Abstract

The Badung Regency Tourism Office has a mandate to handle the tourism sector. One of the targets is to increase the Local Own Revenue (PAD) from the retribution of tourism object. However, in archieving the target, there are still some problems. To get a strategy in solving these problems, in this research uses strategic planning process according to John M. Bryson and also SWOT analysis techniques according_to FreddynRangkuti." This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Then, this research produces four alternative strategy and the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy was chosen which has seven strategies. There are four strategies that have the potential to be implemented ", namely structuring and developing new tourist attractions based on nature, art, and culture, conducting post-Covid-19 tourism recovery and marketing, increasing revenue from tourist attraction fees, standardizing protocols health in each tourism area. Abstract

TPS 3R Sekar Tanjung was built as the first pilot project of Extended Stakeholder Responsibility (ESR) waste management system that empowers communities in the waste processing process. In its implementation, TPS 3R Sekar Tanjung experienced obstacles in the form of low community participation, lack of infrastructures, and lack of technological knowledge. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of community empowerment carried out through TPS 3R Sekar Tanjung program in the village of Sanur Kauh. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews, observation, documentations and analyzed using Duncan's Theory of Effectiveness along with Winarni’s Concept of Community Empowerment. The results showed that community empowerment carried out at TPS 3R Sekar Tanjung was not fully effective yet even though it had run optimally. TPS 3R Sekar Tanjung has succeeded in achieving their goals, integration, and enabling but has not fulfilled the indicators of adaptation, empowering and self-sustaining the society. Abstract

The Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Social established a integrated refferal service system (SLRT). The system is then developed into a integrated refferal service system. SLRT has been established in several cities or districts in Indonesia. One of them is the City of Denpasar formed the SLRT in 2017 which was organized by the Denpasar City Social Service. The theory used in this research is Agus Dwiyanto's theory of Performance such as indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The results showed that the performance of the Social Service in the Integrated Service and Referral System (SLRT) has gone well, but has not been optimal. There are people who have not recorded in DTKS, lack of sozialization, minimum number of PUSKESOS in desa/kelurahan, and human resources working to collect data in the field are still inadequate. Abstract

PDAM Tirta Mahottama Klungkung Regency is one of the regional companies that is engaged in providing clean water to the community with the aim of improving community welfare which includes social, health and public service aspects. The purpose of this research is to analyze, find out, and describe in depth the performance of the PDAM Tirta Mahottama at Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Regency. Based on a study using Dwiyanto's theory of performance, the results of the research show that several indicators have gone well, namely accountability, while indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness and responsibility have been running quite well, but are still not optimal because there are inhibiting factors such as geographical conditions. , company financing is still limited from the APBD related to company developments, technical operations are still lacking and water production capacity is still low. Abstract

In addition to media information is also evidence that can be justified. Archives are products created by any agency for their daily activities that underlie taking action, carrying out daily activities, and organizational memory. The number of samples used were 38 people from employees and the public who were taken by accidental sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. technique The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, and got the result Y = 29,156+ 2,395X1. The positive coefficient of competence is 2.395, meaning that if the employee's competence increases, the employee's performance will increase. Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Badung Regency Archives and Library Office employees. 60.2% is the magnitude of the influence of competence on the performance of the employees of the Archives and Library Office of Badung Regency. Abstract

The KUBE Smart Store Project in Jatiluwih Tourist Village is one of the Tabanan Regency Social Office’s plans to improve the welfare of beneficiaries of social assistance and is a representative place to accommodate and release quality products from KUBE members. In terms of developing product innovation and using social media, the implementation of the KUBE Smart Shop plan is still not the best choice. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the KUBE smart store program in Jatiluwih tourist village. Collect data through interviews, observations and literature research. Based on the study of effectiveness theory and target performance, integration and adaptability indicators. The results show that the effectiveness of Jatiluwih Tourist Village's KUBE smart store program has been operating effectively, but needs to be optimized again, especially in terms of capital and technology updates. Abstract

The Mentoring Program is a target program for MSMEs, especially in increasing the competitiveness of business products. Coaching aims to maximize the community's economy in order to create competitiveness between developing business products. The researcher limits this research to the East Denpasar District, Denpasar City. In its implementation, there are still problems related to the low public awareness of information on coaching programs and human resources who are less skilled in business products that have high competitiveness values. The purpose of this study is to find out how the problems of MSMEs and how MSMEs can improve the community's economy. The results of related research were analyzed using three aspects according to Sumodinigrat (1999), namely increasing access to business capital assistance, increasing access to human resources, and increasing access to facilities and infrastructure to support business. Abstract

Tegallalang village has officially managed Ceking Terrace tourism object through Badan Pengelola Objek Wisata Ceking and is corroborated Bendesa Tegallalang Regulation Number: 055/VI/DPT/2011 on the arrangement of Ceking area. This research applies descriptive qualitative method and observation, interview, and documentation as the method of collecting the data. The purpose of this research is to know how local people participate in the development of ceking terrace tourism object Tegallalang Village Gianyar Regency applying tourism development theory and Comunity Based Tourism approach according to bambang sunaryo through 3 indicators which influence the application of Comunity Based Tourism namely planning stage, implementation stage, and monitoring and evaluation stage. The result of this research is the development of the Ceking Terrace through planning and evaluating, however, it was not maximal in the implementation process. Abstract

Denpasar Mayor Regulation Number 49 of 2019 is a reference to use PRO Denpasar+ application in realizing Denpasar City as a smart city in Indonesia. The process of transforming the governance through a smart city has indicated that Denpasar is implementing the practice of dynamic governance. The purpose of this study is to determine the dynamic governance process in realizing Denpasar as a smart city through the use of PRO Denpasar+ application using dynamic governance theory by Neo and Chen. This study was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method which resulted in observation data, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study is all indicators have entered into the dynamic capability process but in its implementation there are still deficiencies in indicators of thiking again because the problem of socialization that has not been carried out optimally which impacts to functions and number of application users. Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of village potential, empowerment is needed so that potential management can develop, progress and be independent Through communitykempowermentoin the development of a Tourism Village in Penarungan Village as a form of implementation of community development in Indonesia from a tourism-based village. The purpose of this study was to determine how thedprocess of community empowerment activities in the development of a tourist village in Penarungan Village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of community empowerment activities in the development of a tourist villagemin PenarungannVillage. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Community Empowerment Theory according to Mardi Yatmo Hutomo (2000: 7-10) The results of this study indicate that the indicators for capital assistance, infrastructure development and mentoring have been going well, but the institutional indicators and partnerships are still not optimal in empowerment in Penarungan Village.
