Abstract

The objectives of this research was to solve how to increase students learning mathematic achievments on the subject of statistic. This study aims to determine whether the students learning mathematic achievments of the student SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gadingrejo in the academic year of 2014-2015 using learning method mind mapping on the subject of statistics can be higher than the students’ learning mathematic achievments without using learning method mind mapping. This research is a quantitative approach. The population was all of the students in first grade of the SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gadingrejo in the academic year of 2014- 2015. The samples of the research were taken by using the cluster random sampling technique. Based on hypothesis test, it can be included that there are differences in the average student learning achievments between using learning method mind mapping and learning method lecture on the subject of Statistics of the student in first grade of the SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gadingrejo in the academic year of 2014-2015. Abstract

Abstract:This research aims at finding out 1). To find out the average difference in learning outcomes of students learning mathematics using a contextual approach to the learning  style VAK (Visual Auditory Kinesthetic) with a direct approach, 2). Knowing the average results of applied mathematics learning with contextual approach VAK learning styles (Visual Auditory Kinesthetic) higher than the average results of students mathematics learning approach is applied directly to the material of linear equations. The population of this study was all students in grade X MA Al-Hidayah. For data analysis was performed using the formula t-test for normally distributed samples.The conclusions of the research were as follows that the average results of students mathematics learning gained through the application of contextual learning style approach VAK (Visual Auditory Kinesthetic) higher than the average of students mathematics learning outcomes obtained through the direct approach.Keyword : Contextual approach, VAK (Visual Auditory Kinesthetic)

Abstract

In mathematics, there are some mathematical ability to be possessed by learners and educators. Among them is a mathematical representation capability and the ability of mathematical proofs. Where the ability of the mathematical representation is a mathematical abilities with the disclosure of mathematical ideas (problems, statements, definitions, etc.) in various ways. In mathematics, a proof is a series of logical arguments that explain the truth of a statement. While the method of proof is developed aiming to improve the ability to understand the evidence, and do (proving) a mathematical statement.

Abstract

The students’ low achievement in math is due to lack of activities in learning process. Therefore, it needs the effort to increase the students’ activity and achievement. One of the way to overcome this problem is using cooperative learning type course review horay (CRH). This study research is a class room action research which aims to: (1) increase the math learning activities in VIII A of SMPN 1 Trimurjo after following the cooperative learning model type CRH; (2) to increase the math achievement of VIIIA of SMPN 1 Trimurjo after following cooperative learning model type CRH. This research was conducted in SMPN 1 Trimurjo. This class room action research was designed in several stages such as planning, action, observation, and reflection of the next stage. This research conducted in two cycles. The research finding is cooperative learning model type, CRH can increase the math learning activities and students’ achievement in math of VIIIA SMPN 1 Trimurjo in the main topic of circle. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to reveal the differences in student learning outcomes before and after applied in the learning group learning activities through pretest and posttest. Achievement test done twice, in order to determine student learning outcomes before being treated and determine student learning outcomes after being treated through group learning activities. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on observations and data analysis research concluded that the use of group learning activities in learning can improve student learning outcomes. So learning where there are group learning activities can be used as an early alternative to improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Group learning activities, Learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract : The objectives of the study were to find out the mean differences of the students learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class, and to find out which of the higher mathematics learning outcomes of the students in the experimental class and control class. The research population of the students of class VIII odd semester of SMP N 1 Kalirejo in the academic year 2015-2016. The sample of this research is taken by cluster random sampling technique. Learning results obtained through tests with 5 items about the essay. Data analysis was done by normality test, homogeneity test. The samples are normally distributed and homogeneous, followed by t-test. From the result of data analysis, it is obtained the average of learning result of math student of experimental class 77,52 and control class 70,64. Conclusion There is difference of mean of result of learning of student mathematics in experiment class and control class. And the average result of the students learning of math experiment class is bigger than the average of mathematics learning result of the control class student. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce a blog that supports learning on Mathematics Media Learning courses a valid and practical, as well as knowing the potential effects that arise from the development of the students ability of blogs to make math learning media. Research methods used are design research with development study type. The subject of this research is the 4th semester students of mathematics education STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung  consists of 42 students. Data collection technique at preliminary stage is the analysis of documents, whereas in the formative evaluation are walktrough, observation, interviews, and a question form. The conclusions of this study are (1) Mediatika’s blog has been produced to support learning in Mathematics Learning Media courses; (2) through the use of learning blog Mediatika, students are able to make math learning media which has produced 9 math learning medias.Keywords: Blog, Media Of Learning Mathematics (MPM), Development Research

Abstract

The learning model which is applied by the teacher, so far, was assumed uneffective in increasing students’ learning achievement, especially, on the subject of counting wide trapezium and kite. One of effort to overcome this problem was using mind mapping learning model with teaching media. This learning model asked the students to make or create their own two dimentional figure. the objective of the research was   to know the effectivity of mind mapping learning model using teaching media on the students of fifth grade SD Negeri 4 Watuagung. The population of the research was all of the students at fifth grade SD Negeri 4 Watuagung at the first semester in the academic year of 2015-2016. The number of the students were 30 students.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that mind mapping learning model using teaching  media was able to make the learning process be more effective and  the students learning achievement which is involved the prosentage of teacher’s ability in the learning process 77.06%, students’ activity 78.81%, students’ response 76.25%, and if it was seen from students’ achievement based on  KKM 80.00%.

Abstract

Abstract In the academic year 2015-2016 for the first time STKIP Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung (STKIP MPL) implementing Applied Internship program (MT). Applied internship is mandatory for students after graduation internship Basic (MD) and the Advanced Apprenticeship (ML). MT This is a new program and the suspect will be perceived together with Field Experience Practice program (PPL). The purpose of this study was to describe the mathematics education students perceptions about the implementation of MT by STKIP MPL. The population in this study were all students STKIP MPL trainees applied consisting of four courses. Determination of the study sample was using technique purposive sampling. Retrieved mathematics education courses as a sample followed by 60 participants. To obtain data on students perceptions conducted questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the analysis and discussion of the perception expressed obtained 7 student interns applied academic year 2015-2016. Keywords:.Applied Internship, Student Perceptions

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of learning model of Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) about cube concept comprehension to students VIII grade at SMP Pustek Serpong. Kind of the research is experiment quasi research. The research instrument that used is analysis question pretest and postest. The data analyze by using normality test, homogenity test, and t-test. The result of the research show that there is the different ability of cube concept comprehension among students who gave air learning model with convensional learning model.
