Abstract

When a person reaches old age, and the children have formed their own families, their responsibilities must let loose on them, and he returned more independent free as in time the beginning of her marriage. Liability parenting, finance, educate and supervise children no longer do. Therefore, elderly issues should concern us all, including government, public institutions and society itself. Increasingly aging person's age they increasingly need a place to shelter and get affection, especially from family. But in reality, many elderly people who are entrusted by the family to social institutions, and even among them there were displaced. The problem in this study ie what factors or issues that the elderly who still have this family entrusted to a nursing home and how social relationships with family, and also what are the joy and sorrow felt by elderly people living in nursing. In this study five elderly people entrusted to PSTW KK Pekanbaru family that is the subject of researchers. The results of this study are the factors of elderly living in nursing because of economic problems, do not want to bother the family, a conflict or misunderstanding with his family, and also because they do not want their families to take care of him anymore. Like it or happy elderly living at home because of the availability of all the facilities of the orphanage and grief or sad being away from family.Keywords: Elderly, Family, Nursing Home

Abstract

Political participation of the community in direct local elections is an important institution in any democratic country like Indonesia . Local elections is also a means of political education for the people who are directly and openly . That is expected to increase public awareness about democracy . Local elections emphasize democratization process better and deeper . Local elections laden with political competition among the participants . Researchers study detailing the problem as follows : How can public participation during the day ( voting ) , and whether the factors that cause a lot of abstentions or no vote on the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau second round of 2013 in the Village of Air Hitam District of Payung Sekaki, Pekanbaru .This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique and key person in order to build knowledge representations based on a relatively deep and detailed . While the analysis of data using triangulation of data and data analysis with interactive models of data .After doing research and data processing can be concluded that the public's understanding of the elections and the relatively low level of political participation , as well as the factors that determine cause many non-voters or did not vote on the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau second round of 2013 in the Village of Air Hitam District of Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru city largely because of socioeconomic factors , psychological factors and factors of rational choice and the apathy and indifference of the society towards the common election because of the crisis of public trust in the leader . Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Bantan SMPN1 Bantan Bengkalis on 04 May till 04 August 2011, in which is the object of this study were students SMPN1 Bantan who have high achievement in school . This study was conducted aimed to determine the extent of student achievement and the factors that influence student achievement , in this study researchers looked only at class VIII course consisting of 3 classes each class of 10 respondents taken 3 classes so over all there were 30 respondents. to obtain accurate data , the researcher used purposive sampling of data retrieval intentionally , koesioner data collection form . This research is a descriptive study in which data is collected and arranged beforehand according to the nature and classified according to the type of data to be analyzed. The survey results revealed bahawa factors that affect student achievement are internal factors ( desire achievement of students , the level of intelligence of the students ) . and external ( family environment that includes how to educate children , young large families , family income , parental education level , family economic circumstances . neighborhood school which includes school supplies , teacher student relationship , the relationship between parents and the school and community environment or a friend to play . could be seen from the achievements of students each follow evaluations most students who have high achievement scored 80-95 , a total of 12 respondents ( 40 % ) , achievement was the value obtained is 7.0 -7.9 , as many as 10 respondents ( 33.33 % ) , and students with low achievement scores ≤ 6.9 each evaluation consists of 8 respondents ( 26.67 % ) . achievement is good followed by the availability of adequate learning tool . factors that affect student achievement is the major internal factors which include the desire of the student achievement , and intelligence factors from within the student . desire high achieving students SMP 01 Bantan based study consisted of 9 respondents , from 9 respondents who had achievements height is 6 respondents ( 66.67 % ) and a proven record of being composed of three respondents ( 33.33 % ) . intelligence students also affect student performance in school . Factors affecting student achievement is not only internal factors but there are external factors behind student achievement in school , external factors include : family environment and school environment . Abstract

The Implementation Strategy of the Decree No. 2862 On Rector Single Tuition at the University of Riau. In order to provide opportunity and equality for all communities to enjoy Higher Education , the Directorate General of Higher Education issued a decree number 97/E/KU / 2013 on the Application Tuition Single ( UKT ) to all State Universities . Refrency the decision to the Minister of Education and Culture, number 53 of 2013 on Single Tuition and Tuition Single . University of Riau as one college and then apply for State Tuition single system with the birth of Riau University Rector Decree number 2862. The results of this study indicate that not maximal execution About Single Tuition at the University of Riau . Abstract

Special education school or educational tutoring is conducted outside of school either in institutions or not. The cooperation between formal and non-formal education will be maximized in achieving national education goals.But not a few students who rely more on tutoring as non-formal education in achieving learning goals, this happens because the excess kelebiahn-tutoring is not owned by the school. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study Adala: 1. What is the motivation to follow the guidance of junior high school students studying in Quantum Innovative Pekanbaru. 2. How junior high student achievement before and after participating in Quantum Innovative tutoring Pekanbaru. Informants or subjects in this study were junior high school students who have studied two semesters following the guidance in Quantum Innovative Pekanbaru, as many as five people.The method in this study is using qualitative. The results of this study were motivated to join junior high school students in tutoring is intrinsic motivation covering want to add insight, and because it is less familiar with the material presented in school teachers. Extrinsic motivation students joined Quantum Innovative include having participated by friends, who close the distance Bimbel and parents on the basis of orders. Student achievement before joining Innovative Quantum is not good and after joining an Innovative Quantum Pekanbaru become better student achievementKeywords: Motivation, Achievement, Tutoring.

Abstract

Women and girls trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery, and become the second largest criminal industry in the world after drug trade. Human trafficking is a crime fueled by global poverty, inadequate education and opportunity, ethnic discrimination and societal inequity between men and women by the demand for cheap labor and cheap sex. It is a crime that transcends cultures, class, and geography. “Devadasi” on Thailand is one of the others. This research has goal to open knowledge about intervention of UNIFEM as international organization fund by UN. The focus of this research is strategy UNIFEM to make a different and bring a change for women status in Thailand related to the gender discrimination in Devadasi culture. This research uses International Organization theory which has been revealed by Peter J. Katzenstein, Robert Keohane and Stephen D. Krasner. This research is qualitative research which is used by library observation.The result of this research prove that implementation of the Sister City partnership of Bandung (Indonesia) with Braunschweig (Germany) is motivated by the existence of similiar characteristics and common interest, so it makes ideal pattern of cooperation (sensitive interdependence) which is build not only for cover or complete the lack of the city, but also for increase the city’s potential. This motivation is also creates long-term pattern and short positive impact for both city. This PT.TIMAH Kundur represent the assistant executor running aid CSR centering from PT.TIMAH residing in Bangka. All aid raised by society which have place to around mining. this PT.TIMAH Kundur pursuant to existing program have to be raised to board of directors of PT.TIMAH Bangka, full located decision at holdingnya. Accepted or don’t it him aid application of pursuant to survey conducted by board of directors. As for intention of this is research: To know the forms program in the CSR PT.TIMAH Thundering Countryside, To know whether execution program the CSR can be felt by Prosperous Source Farmer Group. This Research in determination sampel by using Technique of Simpel Random conducted by taking chosen people who by researcher to be made by sampel. Based for such criterion is Prosperous Source Farmer Group residing in Thundering Countryside [of] Subdistrict of Kundur of West of Regency Karimun. Abstract

The village goverment is an extension of government agencies of the central government has a strategic role in the regulation of rural / urban and national development success. To improve productivity and compliance with the duties and functions of a head of the village it takes education and training. Education and training is needed in order to improve the quality of human resources to complete its obligations under the own duties and fungtion. Through effective education and training expected, labor productivity can optimize the village head .This study aims to analyze the education and training to support the implementation of the village chief duties at the Sungai Apit Sub-District In Siak Regency.Implementation of education and training in the Sungai Apit Sub-District In Siak Regency relatively still lacking. Government programs to improve the quality of village governance by holding education and training. It meant giving the sense, that there are elements of concern for increased career and skills and expertise for the successful performance of the village head. The top of good faith to the head of the village should have more morale of the staff village and other villages, because we hope to be a driving force in modernizing the administration of the village for many years is still underdeveloped and slow - walking impressed if do not want to say go in places. Abstract

Analysis of the implementation of cleaning levy in Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city guided by Dra. Hj.Sofia Achnes.Msi. The research to determine the execution of cleaning levy in Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city. With the implementation of the cleaning levy in the Tampan subdistrict in order to improve the quality of hygiene services by paying a levy environmental hygiene in order to be more clean, organized and beautiful. The samples in this study were employees of Tampan subdistrict, head of household, head of hamlet, field officers and community with a total numbered of 55 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for districts employess and random sampling for neighbourhood, hamlet and field officers. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires to the respondents. Once the data is collected then it is analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Tampan subdistrict in one of the subdistricts that is authorized for the implementation of the cleaning levy. From the results of the research are still not implemented properly. Through the implementation, there was some issues of cleaning levy in the Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city due to the authors select indicator that the author choose, planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling, in the category of poor judgment, it is partly also because there are many bins that have not been handled by a fleet of cleaning carriers hence, the accumulate of garbage by the edge of the road. And there are still some people that has paid their cleaning levies, where garbage is creasing every day and not all trash is transported by the janitor. While the factors that affect the implementation of cleaning levy in the Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city were it’s facilities and infrastructure, area and distance landfills and landfills.Key Words : Implementation of cleaning, Tampan, Subdistrict

Abstract

In the era of globalization and technology radio is as a electronic media are useful and needed by the public as a informed. One of the programs on the radio talk show which is the media as a problem solver (to guide, educate) the public about the problems of daily life. Talk show programs that have information and based on educational for society to be intelligent and open minded than be advanced society. MandiriFM radio as one of mass media that comes with child psychology talk show program News and Bussines radio in Pekanbaru. In addition, certain information contained in the application in radio journalism. The application of the course program which will support the talk show. This study aims to determine how journalism talk show program MandiriFM radio in child psychology and to find out how the process of making child psychology programs in talk show MandiriFM radio Pekanbaru.The experiment was conducted in Pekanbaru MandiriFM radio that lasted for three months from February to April 2013. This research uses descriptive qualitative method of data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. This research has 14 informans which consist of 6 persons from MandiriFM Radio Pekanbaru, 3 resource persons, and 5 listeners in Talkshow Child Psychology program. Analysis using the model of Interactive Data Analysis with Miles and Huberman collecting data obtained is then processed to be reduced, so that the resulting presented a general conclusion.The results of this study indicate that the presence of broadcast journalism radio talk shows on child psychology. Among the application of radio journalism that there has been no news talk show program planning such as the determination of the topic, the existence of coverage, for the selection of data and write a script and talk show talk show program evaluation in the child psychology. In addition, there are also children's programming on the radio talk show psychology MandiriFM Pekanbaru. among them there are program planning, production and procurement program, execution program, and program of monitoring and evaluation.Keyword: radio, program, talkshow, jurnalism radio, production program
