Abstract

Prakiraan daya dukung ultimit tiang dilakukan dengan pendekatan teoritis dan aktual dimana pendekatan teoritis dilakukan dengan mengolah data pemeriksaan parameter tanah di lapangan dan atau di laboratorium. Pendekatan daya dukung aktual dilakukan di lapangan dengan menguji langsung kemampuan dukung tiang terhadap penurunannya. Nilai daya dukung dari 2 (dua) pendekatan tersebut tidak selalu sama, hal ini disebabkan perbedaan kondisi parameter tanah pada saat pra-pemancangan dan saat pemancangan. Terjadiya perbedaan kondisi tersebut karena perbedaan tingkat gangguan parameter dukung tanah terhadap beban aplikasi dan fungsi waktu. Beberapa eksperimental di lapangan (Herman wahyudi,1999) memperlihatkan bahwa daya dukung tanah lambat laun bertambah seiring dengan bertambahnya waktu atau dengan kata lain kekuatan tanah cenderung akan kembali sebagian ke keadaan daya dukung sebelum diganggu atau disebut peristiwa thixotropic. Pengamatan peristiwa thixotropic pada lempung, khususnya lempung sensitive sangatlah penting untuk memberi pendekatan dugaan tentang adanya kekuatan lebih dari lempung sensitive setelah diganggu daripada kekuatan lempung sensitive yang mengabaikan pengaruh thixotropic. Pemahaman tentang peranan thixotropi sangat menbantu dalam pendekatan nilai-nilai Safety Factor untuk menghitung daya dukung desain yang berpengaruh pada aspek ekomonis dan kemudahan pelaksanaan dilapangan dan menentukan waktu tunggu jika diperlukan setelah pelaksanaan pondasi dan sebelum pondasi dibebani oleh struktur diatasnya agar mendapatkan daya dukung yang optimal..

Abstract

A simple method to measure a solution refractive index using fixed mirror refractive optical fiber sensor has been investigated. The solution used are sugar and salt solution, with concentration varies from 1M to 5M. The diameter of polymer optical fiber used is 0.5 mm and light source used is LED (λ=676 nm). The sensor work based on light intensity modulation, sub jected to mechanical structure change of the fiber due to an applied force. The result showed that the concentration of sugar and salt linearly are related with their refractive indeces (R2=0,95006) and (R2=0,99858).

Abstract

This paper presents an experimental result on developing an optical fiber sensor for measuring refractive index of sugar solution. Sensor was developed using polymer optical fiber with diameter of 3 mm. This sensor is working based on intensity modulation due to reflection. Light coming out from the transmitter optical fiber is reflected by a mirror to the receiver optical fiber. Due to the variation of sugar concentration in solution surrounding this sensor, the way of light entering the fiber receiver depends on the sugar concentration (numerical aperture). It is clear from the experiment that light intensity detected by photodetector (represented by electric voltage) is linearly dependent (R2 = 0.987) on the variation of sugar solution refractive index.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between there is a significant relationship between the google classroom application media and PAI learning achievement, a significant relationship between student creativity, and a significant relationship between the google classroom application media and student creativity together with PAI learning achievements of students in Bekasi. The research method used in this study is survey and correlation methods. In this study the instrument used was a questionnaire primary data and learning outcomes using secondary data.The results of this study are the first, the google classroom application media has a significant relationship with PAI learning achievement. Evidenced by the results of data analysis (t count 5.165 > t table 1.67).KSecond, student creativity has a significant relationship with Islamic education learning achievement. Third, the google classroom application media and student creativity together have a significant relationship with PAI learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebagian besar peserta didik menunjukkan sikap pasif selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Ketika guru memberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya atau berdiskusi, hanya segelintir peserta didik yang berani berbicara. Hal ini menandakan adanya hambatan psikologis yang dialami peserta didik, salah satunya adalah kurangnya rasa percaya diri dalam mengemukakan pendapat atau ide mereka. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilakukan inovasi pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yaitu PBL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah menerapkan model PBL dapat membangun percaya diri peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang diakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus yang ada, meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 9 Gowa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mencakup observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk melihat peningkatan percaya diri peserta didik setelah setiap siklus. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PBL sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, partisipasi, dan kualitas presentasi peserta didik. Model ini memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta didik untuk lebih aktif berperan dalam pembelajaran, tidak hanya sebagai penerima informasi, tetapi juga sebagai pemecah masalah dan penyampai ide. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan model PBL dapat diterapkan lebih luas di berbagai mata pelajaran, khususnya dalam konteks yang membutuhkan banyak interaksi dan diskusi, seperti sejarah. Beberapa saran yang dapat diberikan adalah: Memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berlatih presentasi sebelum tampil di depan kelas akan meningkatkan rasa percaya diri mereka.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon in contemporary Islamic education where many people have knowledge but do not practice it (al-'alim ghairu al-'amil), so Ilmu Hal as a religious foundation that includes akidah, fiqh, and morals becomes a strategic solution to shape the character of santri. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ilmu Hal from the book of Ta'lim al-Muta'allim in shaping the character of students and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors at Hidayatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Singosari Malang. With a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 informants (ustadz and santri), participatory observation, and document study, then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the implementation of Hal Science is realized in four domains: (1) to God through orderly worship such as congregational prayer and recitation of the Qur'an, (2) to teachers through respect and obedience, (3) to fellow students through social solidarity, and (4) to society through polite communication, with the main supporting factors in the form of exemplary ustadz and positive habituation, while the main inhibiting factor is the influence of a less conducive external environment.

Abstract

Reinforcement is the reinforcement of behavior that can result in the behavior being repeated. Therefore, reinforcement can be used as a way to achieve good behavior in learning. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. While the data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. And the research subjects are school principals, PAI teachers, community leaders. Basically the reinforcement at Candirenggo Elementary School uses two types. Verbal reinforcement, namely by using words of encouragement that are inserted when the activity is right after the dhuha prayer at the time of mauidhotul hasanah. And non-verbal reinforcement plus verbal, namely by approaching students and providing an encouragement. How to use it in several ways, including reinforcement to certain individuals, namely to students who need certain handlers such as when practicing lesson 6, strengthening to groups of students, namely when several groups have succeeded in answering questions and have carried out dramas. And using several principles of strengthening or reinforcement including warmth and enthusiasm when students carry out the dhuha prayer to completion, meaningfulness when listening to cults or mauidhotul hasanah.

Abstract

Education is very important and needs to be considered wisely, in the pro- cess it can be done through social media. One of them is an influential figure, Na- dirsyah Hosen, who has used it as a means to spread the values of multicultural education to respond to various phenomena of radicalism. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching the values of multicultural education in Nadirsyah Hosen's social media narrative as a counter discourse of radicalism This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of content analysis. The content in question is the content of Nadisyah Hosen's Facebook and Insta- gram status updates which were used by researchers as primary data and support- ed by secondary data related to the research in question. Data were collected by observation techniques on social media pages and documentation in the form of photos or images contained on the veranda. Data were collected by using (a) doc- umentation technique. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model by going through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data findings is done by triangulation techniques, triangulation of time. The results of this study indicate that efforts to counter Nadirsyah Hosen's discourse of radicalism carried out through social media are as follows: the values of multicultural education in Nadirsyah Hosen's social media narrative as a counter discourse of radicalism, including: the value of tolerance, the value of brotherhood, the value of equality, and the value of justice.

Abstract

The role of parents is one of the important factors in instilling Islamic education in children. Giving Islamic education to children in families who share the same religion is a common thing to do. However, it is different if the family that becomes the child's first education is a family of different religions. The method in this study uses a case study approach. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data of this research were obtained by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data is analyzed and checked for validity using triangulation of sources, techniques and time. This research was conducted in Kayukebek Village, Tutur District, where in the village there are families of different religions. The results of this study include: The role of parents in instilling Islamic education in children in interfaith families, namely as educators, being an example or role model for children, providing motivation, being a supervisor, and providing facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Gusana Paint. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Gusana Paint, Kota Bekasi, dengan menggunakan data primer melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, sehingga diperoleh 52 responden dari total populasi 60 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Analisis regresi menunjukkan persamaan Y = 7.723 + 0.392X1 + 0.403X2, yang menegaskan bahwa kedua variabel independen memberikan kontribusi kuat terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Nilai korelasi berganda sebesar 0.761 mengindikasikan hubungan positif dan kuat antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,1% berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan Uji F membuktikan adanya pengaruh simultan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, kompensasi yang tepat dan motivasi kerja yang optimal merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT Gusana Paint.
