Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is a character-based curriculum with a themed learning system called thematic learning. Thematic learning refers to the integration of one subject with another through the use of subjects that can provide students with meaningful experiences. In learning, general subjects are often combined, while Islamic religious subjects exist independently, because Islamic religious subjects and general subjects are not combined in the teacher and student theme books. And subjects in Indonesia. Indonesian language has four skills that are closely related to Islam and student life. This article uses a library research method that uses literacy journals, books, and data related to the topic. From the literature research, it was found that Indonesian language skills include four skills, namely listening skills, reading skills, speaking skills, and writing skills. From an Islamic perspective, these four skills are closely related to student life. As is the case in Q.s Al Alaq chapters 1-5 and in the 2013 curriculum, the skills to read novels entitled Negeri Lima Menara contain prominent values, namely religious values, honesty, and discipline. Listening skills are contained in Qs Muhammad verse 21 and Qs Al A'raf verse 157 and in teaching and learning activities the teacher tells the story of the National Hero, so the character values that students can take from the story are religious values, honesty, hard work, trust, and never give up that can be applied by students in their daily life. Speaking skills are stated in Q.s Toha (20): 25-28 and the teacher gives the task of telling a story in front of the class about the story of the National Hero so that students can form character values that believe in themselves, discipline, courage, creativity and innovation. Writing skills as stated in Q.s. An-Nahl (125) and the teacher gave the task of making rhymes that would provide imaginative character values, intelligence, and creativity which were expected to form good character for students in society, nation and state.

Abstract

Islam sebagai agama besar mengalami dinamika yang panjang sehingga dalam perjalanannya terpecah menjadi beberapa kelompok pemikiran. Dari sekian banyak gerakan pemikiran Islam yang ada, salah satunya adalah gerakan Salafi dan HTI. Keduanya dipengaruhi oleh kebangkitan kembali gerakan Islam di Timur Tengah yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia (sebelum HTI dilarang oleh pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 2017). Penelitian ini mencoba menelusuri pemikiran kedua gerakan tersebut dan menelusuri bagaimana kedua gerakan tersebut dapat berkembang, khususnya di Yogyakarta. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dan menggunakan wawancara mendalam serta studi pustaka untuk memperoleh data. Secara umum studi ini menunjukkan bahwa gerakan dakwah salafi lebih bersifat apolitis, sedangkan HTI sangat politis. Perbedaan ini bersumber dari bentuk tafsir dalam memandang dakwah Nabi Muhammad SAW. Tak ayal perbedaan antara keduanya terus menjadi perang pemikiran. Perluasan kedua gerakan Islam ini di Indonesia pada umumnya dan Yogyakarta pada khususnya tidak lepas dari metode dakwah kampus yang dinilai efektif karena mahasiswa memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi dan lebih terbuka terhadap sesuatu yang baru.

Abstract

Desire is becoming an increasingly intense discussion in this era. Not only that, desire is even considered to be the main paradigm of social life. Gilles Deleuze is one of those Western thinkers who focused on the problem of desire. In Islam, there is al-Ghazali who is also no less focused on desire. With a descriptive-comparative method and a philosophical approach, this paper intends to examine the conceptual comparison between the two figures.The results of the analysis show that there are similarities in thought between Deleuze and al-Ghazali, those are (i) Both agree that desire is mechanical and moving, (ii) both agree that desire has an important role in human life, (iii) they both share the view that desire is an entity that must exist in humans. The differences are (i) first, in terms of paradigm. Deleuze describes desire in a completely immanent and materialist paradigm. As for al-Ghazali, he explained desire with a divine (revelation) -philosophical paradigm. Second, Deleuze views desire as something completely positive and creative. As for al-Ghazali, although desire has a positive role, it still needs to be controlled. Because in essence, the nature of desire is bad. Third, Therefore, for Deleuze, desire needs to be freed from various constraints such as social norms, customs, or religion. Meanwhile, according to al-Ghazali, desire needs to be controlled through the mujahada. Fourth, for Deleuze, his idea of desire is not in line with moral values, but it is still ethical. Meanwhile, according to al-Ghazali, human desire should be controlled so that he becomes a moral individual.

Abstract

Legitimate politics in contemporary studies is a name for the rulings and behaviors by which the nation's affairs are managed in its government, Legislation, and judiciary. And all its executive and administrative authorities, and in its external relations that link it to other nations in a state of peace and war, international relations and international law, and its vocabulary in international treaties, political and diplomatic relations, and international humanitarian law, concerning the influence of Islamic jurisprudence. Legitimate politics is one of the tremendous methodological sciences in Islamic heritage. It is a tool in the hands of the rulers in the state to lead the nation and achieve its religious and worldly interests. Considering the people's behavior and situations, consider the developments entering individual lives and countries under the Sharia provisions and realizing its purposes. We conducted a literature study in discussion with a descriptive analysis approach. We analyze the concept of Islamic politics and its implications for government policy and compare contemporary times. We get the scope of Islamic political movement only in family law. We can still be developed in Islamic economics, which significantly benefits Muslims in various countries. Islamic economics has a broad scope that does not directly collide with the policies in multiple countries. Regulations on the political continuity of shariah development in various fields can be placed in the constitutions and rules in numerous countries. Other Islamic laws cannot be applied yet due to circumstances that force Muslims to be under the power and influence of very strong non-Muslims.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang keberadaanya telah banyak berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia baik dalam urusan keagamaan maupun kehidupan sosial. Eksistensi pesantren telah memainkan perannya sebagai lembaga pendidikan sejak zaman kolonial sampai sekarang di era global. Pesantren telah berkontribusi dalam menata kehidupan masyarakat baik dalam aspek spiritual dan sosial. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji berkenaan dengan pengembangan potensi sosiologis pesantren di era globalisasi dengan tempat penelitian di pesantren Al Falah Dago Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan penelitian lapangan. Sumber data penelitian melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap kiyai, ustazd, staf pesantren dan santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan potensi sosiolgis pesantren di era globalisasi dengan studi penelitian di pesantren Al Falah Dago Bandung adalah: 1) Potensi sosilogis yang dimiliki pesantren Al Falah Dago bandung melaluiĀ  kegiatan aksi sosial pesantren; 2) Potensi sosiologis pesantren yang dimiliki pesantren Al Falah Dago Bandung melalui kegiatan kerjasama pesantren dengan organisasi kemasyarakatan, 3)Potensi sosiologis pesantren yang dimiliki pesantren Al Falah Dago Bandung melalui penanggulangan siswa putus sekolah.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) knowing and analyzing the process of growing Islamic jurisprudence thought in the Islamic community; (2) knowing and analyzing the factors that caused the freeze of Islamic jurisprudence thought in the early era of its appearance; and (3) offer some reform efforts toward Islamic jurisprudence thought. This research uses library research method where library material is discussed and analyzed with content analysis techniques and descriptive analysis to support existing propositions and ideas from various references with historical approaches. The results showed that; (1) the growth of Islamic jurisprudence thought can grow in the midst of Islamic society due to the great need for the jurispruding laws themselves, where this need is higher with the emergence of various problems caused by differences in social and cultural conditions; (2) the freeze and cheese and the Islamic jurisprudence thought cannot be separated from several reasons, including excessive concern for the efforts of "infiltration" in Islamic jurisprudence and fanaticism of sects that go beyond the limits; and (3) reform efforts must begin by restoring the function and role of ijtihad as the main instrument of the development of Islamic jurisprudence that is carried out proportionately.
