Abstract

Has conducted research entitled "Quality Testing Materials Aluminum Pots Compiler Based on corrosion rate". This study aims to determine the type of material and type of constituent aluminum pan aluminum pot that has good quality based on the corrosion rate. In the community known as rust corrosion. All metal objects both ferrous on ferrous maupucan experience corrosion. Basically, the test can be performed simulative corrosion the laboratory or directly in the field. The solution is used to accelerate the corrosion rate in this study are HCl, HNO3, and NaCl. In testing the corrosion rate used methods of mass reduction, and material composition testing pans were observed by using XRF (X_Ray Florescence). From the test results it is known that the corrosion rate have Java pan corrosion rate faster than the pot Orchid and Eagle brands. While the observation of the authors of each aluminum pan on the market is almost the same, its components such as Al, Fe, Ag, Ga, Nb, Mn, Ni, V, and Hf.

Abstract

Diazinon is an organophosphate pesticide used by farmers in increasing agricultural production because it's ability to control various pests. Excessive diazinon has potential as a pollutant in the environment. It residues are not soluble in water and difficult degraded. Also diazinon is toxic. This is a fatal effect on non target's body. This research aims to study and test the growth ability Pseudomonas putida strain 071  in medium containing 0.5% diazinon substrate. This study begins with the purification of Pseudomonas putida strain 071 isolates with scratch techniques. The growth ability tested through growth experiments using liquid basal medium containing 0.5% diazinon. Each interval of time, the growth observed using spectrophotometry (A = 620nm).The results obtained that the Pseudomonas putida 071 were able to grow in liquid basal medium containing diazinon. The splitting speed containing diazinon is 0.197 and 0,187 without diazinon. Generation time of Pseudomonas putida 071 use diazinon 5.2 hours and 5.4 hours without diazinon. Pseudomonas putida 071 that grow in liquid basal medium containing diazinon showed that diazinon residues can be used by this bacteria as a growth substrate. This bacteria has potential as pesticide degrading agents that can be used as a biopesticide active ingredients.

Abstract

Based on the research results, it appears that the development ofmultimodal transportation system in Pangkep within the framework oflogistik efficiency island communities to do with optimizing the utilization oflarge rivers that cross the territory Pangkep. The third river is the nationalroad network services, in addition is located adjacent to the vertices of theother transport, such as road transport terminals, ports and railway stationplan. The river dock location that is on one site with markets and shops willfacilitate the transport of goods and facilitate the public to transact theircatch in the territorial waters of the island.The development of multimodal transportation system in Pangkep is needed,in addition to the potential that surrounded him, also have barriers andproblems faced by the island community. The high price of goods on theisland due to the lack mode of transport that can be used by localcommunities in accordance with the movement of goods and capacity needs.Volume logistik needs of the island community based food standards, thusrequiring facilities more adequate transport services through the provisionof specialized vessels, ie vessels with a capacity of 350 DWT. This ship is atype of vessel that can be saved by the government as a ship pilot for remoteareas and islands (promote the trade ships and ships follow the trade). Thetransport system development course provides broad direction of regionaldevelopment that can improve the welfare of the people in the islandterritories Pangkep.

Abstract

Sustainable architecture  that also called green architecture, is the new trend in the world architecture as consequence of  PBB’s commission. This research have fenomenologis with qualitative method  All result of notching which born the including architecture which ever mean nature as part of pattern subsistence of subsistence of them. Abstract

The aim of the study was to describe the condition and utility of green open space as a public space in Makassar. The collection of data was done by a survey and interview. The data were analyzed by using expert judgement and likert scale. The result of the study indicate that object studied which has the highest utility is Losari beach with score 4,04. The utility of Losari beach as a public space is able to meet the need of the community according to its functions, namely as a sports area, playing ground, social interaction, socio-culture, and socio economic. The success of the utility of the beach is supported by its strategic location, design, beautiful scene, large area, sufficient capacity, and no divider so thet the community can use this area any time as an open common space to carry out various activities.

Abstract

Studi ini tentang, berapa besar penyimpangan ukuran batu bata dari ukuran standar yang disyaratkan pada usaha tradisional batu bata merah di Kelurahan Kalase’rena, Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang dilakukan dalam studi ini adalah, pengambilan sampel secara acak di 27 tempat pembuatan batu bata merah. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan besar penyimpangan ukuran batu bata merah adalah, penyimpangan ukuran panjang 20,01%, penyimpangan ukuran lebar 20,03%, dan penyimpangan ukuran tebal 28,92%.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know margin and efficiency of marketing Bali cattle at Bantaeng district Bantaeng regency. The research was done during 2 (two) mounth commencing from March up to April 2014. Data were collected using observation and interview method. Operational is breeder, Bali cattle trader, traders, wholesalers, butcher, retailers, consumer, margin of marketing Bali cattle, channels of marketing Bali cattle, and efficiency of marketing Bali cattle. Margin of marketing Bali cattle at marketing agency showed different from traders, wholesalers, butcher, and retailers. Efficiency of marketing Bali cattle showed efficient is EP < 1..

Abstract

The effect of treatment combination by heat shock (34oC) and starvation medium on embryogenesis induction in microspore culture of selected genotype of Nicotiana tabacum L.cv. Virginia was examined.The microspores which were isolated aseptically by maceration and centrifugation, were cultured on starvation medium (B medium) without sugar and nitrogen during 6 days at 34oC. The culture contained relatively homogeneous population of developed stage microspore (late uninucleate stage). The viability and development of microspore was obsevered. DAPI (4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) was used to stain the nucleus. Stained microspores were examined under a fluorescence microscope.The result showed that during stress treatment by starvation and heat shock (34oC) the structure of microspore change into 3 types of embryogenic microspore. Type 1 was identical to the late uninucleate microspore stage; in type 2 the vacuole of microspore was fragmented and peripheral cytoplamic pocket contain the nucleus; and type 3 the nucleus was positioned in cytoplamic pocket in the centre of the microspore.

Abstract

Graph theory is a part of mathematics, in which there are explanations of digraphs. This research, purposed to show a table based on Cayley digraphs depiction dihedral group. A digraph can be described from a group, one of which is the operation of the Cayley table of the dihedral group. Dihedral group is the group of the set of symmetries n-terms of regular, denoted D2n, for each positive integer n, n  3. This, the dihedral group will be divided into two subsets, namely:1. x = {1, r, ,... } or known with subsets rotation;2. v = {s, sr, ,...} or known with subsets reflection.Based on the analysis of this research showed that, to obtain a connected digraphs, the depiction of these digraphs, dihedral group can be formed on the element generator, generator (r, s), and the generator (s, sr) to form a composite image with elements digraphs elements x and y. on the operation of the Cayley table dihedral group, which contained depictions digrap shekel same cannot be combined. From the results of the operation of the rotation and reflection on the dihedral group D6 Cayley table which is a group of abstract forms, latin squares, which can be described by a digraph elements of the generator it.

Abstract

Water is primer necessity of human. The needs of clean wateralways increasingly through the time. PDAM or district water supplycompany as a local company that have duty to distribute clean water for thepeoples need to increasing the serve quality for the satisfied of customer.Theaim of this research is to know the influence of PDAM Unit Camming forthe satisfied of customer.Method that used to survey the customer satisfied isSERVQUAL method (Service Quality) that have 5 dimension, such as:Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty.Analysismethod that used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Theresult of thisresearch is how the 5 dimension of SERVQUAL influence the satisfied ofPDAM Unit Camming customer. Wecan see the result in R square that getby smartPLS helped. Theresult showed 0,706. Its mean, the 5 dimension ofSERVQUAL can explain that 70,6% satisfied of PDAM Unit Cammingcustomer. However, there still have serve quality dimension that need torepair, such as responsiveness and tangible. Thistwo things must be repairedto increasing the serve of PDAM Unit Camming and also can increase thesatisfied of customer.
