Abstract

This study analyzes the juvenile criminal acts committed in the city of Pekanbaru. Is a social phenomenon that occurs in urban communities, Cities are centers of crime or criminality, it is because in urban areas there is intense competition often even unhealthy. Crime in line with the expanding urban population increases, development, modernization and urbanization. Teenagers are one of the victims who are especially susceptible to committing a crime because sometimes they can be entangled in the one thing that is often tempting for them to try and gradually becomes a pleasure and continue to do. Juvenile delinquency in the study of social problems can be categorized into deviant behavior. In the perspective of deviant behavior occurs because there is a social problem of deviant behavior of various social rules or of values and social norms that apply. The data analysis was done by qualitative deskrpitif, data collection techniques in this research is purposive where the number of respondents totaled 6 people who have been in prison Class II B Children Pekanbaru. From the research field that the causes of juvenile crimes is Broken Home, Poverty, waning benchmark values and norms and mimic peers.Keywords: Teenagers, Crime, Behavior

Abstract

Tattooing is a form of expression of someone who poured through the medium of the body and has a meaning for their owners. the phenomenon of tattoos among women has begun implicated. This is due to a shift in lifestyle that mimics the habit in a big city. Tattooed women in Pekanbaru assume that the tattoo is part of the appreciation of the art form. Most teenage girls with tattoos have a habit of hanging out with friends of the opposite sex until late at night, drinking alcohol, and smoking. Although not all the girls who do it but their behavior gets skewed responses from the public.This type of research uses qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Determination of research subjects and informants using purposive sampling considerations. Activity data collection can be done to no more than ten people informant. Criteria informants in this study were: (1) The informant are young women aged 18 -21 years of age or student and student who tattooed his body. (2) The informant is a citizen pekanbaru. While the object of this research is a phenomenon that appears as experienced by women tattooed in Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques in this research was conducted through observation, interviews, documentation and internet searching. Technical analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative analysis and be open (open-ended), inductive. The technique of testing the validity of the data using the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate the motives of women who have a tattoo is to express themselves, describe something that they love through tattoos. The shape of the tattoo drawn on their bodies is an artistic symbol that represents their motive tattooed on their bodies. The response from the public towards women with tattoos lead to negative stigma and assume women are tattooed wild woman.Keyword : Phenomena, Communications, Youth, tattoos

Abstract

His paper aims to determine the factors that contribute to the expansion in the village of Bantan Tua in 2012 and the problems that occur after the division in the village of Bantan Tua based Bengkalis District Regulation No. 09 Year 2012. In addition, are the focus of this study is problematic post-expansion occurs in the village of Bantan Tua Regional Regulation Number Kabupuaten Bengkalis 09 In 2012, causing symptoms and problems that occur after the realization of the expansion in 2014 until today. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using field studies and literature with primary and secondary data sources is to conduct direct observation of the object under study, and interviews where the researcher held a question and answer directly to the informant in connection with the problems examined and supported by secondary data.The results showed that the division in the village of Bantan Tua had no significant impact that can be seen from the factors that contribute to the expansion in the village of Bantan Tua in 2012 that the motive for efektifvitas efficiency of public services and government administration village; tendency to homogeneity between ethnic Malay and Javanese; their physical indulgence which is guaranteed by the Act, and the problems that occur after the division in the village of Bantan Tua based Bengkalis District Regulation No. 09 In 2012, namely violence between youths and the village of Bantan Tua and Pasiran; annexation and capital problems Bantan Tua Village; the seizure of assets.Keywords: Problematic, Expansion, Bantan Tua Village

Abstract

has a lot of tourism potential, the potential fine nature, culture, history and others. One of the potential that has good prospects for development are attractions silokek contained in kenagarian silokek. But very unfortunate slowness of morement arts and culture tourism department of youth and sports so that there is untapped potential optimally. Seeing this attraction facilities and infrastructure provided is not adequate, there is still a lack of promotion of tourist attraction, and the lack of cooperation with the private sector. Tourism agency youth cultural arts and sports sijunjung design a program to develop the tourist area into a tourist destination silokek. This research aims to determine the tourism development program silokek in Sijunjung and the factors that affect the tourism development program Silokek sijunjung in the province of west sumatra.The theory used is the theory nakamura and smallwood in sujianto namely the implementation of the program from the aspect of compliance officers subordinate to superiors, the functioning of routine procedures, achievement objectives. In this reserch the auther uses descriptive qualitative research methods with research sites in the arts and culture tourism department of youth and sports sijunjung and that became a key informant was the head of the field of tourism, data collection techniques such as interview, observation, adn documentation. And data analysis program used by the tourism department of arts and culture of youth and sports and then analyzed what are the factors that affect the tourism development program silokek supported by interview conducted by the researchers then conclude.From the result of this research note that tourisms development program undertaken silokek art and culture tourism department of youth and sports is not maximum, tourism office of the youth cultural atrs and spotrs its own coordination between subordinates and superiors is still not going well. In addition of procedures or given still not maximized due to indiscipline staff of civil servants and not achieving the objectives of the program silokek, budget/funding, lack of quantity and quality of its human resources deparment of tourism culture art youth and sports as well as in the area of land acquisition constraints silokek.

Abstract

The program implementation of rural infrastructure strengthen refers to aid program that is given by Bengkalis regency government to all villages in Bengkalis regency to increase the quality of rural infrastructure. The aims of this program are to increase donation and the basic infrastructure needs of rural society through program of society endeavoring but in reality get many deviations of rural infrastructure foundation. It is caused of foundation control lacking. The aims of this research is to know and analyze management implementation of infrastructure strengthening program in West Tasik Serai Pinggir subdistrict Bengkalis regency on 2014.The basic theory was management that included planning, organization, implementation and supervisor. In analyzing the data the researcher used George R. Terry theory. This research was qualitative that focus on descriptive. In collecting the data, the writer used interview, observation, and documentation. This research used key informers as the information sources tringulasi technique as the sources in data validity testing. After doing this research, the writer found that the implementation management of strengthen program of rural infrastructure was not good. There was many deviations in the implementation of local society organization formation (OMS) and also untranfaransi of cost planning calculation (RAB). Besides that there are factors that influenced management implementation like lack of workers (OMS), there was effort and mutual cooperation from society, untranfaransi of cost planning calculation (RAB) in the implementation management of strengthen program of rural infrastructureKeyword : Management, Implementation, society empowerment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of methods of Economic Value Added (EVA) to measure the financial performance of the pulp and paper industry 2011-2014 period. The results of this study showed that the financial performance of pulp and paper companies over the period 2011-2014. PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk, PT. Suparman Tbk, PT. Paper Factory Tjiwi Kimia Tbk financial performance was very bad with the acquisition value indicated a negative EVA for 4 consecutive study period (2011-2014). But only at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, which has a fairly good financial performance only in 2011 but in the year 2012 to 2014 has decreased to have a negative EVA . From the analysis of the company's performance with the EVA method, it appears that the company's performance with the EVA method is very unfavorable in because the results of the analysis of the EVA method negative result of four pulp and paper companies.Keywords: financial performance and methods of EVA

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how employee satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department in work and how efforts to improve employee job satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department in Grand Tjokro Hotel.This research was used descriptive quantitatif method to describe the issues. The sample used in this research was 7 people. Quesionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect the research data.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the employee job satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department at Grand Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru quite satisfied. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score, which is 264 points. Challenging work mentally, appreciations, good work condition and colleagues who support are important things in improving the employees Food and Beverage Service Department work satisfaction.Keywords: Work satisfaction, employee Food and Beverage Service Department

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to review singer determine the effect trademark association (x1) and product characteristics (x2) against brand loyalty (y) on light beverage products cocacola ( consumer perception study pekanbaru ) . Singer research method is quantitative hearts with using spss 21 , where samples which are used namely consumer the product consumes cocacola with counted 100 orangutan respondents sampling technique is accidental sampling using the formula slovin . Research results show that the test results operating simultaneous tin from the findings of f count is 108.065 while f tables 3.090 . It singer means f count> f table and significant value 0,000 < alpha of 0.05 . Means the association brands and products operating characteristics simultaneously influence significantly operate against brand loyalty on products soft drinks cocacola .Keywords : Associate Brands , Product Characteristics , Brand Loyalty

Abstract

Ethnic conflict happened in Srilanka caused of given different right form Tamil ethnic and Sinhalee ethnic on this country. This conflict has been happened since 1947 until 2003. Were Tamil ethnic is an party whose want to separate from Srilanka government. It happened because Srilanka government doesn’t give equal right to Tamil ethnic. Tamil ethnic claim that the government just gived the right just for Sinhalee ethnic. Tamil ethnic through LTTE does many ways to get the equal right from Srilanka government including doing demonstration, kipnap, robbing, gun attacks etc. Srilanka government ever do some intern peace negotiation to both party but they cannot find resolution to resolve the conflict. Finally both party intioted Norwey government to become mediator to help resolve the confict. Norwey successfully resolve the conflict by sustaining the peaceThe conflict resolution in the period 2002-2009 shows the changing in the phase of conflict resolution by the existing involvement of Norwegian as the third party in the whole process of conflict resolution, cease fire agreement, conflict symetricalisation, the formation of Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) and the implementation of a series of conflict negotiation round table between both parties process via economic immediate assistance and joint taks force.

Abstract

Promotion is part of marketing, namely to encourage, persuade, inform, explain, and their recalling a produk both goods and services. With the implementation of the promotion is done in an attraction make the object easier to be know and recognized by potential visitors, so visitor are easy to reach attractions.This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 41 respondents, who were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. With sub-variables on promotion (H.Hamdani, 2012) is divided into the advertising,, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relation,Word of Mounth and Direct Marketing.From the results of research conducted in the field of research on the Promotion in Atraction Cave Huta Sikapir District Rokan Hulu Riau Province, with the theory of the fundamentals of marketing manajement that is divided in six sub-variables, namely, the advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relationword of mounth dan direct marketing , it results in the field can namely Promotion in Atraction Cave Huta Sikapir District Rokan Hulu Riau Province included in the category of pretty good.Keywords: Promotion, Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Public Relation.
