation that support industries in term of electricity in Klungkung Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method, and also it was examined based on Merrille S. Grindle’s concept, the policy implementation model. This research has result that the TOSS program has been quite successfully implemented but it has not been maximum based on implementation of the program indicator cause still found the technical problems that directly related to operational. ABSTRACT The library sector has high potential in creating quality human resources. In realizing this, the government needs to increase the reading interest the still low Klungkung societyaby utilizingathealibrary. The purpose of this research is to identify the implementation of the Gema Arcaastrategy in expanding the reading interest of the Klungkungasocietyaandaeffortsatoadesignaa newaapproach.aTheaunitaof analysis of this research was Archieves and Library Office of Klungkung Regency and this research used a qualitative descriptive method. The study produces alternative strategy of SO5(Strengths-Opportunities) through the SWOT matrix test, namely : utilizing IT as a means of information in the Klungkung regional library, develop appeal throughalibrary collections, create new innovations inathe implementation of library services, and procurementaof infrastructure facilitiesato supportalibrary services,aas well increasingaschoolaand village library development.
