Abstract

Post New Order Indonesian Politics which emphasize of changes in military problems in politics. Especially in the Indonesian Government. Civil-Military System that still overlap in politics. That is caused from the larger role of the military in Indonesia during The New Order.This research have to look at the changing role and function of the military who make changes like Redefinition, Repotioning, and Reactualitation. Along with research the factors that influence of changes in the Government transition procces in post-New Order in Indonesia.Basis of analysis research it can be concluded that Indonesia military is always undergoing a procces of change in the each government transition. So that military politics always has a different system and adapted according to the prevailing system of government. Indonesia’s government in politics has not been able break away from the military, is caused because a several factors, especially on the weak civilian control and professional moral value that always different allowing to the comprehension of the military institution itself.Keywords : Government Transition, Politics, Military Politics

Abstract

Pemberian insentif merupakan salah satu hal pokok yang harusdiperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Semangat tidaknya karyawan bisa jugadisebabkan oleh besar kecilnya insentif yang diterima.Apabila karyawantidak mendapatkan insentif yang sesuai dengan besarnya pengorbanandalam bekerja, maka karyawan tersebut cenderung malas bekerja dantidak bersemangat yang ada akhirnya mereka bekerja semaunya tanpaada motivasi yang tinggi. Tujuan Penelitian dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui pemberian insentif pada PT. Indah Logistik CargoPekanbaru, untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah LogistikCargo Pekanbaru dan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian insentifterhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru.Dalam menganalisis penelitian ini digunakan suatu teknik statistik danmodel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah koefisien produkmoment.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data kuisioner maka didapat hasilyang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pemberianinsentif dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik CargoPekanbaru, dimana dari hasil perhitungan tersebut diperoleh nilai r(koefisien korelasi) sebesar 0,76 dan Berdasarkan perhitungan hipotesadiperoleh nilai t tabel sebesar 1,67 dengan df : 59 dan α = 0.05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 8,98. Dengan demikian H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima, halini berarti pemberian insentif memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru.Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa pemberian insentifmempunyai hubungan yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja karyawan padaPT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru.Kata Kunci: Insentif, Motivasi, Kinerja

Abstract

This research purpose to know how service quality in the special malay restaurant PondokYurika. And to know too barriers in doing excellent service to consumer. Research method used in this research is descriptive method, what porpuse to depict fact by telling of a circumstance, do not explain relstion, not check hypothesis or make prediction. This research is scale likert, that is scale designed to enable responder reply various level in each measured object.Boundaries problem in this research just about Service Quality and it barriesin the Pondok Yurika Restaurant. Outside of that aspect do not researchers. Identification of this research is howService quality provided by the Special Malay RestaurantPondokYurikaPekanbaru . And what factors are most dominant by consumers in excellent service to give by restaurant Pondok Yurika with used SERVQUAL method.Keywords : Tangibles, Emphaty, Responsiveness, Realibility and Assurance.

Abstract

Bank as a financial institution that has a role as a financial intermediary, has 3 functions: gathers funds from the excess funds, disburse funds on behalf of a shortage of funds and provide services to other services. Bank as a financial institution can help the party with disburse funds shortage of credit. Granting credit must also be accompanied by the appropriate policies of the Government.Credit that would have been realized had passed the stage of credit analysis undertaken by the bank. As for credit analysis performed by the bank includes principle 5 c. credit must be realized to every customer affected by several factors such as: the value of guarantees, income, Loan history and working capital needs.This study uses secondary data analysis and use descriptive statistics. As for knowing how the realization of credit at the Bank CIMB Niaga Subrantas units as well as the factors that affected it, that is with the use of quantitative analysis by using multiple linear regression. Data processing using the computer program with software SPSS 15.These results indicate that the value of collateral, working capital requirements and income have a real influence on the amount of credits allocated. It is seen from each variable has a value rhitung > rtable, and a significance value of each variable is smaller than 0.05.Keywords: Bank, Credit, realization, analysis

Abstract

This research explains the motivation of China to invest in the field of textile Spain 2003 – 2007. Foreign direct investment or Outward Direct Investment (ODI) is one of the goals of a country to cooperate with other countries in the form of developing a product to provide working capital to the country concerned. One of the countries that actively ODI to another country is China. Spain is one of the countries that cooperate with China in the field of textile. According to Nicolas and Thomsen, in 2006, Spain is the third largest recipient of Chinese ODI stock among all EU countries. The value of Chinese ODI investment increased rapidly expanding into Spain in 2006 and 2007 based on sources from the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of China Government.This study showed of China's motivation to invest in European countries including Spain in the field of textiles is to search for market share . Approximately 85 % indicated that the main reason for China's investment in the EU is to gain market share in Europe and to provide goods and services in the EU market. The Spanish government has been trying to attract investors to develop the area . One of the cities that are ready to accept investment is the City of Catalonia. There is strong evidence that Chinese ODI to Spain is inclined on one region (Catalonia) , although the investment option seems to be mostly driven on the basis of the existing network infrastructure and availability of domestic profits expatriate community in the region. Catalonia City has prepared himself by making programs including development of human resources in Catalunya and made strides improving the cultural and creative industries and sustainable development in Catalonia including the textile industry.Keywords : China, Spain, Catalonia, investment, textile, outward direct investment (ODI)

Abstract

Sofia Achnes, M.Sc.The determination of the duties and functions of each unit of work that is within the District / City Governmentestablished by the Regent / Mayor of No. 15 of 2006, concerning the duties, functions and job descriptions as theexecutive element of the local government. Implementation of employee duties is a responsibility of an employee inorder to achieve success implementing a work activity that can take place efficiently and effectively, which isnecessary to arrange for the achievement of harmony and harmony of all parties directly involved in the execution ofa job.At the beginning of the study the authors assume that there are some things that can not be implemented properlyand the maximum first, to prepare the collection and processing of data and information relating to office personneland formation. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the tourism sector has considerable strategic prospects , as one of the sources of local revenue if developed optimally it is relevant to what is mandated by Law No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government and Law No. 33 of 2004 Regarding Government Fiscal Balance and the Regional Center . In the law can be seen principally principle is set on the administration of local government that prioritizes the implementation of the principle of decentralization in the form of autonomy , real and responsible with regard to the potential and diversity of the region to achieve the purpose of the economy itself that is working to improve the service and welfare of the community . Strategy through the tourism department of local government and community participation are also considered to be able to bring in the strategy formulation development attraction . This study was conducted to determine the Coastal Tourism Development Strategy Object New Straits in Subdistrict Bantan Bengkalis Year 2013.The primary objective of this study was to identify Objects Tourism Development Strategy by the Office of the New Strait Budparpora in Bengkalis. This study belongs to the type of qualitative research using interview data collection technique is a direct communication with the research informants and conduct a question and answer related to the research problem. Object studied in this research is the official Budparpora Bengkalis as implementing tourism development strategy and all stakeholders who play an important role in the development of tourism in the New Straits Coast Bengkalis.Once identified, the results showed that the tourism development strategy should didikung Beach New Straits strategic development areas where there is cooperation between the managers discretion and implementing policies, improvement of infrastructure-oriented beach tourist attraction, tourism development strategies and environmentally friendly termanajerial management, as well as the development of tourism awareness groups and the formation of self-help groups were able to develop a wide range of business services that support a variety of tourism development in the New Straits Beaches.Keywords: Strategy Development, Tourism, Selat Baru Beach

Abstract

This research is a problem in any decline in consumer interest for buy a car Toyota Avanza, indicated by decline in sales by 2012 compared with 2011. As for the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of pricing and consumer interest against Toyota Avanza car on PT Agung Automall branch of Soweto as well as to know how the implementation of pricing products of consumer interest buying a car on PT. Supreme Avanza Automall branch of Soweto. Results of the study concluded that implementation of the Avanza car pricing on PT Agung Automall located on Soweto area Branch agree, which means consumers agree with car pricing Toyota Avanza on this present moment. Consumer interest in car Avanza in PT Agung Automall branch of Soweto is the interest, meaning consumers will love the car Toyota Avanza, and selected him to be the primary choice and certain options that ultimately consumers make a purchase the Toyota Avanza car and also recommend it to others. The results of data analysis through SPSS program, note that the independent variable (pricing) have a strong link to the dependent variable (the interest of consumers). Car pricing Toyota Avanza implemented by PT Agung Automall branch of Soweto give a positive and significant effect against the interests of consumers, so if the pricing policy is implemented properly, it will give rise to an increase in the interest of consumers.Key words: Pricing, Consumer Interest, The Toyota Avanza

Abstract

Ayun budak is one of tradition in Bangun Purba’s society wich is full at purposes andrelegius value. The main purpose of this procession is expression of gratitude to god becausea new family member is born. This gratitude is expressed in song lyrics that is sing.This Ayun Budak procession is always delivering aqiqah at a new born child so thatcutting hair, tepung tawar baby with his/ her parents are always beginning this procession.Then, a baby is put in a swing and rock him/her.while singing soft and melodious song. Thesinging is bigger than usual and decorate with paper, ribbor or colourfl material.This is a descriptive kualitatif research. This research is oriented from spradleyresearch wich are : (1) deciding the research object, (2) doing field research, (3) doing themeanaliysis, (4) writing the report.The informan of this research are : (1) Dalian Natolu group, (2) religious group, (3)smart people group, (4) singer ayun budak song (5) government local group, (6) holdingceremony group.The result of this research shows that ayun budak event has some puposes : (a) asgratitude to god because a new family member is born safely and healthy, (b) ayun budakbecome media to deliver advices to the baby or participant, (c) ayun budak and the songconcist of prayer to Allah, (d) the processios of ayun budak can buid relationship among thesociety.The writer conclude that since in mother’s womb the child is delivered and in thechild’s grow, ther is education effort in family wich is a manifestation at a man gift.Keyword: Ayun Budak, Tradition in Bangun Purba, Society Rokan Hulu Riau

Abstract

About Early Childhood Education( Studies in BinaInsanMandiriKelurahanSimpangBaruKecamatanTampan KotaPekanbaru). " . Issues discussed in this paper is to describe how the perception of parents about early childhooddevelopment ECD in yayasan Bina Mandiri Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan. Perception of parentsis seen through indicators such as : parental knowledge about early childhood development ( ECD ) , the drivingfactors of parents in educating children . population of this study is that parents send their children in earlychildhood , sample used was cluster sampling , the samples were grouped into two , namely : parents who workand do not work . Method used is descriptive quantitative methods with quantitative data analysis and descriptiveexplanation . Instrument filtering data in use is the observation , questionnaires and interviews , and tabulation ofdata contained in a single data tabulations and diagrams . theory applied to problems of parental perceptions aboutearly childhood education is Max Weber's theory of social action that is especially rational action theory andinstrumental support from David Chaney is people's lifestyles industry . The result of the study are in generaldoing the writer can say that parents who send their own children in early childhood mindset developed so thatthey understand about early childhood education. Advanced mindset encourages parents to send their children inearly childhood remain essentially though not compulsory early childhood followed by each child .
