Abstract

This article discusses the impact of information and communication technology on student learning outcomes, in which the influence of information technology cannot be avoided in students' lives. The study in this research is qualitative by using the literature method. Literature is taken from books, journals and others related to technological issues and student learning outcomes in the information age. The data obtained were analyzed and searched according to the problems in this study. The results of the study show that learning that utilizes digital applications can improve student learning outcomes. Because, the information technology used by students can broaden the scientific treasures of students to obtain information as desired by students from the subject matter taught by the teacher.

Abstract

The study in this research is to find out more about the role of Islamic Human Resources in high-level leadership to increase the productivity of academic services. The research method used is qualitative with the literature method. The literature taken comes from journals, books and other literature that is closely related to Human Resources in improving higher education. The results of the study show that Human Resources in the field of education are functional competencies possessed by educational staff in carrying out their duties which are required to actualize their abilities, both intellectual and physical abilities, in an integrated manner.

Abstract

This study explores teachers' technological approaches to learning activities during a pandemic disruption. The teachers' role in solving learning activity problems during education disruption was essential. So, the expected learning outcomes can be achieved as optimally as possible. We have searched for data on book application sources and other scientific works that can be used to answer research problems. As for the review, we have analyzed the data involving data coding, interpretation, evaluating, and making conclusions to find these findings relevant to validity and reliability. After conducting an in-depth study and discussion, we finally have informed several points, including the technology approach; teachers are dominant and play a key role in implementing learning during the policy of closing schools but opening small classes remotely. We hope this finding is helpful for the following study in a relevant context.

Abstract

This article focuses on the role of school principals and committees in implementing school-based management. This quantitative research uses an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were teachers at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools throughout Metro City, totaling 70 teachers as the sample. Findings in this article The study results show a positive influence between the Leadership of the school principal and the school committee's role in implementing school-based management in Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools in Metro Lampung City, which is equal to 33.9 %. This is based on the calculation of the regression equation, which illustrates that the simultaneous increase in the school principal's leadership score and the school committee role score tends to be followed by an increase in the school-based management implementation score so that quantitatively if the two independent variables are linked together to the dependent variable, then the principal's Leadership contributes 0.4 84. The role of the school committee contributes 0.212 to the implementation of school-based management in a positive direction with a constant of 2 9.408.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between there is a significant relationship between the google classroom application media and PAI learning achievement, a significant relationship between student creativity, and a significant relationship between the google classroom application media and student creativity together with PAI learning achievements of students in Bekasi. The research method used in this study is survey and correlation methods. In this study the instrument used was a questionnaire primary data and learning outcomes using secondary data.The results of this study are the first, the google classroom application media has a significant relationship with PAI learning achievement. Evidenced by the results of data analysis (t count 5.165 > t table 1.67).KSecond, student creativity has a significant relationship with Islamic education learning achievement. Third, the google classroom application media and student creativity together have a significant relationship with PAI learning achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to elaborate on the importance of local wisdom for the Jambi Malay community, both in understanding and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a field research that has used qualitative methods where data has been collected through interviews, observation, documentation and FGD. The data that has been collected is sorted through data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. After that, the data has been analyzed with epistemological theory. Research has found that there is a fundamental difference between the epistemology of the government and the epistemology of the Jambi Malay community in the form of ethno-epistemology. This difference has led to differences in understanding and response by government and society. This finding has at the same time answered the research objective that local wisdom is important for the Jambi Malay community in understanding and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to analyze stakeholder participation in the development of children against the law. This research method is descriptive qualitative because it has a natural background, researchers are key tools (instruments), data analysis is carried out inductively, and grounded theory and descriptive. The approach used is phenomenological. The findings in this study prove that the participation applied by stakeholders is adjusted to the activities of social workers including: (a) participation related to administration and documentation, (b) identification and assessment process, (c) fulfillment of basic rights, guidance and guidance, (d) referral and reunification services, and (e) participation in post-return monitoring and reunification.

Abstract

This research focuses on analysing religious movements and the spirit of Islamic education from the Bangka Island study by a sitting institution—data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation with qualitative analysis of historical approaches. The research findings show that the study by a sitting institution is a historical fact of a traditional institution with distinctive characteristics such as the uniqueness of the curriculum, learning methods, and learning models. The spirit of Islamic education in the intensification of Islam increases the interaction of students with teachers, the level of religious adherence and the strengthening of the aspects of tauhid, akhlak, and fiqh. Then the religious movement; directed society, acculturation occurs in society on adab, communication interactions, and inspires the growth of arab schools and several madrasah diniyah.

Abstract

This article understands the reporting of bullying of students as an issue that affects Islamic educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools. Bearing in mind, the issue of bullying in this virtual space has the potential to create a crisis of public confidence. Moreover, the swift flow of news about bullying is not immediately responded to quickly, it will build a negative perception of the islamic boarding school environment. This is because islamic boarding schools, as part of Islamic educational institutions, have so far gained public trust, namely as centers of Islamic studies, especially in the formation of the character of students. This article intends to place cyber public relations activities as a strategic step for Islamic boarding schools, in dealing with the issue of student bullying. Using a virtual ethnographic approach, this study seeks to explore the reality of bullying reporting as a potential crisis, while also exploring cyber public relations activities that are carried out by utilizing internet technology tools and cyber media, so as to suppress potential crises and instill public trust in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This article mainly focuses on the strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation stages in MAN and MAS Lampung. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. The data sources are the head of the Madrasah, the deputy head of the Madrasah, and teacher representatives. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used the triangulation technique. The results showed that first, the strategy formulation phase is carried out by formulating a vision, mission, and goals based on the results of a study of the objective conditions of the internal and external environment, then formulating a strategic plan and Madrasah profile. Second, the strategy implementation stage is carried out by elaborating the strategy formulation into the activities of organizational structure preparation, Division of tasks according to qualifications and competencies, socialization of Madrasah potential and teaching staff, implementation of education and training, carrying out further studies, allocating teacher quality improvement budget, and carrying out development and mutation of teacher career improvement. The third evaluation stage of the strategy is carried out through teacher competency tests, teacher performance assessments, and teacher certification.
