Abstract

This research about the isolation and identification Vibrio sp from sunu grouper fish (Plectropomus leopardus). This research aimed to observe the amount of vibrio bacteria species based on colony morphology and identificate morphological colony of vibrio isolated from grouper sunu fish (Plectropomus leopardus). Bacteria isolation was conducted by isolate some external organs (lesion on its body) and internal organ (jejenum) from grouper sunu fish (Plectropomus leopardus). Bacteria was grown on selective medium for vibrio, TCBS (Thiosulfate Citrate Bile Sucrose) agar. The incubation time was 24 hours at 30 C then the morphological colony was observed and biochemestry test was done. Morphology characteristic and biochemistry test result was matched with bacterial characteristic on Bargey’s Manual of Determinative Bacteriology. The result showed there are 3 isolate vibrio bacteria that was coded by V1, V2, V3. V1 morphological characteristis was rounded, edge is entire, convex elevation, green colony colour with blue in the center of colony and smooth tekstur. Based on biochemistry test V1 was indetificated as Vibrio parahaemolyticus. V2 morphological characteristic was rounded, edge is entire, tortous elevation, colony colour yellow and smooth tekstur. based on the biochemistry tes V2 was indentificated as Vibrio harveyi. Morphological characteristic of V3 was Irregular; egde is Undulate, elevation hill, colony colour yellow and own the smooth tekstur. Based on biochemistry test V3 was identificated as Vibrio alginolyticus.

Abstract

NoSQL is a non-SQL RDBMS which derived from RDB system, developed by Walter W. Hobbs at RAND Organisation. NoSQL uses UNIX as it’s operating system. A NoSQL database is exactly the type of database that can handle the sort of unstructured, messy and unpredictable data that our system of engagement requires. This database can be used as alternative rather than RDBMS and its SQL. This paper explained many things about NoSQL and how to modeling database with NoSQL. NoSQL itself has many advantages : elastic scaling, big data, eliminate DBA, economic, and flexible data model. However, it has challenges as well. The challenges are about the maturity. support, analytic and business intelligence, administration, and expertise.

Abstract

Laboratorium riset merupakan salah satu laboratorium padajurusan kimia fakultas sains dan Tekhnologi. Laboratorium ini mempunyaifungsi sebagai laboratorium pendidikan dan Penelitian. Selama inipengembangan laboratorium riset telah dilakukan. Untuk mengetahuibagaimana optimalisasi laboratorium ini maka dilakukan penelitian dengantujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui optimalisasi kinerja laboratorium riset kimiadalam melayani mahasiswa yang melakukan penelitian, dan (2) Untukmengetahui kualitas hasil penelitian mahasiswa dengan menggunakaninstrumen di laboratorium riset kimia. Dalam melakukan penelitian inidilakukan pengukuran terhadap 3 variabel yaitu : personil, metode analisisdan peralatan. Indikator personal terbentuk dari tiga faktor atau konstrukyaitu: Mampu memberikan penjelasan dan informasi yang memadai (X11),Problem solvent (X12), Kompeten dalam bidangnya (X13). Sedangkanindikator metode analisis (X2) terbentuk dari beberapa konstruk, yaitu:Terdapat SOP dan Instruksi kerja (X21), Desain hasil sesuai Denganharapan (X22), memenuhi standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (X23),Metode Kerja sesuai dengan standar ISO (X24).Peralatan (X3) terbentukdari beberapa konstruk, yaitu: Ketersediaan bahan / pereaksi (X31),Ketersediaan Peralatan (X32), Peralatan sesuai dengan spesifikasi(X33).Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data kami menggunakan metodepengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angketatau kuisioner. Dari penelitian yang telah kami lakukan diperoleh (1)Optimalisasi laboratorium berdasarkan variabel personil, metode analisisdan peralatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap mahasiswa yangmelakukan penelitian dan (2) Penggunaan laboratorium riset denganmengoptimalkan variabel personil, metode analisis dan peralatan dapatmeningkatkan kualitas hasil penelitian mahasiswa..

Abstract

Pada kebudayaan di Sulawesi Selatan terdapat keragaman yangbersifat regional, salah satunya adalah kebudayaan rumah TradisionalTongkonan di Tana Toraja. Ciri kebudayaan itu terungkap dalam bentukarsitektur rumah tradisional yang spesifik. Dalam sejarah perkembangannyabentuk awal rumah tradisional pasti akan mengalami perubahan sesuaidengan kebutuhan zaman. Pertanyaan yang kemudian timbul, perubahanapa saja yang telah terjadi pada rumah Tradisional Tongkonan di TanaToraja, bagian apa saja yang tetap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihatperubahan yang terjadi pada bentuk fisik rumah Tradisional Tongkonan diTana Toraja pada dimensi ruang serta elemen yang berubah. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Analisa didasarkanpada teori transformasi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan akan dapat menambahkhasanak keilmuan tentang transformasi dan kebudayaan di SulawesiSelatan khususnya rumah tradisional Tongkonan Tana Toraja serta menjadimasukan dalam upaya konservasi bangunan dan nilai-nilai kebudayaanlokal

Abstract

This study aimed at revealing the Ideal Generic Competencies (IGC) needed based on the expert judgement, and the Agriculture Extension Worke ( AEW's) experience.. The data were collected through interview and questionnaire methods, and analysed using the descriptive technique and profile analysis. The result of the descriptive analysis are as the followings. The profile of generic competencies needed by AEW's according to the expert's judgement and the document analysis are shown at the rank of Language and communication, Planning and organizing activities, Scientific and technological understanding, Problem solving, Personal and interpersonal, Mathematics, and Cultural understanding. Six of those generic competencies are most important categories, but that Cultural understanding is important category. Language and communication, Planning and organizing activities, Scientific and Technological understanding, and Problem solving were validated in field. This implied that those generic competencies are crucial for AEW's to do the job of an agricultural extension well, so that the competency standard, and the educational and training curriculum are deviced in relevance with them. Key words:profile, generic competencies, agriculture, extension worker.

Abstract

This paper discusses the methods of algebraic functions on the settlement limit of indeterminate forms. Limit is a mathematical method used to describe the effect of variable functions move closer to a point on a particular function. The goal is to determine the specific characteristics of the methods of algebraic functions on the settlement limit of indeterminate forms. The methods used is a special method that consists of factoring methods, methods of multiplication herd, and the division with the highest rank method, and the method of L' Hopital. By using the methods mentioned above, then we obtain the specific characteristics of the methods of algebraic functions settlement limit on the indeterminate form are 1. Factoring methods: (a) The numerator is the result of squaring the binomial equation of the denominator. Where, (i) If the binomial equation using the difference operation, then its points is positive. (ii) If the binomial equations using addition operation, then its points is negative. (b) the constant factor of each of the numerator and denominator equally. One of which is a three tribal equation in the form ax2 + bx + c , the value of b it is the sum of the value of the constant multiplication. (c) If the numerator and denominator are both binomial equations with difference operation, where the variables and constants in the numerator is the square of the variable and constant denominator. Or conversely, variables and constants in the denominator is the square of the variable and constant numerator. (d) If the equation is a difference of two fractions where the denominator is a binomial variables and constants in the denominator is the result of one of the squaring of the variables and constants in the denominator of the other. (e) If the equation in the form of fragments which all contain the same variables. (f) If the equation is in the form of two parts, where the coefficients and constants in the numerator or the same multiplication factor, so that when the coefficients and constants removed it will form one of the factors that equation equal to that of the denominator. 2. A herd Multiplication method: (a) If the equation is the difference of two roots. (b) If the equation in the form of the difference or fractions containing amount root form. Both the numerator and the denominator. 3. Distribution by Top Rank methods: (a) If the equation in the form ∞/∞. (b) If a polynomial equation of degree 3, 4, 5,... etc. Which is hard to be factored. 4. L' Hopital method: if the limit point is substituted then produces the indeterminate form 0/0, ∞/∞, ∞-∞ , except if the derivative of the function at the root of the denominator in the form similar to the form factor function in the numerator. Vice versa, the derivative of the function at the root of the numerator shaped form factor similar to the function in the denominator.

Abstract

The main object of the vectors are the vectors can be addedtogether and generate a vector, and produces a number is multipliedby another vector. Abstract

Ternak unggas merupakan salah satu sumber pangan asal hewaniyang memiliki nutrisi yang cukup baik untuk manusia karena memilikikandungan protein yang tinggi, memiliki kandungan lemak yang relatifrendah, mempunyai daya cerna yang tinggi, berisi mineral besi danbeberapa kelompok vitamin B. Aspek kualitas yang sering dijadikanpertimbangan bagi konsumen di negara-negara maju dalam memilih daging,yaitu keempukan dan cita rasa, kualitas karkas dan karakteristik dagingunggas dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu umur, jenis kelamin,strain genetik, lingkungan dan nutrisi. Beberapa penelitian yang telahdilakukan ilmuwan dalam bidang peternakan sebagai upaya untukmemperbaiki kualitas daging unggas, seperti memeperbaiki sistempemeliharaan dan modifikasi kandungan nutrisi ransum yang diberikan.Pengaruh pemberian kombinasi energi dan protein akan menghasilkan nilaikeempukan yang bervariasi pada setiap bagian otot (dada, paha, kaki),terutama pada breed yang berbeda. Pada unggas jenis itik (manila)kombinasi protein tinggi dan energi tinggi memberikan hasil yang terbaikuntuk keempukan. Sedangkan pada ayam buras sebaliknya, kombinasiprotein dan energi yang berbeda tidak mempengaruhi nilai keempukan,tetapi lebih dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan bangsa (breed) kedua ayamtersebut. Adanya perbedaan kedua hasil kombinasi protein dan energidalam ransum itik merupakan suatu hal yang menarik untuk dilakukanpengkajian lebih lanjut khususnya pada unggas lokal Indonesia.

Abstract

MOET merupakan suatu program perbaikan mutu genetic untuk mengurangi keterbatasan ternak betina dalam menghasilkan bibit kualitas unggul.Proyek ini bertujuan mensinkronkan siklus estrus antara donor dan resipien dengan menggunakan hormone GnRH, PGF2£, and FSH, hingga ternak resipien siap untuk menerima transfer embrio pada saat yang tepat. Ternak percobaan yang digunakan adalah ternak perah, yang terdiri dari donor 4 ekor sapi laktasi dan resipien 8 ekor masing – masing dengan score (body condition score) 4-5. Percobaan dilakukan di laboratorium lapangan ternak perah, University of Queensland, Australia.Proyek ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu: sinkronisasi estrus, super ovulasi, inseminasi buatan, perbaikan embrio, evaluasi embrio, perlindungan dan pemeliharaan embrio, transfer embrio dan diagnose kebuntingan.Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa 2 dari 4 ternak donor memiliki kualitas embrio yang bagus (good compact morula), dengan jumlah masing-masing 4 embrio. Proses sinkronisasi estrus antara donor dan resipien relative sama, dimana dengan rata-rata 12 jam – 36 jam setelah CIDR dicabut ternak menunjukkan tanda-tanda estrus. Angka kebuntingan 62.5% dari total jumlah ternak resipien. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka skema yang dicobakan dapat diaplikasikan dalam program MOET

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of storage duration and level of liquid smoke on quality of meatballs from Bali beef section brisket (Pectoral is profundus). The research methodology is based on completely randomized design (CRD) with a general pattern that is 3 x 4 with 3 replications, for cooking shrinkage test consisted of 3 treatments and 3 replications, and organoleptic test used for pattern 3 x 3 with 3 replications. Composition of treatment as follows: The first factors is the level of liquid smoke to the A1 (0% by weight of liquid smoke meat in dough), A2 (1% by weight of liquid smoke meat in the dough) and A3 (2% by weight of liquid smoke meat in dough). Factor II is with B1 storage time (1 week), B2 (2 weeks), B3 (3 weeks) and B4 (4 weeks). Data were analyzed with analysis of range by using completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 6 parameters of quality testing meatballs using the Least Significant Difference Test (BNT). Based on the analysis and discussion of the variety it can be concluded that the level of liquid smoke does not affect the quality of meatballs while the storage time eeffects the quality of the balls except the resilience parameter.
