Abstract

Sukawati art market is one of the traditional art markets that must be preserved. This research aims the process of Collaborative Governance in the Development of Shopping Objects Sukawati Art Market Gianyar Regency. There are still problems in the collaboration process, namely the lack of government and human resources roles are inadequate. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The analysis uses collaboration process indicators according to Ansell and Gash as well as the Collaboration Success Measure according to Deseve. The result shows that the collaboration between the government and the private sector went well, but the collaboration between businesses with the Department of Industry and Trade gianyar regency and PT. Abstract

Health become basic rights for society in a country.The service quality rendered must also be observed by the agency because this can give patients confidence in health service so that a sense of satisfication arises in public. On the other hand, public satisfication is a measure of the quality of services rendered by such agencies. This research used a qualitive descriptive method with data gathered by observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research shows that Service Quality of The Patumbak Public Health Center to Increase public satisfication is not yet fully effective because public still compaints about some indicator which is there was no employee in Patumbak Public Health Center on the spot during office hours, employee less friendly to the patients, and also security on the inside of the building nor outside of the building doesn’t optimum Keyword : Service Quality, Public Health, Public Satisfication

Abstract

Early marriages that occur in adolescents in Bangli Regency continue to increase every year. The Office of Family Planning for Women Empowerment and Child Protection of Bangli Regency continues to strive to improve its performance in providing prevention and handling of cases related to women and children, such as early marriage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the theory of performance according to Dwiyanto, the results of the study show that the performance of the Bangli District Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Planning Office in minimizing early marriage has gone well, but has not been optimal. There are still obstacles that cause service delivery to be not optimal, such as the limited number of employees, limited funds in program implementation, lack of public interest in participating in the socialization. Abstract

Tanah Lot Traditional Market is the first traditional market has a modern concept in Tabanan Regency. Regarding the income of the Tanah Lot Traditional Market, it has not been able to reach the target that has been set so that it affects its contribution to the original income of the Beraban Traditional Village. The purpose of this research is to perfect or create new strategies related to the management of the Tanah Lot Traditional Market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis used is an indicator of strategic management according to Wheelen and Hunger, namely environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. The results of this study indicate that there are still several obstacles related to strategies that have not been maximal, program implementation has not been optimal, human resources are still low, policies implemented are not based on clear regulations. Abstract

Badung regency is in the first place with the most Money Changer business in Bali, which is 446 units or about 70% of the total money changer business in Bali. The implementation of its activities are still encountered problems such as unlicensed Money Changer and the existence of fraud related to money changer business. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of Bank Indonesia that has authority in carrying out supervision system of non-bank foreign exchange business activities. Data is collected by observation method, semistructure interview and documentation. Based on the research, the results showed that there are several indicators that have been well met as well as indicators of Productivity, Accountability, Service Quality, and Responsibiltas. While the Responsiveness indicator shows good results but is not optimal, due to lack of socialization, direct supervision, and human resources. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies that have been carried out and the ideal ones needed by the village government in developing Kamasan Tourism Village. The study has using qualitative descriptive. The technique of determining the informants used is purposive technique. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques are by means of interviews, observation and document study. The data analysis technique used is a SWOT analysis. Based on the study using SWOT matrix analysis, four alternatives were obtained from SO, WO, ST, WT which became the alternative strategy choices as a priority for future strategies such as; expanding cooperation, communication and community involvement through the application of CBT, optimizing tourism marketing activities, optimizing tourism potential and developing novelty tours, improving the quality of human resources. Abstract

The electronic parking program is an innovation program in the field of road traffic and transportation that aims to maximize local revenue obtained from parking fees. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research were analyzed using three aspects according to Charles O. Jones, namely organization, interpretation, and application / application. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the electronic parking program in Tabanan District is still not running optimally, because there are still problems in several aspects such as a lack of competent human resources related to parking coordinators, no systematic schedule for parking attendants, lack of socialization to the community, not yet. there is a special target for electronic parking, and constraints on the budget in renewing and maintaining infrastructure. Abstract

This study aims to determine, the impact evaluation of,the implementation of Mayor Regulation Number 3 of 2014, on the Implementation of Advertising, on Advertisement Tax Collectors at the Regional Revenue Agency of Denpasar City.,The research, methodin this research is a qualitative descriptive with data sources through observation and interview techniques for informants. The theory, used, by researcher is William Dun’s policy evaluation theory using indicators of ,effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness, and ,accuracy. It was found that the ,collection of advertisement tax in Denpasar City which was carried out by the Denpasar City government was still not doing optimal, because there were still many obstacles and violators in the implementation of billboards, both unpreparedness from the government agencies and stakeholders in the installation of billboards. Abstract

The Public in Denpasar town needs public service outside of the health building, from the decree of mayor number 188.45/84/HK/2019. Damakesmas Program has two programs are SPGDTS is a service of pre-hospital, and Perkesmas is a home care service. The purpose of this research is to know about the quality of the service Damakesmas Program which is given to the public as part of service outside health building. The Document is collected with the method of a semi-structured interview, observations, and documentation. Based on research used theory of Service Quality from Zeithaml-Passuraman-Berry which has five indicators that affect the quality of services such as Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy indicator. The result of the research show service quality Damakesmas Program already undergone with good enough but it was still found problem such as the service is not correct from the target and it happens service rejection from the public. Abstract

The Sanur Development Foundation is a pillar that maintains and accommodates the community empowerment program for the Sanur Traditional Village. This study aims to determine how the synergy that occurs between the Sanur Development Foundation and the Sanur Traditional Village community itself in realizing empowerment as a form of good governance. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. In conducting this research, the researcher used two indicators of synergy according to Covey, namely communication and coordination which shows that the synergy between the Sanur Development Foundation and the Sanur Traditional Village community itself has gone quite well, but therefore it is hoped that the established synergy will involve the community more from the planning stage to prevent irregularities and be more specific in meeting community needs.
