Abstract

Tradition wedding ceremonies Kampar Malay community in the village of Muara Mahat Baru is a tradition that has several stages in the implementation of wedding ceremonies and there are linguistic skills, social interaction, and culture. So the purpose of this study was to determine the communicative situation, communicative events, and follow-communicative in communication patterning tradition Kampar Malay wedding ceremonies in the village of Muara Mahat Baru Tapung District of Kampar regency of Riau Province. This study used qualitative methods to approach Ethnography of Communication. The location study was conducted in the village of Muara Mahat Baru Tapung District of Kampar district in Riau province. Informants in this study amounted to five people, two of them existed as ninik mamak chiefs, two people mamak cornerstone, and the mother of the bride are selected using purposive sampling technique. Techniques of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results obtained by researchers showed that the communicative situation there are two phases to be carried out, namely, the situation before the wedding and during the wedding. Communicative events based on the type of events to accept the proposal to deliberate on the part of men and gave permission and blessing. The topic achieve consensus and requested permission words ninik Mamak. The function and purpose provide an opportunity for both sides to prepare for the wedding and tell that kid nephew is getting married. The setting of all stages of the marriage was the girl's family home. Participants entire extended family on both sides. Message forms of verbal and non-verbal messages. Fill in all the stages of his message has the goal of a harmonious union of two families. Follow-communicative form of advice and instruction in traditional wedding ceremonies performed by ninik mamak tribal chief who respected and admired for proficient and fluent in spoken words. Abstract

This study was conducted to clarify the Operational Procedures Reserve Tickets at PT. Okay Independent Tour And Travel Tourism Pekanbaru. As for the background of this research is a form of service performed by PT. Oke Wisata Mandiri Tour And Travel Pekanbaru is not well in customer service. This research uses theory that discusses Agus Rianto Code Management Reserve to explain the phenomena found in the field. This study used qualitative methods, while the technique of data collection using interviews, observation and discussion with sources of research. Furthermore, the data in the form of data qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive technical data analysis. Results of this study showed a difference error itinerary that consumers want to bokingang that was created by the reservations clerk. Mistakes in pingisian tickets include mistakes filling date, month, route the customer wants at the time of reservation. Plus the lack of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) reservation that applied by PT. Oke Wisata Mandiri Tour And Travel, so Human Resources which are owned to serve consumers not optimal. Abstract

The title of this research is the implementation of Safety Management System and Occupational Health at PT. Inti Benua Perkasatama Dumai City. The background of this study is the number of incidents of accidents that occur in the PT. Inti Benua Perkasatama Dumai City when the government has issued Law No. 1 of 1970 on Safety and Health at work and the Regulation of the Minister of Labor number 05 of 1996 on Occupational Safety and Health Management aims to minimize the occurrence of accidents. To ensure the safety and health of workers and others who are in the workplace, as well as sources of production, production process, and the work environment in a safe state, should the application of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The core purpose of an application SMK3 is to provide protection to workers. However, the worker is a corporate asset that should be preserved and maintained safety. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of safety management systems and occupational health at the PT. Inti Benua Perkasatama by Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 05 of 1996 and describe any efforts undertaken by the company to minimize factors and potential hazards. This is a qualitative study using the method of direct observation of spaciousness, the informant interviews Head of Section K3 Disnakertrans Dumai, Public Relations of PT. Inti Benua Perkasatama, secretary P2K3 PT. Inti Benua Perkasatama as well as the core part of the production employees of PT. Inti Benua Perkasatama Dumai City. From these results it can be concluded that the application of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) have not been going well and in accordance with the ministerial decree number PER 05 / MEN / 1996. Implementation still needs to be improved because there is still a shortfall, especially at the stage of inspection and evaluation. Because they inspection and evaluation is still deemed not work effectively, the company also does not have documented procedures in employee skill enhancement training, and incident reporting mechanisms K3 which also does not have documented procedures. Abstract

The public concern in political issues recently rises up. They concern to the embodiment of woman representation in Indonesian election. Hence, the power of woman attraction indeed takes another enthusiastic in some political issues. R.A Kartini ,Former political woman, drags the spirit in early her movement. The spirit of Kartini brings another chance for women empowered to be involved in political part. 30% of women quota proves their dedication for Kartini’s spirit. With constitution agreement, the public incredulity and hesitance still continue. The public assumption of women nature in line with their inabilities in politics is implicit. Moreover, women do not have a principal standing in political parties and appropriate rank in election process actually.Though, cultures, families, elites do not prevent their political willing for women interest needs. They build their own power through women organizations, background and hierarchy to compete in election process. The coherence both politic and women unified. Thus, because women consciousness of political rights. Abstract

Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is a 3 star hotel ( *** ) in Pekanbaru and located Jl . Sudirman no. 11 Pekanbaru . The implementation of organizational climate is expected to add to the loyalty of employees at Hotel Ratu Mayang Graden Pekanbaru . Organizational Climate implementation Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru ie Organizational Structure , standards - standards , responsibility , respect , support and commitment In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS , where samples were used that employees Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the Marketing Manager . To determine the sample using slovin test , sampling with accidental sampling method . The technique of collecting data through interviews and questionnaires . The analysis is a statistical analysis with SPSS version 20. The result of the calculation is the determination coefficient of 0.493 . Abstract

Parenting to children is how caregivers or parents in raising children, whose main purpose is caring for children and educate them properly though with various cara.Pola parenting is one critically important factor in developing or inhibiting the growth of creativity. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of care is done in Daycare and causes parents entrust their children in child care place. Data collection methods used are field research and literature study with qualitative data analysis descriptive that is by making a description of several phenomena found in the field. As for how parenting is conducted in this study is that authoritarian parenting (coercion), democratic (invited), and permissive (indifferent). The factors that cause children entrusted in Daycare This is because of busy parents, especially mothers who work outside the home to meet the needs of the economy. Abstract

The aim of this research was to know and to analyze UED-SP’s members performance towards problems that happened in UED-SP, for example there is no socialization that do by UED-SP’s members, the loan that do not use for business, UED-SP’s members are not looking at the society effort based on it’s productivity or not, ect. This research are focused on society economy business of saving-loan of NipahSendanu village East TebingTinggi sub-district KepulauanMeranti regency.The problem formula that use in this research were how UED-SP’s members performance of Nipah Sendanu village East Tebing Tinggi sub-district KepulauanMeranti regency and obstacle factors of UED-SP’s members Nipahsendanu village East TebingTinggi sub-district KepulauanMeranti regency. Description of phenomenon or social effect that are throught by describing dependent variable systematically and accurately. The method that have done in this research by interview, observation and library research. Kind of this research is descriptive that is researcher give explanation. The result of this research show that UED-SP’s members performance in Nipah Sendanu village East Tebing Tinggi sub-district Kepulauan Meranti regency is not yet maximal. It’s not appropriate with fundamental obligation and function of UED-SP,s members in do their obligation. The problem that happened make the UED-SP’s members performance of Nipah Sendanu village East Tebing Tinggi sub-district Kepulauan Meranti regency to be not maximal. Abstract

Wahana Tata Nugraha in an appreciation which is given by central government to the district whether province or regency for the ability and the role of the people to increase the implementation of city-wide transportation system performance. Pekanbaru city gain the Wahana Tata Nugraha Appreciation for the 10th times in 2014. Research is doing for knowing the Pekanbaru Department of Communication in Information Strategy to maintain the Wahana Tata Nugraha Appreciation in 2014. According to Elitan, there are 3 strategies, which are technology strategy,innovation, and operation. Moreover, some factors that influence Pekanbru to be successful for gaining Wahana Tata Nugraha are medium and infrastructure, coordination, human resources, as well the awareness of the society. This research is using descriptive metode, namely analyze that is trying to give detailed illustration based on the real founding on the field. It is then the presentation data can be described by result of interviewing and observation that will help to get the conclusion. The result of the this research shows Pekanbaru Department Comminication and Information strategy to maintain Wahana Tata Nugraha Appreciation in the year of 2014 is good by using Elitan strategy theories, which are technology strategy, innovation and operation. These theories have given freshness to the society in crossing the way. Key word: Wahana Tata Nugraha, strategy , Organization ( Dishubcominfo ).

Abstract

No smoking area establishment was an act as protection for the people to the risk of health problems causing by the smoking act. No smoking area has to be implemented at health facility, school, playground, worship places, office, and other public places. In fact,the offenders of no smoking area was not yet gave strict punishment. This could be seen on many citizen and civil servant smoking in health facility, public places, transportation and office. The purpose of this research was to analyze implementation Non Smoking Area In Payakumbuh city and to know the influenced factors. This research using qualitative descriptive method, data collected by observation and interview where people that involved in policy implementation as informan. This research using Van Meter Van Hom theory. The results of this research shows that implementation Non Smoking Area In Payakumbuh city not totally implemented yet eventhough it already has clear standards, goals, and objectives. Human resource the monitoring of non smoking area team is inadequate because transfer and retirement of member . Coordination and communication between goverment agency running well and the execution of task fit in with the regulation. Giving warning is not carried out continuously and the enforcement of sanctions which have not been implemented ,resulting in a response as well as public participation in the regulatory environment remains low even still their public indifference towards local regulations in the region. Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Zaira Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine working motivation of housekeeping at Zaira Hotel. This study aims a). To analyze the factors that influence the working activity of Housekeeping at Zaira Pekanbaru Hotel. b). To know what efforts were made by the company in increasing working motivation of Housekeeping at Zaira Pekanbaru Hotel. The sample used in this study were 9 respondents (people). This research useddescriptive analysis method that is a technique to describes or depicts something, either in the form of drawings or photographs obtained from field data or researcher describes research results with pictures and can also mean to explain with words in thereport for complementarity Boundary problem in this study, the author discusses only working motivation of Housekeeping at Zaira Pekanbaru Hotel and any attempts by the company to improve working motivation of Housekeeping at Zaira Pekanbaru Hotel. Apart from these aspects of the author will not be discussed. The identification of this research to determine how is the working motivation of Housekeeping at Zaira Pekanbaru Hotel? and What attempts did implement by the company to improve it?
