Abstract

In the world of education, especially in the delivery of material in school activities, it is necessary to contain interactive and even challenging aspects to be able to provide new experiences for teachers and students, natural science subjects, especially those related to the introduction of the five senses, is one of the materials that can adopt the media. learning by using one of the interactive multimedia technologies because the five senses are the most important tools in humans. However, in learning media that still uses book teaching techniques and seems bored, many children do not really understand this sensory material. The purpose of making applications for the five senses is using Augmented Reality technology which can help the learning process of elementary school students because it has an attractive visual appearance. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle with several stages taken in related methods starting with concept, then design, then data collection, then assembly, testing, and finally distribution. With the application of learning tools for the human senses that can be accessed in a mobile manner, it allows students to be able to do learning anywhere and anywhere, so that it is expected to increase students' understanding of learning material, especially regarding the introduction of the five human senses.

Abstract

In Vocational High School Education, especially in the field of computers. Computer subject is one of the compulsory subjects while still in vocational high school. Computer material seems difficult to understand and also sometimes students cannot pay close attention when the teacher is practicing because sometimes the lack of available computer tools makes students unable to fully understand practice, making it difficult to catch up on the material that has been taught. One alternative way of learning that can be done is to study independently. From these problems by developing learning media using Virtual Reality Technology, which is a technology that can display things that are close to the reality around us. This is an alternative way for students to learn independently. The completion method used in making this application is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with stages starting from concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and finally distribution. The results of this study are in the form of educational applications for assembling computers that have features, Virtual Reality menus, materials, settings, about applications, and making applications using the 3D unity engine. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students in terms of understanding computer assembly using Virtual Reality so that both students and the public are interested in independent learning.

Abstract

Management of sales and inventory is very important for a business entity, for example in a pharmacy engaged in the pharmaceutical trade with a good process of managing sales and monitoring of drugs that will provide a maximum increase in profits and can reduce the risk of losses due to miscalculations at the pharmacy, so that the process sales and inventory run effectively and efficiently. we need a system that helps manage sales, monitor sales, and monitor drug supplies quickly and precisely. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to design and build an application for selling and supplying drugs at an android-based pharmacy that is carried out at the Tanjung Farma Garuti pharmacy. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) with the stages of Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. For modeling the system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with diagrams used use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. The application will be developed based on Android. The results of this study are in the form of an application that can make it easier for pharmacy employees to make notes to manage sales data and check/monitor drugs as well as to provide facilities for the Tanjung Farma pharmacy to improve service to the needs of drugs to the public.

Abstract

The Point of Sale (POS) business management system is an application program that can facilitate all trading processes, but this system can only be installed on low-spec computers with a fairly complicated installation process. The problem is how to develop a POS application program into web programming so that it can be installed on all mainstream operating system products. The POS system that has been developed is a management system that can manage several important functions in business management, such as goods management, distributors, purchase transactions, sales transactions, purchase returns, sales returns, income, operational administration, to reports. The POS system is a web-based business management system using the PHP programming language with the codeigniter 3 framework, Apache web server and MySQL database. The research method uses action research, and the data collection method is in the form of interviews. The POS system was developed using the waterfall development model and designed using the UML design method, and tested using black box testing techniques. By going through the development process, the desktop-based POS application program was successfully developed into web programming using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 3 framework and successfully developed to be installed on mainstream operating system products such as Windows, Linux and Macintosh.

Abstract

Digital invitations are a trend that is in demand, one of which is a wedding invitation. Digital invitations are in great demand because of the ease with which they can be distributed using social media without the need to deliver them to the homes of those invited. Content management wedding invitations aim to be able to assist users in managing wedding invitations so that it becomes easier with invitation customization and invitation distribution that can quickly reduce paper usage and assist in admin financial management. This study uses the Object-Oriented Hypermedia Design Method (OOHDM) using the stages used in building a multimedia web-based wedding invitation content management system, namely the stages of domain analysis, navigational design, abstract interface design, and implementation. The results obtained are in the form of a content management system that can assist users in creating and managing and designing wedding invitations according to their wishes, can assist admins in managing finances, print financial reports automatically and also helps users to create or manage invitations. By using the wedding invitation content management system, technological results are obtained that can contribute to helping information provision activities within the scope of wedding invitations to become more modular and reusable, assisting users in the process of managing wedding invitations, customizing the appearance as desired, assisting admins or web managers in managing financial reports by saving time in searching financial data by date.

Abstract

Cintakarya Village, Samarang subdistrict, has superior products such as vegetables, fruits and Muslim caps which have been sold outside the island. These products are sold by village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) which were formed to help the community's needs. One of the community service programs is managed by village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This study aims to design and build a web-based village superior product data system in Cintakarya Village, a case study in the BUMDes of Cintakarya Village to make it easier for the community to obtain product information in the village and buy products available in Cintakarya Village. In this research the author uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with 4 stages, namely Inception, Elaboration, Construction, Transition by applying the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results of this research are Design and Development of a Web-Based Village Product Information System in Cintakarya village.

Abstract

Angkot is a mode of public transportation that can be used by the public at large, one of which is the city of Garut which has several public transportation routes that have been determined by the local government. With so many angkot routes or routes spread to various locations, it should make it easier for the public to find detailed information about angkot information. However, because of the limited information available, people still have difficulty finding information about the angkot they want to take. Given these problems, the purpose of this research is to design a webiste-based information system for angkot routes in Garut Regency. As an alternative solution to assist the public in getting information about public transportation easily, quickly and precisely, without having to come to the terminal or to the relevant offices that manage the operation of public transportation. The method used in this study is a rational unified process consisting of four stages. Among them, inception, elaboration, construction, and transition, then for modeling using a unified modeling language. For testing this application using black box testing. The results of this study can be concluded that the website-based information system application for angkot routes in Garut Regency, which has a feature in the form of angkot route maps, makes it easy for the public to get detailed information about angkot.

Abstract

Clinics have human resources that aim to support the needs of health services to provide health services to patients. At the Medika Cempaka Garut Clinic, employee data management is ongoing using recording and archiving for each employee data and has not been computerized, using the archiving method in book form and written on paper data may be lost and carrying out data search activities takes a long time. takes a long time, and health services are felt to be lacking because of unskilled human resources and a lack of service to the wishes of patients, which can reduce trust and reduce the image of the clinic in the eyes of the public. Based on these problems the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a solution that can be applied to manage human resource information systems. So from these problems a system was created that could manage human resources for clinics, with the Human Resource Information System able to make an optimal contribution in terms of managing human resource data. In compiling this research for data collection conducting observations, interviews, and the Human Resource Information System information system using the Rational Unified Process method, this method has an empathic phase, namely inception, elaboration, construction and transition, where modeling is using the Unified Modeling Language, while for making applications using the PHP language along with the Yii2 framework and for the database using MySql. In the end, this research resulted in a Human Resource Information System application that can be accessed via a web browser. This application is expected to help the Cempaka Garut Medika Clinic for managing HR data.

Abstract

Garut University is a private tertiary institution in Garut which was established in 1998. The Faculty of Economics (Faculty of Economics) is one of the faculties at Garut University. The process of distributing scholarships in this faculty is still done manually by sending files to student affairs directly and repeatedly. . The purpose of this study is to design a determinant of prospective scholarship recipients which can assist in the process of distributing scholarships quickly, precisely and accurately. The methodology used in software engineering is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology with the stages used inception, elaboration, and construction, with the modeling used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. In the Rational Unified Process methodology, the stages are limited to construction, while the transition phase is not carried out. The results of this study are the design of a web-based information system for determining prospective scholarship recipients.

Abstract

Garut Institute of Technology implements an academic information system for students as an educational institution. When an institution implements an information system, user acceptance must be considered. There has never been an evaluation of user acceptance of the system since it was implemented. This study examines student acceptance of system users using the Technology Acceptance Model Method. Evaluation data, and questionnaires were sent to active students of the Garut Institute of Technology, with a total of 1,681 respondents and a sample size of 200. The results supported only two of the five hypotheses tested in this study. One of them is that the E-Resources Organization has a positive effect on Perceived Ease of Use, with a probability value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 which indicates that the effect is significant at the 5% significance level. E-Resources organization has no effect on Perceived Ease of Use with a probability value of 0.077 or greater than 0.05 indicating no significance at a significance level of 5%, Perceived Ease of Use does not affect Perceived Usability with a probability value of 0 0.437 or greater than 0 .05, and Perceived Ease of Use has no effect on Attitude of Use with a probability value of 0.385 or greater than 0.05.
