Abstract

LPHD Medewi is a village institution in charge of managing village forests in Medewi village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Village Forest Management Program by the Village Forest Management Institute (Case Study: Medewi Village Forest Management Institute, Pekutatan District, Jembrana Regency). Measurement of effectiveness is carried out through three approaches proposed by Balduck and Buelens, namely the source approach, the process approach, and the goal approach. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the village forest management program by LPHD Medewi has been running well but has not been effective because there are still obstacles in the measurement indicators. Abstract

Denpasar city is currently working on getting neglected elderly people to get better and maximum protection as they should be as parents who must be respected. This study aims to determine how synergy in Social Service of Denpasar City Social Service of Bali Province and Tresna Werdha Wana Seraya Social Institution in the handling of neglected elderly people in Denpasar City. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study use two indicators of synergy according to Najiyati, namely communication and coordination, which shows that the synergy that exists midst Social Service of Denpasar City Social Service of Bali Province and Tresna Werdha Wana Seraya Social Institution has been running well. But there are still some shortcomings that must be improved so that in the future more optimal synergy. Keywords : Synergy, Abandoned Elderly, Elderly Welfare.

Abstract

The Attorney Goes to School Program (JMS) is a non-Penal policy program from the Indonesian Attorney General's Office which aims to increase legal awareness to the public. The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of the implementation of the JMS Program in increasing the legal awareness of students in Badung Regency. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The research was studied using Duncan's Theory of Effectiveness with indicators of Achievement of Goals, Integration, and Adaptation. The results showed that the implementation of the JMS program in Badung Regency was running quite effectively and was running optimally. The JMS program has succeeded in implementing plans and adaptations but still does not meet the Integration indicator because the Badung District Prosecutor's Office is still facing a shortage of human resources, and has not socialized the program to schools in Badung Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACTt Bali Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2016 concerning Tour Guides aims to create a qualified tourist workers by providing empowerments in the form of training, coaching, and supervision of tour guides. Thesstudy aims to find outthow the implementation of thisspolicy in Gianyar Regency created quality tourism andaaffected thessocial-economic conditions. Thesstudy usessdescriptive qualitative methods with data collectionntechniques throughoobservation,ninterviews, andpdocumentation.tThe rresearch innGianyar Regency indicate this policy did not give maximum result. This is because no implementation standard give by the Provincial Government, the lack of Humas Resources (HR) under policy supervision, and the attitudeeof theeimplementers whoodo nottsupport thessuccess of this policy. The implementation of Regent Regulation as a supporting regulatin for this policy in Gianyar Regency has also not been implemented due to funding constraints that have not been approved by the Gianyar Regent. Abstract

The management of the village income and expenditureEbudget (APB Desa) for the 2018 and 2019 fiscal years in Cau Belayu Village finances.one of the village expenditures in the field of community empowerment, namely the Ternak Babi Terintegrasi program (TERBIT). Budget management that has been carriedsout for 2 fiscal yearstin the realization of the TERBIT program has resulted in a surplus of considerable value. The-research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The analysis used is the management indicator according to Adisasmita, namely planning, implementation, and supervision. The results.of this study indicate that budget managementsin the funding of the TERBIT program is quite appropriate in accommodating community empowerment. Budget management is expected to absorb the entire budgeted funds, however inadequate planning and a much smaller realization value cause a fairly large surplus in the 2 years of budget realization. Abstract

The Tourism and Culture Office Bangli Regency to develop the tourism sector is guided by RIPPDA (Regional Tourism Development Master Plan). However, in the development of tourism in Bangli Regency is relatively slow caused the competence of human resources of tourism; decrease in tourist visits due to the Covid-19 Pandemic; budget; accessibility; and the lack of new DTW tourism promotions The purpose of the research is to find out the extent of the implementation strategy by the Tourism and Culture Office Bangli Regency to efforts development of regional tourism. The strategy analysis using strategic planning by John M. Bryson and SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat). The type of research is descriptive-qualitative. The technique of determining the information is purposive sampling. This research resulted in an alternative strategy WO (Weaknesses-Opportunitie alternative strategies. Abstract

North Denpasar District is a sub-district that has the largest area of ??slum settlements, reaching 38,2353 hectares or about 46% of all slum settlements in Denpasar City. However, in its handling through the Program KOTAKU there are still problems. In improving and making strategies, a strategy analysis is needed using indicators of strategic management processes according to Wheelen and Hunger and also SWOT analisis techniques according to Freddy Rangkuti. The research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This study produces an alternative strategy SO (Strength-Opportunities) in the form of seven alternative strategies. Four strategies have been described above which are the priority scale of the Program KOTAKU namely improving the handling of slums with the existing objectives using a collaboration platform, optimizing the role of the city government as a skipper to increase collaboration with CSR, maximizing the performance of the Pokja PKP, and optimizing support from the central government. Abstract

Badung One Package Administration Program (Badung Aku Sapa) is one of the population administration innovation programs by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency which aims to provide convenience to society to manage residence documents. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study were analysis using the effectiveness theory by Duncan which includes three indicators; achievement of objectives, integration and adaptation which shows that the implementation of the Badung One Package Administration Program (Badung Aku Sapa) has not been fully effective because there are still problems in several indicators related to the absence of a special legal basis for program implementation, inadequate socialization about the program, lack of supervision after the implementation of the program and substandard infrastructure and facilities. Abstract

Badung Regency in the top five of having the highest waste generation in Bali,. After seeing this, PT. Coca - Cola Amatil Indonesia took the initiative to help the government and the community in overcoming the hygiene problems on several beaches in Bali, such as the one in Kuta beach, in the Bali Beach Clean Up program. PT. Coca - Cola Amatil Indonesia asks the Traditional Villages of Kuta to collaborate with them in the Bali Beach Clean Up program by cleaning up Kuta Beach. The aim of this research was to determine the synergy between the traditional villages of Kuta and PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia in enforcing the Bali Beach Clean Up campaign on Kuta Beach. Abstract

The Gianyar Regency Government has a Health Assistance Program (BK) for the people of Gianyar Regency which has not been funded by health insurance. This study aims to determine how the policy implementation of the Health Assistance Program in Free Health Services Efforts in Gianyar Regency (Case Study: Sanjiwani Regional General Hospital). The method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis using policy implementation theory according to George C. Edward III consists of indicators of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the implementation of the Health Assistance Program was still not optimal as seen from the lack of socialization, lack of staff procurement, absence of accountability reports to the public and limited budget funds.
